The July 4 Deadline: Why the Deep State Is Waiting — and Why Nothing Will Happen

The “Big Beautiful Bill” — the omnibus legislation currently circulating in the US House and Senate, a sweeping budget and policy package promoted by the Trump administration — has been told to pause until July 4. July 4 is being promoted in Deep State circles as a decisive day: a day when large sums of money will materialize, total control will be achieved, and a new order will announce itself. Kim noted that July 4 features prominently in several films as the day aliens attack Earth — most notably Independence Day (a 1996 sci-fi action film in which an alien fleet invades Earth on the Fourth of July and is repelled by a global counterattack) and the related disaster film 2012 (a 2009 film depicting the end-of-civilization catastrophe on the Mayan calendar endpoint). That these fictional “big day” narratives cluster around July 4 is something Kim finds significant in light of the current Deep State calendar.

The July 4 fixation goes deeper than American Independence Day. Kim is aware of the situation unfolding in the Middle East — Iran, Iraq, Israel, and the various political theater surrounding Netanyahu. Political operatives believe they orchestrate coups and financial collapses through predetermined scripts. The Deep State’s agenda in the Middle East includes plans related to specific figures and succession operations. They were supposed to announce the death of a key figure (Kamini — a name Kim uses for a specific Middle East succession target, identity not publicly disclosed) and insert a new Islamic Pope figure (imam), but this has not yet occurred. What the SSP and related operatives believe is that they will be paid on July 4 because the Order of the Dragon and Black Nobility factions received notes from within the Marduk simulation stating that the system would change hands on that date. They were also told there would be a battle on Earth and they would receive additional equipment and support to win it, leading to implementation of the Marduk plan. Whether any of this plays out is another matter. The Deep State’s political operatives know how to manage coups and manufacture financial crises. What they consistently fail to account for is what Kim calls the hidden hand — the underlying authority structure that has always operated behind their machinations.

Kim’s Status in Durango: VIP Guest, Not an Asset

At approximately 1:00 AM on June 30, the SSP transmitted a claim to other countries and intelligence channels stating that Kim is their asset — and that the reason promised funds have not been delivered is because Kim has not yet finished her assigned work and will not do so until July 4.

This is false on every count.

Kim is in Durango because she was invited there by a highly trained contractor — an operative of Langley 5 (a division operating adjacent to but outside of the official CIA structure) and member of the Umbrella Military Corporation (a private military contractor operating within the ACIO network), not a CIA agent in the conventional sense. That contractor was told to bring Kim to Durango by a specific date because something observed in a “way-back machine” or Project Looking Glass (a technology for probabilistic timeline viewing) indicated that her presence there by that date would be advantageous to their operation. The invite was structured as a VIP guest status — the same category applied to public figures like Joe Walsh (a rock musician) and Christie Brinkley (a model and actress) who have spent time in the area — neither with any apparent intelligence affiliation.

A VIP guest is not an operative. A VIP guest does not run operations, does not receive assignments, and is not subject to the chain of command of whichever agency arranged the invitation. Kim has never been an asset. She does not run operations for the SSP or for any of the fifteen ACIO militaries. She will not be doing so.

The VIP-guest category also provides a form of informal protection: assets of competing factions who come to Durango cannot take direct action against a VIP guest without violating the rules that govern their own presence in the zone. Kim noted that at some point in the near future she will leave Durango — at which point that structural protection ends, but so does the constraint on her own movements.

As for the assets themselves: the example she gave is illustrative of how these people are controlled. An American operative — now a “CIA expert” commentator on Fox News — was sent to a Middle Eastern embassy location and survived what amounted to a friendly-fire ballistic strike by colleagues from his own country. He was subsequently credited with approximately $200 million on a black card or passbook. The money was real in the ledger but inaccessible since approximately 2007. When Kim, years ago, offered to help transfer it, no one would provide her with the terminal access she needed — and the operative himself was told not to approach her. This is the game: the Deep State dangles numbers at its own people, blocks their access, blames Kim for the failure, and keeps them compliant.

