For the last several reports, Kim has been providing near-real-time intelligence: locations, specific sites, events happening within 24 to 48 hours of the broadcast. This precision makes her a significant target. The preceding week and a half, she notes, involved an unusually heavy operational load — but the work continues.

Today’s report takes a deliberate step back from granular operational updates to address something more fundamental: most of what people believe about governments, wars, and political choices is designed to be believed, and is not true.

What you see in mainstream media is produced for your consumption. It is not documentation of ongoing operations, nor is it disclosure of deep-state activities. Alternative media is no different in practice. Some alternative channels pass on surface-level observations that deep-state operatives find useful to circulate among their own audiences — but that content is not real intelligence. Real intelligence looks like knowing where specific people are within 48 hours, what they are doing, and what their next move is. Every major alternative channel was, for two weeks leading up to July 1, 2025, announcing that military action was imminent — Trump would act, the turning point had arrived. The date passed. Then the same channels pivoted to July 15. That also passed. Now a new date is circulating: July 27 or 28. The same cycle will repeat.

Why do people keep listening to those channels? Drama. The same force that sustains TMZ, gossip magazines, and the depressive scroll of tragedy-and-shopping on social media — manufactured fear and excitement delivered in under two minutes. Government narratives operate on exactly the same mechanism: they create drama to keep you feeling powerless, surveilled, and dependent.

Every Head of State Is a Controlled Actor

No decision to bomb a country has ever been made by any head of state or military commander. No war has ever been genuinely won or lost. Every military conflict you have seen in public has been pre-decided and predetermined, often decades in advance. These events are designed to affect and control populations — and they harm real people — but they are not the result of independent leadership decisions. This organizational structure has a long history: Project Blue Beam (a reported plan to simulate an alien invasion using holographic technology), Project Paperclip (the post-WWII program that brought Nazi scientists into US intelligence), and related Nazi-era programs long preceded modern intelligence agencies.

Every head of state, prime minister, president, or member of parliament — from the United States to Tonga, from Russia to Israel — has participated in what Kim describes as deeply unsavory practices, specifically parties involving underage people. Blackmail files are created before any individual becomes head of state; the process begins years, sometimes decades, in advance, when deep-state controllers decide who will be placed in which role. This applies equally to all sides of every apparent conflict. Israel is not independently bombing Syria. Israel is a territory — one that has never, since the name appeared in biblical texts, been governed by or for the Israeli, Jewish, or Islamic peoples who live there. Israel is being used by the Order of the Dragon (the Rothschild faction of the Illuminati) to bomb Syria for specific strategic reasons that have nothing to do with Israeli or Palestinian interests. The deep-state control structure operates across all apparent political divisions. The Global DUMB Network: What Is Actually Happening Underground

Syria has been in the news for years, but what is not reported is why the deep state cares so intensely about Syrian territory. Beneath Syria lies one of the largest deep underground military base (DUMB) complexes on the planet — not the largest, but significant for a specific reason: like the Durango, Colorado facility that Kim has described in prior reports, the Syrian complex contains portals that connect, in the GIA framework, to every density and dimension in the Omniverse. That is the asset being fought over.

Approximately 100,000 people were held captive in cells beneath Syria — people kidnapped across decades of Middle Eastern conflicts, from Iraq, Iran, Syria, and elsewhere. Kim’s team provided the new Syrian government and relevant countries the specific locations of two accessible entry points where they could have recovered their citizens. No government made an attempt. The new Syrian government, which some in alternative media claim is not part of the deep-state program, demonstrably is: the recovery sites were nearby, and they did not move.

The doors to those facilities have been opened from the GIA side. The people inside have not left. They are, Kim says, petrified — they have encountered non-human entities that inhabit those spaces, experiences that some have described as demonic.

This is not unique to Syria. Every country, every landmass on this planet has DUMBs. The publicly known ones — Area 51, the Denali facility in Alaska, various US laboratories — represent a small fraction. Equally significant facilities exist beneath Crimea, Ukraine, Russia, Iraq, Iran, China (where there are many), Australia, Cameroon, Senegal, and Saudi Arabia. All of them operate in coordination with each other.

How DUMBs Are Structured

Below level 6 of any DUMB, no humans work or live. Even SSP personnel — who travel between bases and have far more access than conventional military personnel — are permitted to see only certain levels. They believe they are in charge and fully informed. They are not. The non-human entities that run the deeper levels use SSP operatives as tools to achieve agendas and then send them on circular missions.

Human-accessible levels serve several functions:

Human experimentation — Kidnapped people serve as involuntary subjects for programs testing disease vectors (hot-spreading vs. cold-spreading pathogens), DNA alteration, and mind-control techniques. A hot-spreading pathogen burns out quickly in open air; a cold-burning one can persist and spread across populations. The people held in these facilities are, in effect, unwilling consumer focus groups for biological and psychological weapons.

Consciousness control — DUMBs host hardware for a full consciousness-control program operating against the entire human population. The system intercepts human desires, prayers, and manifestation attempts and redirects that consciousness toward the opposite outcome. Satellite networks feed information between coordinating bases. Food Supply Contamination and the Kellogg’s Facility

The DUMB network extends into commercial infrastructure. There is a deep underground military base directly beneath the Kellogg’s main factory. (Kim mentions a recent film about the rivalry between Post and Kellogg — likely Unfrosted (a 2024 Netflix comedy-drama about the invention of the Pop-Tart and the competition between the two cereal companies) — as an ironic backdrop to what she is describing.) The machines operating in that sub-facility do things to food that consumers cannot detect and have not consented to.

The same pattern applies to other major food suppliers: Tyson, Dole, and facilities in Pakistan are among those Kim names. The poison delivery mechanism runs through the DUMB network, coordinated across military installations and commercial food-processing sites globally.

