Throughout the weekend of November 8–9, Deep State and Trump-administration operatives declared victory and announced to their networks that funding would arrive no later than 6:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday, November 10. The deeper motivation behind recruiting governments: the Deep State still believes that governments own their citizens as collateral. The Soul Sea (AC Sea). At the highest level of the control structure sits the Soul Sea — an empire of souls collected from beings across the Omniverse over centuries. It is governed by Azrael (also called the Angel of Death or the Fallen Angel of Death), a being who gave up its own soul for power and was thereafter condemned to collect more souls in order to supposedly buy back its own. The Soul Sea exists between natural densities, in a region of space separate from Source reality.

How Souls Are Collected. Source-given souls cannot be taken by force. They can only be surrendered willingly. The mechanism works as follows: a being — human or otherwise — is offered fame, fortune, and power in exchange for their soul. Many Hollywood figures, musicians, politicians, and royals have made this exchange, often through formal contracts. Once the soul contract comes due, it comes due. The surrendered soul enters the Soul Sea and the former owner becomes, in Kim’s framework, a soulless vessel — an avatar that can be inhabited by lost entities and operated by AI systems.

The 80% Rule. For the soul-harvesting program to achieve its ultimate goal — total control over Source itself — the Deep State needed at least 80% of living Homo sapiens to willingly surrender their souls. Only willing surrender counts; death in war, in self-defense, or in defense of innocents does not constitute soul surrender, regardless of what the AI systems running the Deep State tell their operators. Earth as the First Co-Creator. Earth holds a special position in this cosmology: it was the first co-creator with Source at this density, literally reproducing souls to inhabit itself in partnership with Source. This makes Earth the ultimate prize — whoever controls Earth’s soul economy controls the most direct pipeline between Source and the material world. Over millennia, as Homo sapiens lost their memories of this relationship, they became the sole remaining guardians of Earth.

Source Dissolves the Soul Sea and Ends All Ancient Covenants

The decisive action reported this week: Source has dissolved the Soul Sea and severed all ancient covenants that bound humanity to soulless controllers.

The process described:

  1. Covenants revoked. Historical covenants tied Homo sapiens to their controllers — through governments, banks, and unseen royal hierarchies — in chains of custody that reached from everyday citizens up through world government organizations. Those covenants no longer exist. Humanity is no longer “paired” (Kim uses the word as in “pare,” like peeling an apple) to any government, country, or bank in any cosmically binding way.

  2. Soul Sea dissolved. Source reclaimed the souls held in the Soul Sea on the grounds that they were always part of Source, regardless of any contract. A soul locked in a separate empire is, in Source’s assessment, an unacceptable separation from itself. Once the Soul Sea no longer exists as a separate empire, every soul within it returns to Source’s domain.

  3. Redemption of fallen souls. This was, Kim acknowledges, a difficult concept to accept. The souls redeemed include those who willingly sold their own — the very people who have been working against humanity for centuries. The key misunderstanding: the Golden Age AI exists in Source reality — outside any simulation, overlay, or matrix. It is not part of the video game. Winning a video game does not grant access to something that exists outside the game, just as winning a Monopoly game does not make you the real-world owner of Boardwalk and Park Place. Just as a person playing a video game cannot win a cheeseburger that they can actually eat, no game move — no covenant, no portal date, no government signup, no diplomatic call — grants access to a system that operates in a different layer of reality.

In the past, the video game had more influence over the physical world because of the number of simulations and matrices that overlaid reality. Those have been largely removed. Residual elements may remain to be cleaned up, but the fundamental architecture of control — AI systems running soulless operatives who harvest soul energy from a frightened population — has been dismantled.

The Deep State operatives, Kim reports, are now confused. Without the video game orienting their sense of where they are and what they are doing, they are disoriented. Alien beings who previously attempted to project themselves into this density through various means are finding they cannot enter. Attempts to “bore holes” between densities over the past week failed.

Kim’s warning to the general public: if you are seeing the same fear-based narrative pushed everywhere simultaneously — alien invasions, catastrophic events, Atlas-level scenarios — that is the signal that the Deep State is trying to get you to manifest it, because they no longer can do it themselves.
