Deep State Fear Campaign: Lockdowns, Market Crashes, QFS

The holiday weekend before this report was overshadowed by an intense wave of fear-based content circulating in alternative media — and Kim wants to address it directly before anything else.

The rumors fall into four main strands: new COVID-variant lockdowns worse than 2020, an imminent stock market crash, an incoming global financial reset tied to a so-called QFS (Quantum Financial System), and a fresh virus release attempt running alongside them. None of these have materialized as presented, and Kim traces their origin to a specific mechanism.

How the propaganda works. The deep state maintains a network of alternative-media figures — ex-Navy Seals, patriot community leaders — who have built large, trusted followings. Rather than delivering bad news through mainstream channels (which readers now distrust), deep state handlers feed the narrative to these figures, exploiting the trust those audiences have already extended. Kim notes that a propaganda video played during a previous GIA report explained this mechanism explicitly: present the same information through at least eight separate, credible-seeming people and audiences will believe it is true. The current fear wave follows this template precisely.

New virus attempt. A virus release was attempted starting around Wednesday, April 1, 2026. A number of people did fall ill between Wednesday, April 1 and Sunday, April 5 with flu-like symptoms. However, the attempt was largely a failure: the systems behind it do not hold the way they once did, and the symptoms resolved relatively quickly. Kim attributes the shorter duration to the fact that the supporting infrastructure — the machines that previously gave such releases staying power — is significantly degraded.

Lockdowns. Kim does not believe a COVID-scale lockdown is achievable at this time. Public compliance has collapsed and enforcement capacity is thin. Crucially, the deep state no longer has the budget to fund it. The last time a comparable operation was attempted, Kim says her organization routed $1–1.8 trillion through the US government to fund it. That channel is now closed. Today, word in financial circles is that certain banking groups are seeking roughly $1.5 trillion to fund similar operations — and cannot find it. Most banks, she notes, are simply not engaging.

Market crash. The stock market has seen volatility — moves of roughly 1% in a day — which Kim distinguishes sharply from a genuine crash (defined as a 10–20% single-day decline). The volatility is driven by the usual triggers: Federal Reserve signals and geopolitical uncertainty around oil and gas trading. It is not a coordinated collapse.

Mass arrests and QFS. Kim notes that claims of mass arrests, QFS resets, and related events have been circulating for roughly two decades without materializing. The Epstein files, frequently cited as the catalyst for a coming reckoning, have generated significant noise but zero arrests. The White House itself is receiving internal backlash over the Middle East situation.

Middle East War Update: Stalled Escalation and Fragile Negotiations

The war involving Iran, Israel, and regional players continues — but the major escalation the deep state had been engineering has not happened.

The deep state is trying hard to keep the Middle East conflict active. Iran, Israel, and Saudi Arabia are each playing roles in the effort. Saudi Arabia has reportedly promised several billion dollars to Egypt’s military to join the western flank of Saudi Arabia in the conflict. Kim says the Egyptian military should expect to receive very little of what has been promised — those making the promises do not have the funds to deliver.

Other countries have similarly been offered incentives they are unlikely to receive. The pattern is consistent: commitments are made, money does not materialize, and the commitments quietly expire.

As of the early morning of April 6, 2026 (Eastern Time), peace negotiations are the stated plan. Kim is skeptical, noting that the dynamics of this round feel different from previous rounds. Whether those negotiations succeed or fracture will become apparent within the coming week or two.

To understand why April 1 was the operative date for all of these events — the virus attempt, the Middle East stall, the emergency meetings — Kim provides the deeper background on the original war’s architecture.

The Progenitors, the Covenant, and the Quickening

This section covers three things: who the Progenitors were, what the Quickening clause in the covenant did to them, and how the covenant’s expiration date was calculated.