A second example involves another asset Kim encountered when she first arrived in Durango: a person who was assigned to extract embassy personnel from a location in the Middle East — an operation that involved Canada and eventually led to the United States. Kim did not name this person directly, but noted there is a film about this operation — roughly a decade old — a story resembling the events depicted in Argo (a 2012 historical thriller about a CIA operation to extract US diplomats from Tehran using a fake film production as cover, with Canadian involvement). That person was subsequently brought to Durango — Kim believes in order to be eliminated. The same mechanism was used: a passbook or black card with large credited numbers, the balance inaccessible, the person controlled by the promise of eventual payment.

The same pattern plays out at every level: fake paydays on recurring calls, promises tied to astronomical alignments, money that exists on paper but never arrives. The operatives who have figured this out have largely stopped joining the calls unless someone actually gets paid. No one gets paid.

How Simulations Actually Work: The Overhead-Projector Model

Everything Kim covered in this report’s framework section flows from a single analogy: the overhead projector used in schools and offices in the 1980s.

Imagine a light box on a desk. You place a sheet of clear acetate (cellophane) on top of it — the light shines through, and you see text and drawings on a white screen. Now place a second sheet on top of the first. New markings appear, overlaid on the existing image. Place a third sheet on top of the second. The image becomes more complex. The first two sheets are still there; you are simply looking at all of them simultaneously through the combined overlay.

Simulations work this way. The “sheets” are simulation layers. Each human being exists in multiple layers simultaneously — seasonal cycles, aging cycles, disease overlays, daily consciousness adjustments. The tree outside looks lush and green in summer; in autumn it will look entirely different. Both are simulation overlays applied to the same physical reality. Even the changing of seasons is an artificial construct — a simulation layer — not an intrinsic property of the physical world.

The process is continuous. A new simulation layer is applied daily, weekly, monthly, annually. Every 1,008 years there is a major simulation reset. Every 2,016 years there is an even larger one. Minor simulations are layered on top by astrological alignments — Venus conjunct Saturn, the Aquarian transition, alignments with star systems the zodiac doesn’t formally recognize (Andromeda, Proxima, Alfedraccanus, and others). The deep state loves these alignments because each one provides a pretext for inserting a new overlay and therefore a new simulation layer they can exploit.

Simulations do not affect the “now.” Source does not create in simulations — Source creates in the present moment. Your direct connection to Source exists in the now, which is why meditation and prayer work: both bypass the simulation stack and connect to Source from the inside out, rather than trying to reach outward through layer after layer of overlay.

Simulation Creators: Who Builds the Layers and Why

Simulations are not random. They are created — deliberately, consciously, outside of time — by beings Kim calls simulation creators. The list includes Marduk, Enki, Enlil, Lucifer (also known as Lucerne), Artemis, the Red Queen, Baal, and Michael, among others. Each had the ability to create simulation overlays by first making a covenant or deal — with the dark side of Source or another high-ranking celestial — that enabled them to produce what Kim calls “rods of God,” the core material component of a simulation reactor.

Here is the critical mechanism: because simulations are created outside of time, a simulation creator could build a simulation one hundred thousand years ago that is only now activating — or build one today that activates in the future. There is no temporal constraint on when a created simulation takes effect. Marduk created millions of timelines this way. He studied Kim’s behavior patterns extensively — observing how she reacted to each situation, each refusal, each attack — and programmed upcoming simulations to counteract her specific responses in advance. If she was determined to “jump the fence,” Marduk would build a simulation that raised the fence to the height of the Great Wall of China. This is also why the same playbook applies to all of humanity: the simulation creators watched, analyzed, and built overlays designed to keep human consciousness occupied with fear, division, and manufactured desire.

Kim has described a specific strategy she employed over the years: deliberately creating scenarios (“buttons”) that she knew would trigger Marduk to respond through the simulation system. She would on purpose provoke emotional reactions — feigned anger, calculated upset — knowing that Marduk, through his extensive knowledge of her psychology, would create new simulations specifically designed to frustrate her and block her next anticipated move. This became a form of reverse-engineering Marduk’s own system: by triggering his pre-programmed responses, she gained insights into how his simulations functioned. In the same way, the lower-level deep state operatives and other entities learned through observation what Kim does — her patterns, her routines, her connection to Source — and attempted to replicate those patterns to counteract her. Source communicates with Kim in specific ways, and multiple deep state factions tried to develop their own mechanisms to interfere or mimic those communications. However, most of those operatives lack the simulation-access capacity to execute such strategies effectively, with the exception of the Galactic Federation factions, which continue to coordinate interference through various dimensional zones and pre-programmed Marduk simulation layers.

