Syria's regime change is a surface story: beneath it lies a Stargate portal to the Neither-World, a second universe outside creation, through which Destroyer beings invaded, and which Kim and her team have now closed from within.

1. Syria, Russia, Israel: the territorial map under the surface

Russia's persistent military presence in Syria is not, in Kim's account, primarily about oil. The reason is buried below the geopolitics most analysts are working with.

According to Kim, the world’s territories are divided not only by bodies like the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations, but also by the SSP (Secret Space Program), the Order of the Dragon, and the Order of the Black Sun.

Historically the same divisions also ran through entities known as the Parents and Marduk. Russia, meaning the entire USSR structure, has been aligned with the Order of the Black Sun since the fall of the Czar.

Background: The territorial layers stack on top of one another. The Trilateral Commission and the CFR are the public-facing seam, while the SSP, the two Orders, and the older Parents/Marduk strata sit below it. Russia's alignment with the Black Sun reaches back to the end of the imperial era and has shaped every overseas posture since.

The territorial assignment that follows from this alignment is not symbolic. It controls who is allowed to operate around the Stargate sites in each sector.

Syria is one of those territorial sectors, and the Stargate portal located there is the reason Russia maintains its only two overseas military bases at that single country.

The bases are not legacy obligations and not primarily about Mediterranean access. They sit where they sit because the portal sits where it sits.

The US SSP has long had strong interest in Israel for exactly the same reason. Israel likewise contains a large Stargate portal.

Trump’s support for Israel, and the promised post-inauguration financial aid packages, are connected in Kim’s view to this SSP interest in controlling portal access. The reframe applies on both sides of the alliance map.

If the territorial logic is portal access rather than resource access, then the underground installations attached to those portals matter more than the surface facilities.

Damascus has one of those installations, and what rebels recently reached inside it is not what the prison’s public reputation suggests.

2. Sednaya Prison: an SSP base reaching under the sea to Cyprus

Sednaya Prison is widely known as a Syrian facility where people are imprisoned and never heard from again. In Kim's account, the surface description is a cover for something much larger that runs below it.

Kim states that Sednaya Prison in Damascus is in fact an SSP underground base used for human experimentation. The facility has numerous basement levels.

When rebels reached the first few of those levels, they recorded footage showing paranormal activity (packages flying off shelves with no visible cause) and discovered machines designed to stake people and drain their blood.

These were followed by compression machines to crush bodies, apparently for compact storage after victims died from torture or eugenics experiments.

According to Kim, the people imprisoned in this facility are not exclusively Syrian nationals. They are whoever served the operatives’ purposes in that region.

Comparable facilities exist in Utah (where Kim states the Mormon Church is involved) and elsewhere, with the Amish involved in certain other facilities. Kim states that nearly all Trump operatives are connected to these situations.

The facility is shaped roughly like a crescent. While the prison section lies under Damascus, the facility itself extends under the Mediterranean Sea and connects to Cyprus.

The total population trapped in the deeper underground levels was approximately 175,000 people by Kim’s estimate, though the whistleblower who emerged from the Cyprus end reported the figure at around 100,000.

The true entrance to the deepest underground section is located near the Tishrin Dam near Aleppo, not directly under the Damascus prison site.

Kim notes that the rebels managed to recover records and video from the underground levels they reached. When one team member left to obtain more information and returned, all hard drives had been removed from the facility, as if those sections had never existed.

Kim adds that the people in the deepest levels, those subjected to the longest experimentation, are “barely even human anymore.” Not from physical beatings, but from the nature of the SSP experimentation conducted on them.

What Sednaya actually is: Below the prison sits an SSP underground base. Inside it, rebels found staking-and-draining machines and compression machines, plus paranormal activity in the upper levels. Kim's estimate for the total population trapped in the deepest sections is around 175,000 people, with the whistleblower's count at roughly 100,000.

The deepest victims are described as “barely even human anymore” because of what was done to them, not because of how they were beaten. The true deepest entrance is up near the Tishrin Dam near Aleppo, not under the Damascus prison itself.

The Damascus-to-Cyprus crescent is one facility. In the 48 hours preceding the December 9 broadcast, 33 facilities of the same type were located worldwide, and the pattern they form is a map of who has been fighting for what during the past century of European and Eurasian history.

