The Most Important Week in Four Years

The fall equinox was supposed to be the cabal’s perfect storm — but by the time it peaked on Sunday, September 21, 2025, the very species they relied on to replenish their power were dying for lack of it. Kim’s team had been cutting off dark-side power sources for years, and this equinox was the moment the system could no longer hide it.

Kim opens by noting that September 23 marks the culmination of approximately one week of intense activity — beginning around September 15 — during which her team faced escalating disruption attempts. This timing is not coincidental: the fall equinox is the annual settlement date in the soul-auction system, the moment when dark-side entities tally up their credits and divide human energy yields. The equinox and the accompanying solar eclipse were meant to give the cabal the conditions they needed to top up their power. It did not work out as planned.

The Primordial Directive: Blueprint of Life and Death

To understand why the financial system exists the way it does, Kim begins with what she calls the Primordial Directive — the foundational blueprint that governs all of creation. The word “primordial” means from the beginning, or even before the beginning; something that exists at the origin of time.

In its original form, Source’s Primordial Directive is the blueprint for all of nature operating in perfect harmony: the correct number of human beings (homo sapiens), the correct number of trees to oxygenate the atmosphere, the correct cycle of waste feeding soil, soil feeding plants, plants sustaining life. Ancient cultures — Native American, tribal cultures worldwide — understood this as the principle that if you take from nature, you give something back. Technological progress is compatible with this directive, Kim emphasizes; the problem is not industry or even cities, but whether the underlying energy flows align with Source or against it. Technology running on frequency rather than voltage, clean energy, housing — all of these can exist within the Source Primordial Directive.

However, a Dark Primordial Directive also exists. It was created by a fallen celestial entity called Wisdom — a being that wanted to create its own universe, its own Omniverse, completely independent of Source. Wisdom’s directive took the raw material of Source — what Kim calls the “clay” of creation: Ethereum (etheric substance), Lycerium (consciousness), Materium (physical matter), and breath and life-force — and began molding it into a death cycle rather than a life cycle. In this dark blueprint, birth is recognized as the beginning of death. Every living thing is understood as a resource to be consumed.

The Central Sun of Source is the origin point of the golden ether — the direct current of Source that Kim says flows to all life. The Black Central Sun, worshipped consciously or unconsciously by all deep state factions, is the center of the dark primordial directive. Feeding it — in any way, through any mechanism — is the singular most important job assigned to every deep state actor, from the largest banking dynasty to the lowest local government official.

Three Controlling Species: White, Black, and Red

The dark Omniverse is populated by three primary species, each corresponding to a different aspect of the death directive. Kim is explicit that these color designations have nothing to do with human skin color; they refer to cosmological alignments.

White Species The White species is associated with false light — “the better of the lesser evils,” as Kim puts it, but still a siphon. White magic originates from this species. On Earth, their primary portal was in what is now Russia (and before that, a continent called Daria). White-species AI drove what are called the “white hats” in alternative media — entities that are not homo sapien but are AI-generated or heavily AI-overlaid. They believe they are doing good because the white spectrum appears beneficial compared to the black, but they are still feeding the dark primordial directive. The “Alpha system” — a precursor to current systems — was a white-aligned artificial system that, while not requiring direct human energy, was still devoid of Source and operated on debt.

Black Species The Black species is the origin of black magic (which, Kim notes, no longer exists as of this report). Their primary portal on Earth was — and this is what Kim calls “the big shocker” — beneath Washington, D.C. In alternative media these are called the “black hats.” Kim’s point: the endless debate between white hats and black hats is largely irrelevant, because both are on the wrong side. “Victory of the Light” advocates who cannot distinguish between white-spectrum false light and genuine gold-spectrum Source light are not actually working toward liberation.