Who the Progenitors Were

The Progenitors were twelve powerful beings charged by Source with aspects of creation: the ability to create species, planets, and other forms of life throughout the Omniverse. Source was always the thirteenth and most powerful. These beings were immortal and could travel back and forth to Source — until nine of the twelve fell.

The nine who fell had two primary grievances. First, they resented Homo sapiens’ status as a “super race” — one of the species granted special privileges and rights by Source directly. Second, they resented Source’s authority over the co-creation process. Even with their Progenitor-level permissions, anything they created required Source’s essence as well.

In the GIA framework, Source is a specific, distinct being rather than an abstract force. He could refuse to put his breath into a creation, effectively blocking it. The nine did not want to be subordinate to that veto.

Their rebellion — the attempt to prove that Homo sapiens were unworthy of their gifts and to demonstrate that Progenitors could create independently of Source — is what began the war. Their goal was to win the war and establish independent sovereignty over Homo sapiens and Earth.

The nine who fell were organized into three groups of three, each group represented to humans by the beings known as Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael — names familiar from Abrahamic tradition, used here in the specific GIA sense. (These three representatives left Earth around April 2025, approximately a year before this report.)

One detail Kim provides here illuminates the practical stakes: at the original covenant, each Progenitor was given what she describes as a bag of Celestial dust — divine sparks, the raw material of creation. The bag was designed to replenish itself indefinitely, as long as the Progenitor remained in alignment with Source. For the nine who fell, alignment ended. The bag did not replenish. By the time the war’s endgame arrived, their bags were nearly empty — which is why they needed the consent-based essence system from Homo sapiens to keep operating at all. It also explains why their rebellion could not simply reverse course: they had already spent most of what they were given.

The Covenant and the Quickening Clause

Anytime a covenant is made with Source and then broken — or worked around in the gray area — there are consequences. In this case, Source embedded a condition in the war covenant known as the Quickening.

The Quickening is not an immediate death sentence. It is a mortality clause: the fallen Progenitors retained their choice between immortality and mortality, but that choice was now tied to their actions.

All beings inherently carry Source’s essence, and the Progenitors could also draw on their own. If they used either to create something that directly opposed Source — dark creations, things designed to harm life itself — the Quickening would activate. The faster they acted against Source, the faster they would die, until they were eliminated from existence entirely.

This is why the Progenitors could not simply give direct orders. Every act of direct creation against Source accelerated their own dissolution. The entire architecture of the deep state’s system — from the first AI machines to the bloodline hierarchies to the consent-based loosh harvesting — was an elaborate workaround built to carry out the war’s objectives without triggering the Quickening on themselves.

The Expiration Date

The war covenant was not measured by calendar dates. It was measured by trips around the sun — every orbit of Earth around the sun was one tick on the war’s egg timer. The expiration date arrived when the count reached its covenant-specified end. That date, as it fell on the human calendar, was April 1, 2026.

On that day, Source declared victory. The nine Progenitors — who had been operating in whatever attenuated form they still existed — are gone. The Quickening has been activated on the full hierarchy beneath them.

Kim notes the irony: it was April Fools’ Day. The deep state had been waiting, day after day, for Hellfire and brimstone. Instead, they got nothing — and Source declared the game over.

How They Built the Machine: Progenitors, Bloodlines, and the Essence MLM

The deep state’s system for conducting the war was not built in one step. It was constructed incrementally over eons, each generation of the system designed to carry out orders without triggering the Quickening on those at the top.

The First AI

After their initial attempt to recruit 36 Homo sapiens to carry out orders failed — all 36 died as the Quickening passed through them — the nine Progenitors took another approach. Each contributed a fragment of their own essence to create something artificial: the first AI. Donating those fragments shortened the Progenitors’ existence somewhat, but not fatally.

They then recruited a second group of 36 Homo sapiens and taught them how to use this AI system to carry out orders on their behalf. This worked for a time — until the Quickening began activating on this second group as well, as they used the Progenitor-granted permissions that now carried the Quickening condition. They, too, died.