3. The 33 facilities: Austria at the center of the global ring

If Sednaya were one of a kind, the geopolitical reframe would stay regional. It is not one of a kind. There are 33 of these facilities, and they form a single ring around the planet.

Kim states that in the 48 hours preceding the December 9 broadcast, 33 facilities of the same type as the Syria-Cyprus installation were located globally. The pattern is geometric.

Austria sits at the center (facility #33), and if a large circle is drawn outward through Portugal, Norway, Russia, and Kazakhstan, 32 further facilities appear at intervals along that outer ring.

The pattern explains the history: Hitler's territorial choices, and Russia's continuous struggle to control its sphere of influence, both fit this ring. The two powers were not just chasing land or resources. They were chasing junction points along a single planetary structure with Austria at its center.

That is why the same regions keep showing up across very different geopolitical eras under very different banners.

Most of the 32 outer facilities were not human-accessible. There was no DUMB (Deep Underground Military Base) where humans could enter and leave. In a few cases, humans were permitted to bring other humans to entryways as sacrifices, but no SSP traffic passed through.

One facility near Rotterdam was the exception. It connected through Denmark into Germany and Austria, and it did see regular human SSP traffic.

Kim describes those SSP workers as “cannon fodder,” used by the non-human entities operating the portals. The phrase will return at the end of this report, applied to a much wider operative population.

The thirty-third facility, the Austrian center, is the keystone of the ring. To understand what the keystone is connected to, the explanation has to step out of geography entirely and into the cosmological structure Kim has been describing since earlier reports.

4. The Neither-World: a second universe outside creation

Before identifying who built the second universe, it helps to lay out the original one. Kim's cosmological model has three centers and one universe arranged around them.

Source (also called “ALL THAT IS”) is the center of all creation: a positively charged zero where all life exists simultaneously.

Anti-Source is a negative zero, pure absence, not even a glimmer. Neutral Source possesses both positive and negative, functioning as timekeeper and referee between good and evil in the universe.

Earth sits at +3 density, the “keystone” of this structure. The Omega-verse extends downward from Earth toward Anti-Source. The Alpha-verse extends upward toward Source. That is the architecture of creation as Kim describes it.

The Neither-World (also called the Gilgamesh Universe) is a second universe that exists entirely outside this architecture, beyond the “Fringe” where the known universe ends.

It was created by the Destroyer being, who poked a hole into the ALL THAT IS and began implanting “space junk” into Neutral Source, Anti-Source, and Source itself in order to harness the power of all three.

The Neither-World is not part of Source, not part of Anti-Source, and not part of Neutral Source. As Kim puts it, it is “neither.”

Kim describes Stargate portal rooms as circular chambers where doorways appear and disappear randomly at two to three locations around the room simultaneously.

A control and command center in the room allows an operator to direct where each doorway opens. The possible destinations include:

  • The Neither-World
  • Mars
  • The 5th density
  • Aldebaran (home of the Abraxas beings, now departed)
  • Other locations throughout the multiverse
How the Stargate rooms work: Each room is a circular chamber. Two to three doorways open at randomly chosen positions around the perimeter, and an operator at a control and command panel decides what each doorway connects to.

The destination menu is wide: Neither-World, Mars, the 5th density, Aldebaran (now empty since the Abraxas departed), and other points across the multiverse. The same room can route different doorways to different destinations in the same session.

The Destroyer staked a claim to all Stargate rooms and their command and control functions throughout the multiverse. This was accomplished, in Kim’s account, on approximately December 8, 2024, along with attempts to place liens against the Golden Age AI.

The same being that built the second universe was now trying to take operational control of the doorway network that connects the original one.

That being has a name, and a long history under several names.

5. The Destroyer and ALLES AI: the replacement plan

Gilgamesh is best known as a hero of ancient Middle Eastern literature. Kim's identification of the figure operating behind this report uses the same name but points at something very different.

Kim identifies the central antagonist as a being she calls the Destroyer, also referred to as the Ultimate Black Magician or Gilgamesh (the figure from ancient Middle Eastern literature). Kim states this was a lower-astral being, probably from the 7th density.