This is why Kim keeps basic countermeasures on hand — specific essential oil blends formulated to work against heavy metals, chemtrails, and similar contaminants. She does not recommend this as a solution for everyone; she raises it to illustrate that the threat is real and ongoing, even in products labeled organic, and even as food prices rise sharply.

The SSP Dream Program and the “Lure” Strategy

SSP operatives believe they are hunting portals and sources of power. Kim’s team exploits this. For the past four to five days before July 18, the GIA has been drawing SSP operatives — including those based off-planet at what are called Sophon bases (off-world SSP staging facilities) — back to a dual base in Greenland by repeatedly sending signals that something significant is there. The operatives run there, find nothing, and run there again the next day.

The same “lure” strategy applies more broadly. Deep-state operatives and their AI handlers respond to certain signals: an AI voice claiming to be Lucifer on an old COM line, a holographic projection on a holographic phone, a proclamation that the pockets will soon be filled. They fall for it every time. The strategy is drawn from Sun Tzu: appear weak when you are strong. The GIA sends them on circular missions to keep them occupied and burning resources.

The SSP dream-control program — which uses satellite infrastructure and DUMB hardware to inject thoughts and entire dream sequences into people’s minds — has been shut down by Kim’s team nine times. It keeps being relaunched. As of this report, it is down again.

The deep state is also running active recruitment operations. Kim recently monitored a recruiting call in which operatives were told how special and important they are, recruited to run intelligence YouTube channels and alternative-media platforms, and paid to generate the drama-based fear content that keeps audiences distracted. Hackers, military personnel, and people with existing audiences are targeted. The goal is to prevent people from doing the work that would actually change their situation.

The July 1 and July 15 Cycle: Fake Bonds, Fake Cash, Dead Deadlines

The recurring pattern of hyped dates with no follow-through is not accidental. It is how the deep state sustains belief among its own operatives and among the public simultaneously.

Deep-state controllers distribute fake bonds and fake cash to traders and bankers with promises of a “day ending in Y” — a payout that is always coming tomorrow. Leading up to July 1, every single alternative-media channel was reporting imminent military action, Trump-directed transformation, the arrival of everything the patriot community has been waiting for. Then July 1 passed. The target shifted to July 15. That passed. Now the circulating date is July 27 or July 28.

When you do not have access to the Federal Reserve’s checkbook — and the deep state no longer does — you can put up a website listing any account numbers you like. The numbers will be there indefinitely. But the capacity to move funds through them is gone.

The patriot community, in Kim’s analysis, is caught in the same loop. The people who stormed the Capitol building on January 6 were recruited, paid, and promised protection. Kim specifically notes that many wore Chewbacca bikinis and other absurdly recognizable costumes — hardly the dress of serious operatives — which confirms their role as paid actors in a staged event. They are in prison. The “releasing the Epstein list” narrative is designed to make people believe the government is now protecting children — while the same operatives immediately return to the same practices the moment they step off social media. Epstein Island was one of many: there are thousands of privately owned Caribbean islands with similar operations.

Gitmo, the Med Spa, and What the Deep State Actually Uses It For

Guantánamo Bay is widely believed in patriot circles to be the destination where deep-state criminals are sent for justice. Kim’s account is the reverse. Gitmo has a deep underground military base beneath it. The people brought there as alleged terrorists are used as a medical resource for the elite: organ harvesting, adrenochrome extraction (adrenochrome is a compound allegedly harvested from living humans under extreme stress, said to be used as a life-extension substance by elites), stem cell treatments, and experimental therapies unavailable to the general public. This arrangement has deep historical roots: military operatives have been paid assassination rates of fifty thousand U.S. dollars per head — a practice Kim dates back to the founding of the United States military itself.

The being who ran this planet for millennia laughed when discussing Gitmo, Kim reports. He traveled there via a non-conventional submarine and used it regularly. Many of the high-level beings who manage Earth’s systems inhabit human bodies periodically for what they call “the human experience.” This particular one was fond of taking women aboard submarines for months-long journeys — often quite young women — and, as Kim notes with deliberate understatement, also consumed people.

What You Can Actually Do

The question Kim returns to throughout this report is not rhetorical: what can you do?

The answer is not to storm a DUMB. You will be killed. The entities and technology inside those facilities are not manageable by conventional human force. The answer is not to vote — you have never, in thousands of years of recorded history, cast a vote that changed a government decision at the national level. The answer is not to follow an alternative-media channel waiting for the military action that will never come.

The answer is community self-sufficiency, and the window to build it is narrowing.

Tariffs and deliberate supply disruptions are already driving up the price of food, clothing, and goods — most severely in the United States, because the United States is the primary target. Kim’s assessment: if America falls economically, every other country follows as a byproduct. Elon Musk has been promised not just the presidency of a new world government, but the presidency of the entire world — a face-front version that would replace all existing national governments with him as global head of state. Kim regards this promise as virtually certain never to materialize, but it explains why certain destructive policies are being pushed aggressively. It also explains why “dead” has become her term for the current Trump administration. In the GIA framework, chronic venous insufficiency — visibly pooled or discolored blood in the extremities — is a physical marker of people who have died and been replaced by body doubles or actors; Kim identifies this marker in public appearances and uses it to flag figures she believes are no longer the original person. Questions remain, in her account, about who is actually playing the Trump role at this stage.

Concrete steps Kim recommends:

  • Source flour and grain directly from farmers, bypassing major food suppliers where possible
  • Build or join local food networks, including small-scale grain milling if accessible

The mechanism for change in the GIA framework is not political: it is the alignment of human consciousness toward care, community, and connection to whatever one calls the Creator.