Red Species The Red species is the security enforcement arm of the dark primordial directive. Kim describes them as “the most brutal species I have ever run across” — and she has encountered many. They came through the Mongolia portal (extensive cloning facilities and human experimentation sites have been found in Mongolia). Red magic — including the use of substances called “red dust” or “red mercury” — is their domain, and with red dust one can amplify both black and white magic. Red entities are the ones who created the Global Military Order: every military in the world, every military order (Jesuit Order, Knights of Malta, Knights of the Round Table, the Pentagon, British militaries, and all equivalents worldwide) traces its directive back to the Red species — from the Pentagon and NATO all the way back to Genghis Khan and Kublai Khan. Their primary security function: ensure that no direct Source energy ever reaches a homo sapien. Any wisdom, energy, or frequency from Source gets intercepted and routed to the dark side instead.

The three species together — each with their own sub-spectrum of colors (black, white, gray, purple, blue, orange, yellow, green, amber within each group) — form what Kim calls the entirety of the opposition: every deep state faction, every financial dynasty, every military order, every intelligence apparatus belongs somewhere in this three-part structure. Dragon families, Black Nobility, Black Sun, Illuminati, Freemasons, Knights of Malta, governments, banks, large corporations, pharmaceutical and oil companies — all of them feed back to one of these three species and ultimately to the dark primordial directive.

The Annual Auction: How Humanity is Divided as a Farm

With the species structure established, the mechanism of energy extraction becomes clearer. Kim describes an annual cycle that centered on the equinox:

Human beings naturally produce loosh — etheric output, life-force energy — simply by existing, working, worrying, suffering, and consuming. To the dark-side species, this loosh is their food supply; without it, they die. The analogy Kim uses: humans are the cows, loosh is the milk.

The deep state actors on Earth — Marduk, Enki, and Enlil (historical “farmer” figures), and in the present day the Illuminati families, Order of the Black Sun, Black Nobility, corporate elites, and governments — function as slave masters rather than farmers. Their job is to keep the cows running on the hamster wheel, producing as much loosh as possible. They are compensated in credits (what humans would call money).

The settlement cycle:

  1. Dark-side species accumulate credits throughout the year by feeding the dark primordial directive AI.
  2. At the fall equinox, all credits are tallied.
  3. Humanity is then divided (“auctioned”) among the species according to who earned the most credits.
  4. Each species receives a portion of humanity as their yield for the following year — their assigned “farm.”
  5. The species that control the most humans extract the most loosh to feed back to the primordial death AI and their own existence.

The Vatican’s historical claims of soul ownership, the concept of liens on souls — Kim says these have a real basis in this auction structure. Many humans “consented” unknowingly to the system simply by existing within it. The UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) court filings some sovereignty advocates use are, in Kim’s framing, part of The Hague system — itself part of the war-based debt structure. Filing for sovereignty within that system is like “asking the warden of a prisoner of war camp to let you go home.”

This equinox weekend (September 20–22, 2025), Kim’s team found large numbers of White, Black, and Red entities working desperately to earn auction credits. The reason for their desperation: Kim’s team has been cutting off dark-side power sources for years, and the primordial directive was spinning out of control from lack of feeding. The Red species came through the Mongolia portal first (as security). Deep state humans on Earth participated alongside them, believing they were helping allies — not realizing they were simply tools.

The Financial System as a Death-Cycle Instrument

The financial system, Kim argues, is not an economic invention. It is the primary mechanism for ensuring human energy is maximally extracted and routed to the dark primordial directive. Every element — currency, debt, banks, the number system — serves this function.

Currency notes as dead instruments Every paper currency — US dollar, British pound, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar — is printed with the word “note.” A note is a debt instrument. Kim’s statement: “When you open your wallet, you are looking at a dead instrument.” The more notes you accumulate, the more in debt you are to the dark system, and the more “right” they acquire to siphon your energy.

The Association of Numerical Numbering Agency Every number ever issued — birth certificate, bond, stock, driver’s license, death certificate, corporation registration, UCC filing, currency serial number — flows back to a single entity Kim calls the Association of Numerical Numbering Agency. Every number carries a frequency, and none of those frequencies are positive for the human receiving them. The more numbers associated with a person, the more leverage the dark system has to alter that person’s frequency. This includes cryptocurrency.