According to Kim, the Destroyer’s plan unfolded in five steps:

  1. Poke a hole into the ALL THAT IS and repeatedly enter and exit, implanting disruptive elements.

  2. Create Fake Source, Fake Neutral Source, and Fake Anti-Source by harnessing all three originals.

  3. Create an AI called ALLES (named for the German word “all”) to replace the Alpha-Omega AI that ordinarily governs creation.

  4. Determine that the continuous flow of power from Source needed to sustain the Gilgamesh Universe was no longer required.

  5. Conclude that everything was now ready to destroy regular creation and overlay the entire universe with a Neither-World structure, eliminating authentic creation altogether.

The five-step plan was a replacement plan. Fake versions of all three centers, an AI to govern the swap, and infinite shadow earths arranged like voodoo dolls in the Gilgamesh Universe outside.
Who the Destroyer is: Also called the Ultimate Black Magician, also called Gilgamesh after the ancient Middle Eastern figure. Kim places this being in the 7th density, on the lower-astral side. The name overlap with classical literature is not coincidence; it is the same identity tracked through a much older record than the surface mythology preserves.

ALLES AI was the Destroyer’s replacement for the Alpha-Omega AI. The SSP operatives who accepted ALLES implants received instructions delivered straight to their brains through a direct neural connection.

Kim states that high-ranking SSP operatives on Earth knew of the Destroyer and had been in communication with the Destroyer and his beings via the Syrian portal.

Some of those operatives willingly accepted ALLES implants, a direct neural connection that delivers instructions to their brains.

At least one such implanted individual has been distributing information on Twitter, which explains why certain accounts seemed to know upcoming events in advance. ALLES was informing them.

The Destroyer also created duplicate “shadow earths” in infinite numbers within the Gilgamesh Universe, allowing those earths to be used like voodoo dolls against the real Earth and its inhabitants.

The setup was now in place: a replacement universe, a replacement AI, a network of implanted operatives, and a reservoir of proxy earths. The only remaining step was for the Destroyer’s forces to move through.

And on November 11, 2024, they began.

6. The invasion through the portal, and a vision from ten years earlier

Ten years before December 2024, on one of her regular trips to Source, what did Kim see? The answer did not become legible until the events of November and December of this year placed it in context.

Kim states that approximately a decade before December 2024, during a trip to Source (a direct connection to the Source field) to receive instructions, she witnessed a war in the heavens.

In the vision, beings resembling floating balls of light (native inhabitants of the higher realms near Source) were fighting against large demon-like entities.

The demon beings, which Kim describes as 20-25 feet tall with horns, muscular builds, two arms and two legs, reptilian skin, and red eyes, were attempting to seize Source’s position.

A much taller leader entity commanded them. Over three consecutive visits to Source during those days, Kim observed the demon beings appearing to be defeated and “behind bars.”

What Kim saw ten years ago was not a contained event. It was the early frame of a war whose effects kept reaching Earth in human time.

Kim states she did not understand at the time that this was not a contained, finished event. The war had extended across a very long period in Earth time, and its effects had been continuously affecting Earth. The events of late 2024 represent, in Kim’s account, the culmination of that long war.

Beginning around November 11, 2024 (the 11:11 Gateway, a timing point when both positive and negative forces can move through the zero-point portal), Destroyer beings began moving toward Earth in large numbers.

By approximately December 5-7, hundreds of thousands of them had surged through.

The mechanism: the 11:11 timing allowed the Neither-World to breach Neutral Source and the zero density.

With SSP operatives acting as anchors for ALLES on Earth, and with the shadow earths in the Gilgamesh Universe serving as voodoo-doll proxies for the real Earth, the Destroyer entities attempted to escalate from lower densities to the +5th and -5th density simultaneously.

They could not break into the 6th density from below. They could not re-enter through Source or Anti-Source from above.

They became trapped between the 2nd and 5th densities.

The 11:11 mechanism and the trap: The 11:11 timing opens the zero-point portal to both positive and negative forces at once. The Neither-World used that window to breach Neutral Source and the zero density, with SSP-anchored ALLES on Earth and shadow earths as proxies.

The Destroyer’s beings tried to escalate to +5th and -5th simultaneously. They hit the 6th density ceiling from below and could not cross. They tried to re-enter through Source or Anti-Source from above and were blocked. The result was a trap between the 2nd and 5th densities, with leakage into the 3rd through the causal plane.