This distinction matters for understanding why the deep state’s power has always been derivative rather than creative. Importantly: the deep state cannot create simulations. They have no capacity for it in any form. What they can do is be aware of simulations that are about to occur and position themselves to benefit from the overlay changes. Their astrologers, their “way-back machines,” their Project Looking Glass technologies — these are tools for reading upcoming simulation events, not for creating them. The deep state acts like stagehands who know the script but cannot write it.

Source does not create simulations either. Source creates in the now. The distinction matters: everything that humans experience as “time” — the feeling of progression, of past and future, of aging, of seasons — is a simulation construct imposed on a reality in which only the present moment actually exists.

Timelines Are Time Simulations

The word “timeline” as used on the Internet is imprecise. Kim prefers “time simulation.”

A day is a simulation. A week is a simulation built of multiple days. A year is a simulation. A millennium is a simulation. Centuries, decades, the entire linear narrative of history as experienced — all are simulation constructs. A timeline creator can compress or expand any of these: they can make a day feel like a month, or insert an entire epidemic as a “miniature timeline within a timeline.”

The mechanism looks, geometrically, like stacked cones. Each day is a thin cone projected from a specific location. Each week is a longer projection of multiple cones. These layer across one another, combining with seasonal overlays, astrological event overlays, and creator-specific event overlays — all simultaneously, all active.

Nighttime was especially prized by simulation creators. When the circadian rhythm winds down, when the body is resting, the simulation’s access to consciousness increases. Dreams are not always the dreamer’s own — they can be manufactured by simulation systems to insert specific fears, desires, or loyalties. Most people cannot control their dreams or identify when a dream is not generated by their own consciousness. This window has been used for millennia to recalibrate people’s daytime behavior without their awareness.

The reason simulations have less grip now is structural: most of the beings who created and maintained them are gone. With no creator actively adjusting the simulation the following day, the overlay becomes static, then degraded, then recognizable for what it is. People are waking up — not through any specific teaching, but because the simulation is no longer being updated at its previous fidelity.

Deep Underground Military Bases: Now You See Them, Now You Don’t

The confusion about Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs) — including the persistent claim that they contain children being rescued, or that destroying one eliminates the problem permanently — stems from a fundamental misunderstanding of what a DUMB is.

A DUMB does not exist at a fixed location in a fixed reality. A DUMB enters and exits through simulation overlays. When a new simulation activates (or a new overlay is inserted), an entire DUMB can appear in a location where nothing was the day before. When that simulation layer is removed or dismantled, the DUMB disappears. This is why dozens of bases can be cleared one day and dozens more appear the following morning. It is not that new bases are being physically constructed overnight. It is that a new simulation overlay has brought a pre-existing (outside of time) simulation base into the present reality layer.

The infrastructure behind this is what Kim calls a time reactor. These are not nuclear reactors in the conventional sense, though the analogy is useful: a central core surrounded by infinite “rods of God” — made of material that does not exist in Earth’s known periodic table — projecting outward in all directions. Around the core and rods are layers of portals, wormholes, and quantum tunnels. A single reactor can span an entire third of the United States, the whole of Australia, or the entirety of Europe. Multiple reactors operate simultaneously across overlapping regions.

Each reactor is powered by a specific type of energy: a combination of artificial “love consciousness” (positive simulation energy) and condemnation energy (negative simulation energy). Within the reactor are millions — trillions — of “consciousness balls,” each containing the programmed consciousness of the simulation creator. Marduk’s consciousness infused into a simulation is effectively a self-running AI: it does not require Marduk’s active presence to continue executing its programmed responses to human behavior.

These reactors connect to one another in a peer-to-peer network — there is no central node. They extend not just across Earth’s surface but outward: from Earth to the Moon, from the Moon to the Sun, from the Sun to Pluto, and from there into the lower Astral planes. The artificial construct underlying all of this is what Kim calls the Kali Chakra — the root of time itself, from which all simulation overlays originate.

