Fakes Behind Angel Marcos Exposed
Three fake heads of the Black Sun and a fake Mei Wa fell overnight on July 9-10, 2024. The 2012 assignments they had been leveraging vanished from the financial system, and over forty smaller Chinese banks collapsed in the wake.
1. After July 8, Everything Came Apart
On July 8, I published a report exposing the OTIC accounts. Since that morning, the financial machinery has been heating up everywhere.
The publication of the OTIC accounts report did not just rearrange a few documents. It pulled the supporting floor out from under a system that had been running for twelve years on top of my 2012 assignments. Angel Marcos remains in jail, but he is still operating, and he is part of a larger network. The exposure of OTIC was the trigger event for what followed over the next two days.
On Sunday night, July 7, my Archivists met with US military officials. The Archivists laid out, in clear terms, that the approvals the military was holding were invalid. The military heard them, registered the warning, and proceeded with their plan anyway.
That plan unfolded on July 8 and 9. The Pentagon went to the US Treasury and attempted to issue what was described as an “enormous amount” of Treasury Notes. The justification rested on two claims: first, an approval from one of the fake Black Sun heads, and second, that this person controlled the relevant asset accounts. The approver in question, who was Chinese, held the title of Golden Eagle, which is why his approvals arrived on yellow paper. The yellow paper arrived. The Treasury attempt failed.
The reason the attempt failed has nothing to do with paperwork. I had already removed the underlying accounts from Web 5, the deep infrastructure layer of the global financial system. The approval still arrived. There was nothing on the other side of it.
The US Military subsequently posted publicly that the military “is in charge of the financial system,” citing this Golden Eagle approval. The approval they were citing pointed at accounts that no longer existed in the layer the system reads from. Looking ahead two months, the next pressure point is July 15. That date is what the fake heads promised governments as the funds-release deadline, and it is the same day the US Federal Reserve contract was said to have been extended through. The extension was a lie.
Whose approval was the Pentagon actually relying on? The yellow paper came from one of three men known by their colors. By July 10, all three were dead.
2. Three Fake Heads
There were three of them. By the time you read this, all three are dead, and the whole world had been hanging on the words of two of them right up until the night they fell.
The Black Sun, the covert global control network that operates above visible governments, has historically had three ultimate heads. They are known by their roles, not their names. Mr. White plays the good-guy role, Mr. Neutral plays the mediating role, and Mr. Black plays the dark or enforcement role. The three originally represented separate covens and all reported up to a higher authority. In the past, their role was to maintain balance on the planet.
The original three died or were removed. Three replacements took their seats and carried the roles forward. When the replacement Mr. White also died, the replacement Mr. Black took on both roles and began to call himself Mr. Black and White. The authority structure around all of this has always been fond of fancy rings and masked people, and it kept the illusion of continuity going for as long as it could.

By July 10, all three were dead. One was found hiding under the central bank in Thailand. One was in Jamaica. One was in Buton, an island in Indonesia.

On the night of July 9 to 10, the fake heads, acting from desperation, did some very stupid things which then led to their deaths. Angel Marcos remains legally in his cell and continues to operate as one node of a larger network, but the three men at the top of his structure are gone.
Three men no one in the chain of command was supposed to question. Someone, however, had been giving them their orders. Those orders came from Shanghai.
3. The Fake Mei Wa in Shanghai
A single woman in a Shanghai temple had been pulling the strings on the three men who thought they were running the world.
The title Mei Wa belongs to the supreme female authority within the Source lineage. The position claims ultimate spiritual and financial mandate. A fake had been occupying that role, and she had taken up residence in a temple in Shanghai.