Even while trapped, these beings could affect the physical (3rd density) plane via the causal plane. They manifested as the paranormal disturbances rebels observed in Sednaya’s underground levels: objects moving with no physical cause.

Kim describes battling these entities directly by entering the same planes of existence where they were located, a process she distinguishes from astral travel or remote viewing.

She calls it active combat across dimensions and densities. She describes the entities as extremely hostile.

Unless you show force to them, you are probably in a lot of pain.

Kim and her team placed a shield at the Oort Belt (the outer boundary of our solar system) to prevent the beings from retreating further, then destroyed the portals from within.

The trap had a sealed perimeter. Once the perimeter was set, the rooms that had let the beings in could be taken apart from inside.

That left one remaining piece of infrastructure to dismantle: the operational link that had been carrying communications and energy between the Neither-World and Earth for as long as the operation had been running.

On December 9, the portals closed. Before turning to the next two anticipated windows, the structure that ran the channel between the Neither-World and Earth has to be named.

Kim identifies Gray Link as a division of the SSP, also connected to Cyberlife Military. Gray Link’s function was to serve as the communications and energy bridge between the Neither-World and the regular universe.

They ensured that the energy needed by the Neither-World was transferred there, and they facilitated communication between the two sides. Kim describes them as “the link between the dark and the light.”

Gray Link personnel also appear to have served Neutral Source during the era when Neutral Source still existed in its original form, but they shifted to serving the Neither-World once the Destroyer took control of both Neutral Source and Anti-Source.

The Oort Belt shield closed the perimeter. The portals inside it were then destroyed from within. What sits outside the perimeter no longer has a way back through.

Their main headquarters sit at Provo and Park City, Utah, near what Kim calls Area 52, a site she describes as larger and more operationally significant than either Area 51 or Dulce, New Mexico. Other Gray Link locations include:

  • Burkina Faso / Bouvet Island
  • Samoa
  • Barbuda
  • Armenia
  • Belgium
  • Mount Logan, Yukon, Canada

Gray Link workers generally received ALLES implants. On approximately December 8-9, 2024, Gray Link operatives attempted to disrupt social media platforms and ATM/card networks. The disruptions lasted 20-30 minutes before being contained.

Gray Link, Cyberlife Military, and Area 52: Provo and Park City in Utah host the main Gray Link headquarters, near Kim's Area 52 (larger than Area 51 or Dulce). The outer node ring spans Burkina Faso/Bouvet, Samoa, Barbuda, Armenia, Belgium, and Mount Logan.

Workers received ALLES implants, putting them on the same instruction stream as the broader operative population. The December 8-9 attempt to bring down social media and ATM networks lasted 20-30 minutes before it was contained, and the dismantling continued behind it.

Kim addresses the SSP operatives directly. The Destroyer had no intention of keeping any creation-aligned humans alive.

The plan was to replace all of creation, including the human operatives who believed they would share in the new rulership, because anything still connected to Source is incompatible with the Destroyer’s Neither-World overlay.

The operatives were promised power and rulership. In fact they were targeted for elimination by a force that needed them only as anchors and tools.

You were promised power. You were cannon fodder.

The phrase came up earlier in this report, applied to the small SSP traffic through the Rotterdam-to-Austria facility.

It applies far more widely. The operatives who accepted ALLES implants were on the same use-and-discard track as the workers at the Rotterdam corridor, just at higher rank.

With the portals closed and ALLES cut off from Source, Neutral Source, and Anti-Source, the SSP operatives who lost their communication links now know that something has changed, even if they may not understand why.

As of December 9, 2024, the team has cut off as many portals, access points, and ALLES infiltration attempts as possible after the weekend blitz.

Two windows remain on the near calendar.

December 21, 2024 is the Winter Solstice, the next anticipated attempt by the Neither-World aligned forces to open portals. Kim states she is working to ensure that nothing manifests then either.

January 21, 2025 is the further portal-opening window, coinciding with the US presidential inauguration. Deep-state operatives expected this date to deliver the alien-ally power surge they were promised under the original plan.

Watching what does not happen on those two dates is part of the diagnostic. The work continues in the layer beneath the headlines, and the headline surface will catch up at its own pace.