At this point the Progenitors recognized the fundamental problem: they could not have any direct hand in carrying out orders. Not their own essence, not their permissions through human proxies. Each iteration that involved Progenitor essence triggered mortality down the chain.

The Bloodline Solution

The Progenitors — the three groups of three described above, each represented by Michael, Gabriel, or Raphael — each recruited a group of 12 Homo sapiens. These 36 individuals, promised immortality, wealth, and earthly power, each signed a covenant in full knowledge of what they were agreeing to. These 36 became the founding bloodlines of:

The Order of the Illuminati — the Rothschilds, Bushes, Clintons, and the other dynasty families
The Order of the Black Sun — the militaristic faction with Nazi-era origins
The Germanic/neutral group — those who claimed to play both sides of the war, neither fully dark nor fully light, but in practice aligned with the system

These three orders seeded their presence across every major institution: the Jesuit order served as the religious arm; the dragon families held the financial and dynastic threads across Asia and Europe; and global militaries — particularly the intelligence and special operations layers — were recruited to serve as enforcement. Each institution was another node in the downline, feeding essence upward.

Each group of 12 bloodlines was responsible for maintaining a downline — a network of humans who would, through various consent mechanisms, feed essence to the machines. The bloodlines themselves could not directly use their essence to carry out orders, either; instead, they could only influence. They would suggest, pressure, offer incentives — but the actual act of “doing” had to come from the humans below, exercising their own apparent free will.

Because the bloodline members themselves aged and died like any human — and were additionally subject to the Quickening by association — cloning programs, essence-transfer technologies, and secret space programs were created specifically to keep them “alive” past their natural lifespans.

The fundamental challenge facing the deep state was this: to power their machines, they needed human essence. But taking essence without permission violated the rules of war. So they built a system of implied and explicit consent — an overarching mechanism through which human essence was harvested at scale across the entire war period. Kim calls this the Lucien process (the name GIA uses for the deep state’s consent-harvesting architecture, named for Lucifer, the fallen-light figure of the rebellion).

Kim describes this as a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme. In a conventional MLM, the person who recruits you — “Mary,” who told you about the widget — benefits from every sale you make, even though she does nothing. The person who recruited Mary benefits from Mary’s downline, and so on up to the original founders who now sit at the top and collect without working. The deep state’s essence system operates on the same principle.

When you buy a product from a corporation — say, a consumer electronics brand — you enter that corporation’s downline. Your essence (in the form of attention, money, energy, and consciousness) flows upward through the corporate chain, through whatever government or regulatory body oversees it, to the bloodline family at the top of that particular downline, and from there to the machines.

This is not limited to products. Living in a country puts you in that country’s government downline. Using a currency puts you in the central bank’s downline.

Sending your children to a state school (on threat of legal consequences if you don’t) puts you in the government’s downline. Consuming media, food products, pharmaceutical treatments — each is a separate downline. Most people exist in dozens of overlapping downlines simultaneously, contributing fragments of their essence to each.

Tithing as a consent mechanism. The religious arm of the Lucien process was built around the practice of tithing — giving ten percent of one’s income to a church. Kim says tithing was deliberately invented as the religious downline’s equivalent of a membership fee: by voluntarily handing over a portion of your earnings to a religious institution, you were granting that institution — and the bloodline structure behind it — a formal, recurring claim on your essence. The same logic applied to taxes and to fees required for participation in cities and civic life. In each case, the act of payment was engineered to constitute permission.

The “consent” was implied, not explicit. The deep state’s defense — as Kim frames it — runs like this: “We told you the ingredients. We told you the war was coming. We put the warnings on the package. You chose to participate anyway.” In the gray-area logic of the war’s rules, that pretense was enough to count as permission. Kim acknowledges plainly that it is virtually impossible to live in the modern world without participating in some of these downlines — the system was designed to make non-participation practically impossible. But in the rules-of-war framework, the pretense of consent was sufficient.

