By noon EST on August 15 the three Realm Owners had their souls permanently terminated by Source, but before leaving they handed the deep state earthquake programs, pole-shift access, and alien technology, which is why Kim is now calling on humanity to build parallel systems outside every existing one.

1. Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael chose termination

When noon EST on August 15 passed, three Realm Owners no longer had the option of going home. They had one choice left, and they chose the one that ended them.

Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael (the three Realm Owners who were still present on Earth, the same three I described in the August 14 report) had been issued an ultimatum by Source the previous day. Participate in the cleanup of this planet, or have their souls terminated. The deadline was approximately noon EST on August 15, 2024.

They rejected the offer. At least one of them, the most dark-aligned of the three, effectively chose soul termination over cooperation. The other two followed.

Their souls were permanently terminated by Source. This was the direct consequence of the covenant violation they had made by coordinating with the Archivists and deep state actors against Source’s framework. Realm Owners answer to Anti-Source and Neutral Source as well, but on a covenant breach this severe the verdict comes from Source itself.

Warning: A covenant violation at Realm Owner level does not end in banishment or demotion. The only outcomes are cleanup participation or soul elimination, and Source did not offer a third option here.

Source itself extended the olive branch, in the form of a one-day ultimatum. The three Realm Owners refused it. That refusal closed the case.

Before departing, the three of them made promises to various deep state groups: access to global system control, control over specific assets, and operational access to key systems, all to materialize within approximately three days of the transfer. These promises were rejected at the highest level by Source itself. The deep state received temporary access to dangerous tools, but no actual enduring control.

I have Raphael in the glossary from earlier reports, and what I have said before keeps holding up. Just because something is an alien does not make it a god, and these beings can make poor life choices and flip on a dime.

2. What they left behind: earthquakes, pole-shifts, qubits

They left, but they did not leave empty-handed on their way out. Five categories of dangerous technology were handed to deep state factions before noon EST closed the door.

The Realm Owners gave deep state factions earthquake triggering programs first. These are systems capable of activating seismic events near tectonic plates. I spent roughly 18 hours overnight on August 15 into August 16 preventing the use of those programs from causing catastrophic planetary damage.

In addition to earthquake programs, they shared access to pole-shift programs, which are systems that could affect the orientation of Earth’s magnetic poles. These were among the most dangerous transfers, and they were what occupied me through that same night.

The other three transfers ran in parallel. Programmable bacteria. Micro plasma systems. Vaccine qubits. All three had been suppressed earlier in August, and all three were quietly revived during the same window.

What the deep state was told it could do with these tools was very different from what the tools actually deliver under Source’s framework.

Micro plasma systems. Vaccine qubits. The deep state expected each of these to function as transformative control mechanisms. None of them are functioning that way.

The earthquake and pole-shift programs were the priority overnight. The biological and plasma and qubit transfers are the priority going forward, because they are designed to move slower and to be harder to trace once they have been deployed.

3. Alien tech delivered to CERN, quantum labs, underground sites

Why Geneva? Why quantum labs? Why underground military installations? Because the surviving Archivists could still walk physically, even after their access to the records had been cut.

Following the termination of the three Realm Owners, the surviving Archivists, who still exist physically but have no functional access to records or lines, began delivering alien technology to facilities worldwide. The delivery was conducted through international transportation hubs.

Three categories of destination came up in my reading. CERN, the particle physics laboratory in Geneva. Quantum computing companies. Underground military installations.

In this report it is one of three categories of destination for the alien technology delivery, alongside quantum computing companies and underground military installations. The three sit on different continents but received the same wave of physical inventory in the same window.

The technologies revived and distributed during the same period included programmable bacteria, micro plasma systems, and vaccine qubits, which means those five technologies were not only delivered as code to deep state factions but also walked as physical inventory by the Archivists to these three categories of site. The deep state expected these to function as transformative control mechanisms.

That expectation is what the next section covers. The day they thought was payday.

4. The day deep state thought was payday

There are days when belief and reality run in opposite directions. August 16 was one of them. The deep state spent the day acting like the transfer had already cashed out.

On August 16, deep state actors spent the day boasting to each other and to various factions about their newly acquired control capabilities. They treated the Realm Owners’ promises as already fulfilled. The list they believed they had secured was three lines long.

Control over financial systems. Earthquake and pole-shift operational capacity. Access to alien technology through the Archivist delivery.

None of it produced an actual result.

No pay day actually came for them.
Note: The gap between deep state belief and the actual outcome reflects a pattern I keep seeing. Departing or declining entities make promises. The deep state treats the promises as transfers of power.

The systems then fail to operate, and the deep state goes back to looking for the next departing entity to make the next promise. It is the same loop I described on August 14 around the closed Lion’s Gate ceremonies, just one stage further down the line.

The financial control did not materialize because the off-ledger placement and allocation number problems I had been managing earlier that week had not moved. The earthquake and pole-shift access did not materialize because I was occupying those systems overnight while the operators thought they were on. The alien technology did not begin working because the framework that was supposed to ratify it had been rejected at Source level on the morning of August 15.

So who ran the operation on the ground while the systems were quietly failing? The same management I have been describing for weeks.

5. Zero confidence in upper military management

Zero confidence. That is the read from inside.

I have zero confidence in upper military management globally following the events of August 14 to 16. Military leadership worldwide has been involved in this mess, meaning the coordination with Archivists, Realm Owners, and the deep state planning I have described across recent reports.

There is a distinction I want to draw carefully. Foot soldiers are not implicated. The people I have no confidence in are at command level, and specifically the Joint Chiefs of Staff equivalents in multiple countries.

Warning: Do not confuse foot soldiers with command level when reading this section. The implicated parties are the Joint Chiefs of Staff and their equivalents in other countries.

The people who serve under them are not the people I am describing here. The line of accountability runs through the top of the chain, not through the people the chain orders around.

Which is why the strategy I have been talking about all week is not to confront these systems directly. It is to build outside them.

6. Build the parallel: new internet, new everything

We are not fighting the system head-on. We are building the parallel one, the one that does not depend on the old one to function.

Upper military management worldwide is compromised. Governments are compromised. The existing financial system is being used against humanity. The solution is not to fight these systems directly. It is to build outside them.

There are three systems humanity needs to create independently right now. A new internet, because the current infrastructure is monitored and controllable by deep state and intelligence agencies. New healthcare systems, independent of the World Health Organization and the existing pharmaceutical infrastructure. New supply chains, parallel to those currently controlled by deep state-aligned corporations.

Key point: The three parallel systems are not optional. A new internet, because the existing one is fully monitored. New healthcare, because the WHO and pharmaceutical layer are compromised.

New supply chains, because the corporations currently running them are aligned with deep state interests. These three together are the floor under everything else humanity is going to need.

The deep state’s greatest weakness right now is that their systems are failing on their own. The work of building alternatives becomes easier as those systems collapse, not harder. That is the part most readers miss.

You stand as the creator in your own square of the system. That is enough.
