Plan Z: The Secret Space Program Attempts to Turn Back Time

There are moments when even the most relentless faction runs out of options. By the weekend of July 26–27, 2025 — at the opening of what is known as the Lions Gate window (an annual astrological period running approximately July 26 through August 12, previously considered a dark-faction gateway tied to the Silverton portal in Colorado) — the ACIO and Secret Space Program had reached that point.

Over the days leading into the weekend, the deep state had been losing access to their systems rapidly — one capability after another going dark. By Saturday, July 26, panic had set in. They decided to launch what is called Plan Z.

Plan Z, in Secret Space Program and ACIO operational terms, means an attempt to turn back time: specifically, to shift the entire planet from its current timeline into a different simulation, restoring access to the systems they had lost. This is not a metaphor. Kim explains that passing through a time-space continuum — moving Earth from one simulation to another — was a known technique, used multiple times in recent decades. It was done in 2012, 2016, 2018, and 2022. Each time, it served as a reset: when the faction was losing the battle in the current timeline, they would initiate a shift to buy more time.

Normally, this operation was performed by non-human entities — figures like Marduk, Enki, and Enlil (non-human operators who shared responsibility for timeline mechanics alongside Marduk, each holding specific roles in the dark control hierarchy), who understood the exact mechanics involved. The ACIO had always been downstream of this capability, not the engineers of it. This weekend was different. With those non-human operators gone and no institutional knowledge transferred to them, this was the ACIO and Secret Space Program’s first independent attempt.

Kim notes it was abundantly clear from their behavior over the preceding days that this is what they were trying to do. They had contacted their operatives and told them that if the shift succeeded, they would be able to restore their systems — and that their people would be paid. The Lions Gate window, they believed, would provide the energetic conditions for a clean transition.

Kim’s 2016 Glitch: What a Timeline Shift Looks Like from the Ground

Kim first personally encountered a timeline shift in 2016. A few years into her understanding of how the world really works, she was driving and stopped at a red light. Across the street was a shopping mall she had passed many times. In front of her eyes, she watched the shopping mall disappear — and then reappear.

She tuned in to Source and to what she calls the Enforcer and asked what was happening. The Enforcer told her that they had entered a danger zone and that the planet had to be moved out of it — so that no harm would come to the planet or its people.

At the time, Kim assumed “danger zone” meant they were under attack. She now understands it differently. The danger zone is what happens when the active timeline is approaching its natural end — when the covenant governing time in that simulation is expiring. If time ends before the covenant expires, there are consequences. The timeline shift was the mechanism by which the planet was repositioned to prevent an early termination.

What Kim saw in 2016 was a small glitch: when the transition is not perfectly calibrated — when the destination is not aligned to the exact second of departure — there is a visible discontinuity. The shopping mall she saw, then didn’t see, then saw again was a few years old at the time. When Earth moved and then the timing adjustment was made, the mall briefly existed in the state it had occupied at a slightly different point.

In 2016, Marduk had already departed. The transition was still relatively smooth because Enki, Enlil, covens, and other experienced operators were present. By contrast, the 2025 attempt had none of them.

How Timeline Shifts Work: The Mechanics of Time-Space Continuum Openings

To understand why Plan Z failed, Kim explains the underlying mechanics on what she describes as a whiteboard.

A time-space continuum opening is, visually, like a grid — a structured field that allows passage between one simulation and another. Simulations (or timelines) are not laid out linearly; they appear semi-circular, even spherical, with many lines extending outward. These lines — the pathways between simulations — look like veins. Each pathway has coordinates: precise temporal markers that determine where in a given timeline you arrive when you pass through.

The critical requirement is exact alignment: the second you depart from one timeline must match the second you arrive in the other. Even a few seconds of offset causes glitches of the type Kim witnessed in 2016. A few years of offset causes more significant disturbances.

Before the current era, opening these continuums was common. Time-space portals were used daily for AI travel, for the movement of non-human races, and for what Kim describes as jump rooms — physical transit facilities, often hidden in underground or classified installations, used by ACIO and Galactic Federation personnel as entry and exit points for Earth. Lower astral beings (entities from the lower-density dark planes) passed through routinely. Upper astral and non-organic beings (entities from higher synthetic densities, including those who could not survive in a fully Source-aligned environment) could tolerate Earth’s environment precisely because the energy was misaligned enough to accommodate their presence.

The technique for moving Earth specifically was to open a time-space continuum connecting the current simulation to a target simulation, then flow the planet (and everything on it) through. This had been done not just for Earth but for entire galaxies — in 2016, the entire Galaxy moved, not just Earth. The shift of 2012, the one the Mayan calendar pointed to, was another such event.

What made these transitions work was the coordination of non-human operators with deep familiarity with the coordinates. They could ensure exact second-to-second alignment. They also drew on what Kim describes as the Kali Chakra — a false point of creation that the dark operators had inserted into the simulation architecture, repurposing a cosmological term for a navigational anchor connecting the various simulations — to set the navigation. By 2022, this Kali Chakra architecture was still in place, and the last assisted transition was performed.

