$100 Trillion in Fake Contracts, FEMA Bankrupt, Humans as Stargates
A $100 trillion fake-contract promise made at a Jackson Hole meeting weeks ago has failed to arrive, FEMA has effectively declared bankruptcy, and I want to walk through the mechanism by which humans lying flat on their backs at night are being used as stargate portals.
1. The Jackson Hole meeting that already happened
The Federal Reserve Economic Forum that started on television on August 21 is the second Jackson Hole meeting of this cycle. The real one happened several weeks ago, and the contracts that came out of it have not been honored.
The official Federal Reserve Economic Forum in Jackson Hole, Wyoming opened on August 21, 2024 with public television appearances by central bankers and economists. The real meeting in this cycle was not that one. It happened several weeks earlier, when deep state operatives and the fixers who run the corporate contract layer gathered to negotiate everything for the coming year.
Under the old system, the orders and the money flow down from the coven level at the full moon. This cycle, neither came. What remained was around $6 trillion in pre-negotiated corporate contracts, which expanded to well over $100 trillion once the central bankers and their fixers were folded into the promise. The funds were expected to arrive Monday, August 19. At the very latest Tuesday, August 20. Nothing arrived.
Both factions historically work together, and if you were looking for money for the coming year, those were the two places to go. The Order of the Dragon side held its planning meeting first, in the weeks leading up to the public Fed event.
The Egypt Central Bank started limiting withdrawals around the same window. Central bank representatives in other countries were privately leaking, in different combinations, that the $100 trillion deal was a bust. That is what triggered the Egypt move. Other central banks may follow the same pattern over the next week.
Some practical guidance on what to watch. The Fed will get on the news this week and talk baloney. They will say they are raising interest rates or lowering interest rates, that there is inflation or there is no inflation. Pay attention to what they are saying, and do not believe third-party Twitter accounts that purport to report on what was said. You need to hear it directly, because the markets will move on the statements even though the people making them are lying and have no actual ability to deliver anything they describe. Expect some fallout next week from the fake contracts.
The Q and Trump operatives have been heavily active across the African continent for the last ten days. They are trying to fill the space Russia and China are vacating, and they are promising Lion’s Gate payouts that will not arrive. That promise is on the same calendar as the $100 trillion one.
2. If banks want to do business with us
Why is a bank calling my office on a Monday morning when no money came down through the coven channel? Because the bank has noticed the channel is dead, and because some of the people inside the bank are real workers who serve real customers.
A phone call came in on Monday morning. The banks are starting to explore what they need to do to work with our side. I want to address that directly here, because the answer is not complicated.
We have fully written off governments worldwide. Every government in the world is willing to cow tail to these people and just sit and wait for some kind of funding to come through to keep them alive. Governments are not viable partners in this conversation. They have made their choice.
Banks are different. Banks provide a genuine service to ordinary people, and they employ real workers. There is a meaningful gap between the institution at the counter level and the controlling deep state structures sitting above it. The bank as an institution is salvageable. The structure above it is not.
For a bank to operate inside the new currency system, which is asset-backed and Source-connected rather than money-and-debt-based, the structural changes are concrete. Banks would generate their fees from the services they provide to people, not from holding custody of deposits. C.A.R.E., my human transition organization, would pay those service fees to the banks and could be responsible for printing a country’s currency for cash-backed transactions. As Comptroller of Currency, I would provide all the allocation numbers and validate the currencies, and the banks would manage that currency on behalf of C.A.R.E. rather than on behalf of governments. If banks do not step up, there are ways to distribute cash that do not involve governments or bank services.
The first topic in any partnership conversation is the elimination of genetic shareholders. These are family members who have historically claimed a share of bank profits on the grounds that they provided the gold to start the bank before the gold standard was abandoned, or that they provided assets and allocations along the way.
That story is not true. All the money always came from Alpha. In the new structure, the effective shareholders with board seats will be the individuals who have actually worked in the economic industry for decades. They will be compensated from service fees rather than from customer deposits.