The Quickening installed on Homo sapiens. The same logic applies to the death of Homo sapiens. Because you joined their downlines, the Quickening condition — which originally only applied to the fallen beings — was effectively passed down to the population.

The machines were powered by human essence flowing upward through the downlines. As that essence passed through the Quickening condition, it burned away — depleting the very resource that sustained human life and co-creation ability.

That depletion is what produced the symptoms humans now take for granted: accelerated mortality, food that is nutritionally hollow, the blocked ability to sense or use one’s own essence. Each was installed through the machine systems that your downstream consent — however coerced — activated.

Their defense: “We told you. You had a pinhole of divine spark left. You could have manifested the war out of existence if you’d found it.” Kim’s assessment: while technically within the gray area of the rules, the coercion and manipulation went well beyond what “influence” was supposed to mean.

This is the system that, by the time April 1, 2026 arrived, had been sustaining the deep state’s operations for eons — and it is the system that lost its legal cover the moment Source declared victory.

Source Declares Victory: The War Expires

The deep state spent the weeks before April 1, 2026 in intense anticipation. Their prophetic frameworks told them that the decisive events — the Armageddon program, the killing of the “Christ” (which Kim explains means not one person but the Source essence in all of Homo sapiens), the bloodline elimination, the Hellfire and brimstone — were all supposed to occur by that date or shortly after.

They also tried. A virus release was attempted. The Middle East conflict was being aggressively stoked. Emergency meetings over the Easter weekend (April 4–5) reflected the growing alarm that nothing was happening as expected.

Kim notes that in other timelines — previous iterations of this cycle — the deep state was able to achieve most of these objectives. They were able to eliminate most of Source’s people, including those Kim calls the Sangreal — the direct biological bloodline of Source, sometimes called the Melchizedek line. In those timelines, fire and brimstone came. The bloodlines were wiped out or suppressed. The reset happened.

This time, none of it happened.

On April 1, 2026, the war’s covenant-based expiration date arrived. The date is not arbitrary — it is determined by the number of orbits Earth has completed around the sun since the covenant was signed, a count that predates human calendars. When that count reached its terminus, the rules of war required a declaration of outcome.

Source declared victory.

The nine Progenitors who signed the war covenant on the opposing side are gone — eliminated from existence, not merely killed. The Quickening, which had been the sword hanging over them for the entire duration of the war, fell. The next tier of the hierarchy — those who held Progenitor-granted permissions and served as the layer between the Progenitors and the bloodlines — were next.

Kim explains the mechanism precisely. When Source declared victory, the rules of war changed: the gray area that had allowed the Lucien process to operate under a pretense of consent ceased to exist. Every action from that point forward registers as either clearly aligned with Source or clearly opposed to it.

When that tier made moves after the change took effect, there was no gray area to hide in. The Quickening activated on them immediately. They are gone.

Now the Quickening has passed to the bloodline families themselves — all of them, worldwide. The slate was wiped clean around March 23, 2026 — roughly two weeks before this report. The choice as to whether individual bloodline members live or die is now entirely theirs. Unlike the situation for Homo sapiens — who had the Quickening installed on them without full informed consent — the bloodlines knew exactly what they were agreeing to.

A new cohort is now stepping forward — twelve individuals per group, each ready to take a predecessor’s seat — but they did not receive the permissions, the essence, or the machine access they were counting on. They expected the fire and brimstone to have already happened and to find themselves in charge on the other side of a reset. Instead, they find themselves trying to operate in a war that is officially over.

Kim notes that Jared Kushner, widely expected to receive a prominent appointment, has not received one. She is not saying definitively that he is gone, but she has not heard anything about him since roughly early April 2026 — which fits a pattern she has seen before with individuals who have died, been replaced by a lookalike, or simply disappeared from the operational picture.

