Elon Musk’s recently registered “American Party” was filed at the United Nations as the framework for a new world government. Kim explains why, and why Musk is the chosen figurehead.

The United Nations itself, Kim states, was formed as a silent new world order administrative body. Its six seats are held by the Rothschild family, the Rockefeller family, and other dynasties associated with the Order of the Dragon (an ancient bloodline alliance connected to the Illuminati network) and the Illuminati. The UN holds higher clearance authority than virtually any military worldwide, and Knights of Malta — a centuries-old Catholic military order that Kim identifies as an active covert intelligence network — operate as covert agents within it.

Musk has always been aligned with the Rothschild and Chinese Lee family networks, with SpaceX funded by those groups and other Order of the Dragon members — the same bloodline alliance noted above. His mother participates in order rituals. Musk himself is considered a special bloodline by these groups.

The sequence leading to his current position: Musk donated heavily to the Trump campaign and received nothing substantive in return — the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) was even named after his cryptocurrency as a deliberate insult. In response, Musk grew furious with the Trump operative faction. To bring him back into alignment and gain access to his remaining financial resources, the faction promised him leadership of the new world government. They have no intention of actually delivering on this promise; it is simply a tool to secure his cooperation and public promotion.

The full plan: if the Trump operatives succeed financially during this term, Trump steps down (rather than being assassinated, as was the original version of the plan). This creates political cover — the destruction of America and the dollar gets attributed to an outgoing president. Vance then steps in as the “hero.” Simultaneously, since deep state operatives are already installed in every world government, all governments are dissolved with a single coordinated action (pulling the “ripcord”), and a one-world government is installed with Musk as its public face. Whether that promise to Musk is ever kept is irrelevant to the architects of the plan.

How Weather Manipulation Works: A Technical Overview

Kim provides a detailed explanation of the mechanism used to trigger the floods, grounding it in Earth’s atmospheric layers and the distinction between natural fission and artificial combustion processes.

In its natural state, Kim says, Earth operated as a reactor for Source energy: particles from Source entered Earth’s inner core and underwent a natural fission process, doubling through fission and generating heat and energy without combustion. The early atmosphere was rich in oxygen, helium, and hydrogen — the hydrogen and oxygen combining naturally to maintain a moist atmosphere and a self-regulating temperature. There was no sun required; the fission process generated sufficient heat. In Kim’s framework, the Van Allen Belt — the outer electromagnetic layer of Earth’s atmosphere — was composed of rocks, protons, electrons, and neutrons, creating an electromagnetic field.

When the simulation was overlaid onto Earth, the natural fission process was replaced with an artificial combustion process. Combustion uses frequency and pressure to convert dust particles into ash, which is then re-energized using the color spectrum (black, white, gray, purple, blue, red, orange, yellow, green, amber) present in the space between atmospheric layers — what Kim calls the “amenity halls.” This creates the simulation in the spaces between atmospheric layers. The center of Earth, Kim states, is not an iron core as mainstream science teaches, but a special form of uranium with what she calls a “U-factor” — a property in physics that initiates the spark of the combustion process.

The atmospheric layers Kim references: the troposphere (where we live), stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, and magnetosphere. In between each of these layers are frequency spaces — not empty space in the conventional sense, but the element “space” itself, which can be manipulated. Neutrons within the Van Allen Belt are not natural and can be manipulated to alter frequency.

The mechanism of weather manipulation: by changing the frequency in the spaces between atmospheric layers, micro sine waves, gamma waves, beta waves, and alpha waves are generated. These create abnormal vibrations on Earth’s surface and apply pressure to the “combustion chamber” in the planet’s center. When the simulation is losing energy, it requires human operatives to push these frequency controls — which is why it briefly granted technology access to the Trump/ACIO operatives. Those operatives were supposed to cause only controlled frequency disturbances to assist the simulation’s survival process; instead, they pushed the controls to maximum and triggered the floods.