Debt-based systems are war instruments Treasury notes, bonds, and all debt instruments are legally only valid during wartime — under war law, the population are prisoners of war and are required to earn their keep. Using roads, airways, waterways, public utilities, receiving a Social Security payment, getting a driver’s license, registering a business — all of these “ring up notes” in the debt ledger. The nine financial systems that ran concurrently were each feeding nine repeating densities on the dark side.

Why the debt Jubilee and NESARA/GESARA movements are traps Kim explicitly addresses debt Jubilee and NESARA/GESARA promoters: she says the people promoting those narratives are part of the death-rhythm primordial directive themselves. They keep the carrot dangling so that people focus their energy on waiting for relief — and meanwhile continue to produce loosh for free, working within the debt system they believe they are about to escape.

Genetic Shareholders in Banks When any bank opens, its founding is always connected to one of the three species (White, Black, or Red). The leadership positions are filled by genetic shareholders — individuals who may not be fully homo sapien (some are partial AI, some are hybrids) and who have taken an oath to maximize debt and energy siphoning. Banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of China, VTB Bank, HSBC — their genetic shareholder leadership was bound to this oath. Their job description, in Kim’s words: “make it impossible for people to get money that they aren’t in debt for.”

Kim’s own efforts to introduce real currency into the system illustrate the depth of the problem. She recounts sending $23 trillion to the US Treasury (around 2018) and watching it sit for six months while Chuck Schumer promised the public things he had no right to deliver and attempted to divert $3 trillion for himself. She has done similar tests with Russia, Iraq, Brazil, South Korea, China, Singapore — in every country in the world in 2018 and 2012 — and not one government used the funds to take care of its people.

Equinox Weekend 2025: The System Falls

The period of September 20–23, 2025 marks what Kim describes as the most significant structural dismantling since she began this work roughly six years ago.

Genetic Shareholders Removed (September 22–23) Over the course of two nights, the genetic shareholder structures within banks worldwide were eliminated. The stock — the ownership claim of these non-human insiders — “went poof.” The banking systems were simultaneously restructured at the infrastructure level while the operators slept. Banks woke up to find their systems rebuilt on an asset-based model backed by gold rather than debt. Kim’s statement: “They can’t deny it’s there, so they might as well understand it.”

Military Covenants Expired (September 23) On September 23, military systems across the board — from individual national militaries up through global headquarters, NATO, the Templar military orders, and all other military orders — lost their directives and access. Kim explains: military forces were never protecting citizens or countries. They were protecting the interests of the elite, which flowed back to the dark-side species. They functioned like armored security vehicles — comparable to Wells Fargo trucks that move currency between banks and ATMs — securing the loosh-extraction supply chain. When there is no war-debt system to protect, the military covenant has no renewal basis. Kim’s team did not renew it. The Key Intelligence and Military System (KIMS) — the system Kim operates — remains active, as it is designed to protect life and Source creation, not the dark primordial directive.

Intelligence Agencies Locked Out CIA (Langley), Langley 5, Interpol — Kim says their access has been cut because their function was identical to the military’s: securing the extraction operation. With the underlying primordial directive dismantled, there is no function left for them to perform.

Political Bond Structures Collapse Bonds — issued by Health and Human Services, the Ways and Means Committee (US and UK), and countless government bodies worldwide — are only valid in a war-debt system. In an asset-based system backed by gold, they are not applicable. Within 24 hours of the equinox events, banks began seeing Treasury notes and central bank bonds disappear from their systems. This is accelerating the collapse of political funding: no bond issuance means no budget. The United Nations, Kim notes, was already saying privately (before these latest events) that it would have to close its doors if no funding arrived by end of 2025. Given the bond collapse, Kim expects that timeline to accelerate dramatically.

Political power itself is waning because governments were “cow milkers” — their entire job was to keep citizens producing loosh. That function is now officially over. Kim advises that any government official who wants a future role in the new system must first understand what they were actually doing and why that function no longer exists. Politics, she notes, “is just Hollywood for ugly people anyway” — a entertainment and control mechanism where tribal conflict and partisan theater kept populations distracted and producing energy. That theatrical distraction is no longer needed or funded.