None of that is in the actual record. The money came from Alpha throughout. The family layer was inserted at a different stage, and the gold story is the cover, not the source.
You cannot serve two masters. That is the principle the banks have to accept before any of this conversation continues.
3. FEMA is bankrupt, and federal services are next
FEMA announced effective bankruptcy this week. That is not a budget headline. It is the visible edge of a much wider collapse in federal-level human services that I want people to be ready for.
What FEMA actually is matters here, because the public framing as a neutral disaster response agency obscures the chain of command. FEMA is an NGO of the Rothschild Family. Paperwork passed across my desk this week showing that the Governor of Tennessee authorized the building of FEMA camps. Tennessee is big Black Sun territory.
What the bankruptcy means for ordinary people lines up along four predictable cuts. FEMA has not been providing effective disaster response for some time. The bankruptcy formalizes that. Community service organizations should be aware that FEMA will not be showing up after the next natural disaster, and they should be preparing on that basis.
Social Security, Disability payments, and the National Health Services are the next layer down. The recovery plan I would recommend on the healthcare side is to recruit the health workers who left the industry because they were required to take COVID vaccinations and form community home healthcare networks around them.
On schools, which Sunny raised in the meeting. Education Departments in the United States are state-by-state, which limits how much federal funding can be cut without state pushback. States do still receive federal budget allocations. The programming that serves the deep state agenda, in the form of ideology-based curriculum, will be less likely to face cuts than the basic services would, because the deep state still wants the programming to run. That is a real signal worth tracking.
The Trump Administration is promising sunshine and unicorns. They are saying that if he gets back into office he will take care of everything for every country everywhere and life will be wonderful. That promise is doing real work right now. It is being used to keep governments from making alternative arrangements, because the alternative arrangements are the actual path forward, and the promise of universal salvation is the device that delays them.
4. Harriman is backing the fake Trump
A Trump-side offer came in this week, and the answer was no. The reason involves an investment group most people have not heard of since the Bush years.
Tom Melville, who used to be the GIA’s liaison to the Trump Administration, was recently offered a White House position along with a percentage of the money he brings in, if Trump returns to office. When Tom asked whether they could guarantee his percentage this time, given that he never received it previously, they admitted they could not. We know the only money that came into the US during that period came in from me, and I am not willing to do that again.
The current financial backer of the Trump operation is the Harriman Family. They also backed the Bush administrations, and they are definitely tied to the same tyrannical groups behind both. The Harriman Family is concerned about their investment return, because there has not been one, and they are debating internally whether to continue backing what is, by any honest measure, a dead horse.
They were backers of the Bush administrations. They are the current backers of the Trump operation. The dead-horse decision they are now weighing is whether to keep funding an operation that has not produced returns.
This is why Trump’s lawyers keep calling our team. They are asking whether I would consider working with them. They are not asking because they want a partnership. They are asking because they need proof of life for the Harriman investors. They need to be able to walk back into a Harriman meeting and say something is moving, so the next tranche of money keeps coming.
5. Middle East roulette and another failed Aryan gate
The Middle East threat this week is musical chairs. The difference from the last rotation is that the chairs are running out, and whoever sits down next has no idea the music has already stopped.
As of August 21, Iran has partially backed out of attacking Israel and is now pushing the PMF, the Iranian-loyalist Popular Mobilization Forces militias inside Iraq, to attack American bases instead. The WWIII boogeyman in the last forty-eight hours has rotated through Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Russia. Different actors are being promoted as the imminent threat on different days, which suggests the deep state is having a hard time finding anyone willing to act without payment.
Poland is moving C-130s and equipment into the Middle East. Spain has military transport units appearing in Iraq. New players in the game, new people they have not raped and pillaged, are somehow participating in something they have no historical role in.
The pattern matters because it tells you about supply, not about strategy. They are working with whoever will answer the phone this month.
In Ukraine, Ukrainian military personnel fighting in the current conflict are Aryans totally still following orders and instructions. They have received some funding recently, which traces primarily back to the Amish and Germanic Tribe Aryan group. Obviously, a deal has been made, and they owe them something. Money is not free when it comes to those people.