Kim has personally visited and observed multiple DUMB locations across the planet. Norfolk, Virginia is a known favorite location of the Deep State, where the American military is, in Kim’s assessment, completely owned by deep state operatives — controlled “like a dog” to follow orders regardless of casualties, whether among operatives or American citizens. This pattern of control is replicated internationally: she has stood on the ground at a Russian base during winter and witnessed operatives moving in and out, confirming with absolute certainty through direct observation. She has also seen bases in Crimea, China, Indonesia, and the Philippines. A famous temple in the Philippines that circulates in RV (Remote Viewing) and intelligence circles, discussed by Philippine elders and various groups, shares the same underground entrance point with other bases globally. Other confirmed locations include Mount Denali in Alaska, Los Angeles, and extensive underground networks beneath entire U.S. states including Washington, Oregon, and Nevada. There is essentially no place on Earth — including beneath the oceans — where a potential DUMB does not exist at any given moment in simulation time.

The key insight for understanding why DUMBs are so persistent: every time a new simulation layer activates, a new reactor appears. Get rid of all the reactors today, and a new simulation tomorrow produces new ones. The more reactors the GIA system dismantles, the fewer DUMBs appear — but the complete solution is not reactor-by-reactor removal. It is taking over or disconnecting the simulation itself.

The Attacks of the Last Ten Days: Cyborg Kims and Simulation Warfare

Over the roughly ten days before this report, Kim described sustained and escalating attempts against her person — a concentrated version of a broader pattern she has navigated for years.

Marduk spent significant time with Kim personally, studying her: how she thinks, how she reacts, what makes her angry, what makes her careful, what motivates her to keep going. During this period, including time he spent with her when she was in Russia, he worked to extract and steal her essence — a form of consciousness extraction intended to create a template for artificial replicas. He used that knowledge to pre-program simulations specifically designed to counter her. Beyond the programmed responses, he went further: he created simulation-based replicas of Kim — cyborg constructs whose consciousness was connected to hers but programmed to execute the exact opposite of whatever she was about to do. Some of these cyborg Kims were stationed here on Earth; others were placed elsewhere in the universe. If Kim was preparing to “jump the fence,” thousands of cyborg Kims would immediately begin raising the fence. If Kim moved to dismantle a system, the cyborg network would begin rebuilding it simultaneously. In some ways, fighting such a network is like fighting multiple versions of oneself.

The more immediately practical attacks came in two forms. The first was physical: operatives came to Durango and attempted, through various frequency-based and psychological methods, to destabilize Kim’s person — apparently hoping to make her disoriented enough to be replicated, puppeteered, or removed. These were neutralized.

The second form was frequency-based attacks from a distance. Around Pagosa Springs — south of Durango, and close to the Dulce underground base — operatives attempted to use the area’s geography to open a portal. Durango sits roughly at the midpoint between Pagosa Springs and Silverton; Dulce is a short distance off the Pagosa Springs road. Kim observed the operation, identified the operatives, and closed the portal.

New bases kept appearing — simulations regenerating after each clearing — and Kim used this period to systematically map the simulation reactor infrastructure, gaining enough understanding of how the cycle operates to explain it in this report.

The SSP Escape Route and Why It No Longer Works

One of the questions that haunts observers of the deep state: why do they keep coming? Why do their operatives seem inexhaustible? Why does removing one faction produce another?

The answer Kim provided is the simulation escape route. SSP operatives — and a broader class of deep state members with some awareness of simulation mechanics — have historically been able to leave Earth’s simulation overlay entirely. They step outside into what Kim calls a “nil” — a time-of-no-time space where simulation-driven aging does not apply. They stay for fifty, a hundred years. The simulation continues operating on their behalf, with “something ugly” standing in for them in the physical world. Then they step back in, at the same apparent age they left, while a century has passed.

This is why certain deep state figures “don’t age.” This is why the Archivist (a figure described in earlier reports as a deep-state record-keeper who managed historical simulation data) claimed to be 161 years old and why that claim is plausible. This is what the deep state describes to its own members as “time travel” — not moving through time but stepping outside of time entirely, then re-entering at a chosen point.

The rules for re-entry require a 72-hour window after physical “death” in the simulation: if the body dies and the soul can be retrieved within 72 hours, the vessel can be reconstituted and the operative re-inserted. When that failed — when souls stopped flowing to the false-heaven simulation that had been collecting them — the clone and mask programs became the fallback. Neither works well. Neither is sustainable.