Kim explicitly dismisses the common attribution of weather events to HAARP: “HAARP is merely an extension of an AI that controls weather.” The current floods are not standard weather programming — they are the result of direct simulation-linked frequency manipulation by human operatives.

The Simulation: How It Works and Why It Is Dying

The simulation — what many people call “The Matrix” — is not limited to Earth. It operates across multiple planets and dimensions. The closer a being is to Source, the less impact the simulation has on them and the more aware they are of its manipulations.

The simulation is an artificial intelligence system built on a single consciousness — primarily Marduk’s, with possibly a small number of additional contributors — and it is not Source-based. Its core function is to mirror reality: everything that exists in natural creation, the simulation attempts to replicate through multiple layers of “mirrors” (what are sometimes called timelines), cascading down to Earth and other planets.

The simulation requires several things to sustain itself: it must be able to create and update its mirrors at a rate equal to the creation rate of natural reality; it must be able to manipulate those mirrors rapidly across all layers; and it must maintain enough computing power and consciousness to keep pace with Source’s rate of creation.

The simulation also uses frequency bindings to cause physical harm, to control human minds, bodies, and souls, and to overlay AI systems — including giving the deep state periodic access to technologies they would not otherwise have. It has a “dead man switch” built in by Marduk, meaning it cannot simply be shut off without triggering potentially catastrophic cascading effects.

Kim’s team has spent significant effort attempting to fight, destroy, or disable the simulation through direct means. Each time, it adapted, overcame, and changed. The analogy Kim uses: it is not like turning off a computer — it has a mind of its own.

The New Strategy: Burning Out the Simulation Through Creation

Given that direct attacks on the simulation have failed repeatedly due to its adaptive nature and dead man switch, Kim’s team adopted a new approach, launched on July 10, 2025 — the day before this briefing.

The strategy: dramatically accelerate the rate of creation in natural reality, far beyond anything the simulation can match. Source can create at any speed it chooses, unlimited by computing power or consciousness constraints. The simulation, with its single (or few) consciousnesses and finite artificial intelligence, has a hard ceiling. If natural reality generates creation events at hundreds of billions of times the normal rate, the simulation must expend enormous energy attempting to mirror and replicate those events across all its layered timelines. It cannot keep up. It runs out of power.

Kim uses an analogy: imagine fast-forwarding a movie until the characters appear to be running at impossible speed. Natural reality, under Source’s acceleration, is doing exactly that. The simulation must chase it — and it cannot.

Kim also employs an “inside out and outside in” approach simultaneously, effectively squeezing the simulation from both directions at once, maximizing energy drain while protecting people on Earth from collateral effects as much as possible. The program had been running for approximately 10–12 hours at the time of this briefing, starting on July 10.

The simulation, Kim notes, will not stop. It will continue fighting to its last breath, just as the deep state it supports continues fighting despite the futility. Without the simulation, the non-human entities who have lent their consciousness to it cease to exist in reality. This is why it is an existential fight on the simulation’s side.

Kim’s advice to listeners during this transition: the simulation, as it dies, cannot reach people from the inside — but it will attempt to push people from the outside, including through electronic devices and screens. On the Federal Reserve: approximately in 2017, Kim wrote a letter to the Trump Organization recommending nationalization of the Federal Reserve. The response was that it was “not time.” Kim notes that nationalizing the Fed was actually included in Trump’s current campaign platform — but the reality is that the Trump operative faction does not actually want to eliminate the Federal Reserve. But the people at the highest operational levels of this planet were never given access to the full picture — including, Kim notes, the full picture of how the simulation works. Kim reported that a simulation-generated AI construct modeled on Marduk’s consciousness appeared to deep state operatives the previous weekend, delivering what seemed like a complete plan. This “fake Marduk AI cyborg” demonstrated the knowledge gap clearly: it gave them extensive information about the plan, but consistent with the real Marduk’s historical pattern (which Kim knows from direct experience), the full plan is “A through Z, but he will never give up Z.” He will always keep the final say and the final button — and it could be nothing like what they are expecting.