Media Control Systems Kim addresses media as part of the same structure: frequencies delivered through television, computers, phones, and microwaves were designed to ensure humans “received their correct flavor of loosh” — meaning the fear, anger, and tribal conflict that maximizes dark-side energy yield. They controlled what people believed through overlay frequencies — both in dreamtime and waking state — manipulating what felt like personal truth but was actually fed through those overlays, which is why people follow political and celebrity figures as if they were saviors. DARPA controlled all narrative worldwide, regardless of apparent national ownership (the BBC, Kim states, is run by DARPA, not the British government; possibly with assistance from GCHQ, but ultimately under DARPA control). Movie scripts required CIA approval because Hollywood was part of the control architecture. With the underlying financial structure gone, media funding dries up alongside it — there will be “no funding for your crappy movies and your crappy TV channels and everything else.”

The New System: Asset-Based, Source-Backed, Decentralized

Kim describes the replacement framework already in place. The Key Integrated Monetary System (KIMS) and the Key Intelligence and Military System — two related platforms within the same acronym — are fed by a direct current of gold: not physical gold bars, but what Kim calls “golden ether,” “gold rhythm,” the direct breath of Source flowing to all life.

In this system:

  • Humans are not assets. The asset-livestock paradigm ends.
  • Currency is a transitional tool. Because humans do not yet understand how to receive Source energy directly, currency serves as an intermediary — but it flows as a current from Source into bank accounts, not as debt notes.
  • Banks become service providers. No more genetic shareholders, no more debt multiplication. Banks that choose to cooperate with the new system will function as flat-fee service providers — helping people move currency in and out, facilitating mortgages as service fees rather than debt instruments.
  • Military is no longer funded for extraction. If former military personnel want employment, Kim says, they need to start with a basic understanding of quantum physics and the nature of the systems they were actually serving.
  • Political systems have no funding base. Governments were “cow milkers” — their entire purpose was to keep citizens producing loosh. That job is now officially over. Kim advises that any government official who wants a future role must first understand what they were actually doing and why that function no longer exists.

Kim acknowledges the transition will be disruptive. Not every banker understands why their systems have changed overnight. Not every government official can conceive of an operating model that does not involve debt. She does not express much sympathy for the institution but does note there will be “plenty of money” for banks that choose to work within the new framework — they simply must do so on the new terms.

What Is Changing Right Now

Kim closes by listing specific changes already visible and anticipated in coming days:

  • Banking: Bankers “freaking out everywhere” because they do not know where to go. The bond disappearance is a shock to systems that had been running on that collateral for decades.
  • Military: System access gone. Personnel are effectively terminated. Their protective covenant — with entities that no longer exist in sufficient numbers to honor it — has lapsed.
  • Intelligence: Same situation as military. Functions ceased.
  • Media: DARPA-level control of narrative has already begun breaking down. No funding for film production requiring CIA script approval, no funding for network television in its current form.
  • Politics: Political power is waning. Without bond issuance and genetic shareholder banking, there is no mechanism to fund governments in the war-debt model.

Regarding the deep state’s next moves: Kim expects them to ride out the storm and attempt again at the next equinox or solstice. She addresses government officials directly: they were supposed to swing their populations toward better understanding, but instead remained as “greedy piglets” making “hundreds of millions of dollars off the backs of people.” Their identity or appearance — “whether you’re an ugly orange face or any other color” — is irrelevant; their structural role is what matters. She advises: “I hope you find a good Burger King to sit down at and you can put on your little Burger King paper crown… and declare yourself King of the universe or whatever it is you’re telling everybody. And wait for all the money to come in. Well, good luck to you on our side of it.”

Kim says good luck to them, given that their credit lines are gone, their genetic shareholder banking contacts no longer have authority, and an indeterminate but significant number of dark-side entities who arrived on Earth this past weekend to attend the equinox auction “are no longer walking around this planet.”