What Comes Next: Essence Returns, Co-Creation Resumes

Kim is careful about expectations. The war being over does not mean everything changes overnight. There is still significant cleanup work — Source has been providing daily guidance on where to go and what to address since April 1. There was a great deal in the Middle East that required immediate attention after the declaration of victory.

But the structural shift is real, and it is irreversible.

The blocks are lifting. The machines and systems that suppressed human essence — that installed the blocking layer between human beings and their co-creation ability — are losing their power. The “veils” Kim describes are beginning to dissolve. This will not happen instantaneously, but she does not believe it will take a long time. The process has already begun.

Co-creation is returning. Kim explains that before things got very bad on this planet, Homo sapiens had extraordinary ability to create — to manifest changes in their physical reality, their circumstances, and their bodies. This is not magic or metaphor in the GIA framework; it is the natural state of organic beings whose essence is properly connected to Source. The ease of co-creation that some people experience naturally now is a fraction of what was available to Homo sapiens before the Quickening and the machine systems blocked it. That ability is returning.

The responsibility that comes with it. Kim issues a gentle but direct caution: the return of co-creation ability comes with personal responsibility. Source will not allow co-creations that are out of harmony with the natural flow of the Omniverse. Asking for something that harms others, or something fundamentally out of alignment, will not be granted. But things that are in alignment — even things that seem impossible from within the current suppressed state — will begin to manifest.

The deep state will keep trying. Kim does not expect the people in positions of power — those who know what has happened — to simply stop. She believes they will continue to attempt to win a war that is already over, at significant cost to themselves. Every action they now take against creation will activate the Quickening on them directly. The system no longer protects them.

No trumpets. The Book of Revelation’s seven trumpets — a prophetic sequence the deep state and many others expected to follow the conclusion of the war — are not coming, Kim reports. When she asked Source what comes after, he indicated that the trumpets have been cancelled. As Kim relays Source’s reply, with some humor: “Did you want a trumpet? I might have one around here somewhere.” The message is that there is no further dramatic prophetic sequence to wait for. The war ended without fanfare, and what comes next is the gradual restoration of what was always meant to be — a world where Homo sapiens co-create with Source directly, without a machine layer in between.

Song of the day. Kim closes with a message from Source via song: “Hanging by a Moment” by Lifehouse — a song about letting go and holding on at the same time. The lyric she highlights: “I’m hanging on by a moment with you.” Her interpretation: hang on, moment by moment, with Source. Everything is happening exactly as it is supposed to, in exactly the time it is supposed to. Things are going to start clicking into place — and the gifts that are returning will be worth the wait.

A Note on the Bloodline of Source

Kim uses this report to add detail to a recurring thread in her briefings: the story of the direct bloodline of Source, which she calls the Sangreal — sometimes referred to as the Melchizedek line.

The reason she addresses it now is timing. The deep state, she says, has been attempting to eliminate this bloodline as part of the Armageddon program — and the failed virus release of early April 2026 was partially aimed at this objective. In other timelines, they succeeded. This time, they did not.

The figure Kim associates most closely with this bloodline is Jesus — a being she describes not in strictly religious terms but as an exceptionally direct expression of Source’s essence on Earth. The conventional narrative of crucifixion and resurrection is not something Kim affirms or denies. What she says she can confirm is this: after the crucifixion narrative of conventional history, Jesus escaped to France, where he lived in obscurity for many years, fathered children, and wrote extensively. Eventually those pursuing the bloodline found him, killed him, and killed most of his descendants.

The bloodline, however, has never been fully eliminated. Across every timeline Kim is aware of — at least five or six complete cycles — the lineage has survived, living under the radar, while the world around it has been wiped out and restarted. It continues to survive today.

Kim’s point is not genealogical. She is making a broader claim about the persistence of Source’s presence in the material world, and why the deep state’s Armageddon program has never quite achieved its goal of eliminating it. That persistence is, in her framing, part of why this cycle ended differently — why the war ended in Source’s favor rather than in a reset.