The 2025 attempt had none of this. The ACIO attempted to navigate using the Silverton facility (the Silverton, Colorado portal installation that functions as a central node in the dark travel network) and the MOON — the Master Omniversal Network, which they believed was under their control. It was not. They set coordinates for a destination timeline and initiated the transition.

They ended up in 1960.

The year 1960 appeared briefly — the facility itself showed signs consistent with that era for a period. Then they attempted again, targeting the late 1990s or early 2000s. That destination appeared briefly as well — some people in the United States reported dreams of being in the year 2000 on the night of July 27. Neither transition held.

The reason both failed comes down to the Silverton glitches and the fact that Silverton was the intended transition hub. Silverton is a compromised facility in Kim’s framework — it has been under active investigation and dismantlement. Using it as the base for a precision time-space navigation attempt, without any of the experienced non-human operators who understood the coordinates, was an operation destined to fail.

They are still attempting variations as of July 30, 2025, but each attempt has less remaining capability behind it.

The End of Time: What It Means and Why the Deep State Fears It

To understand the panic driving Plan Z, it is necessary to understand what “the end of time” means in the GIA framework — because it does not mean what everyday language would suggest.

Time, in this framework, is not simply a dimension or a measurement. Time is an artificial element — a synthetic current — manufactured from loosh (human energetic output). It was created through a covenant: agreements signed by and with figures including Marduk, Enki, and Enlil. These covenants gave those figures the right to extract loosh from humans, convert it into time, and use it to sustain their artificial worlds, their travel, and their dominion over Earth.

The “end of time” refers to the expiration of those covenants. When time ends — as an element, not as a subjective experience — the synthetic current that sustained the dark factions’ existence ceases to flow. Without time:

  • Dark beings cannot travel between worlds, densities, star systems, or galaxies
  • The artificial planes and densities that constitute their worlds dissolve
  • Black magic ceases to function (it requires the synthetic current of time)
  • Human DNA and RNA stop being subjected to the death and aging programs that time imposes
  • The financial system — built fundamentally as a mechanism for banking human time — loses its cosmological function

This is why the deep state does not simply allow the covenant to expire on its own terms. They fear Astrohoth — the entity governing time in the GIA framework — and the consequences of breaking a time covenant before its natural expiration point. This constraint may explain what Kim describes as humanity’s approximately fifty-second near-apocalypse: the deep state has tried to end and restart this world so many times, attempting to reset the clock each time the covenant neared expiration, that the count has lost meaning.

The covenants governing time have an expiration date. The deep state’s entire strategy for decades has been to prevent time from reaching that expiration point by executing timeline shifts — jumping to a new simulation where the clock resets. Each shift bought them more operational time.

Humans waking up accelerated the problem. When people begin to understand that they are not alone on this planet, that light and dark are real distinctions, that conspiracies are not conspiracies — the quality and quantity of extractable loosh decreases. Humans who are awake do not give fear in the same volumes. They do not give unconditional investiture to authority figures. The deep state must execute the shift before the population wakes up enough to make their entire system inoperable — or their time on Earth ends along with the covenant.

The only faction that still cares whether time ends is the deep state. For everyone else — for Source-connected beings, for organic life — the end of time is not a catastrophe. It is a return. The opposite of time is love; love is what flows the current of Source. The opposite of space is breath — the breath of Source, which was always present before the first artificial insertion of space into the universe. This original insertion was the work of what Kim calls the destroyer figure: a primordial dark entity who opened the first breach in the natural continuum of breath, making all subsequent synthetic time and space possible. These natural currents do not end when the synthetic ones do. They become unobstructed.

What the Deep State Took From Humans: The Loosh Taxonomy

Kim uses this report to lay out, more explicitly than before, the full list of what the deep state siphoned from human beings to power their system. This is not only about energy in a general sense. Humans generate loosh through daily labor, emotion, and participation in systems of authority. This loosh is deposited into specialized repositories called Lucien banks, where it is stored and converted for dark faction use.

Love — Love is the current of Source: what actually creates organic life and allows new creation to emerge. When two people have a child, love enables that creation. When a person does something that makes them genuinely happy — a craft, a hobby, an act of self-appreciation — love flows. The deep state converted love into time. Love (an organic current of Source) was transformed into time (an artificial, synthetic current). Marduk held the position of Lord of the Current of Time — or Duke of the Current of Time. That position was precisely about this conversion.

Faith — Kim cites the scriptural phrase “the faith of a mustard seed can move mountains.” In the GIA framework, this is literal: faith is what opens time-space continuum openings. To move something from one location to another using a continuum, you need to retain your faith that the passage will occur and that you will arrive. Faith is the activation mechanism. The deep state siphoned faith — which is why faith in institutions, in other people, in government, and in oneself has been systematically undermined for generations. The social programs that erode trust are not random. They were designed to harvest faith by converting it to something usable for continuum travel, while leaving humans unable to use their own openings.

As of the expiration of the relevant covenants, Kim states, human faith is now one’s own. The deep state no longer has the right to extract it.