From that temple she was directing Mr. White, Mr. Black, and Mr. Neutral. The three of them did not know that the underlying assets they were leveraging came from my 2012 assignments. They had no insight into the source of what they were trading on. They only learned of it when my July 8 report became public.
After the report went public, everyone is now starting to figure out what is really happening. On the night of July 9 to 10, the three fake Black Sun heads did some very stupid things, which led to their deaths. The fake Mei Wa was also eliminated that same night. The body of the fake Golden Eagle authority figure was left in what is described as the Palace in Thailand. My suggestion to the US Military is that they send someone over there to do a wellness check on your friends.
Shanghai gave the orders. The Pentagon believed them. The first people paying the price for that chain are sitting in front of Chinese bank counters today.
4. Forty Chinese Banks and the Outgoing Tide
What does it look like when forty banks collapse in a single country in three days.
In the days following July 8, more than forty smaller Chinese banks collapsed. They were absorbed into larger institutions, but many depositor accounts failed to migrate during the absorption. As of July 10, people in Hong Kong and mainland China are reporting that they cannot access their deposits. This is direct fallout from the disappearance of the fake asset accounts that Chinese deep state institutions had heavily leveraged.
The fake heads had been making financial promises to multiple governments. Around early May, roughly two months before July 10, the matter was discussed at the G8 summit. Several countries signed up for promised asset releases by July 15. As of July 10, I have received panic calls from Thailand, the Philippines, Laos, and several European countries, all asking what happened to the funds they were told to expect.

The assignment was unauthorized, and I was not aware while it was happening that this was being done in my name.
In the United States, banks are characterizing the disruption as just a glitch and promising resolution later today. The Fed is panicking today. The US Military and the Fed are still waiting for a phone call from a dead guy. The banks now have to make a life choice.
While Chinese depositors stand at locked counters, another set of phone lines is lighting up at the top of the system. One of those calls is for me.
5. The Final Phone Call and the Hidden Command Channel
Step back a moment. The night of July 9, while three men were dying in three different countries, a phone rang in another part of the world.
On the night of July 9, Mr. Black and White, at that point the last surviving operative among the fake heads and combining the Mr. Black and Mr. White roles, contacted an operative who has a personal relationship with me. This was a significant break from prior protocol. He had always worked through intermediaries before, in order to preserve the mystique of his authority. The remaining fake heads had been declared legally dead, and the structure they ran preferred masks to faces, keeping the appearance of power intact while the bodies behind it kept dropping out.
He instructed that operative to contact me and offer a reassignment, transferring the financial assignments back through this operative. I am scheduled to receive that call on July 10. The operative does not know that I know the background.
Separately, government departments dependent on the worldwide scam want to make their own offer. They have settled on offering me 1% in exchange for replacing the financial facility, with the implication that higher contributions on my side would mean higher returns on theirs. I have declined. There was a prior 2% agreement, more than a hundred years old and inherited through the structure, which I consider long expired. The 1% offer is the same maneuver in newer language.

The fake heads and the fake Mei Wa had also been issuing orders to the Silent Circle, the covert coordinating body that connects major noble and financial bloodline families. The Pallavicini and Orsini families are part of that ring. This is why everything is screwed up in this world and nothing is making any sense. The orders these families were following came from people who were themselves operating a stolen, expiring mandate.
The operative Mr. Black and White used as a go-between has real capabilities. His background covers telecommunications, trading algorithms, and financial platform operations. Under a legitimate framework, underneath my system, this person could make a lot of money and do a lot of good things. He could contribute meaningfully to programs like Life Assurance. I describe the outcome of the upcoming call as uncertain.
Government spending has historically been the mechanism by which the deep state financial structure sustained the corporations it controlled. The pattern shows up in places like long-term hotel-chain contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars a year. As the underlying fake asset structure disappears, those credit lines vanish, and the corporations that have been living off them stop receiving support.
The people running the scam wanted to control everything in the world yet had no mental capacity to even understand the consequences of getting what they wanted, and they have left every country that signed up, high and dry.
I will take that phone call. Whatever comes out of it, I am not going to clean up the mess these people made.
6. I Am Not Cleaning This Up
I take the call. I do not clean up. Both are true on the same morning.
I will not participate in any cleanup of the mess these operatives created. I have no respect for any of these people, and overnight I have shown what their continuity is actually worth. The collapse is most visible right now in the Chinese banks, which were the most heavily leveraged, and it is still spreading. In the United States, banks continue to describe the disruption as just a glitch with resolution promised later today. That explanation has stopped working.

This morning, what had been channeled into a long stolen structure is moving again in its proper direction. Not in the abstract. In water, in sewage, in bridges. I know my own 2012 assignments were the seed of all of this. I also know that the cleanup is already happening, and not by me. For the ninety-five percent of you who have been getting on with your lives without knowing any of this, you will not have to know. C.A.R.E. will be there. That is enough.