On August 20, in Kentucky, a machine belonging to Germanic tribe Aryan groups in America was used to attempt portal openings and a time-restoration system restore. It failed. Following that failure, a second Aryan faction claiming the Abraxas bloodline declared themselves the only ones with the keys to the gate. We do not have any Abraxas left anywhere. So if you think they are coming to open your gate, you will be standing there a long time.
The Q community has its own schedule of supposedly world-changing events laid out. September 9, 2024, the Harvest Moon, the Selection Day, the Inauguration, and then January 2025. Nothing will happen in January and they will keep limping along. The Lion’s Gate payouts they are promising to African allies are on the same shelf as the Q calendar.
6. Sleeping on your back is how they reach you
The reason people are reporting fatigue and energy depletion in the past two months is not metaphorical. The mechanism is specific, and the most important variable is how you are positioned at night.
In the past, humans were used as batteries to power AI systems. The mechanism is still active through portals and energy overlays. Earth has many portals, energy overlays on gold veins, and things in the atmosphere and orbit that drain energy. At one time you existed 10,360,000 times across timelines simultaneously, and the energy required to maintain all those existences was drawn from you.
A more recent and intensified mechanism has been active since roughly November 2023, and significantly worse over the past two months. Deep state technology is pulling lifeforce directly out of humans in order to open portals to other locations. The way the technical side works is specific. Practitioners come in through a person’s energy field while attempting to open a portal. The lifeforce is extracted via the solar plexus on an etheric level. Whatever entities or energy the practitioner is trying to bring in then arrives back through the solar plexus and transmutes into matter, which becomes additional space junk on Earth that the deep state expects will eventually help them.
They count on the fact that you aren’t aware because you’re supposed to be sleeping.
The specific vulnerability is during sleep. When a person is lying flat on the back, the solar plexus is in alignment with zero-point Earth, with Source, and with the gold veins. Humans who travel in their sleep to other worlds in that posture light up like a Christmas tree from the practitioner’s side. The body becomes visible as a portal access point.
When sleeping on the side, the solar plexus is perpendicular to Earth rather than aligned with it. That position opens portals to neutral and dark timelines, which is a downside on its own, but it also makes the person significantly less accessible as a Source-connected portal.
Sleeping on the side disrupts that alignment. It is not a perfect defense, because it opens other less-desirable portal types, but it interrupts the Source-aligned access the technology is after.
It appears they cannot interfere when you are connected with Earth or Source, but when you roll to the right or left and the alignment is not there, they try to get you to open up all these worlds. That is the practical instruction: roll onto your side at night, knowing what you are interrupting when you do.
The main facility enabling this technology is now gone. Most facilities and connections through the constellation of Cancer are neutralized. I will report more details on this on Friday, August 23.
7. Pandemics, portals, and “they cannot use us anymore”
Here is the historical pattern that ties all of the above together. Before every major world war there is a pandemic of some sort. We get an infection, a portal is opened, we have World War, and then the world is changed.
The infections used historically to amplify the lifeforce extraction system were specific. Typhus, syphilis, and cancer-causing parasites that connected directly to the constellation of Cancer. These were not only diseases. They were mechanisms for opening etheric portals and amplifying the same extraction system I described in the previous section. The pandemic-then-war sequence is not a coincidence of timing. It is the timing.
That cycle is the operational background for everything in this report. The deep state has been running on it for a long time. The mechanism is now neutralized at the main facility, and the constellation-of-Cancer connections are mostly gone.
They are not able to use us anymore. The Source flow has returned to its place. The Realm Owners’ celestial rights have been revoked, the main extraction facility is gone, and the constellation connections that powered the historical cycle have been removed. The pandemic-war chain that funded the entire model is broken at the source.
You stand as the creator in your own square of the system. That authority is yours, and it is not contingent on whether the genetic shareholders, the Harriman Family, the Q community, or anyone else recognizes it. It is yours. That is enough.