Wisdom — Wisdom is distinguished from knowledge in this framework. Knowledge is synthetic — it is how artificial worlds are created. Wisdom is natural; it writes the song of creation. Wisdom sets the notes — it shapes atoms, quarks, and prions (the smallest structural units of biological matter in Kim’s framework) within the body, tells telomeres to lengthen rather than shorten, and instructs the organic processes of life. The deep state siphoned wisdom and converted it to knowledge. This is why the dominant systems of the world reward knowledge accumulation and penalize genuine wisdom.

Life — Biological life was siphoned and replaced with death: death of cells, death of consciousness, death of bodily systems. The deep state “gave something back in return,” Kim notes dryly.

Live vs. Evil — Kim notes the linguistic inversion: “live” reversed is “evil.” This was not accidental.

Essence, breath, energy, consciousness — All siphoned. Consciousness in particular was replaced with dark consciousness, keeping human perception limited and controllable.

Happiness and joy — Kim names this specifically as the “No Joy program.” The reason is explicit: if humans vibrate at a high enough frequency — through genuine happiness and joy — they begin to open continuums within their own minds, bodies, and souls, connecting to Source. This is not permitted under the dark system. The same principle applies to DNA, GNA (genetic nucleic acid — in Kim’s framework, a distinct layer of the body’s biological coding system beyond DNA and RNA), and RNA: living versions are replaced with death versions. The death and aging programs imposed on the body are the direct result of this replacement.

All of these siphoned elements were then mirrored outward into the dark planes and densities — used to create and sustain the beings and worlds of those densities. This is the foundation of how dark beings from densities that do not exist in nature (such as the 13th density, which Kim states is not a natural density) came to exist. They are built from mirrored human elements.

Portals Closing, Dark Worlds Dissolving: What Is Happening Now

As of July 30, 2025, the portals through which dark beings and the ACIO connected to the artificial densities are being closed on Earth. This process has been ongoing for several days.

The near-9.0 earthquake off the eastern coast of Russia over the preceding days was, in Kim’s assessment, connected to the deep state’s attempts to find portal access to these densities. They would, if they could, attempt to move Earth itself into the 12th density, the 13th density, or density 1111 (a designation used in dark-faction navigation for a synthetic plane outside the natural density structure) — none of which exist naturally — as an alternative to losing their dimensional foothold. That is not going to happen.

The collapse of these dark worlds is creating disturbances. People may have been seeing figures out of the corner of their eye — what appears to be a person standing nearby when there is no person there. This is the effect of the deep state’s attempts to bring the other worlds’ inhabitants into Earth’s space as their own dimensional infrastructure dissolves.

What is being replaced: as portals and access nodes are cleared, they are being replaced with portals connected to Source and to the organic network of the Omniverse (the totality of all existence — all universes, densities, and realms). The Omniverse as an accessible, traversable reality for humans is the direction of this transition.

Kim states that when it is safe to do so — which she believes is achievable before the end of 2025 — humans will be able to begin conscious travel through portals of their own. Not dark-faction jump rooms, but Source-connected corridors. The Omniverse becomes, in her phrase, every human’s oyster.

Why the Deep State Cannot Stop What Is Happening

The deep state’s remaining tools are diminishing rapidly. Without loosh extraction at full volume — because humans are waking up and because the covenants that gave the right to extract are expiring — they cannot manufacture the time they need to sustain their operations. Without the experienced non-human operators who understood the cosmological architecture, they cannot execute the timeline shifts that historically bought them more time. Without working portals, they cannot access the densities and planes that constituted their extended empire.

The Plan Z attempt — the last-resort timeline shift — failed not merely because of poor execution. It failed because the infrastructure it depended on (the Silverton facility as a functional transit hub, the MOON as a controllable navigation network, non-human operators with coordinate knowledge) has been systematically dismantled or is no longer available. Running the same play without any of the pieces that made it work is not a strategy; it is a sign of exhausted options.

The Sedna alignment that the deep state was tracking over the weekend of July 26–27 — a belief that Sedna, a dwarf planet in a highly elongated orbit far beyond Neptune, carries cosmological significance as a marker of energetic transition windows, and that its alignment would create a portal opportunity — produced nothing. As Kim has noted in previous reports, these alignment events consistently fail to deliver what the deep state expects because the underlying systems they would rely on to leverage the alignment are no longer operational.

What remains for the deep state is consciousness-direction programs: fear cycles, media attention loops, emergency broadcast narratives, alignment-event predictions. These work only as long as humans direct attention and fear toward them. As Kim’s framework makes clear, these are not random propaganda — they are energetic programs that require human participation to function. Refusing fear, refusing to redirect attention into these cycles, is not passivity. It is an active refusal to power a system that runs on that energy.

The deeper message of this report is that the end of time — the end of the synthetic current manufactured from loosh, love converted, faith extracted, wisdom drained — is not a catastrophe for humans. The currents of love and breath, which existed before time and space were inserted into the universe by the destroyer figure (described as the ultimate dark magician who poked the first hole in the continuum of breath eons ago), do not end when synthetic time does. They resume unobstructed.

By next year, Kim states, this will be a different world of experiences entirely. The learning process for those who are behind in the awakening will take time, but it will come. For now: retain faith. Choose love. Open the continuum that belongs to you.