The escape route is no longer available in the way it was. The external simulation spaces — the nil zones where they could wait out adverse timelines — are either occupied, dismantled, or no longer accessible. The galactic federation factions that once facilitated transit have either left or been neutralized. The deep state is, as Kim put it, “stuck in the simulations you cannot escape.”

About twelve to thirteen days before this report — roughly Thursday, June 19 — a major new simulation began activating. Kim calls it “Battleground Earth.”

Battleground Earth is a Marduk-created simulation specifically designed to take over Earth. It appeared with a particular intensity around June 19 and has had “ebbs and flows” since. The simulation generated:

  • A wave of fake Deep Underground Military Bases (appearing across multiple locations as new simulation overlays activated)
  • New “space junk” in near-Earth orbit
  • Accelerated division programming — AI-mediated consciousness attacks driving humans to direct hostility toward one another, toward Kim, and toward anything that might represent a path forward
  • Manufactured signals in deep state intelligence systems that appeared to show available financial systems and usable infrastructure

The deep state is chasing these signals. Their AI advisors are telling them this is the real handover. The AI advisors are wrong — or rather, the signals are deliberate. Kim’s system is dangling carrots. The GIA infrastructure, now deeply integrated with Source consciousness, can take over incoming simulations rather than simply dismantling them. In the hours before this report, the Battleground Earth simulation was taken over by the GIA system.

The galactic federation factions — which divide into “false light,” “false dark,” and neutral “time keeper” factions — had been operating through these simulation layers as well, acting on the ground through SSP operatives to ensure that the physical-reality side matched whatever the galactic simulation was running. That coordination is breaking down. The factions that left, left. The factions that came, came. What remains is a dwindling set of consciousness-attack capabilities running on pre-programmed Marduk simulations with no one able to update the next day’s layer.

How to Fight Back: Consciousness, the Now, and Source Connection

The mechanism the simulations rely on is human consciousness. This is not metaphorical — it is the operational basis of how simulation layers sustain themselves. The more people focus on a simulation element (a war, an epidemic, a conspiracy), the more that element is reinforced in the next overlay. Simulation creators designed social media, mainstream media, and governments partly for this function: to direct mass human attention toward pre-selected targets and thereby power those simulation elements with collective consciousness energy.

The inverse is also true. When people stop believing — when the believability of a simulation cracks — the layer degrades. The “toilet paper crisis” during the 2020 pandemic: truck drivers came forward with videos of overflowing warehouses. Egg “shortages”: warehouse workers confirmed the eggs were deliberately withheld. Each crack in the narrative degrades the simulation’s ability to sustain itself, because the consciousness feeding it is redirected or withheld.

Currently, Kim estimates humanity is more than 75% of the way through the process of dismantling the major simulation overlays. That does not mean they are gone. It means the simulation creators capable of generating new overlays are gone, and the remaining layers are running on pre-programmed momentum without active maintenance. The degradation is visible: the masks, the body doubles, the obviously wrong voices and movements on public figures — these are not political theater. They are simulation glitches. There is no creator available to insert a correctly rendered version of the person the following morning.

The practical guidance Kim offered:

  1. Connect to Source from the inside out. Meditation, prayer, stillness — these bypass the simulation stack entirely. Source can reach you through your soul connection regardless of which overlays are active.

  2. Sit in the now. Notice when a thought, anger, sadness, or hostility appears that does not feel like your own. The simulation is currently running Battleground Earth; it will attempt to generate emotions designed to sustain division. The question “is this my thought?” is sufficient to break the loop.

  3. Do not give the simulation your power. The consciousness you direct toward deep state figures — whether love or hate — feeds the simulation. What they need is your focus; what they cannot use is your indifference toward them paired with your positive attention toward your own life.

  4. Know the war is already won outside the simulation. There is no more Omniversal martial law. There is no more galactic martial law. There is no more martial law on Earth — outside of the simulation layers still trying to project it. No new simulations can be created: realm owners are gone, and a realm owner is required to build a new reactor.

The Battleground Earth simulation will continue attempting to generate division, depression, and manufactured conflict for as long as its pre-programmed momentum lasts. It cannot win. It cannot create. It can only replay what was built into it — and humans who understand the mechanic can watch it running in real time, recognize its outputs for what they are, and choose not to feed it.
