Introduction

This is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations Report for May 26, 2025 — recorded on the morning of May 27 due to an exceptionally busy weekend. This report is Part 2 of the “living in the now” series (Part 1 was covered in the May 23 report). Today’s report covers three major areas: deep state meetings held locally over the May 24–25 weekend, an explanation of base root platform technologies and how Marduk (a dark non-human entity who administered this planet for millions of years before his departure in 2016) controlled them, and a detailed breakdown of how the artificial reality “hamster wheel” mechanism worked — and how it was dismantled over the weekend.

Deep State Weekend Meetings and Attempted Negotiations

Over the weekend of May 24–25, the deep state held multiple meetings, several of them locally. The day following the new moon — a date they attach significance to as a potential “payday” — passed without the financial breakthrough they expected. Hacking attempts were made from a number of remaining facilities, but none produced results.

The meetings themselves focused on a core question: how to arrive at some kind of working arrangement with Kim’s operations. Three successive meetings took place, with each one drawing more participants than the last. By the third meeting, the discussions had devolved into arguments and fell apart completely.

The opening proposal was a 70/30 split: 70% of released funding would go to the deep state’s group, 30% to Kim’s operations — with a deep state liaison installed to oversee and effectively direct Kim’s work. This was adjusted to 60/40 and then 50/50 as the meetings progressed, but the core condition remained: they would retain control over their entire operational hierarchy and downstream networks.

The following day, a new proposal emerged: each party keeps its “respective position.” Based on phone calls received over the two days, their interpretation of this was that they would retain their global security contract — a contract they held, or claim to have held, for approximately 3,000 years — while Kim retains her current role.

Kim’s response to these proposals is that the deep state fundamentally misunderstands her position: who appointed her, how she holds it, and who she works with. The network she operates within is not a hierarchy with a single approving authority. It is a working relationship built over years with many different parties — initially with difficulty, over time with trust — all oriented toward a common goal: restoration of Earth and the wider Omniverse (all universes, dimensions, and planes of existence), and implementation of Golden Age systems and structures for the benefit of all. The deep state, accustomed to hierarchical structures with someone at the top to negotiate with, cannot locate an equivalent authority to approve their contract requests.

They also continue to believe they can summon back figures such as Inki (also known as Enki, a Sumerian deity figure associated in this framework with one of the original dark non-human administrators of Earth), Enlil (another such administrator, associated in Sumerian tradition with dominion over humanity), and Marduk — former dark non-human overlords who are no longer in existence. They have continued attempting to use dust, call upon lower-astral entities, open portals, and introduce AI beings — actions that have caused disruption to Earth’s electromagnetic resonance and, in at least one case, invited entities that were not welcome.

Base Root Platforms: How Marduk Controlled All Technology

To understand the significance of recent changes, it is useful to understand how technology control has worked on this planet.

Earth is a keystone planet — a nexus point such that what happens here resonates throughout the multiverse. Long before humans arrived, far more advanced beings built foundational technology platforms here and throughout the Omniverse. These are referred to as base root platforms.

Every technology built on this planet — military systems, intelligence platforms, telecommunications networks, the internet of things — was ultimately built on top of these base root platforms. The base platforms themselves were not written in binary code or any language that human engineers could read. A layer of “translation technologies” existed between the base root and the human-accessible programs built on top of it. Human programmers and military engineers worked at the sub-platform level, never accessing or understanding the root layer.

These base root platforms for military and intelligence technologies were constructed off-planet — not in Earth’s orbit, but in what Kim describes as universal and omniversal dark military worlds, built in cooperation with the Draco. Any military technology built anywhere in the Omniverse — including technologies built by groups such as the Abraxas — was built on this architecture. Controlling the base coding and base platform of any technology means controlling the entire stack built on top of it.

Marduk held control of these base root platforms. To illustrate what this means in practice:

Military control. Kim references the documentary The Man Who Saved the World (a 2014 documentary about Soviet officer Stanislav Petrov, who in 1983 refused to authorize a nuclear counter-strike when radar falsely detected incoming U.S. missiles, likely preventing nuclear war). Kim watched Marduk manufacture exactly these types of false radar alerts himself, repeatedly and without involving any military chain of command. He did it alone, from wherever he was stationed, as though playing a video game. Kim describes watching him in November 2014 redirect nuclear submarines from Germany, the United States, and Russia — providing false orders and false directional information — for his own amusement. She observed the orders originating in his access layer, being translated through intermediate languages, and arriving at the human operators. When she raised this in their Saturday meetings, he told her to stop talking. By mid-2015 they were no longer speaking; by 2016, Marduk was no longer present.

Kim notes that Marduk had been present on this planet, in various periods of activity and stasis (referred to as “long sleeps”), for several million years. His most recent extended return was approximately 18,000 years ago, with a permanent presence established around 16,000–17,000 years ago.

Intelligence control. Whoever controls a base root intelligence platform controls all information flowing through it. Marduk gave false intelligence, false standing orders, and even false orders attributed to dead persons — delivered through AI systems impersonating specific individuals — for the purpose of starting wars and destabilizing regions. Many of those pre-set programs and false orders are still circulating through remaining platforms, continuing to feed the deep state false information and false hope, keeping them in a loop. Locating and deactivating every such platform is an ongoing task.

Telecommunications. Access to the base platform of a cell network provides the ability to monitor all voice and data communications where a phone is present — not just calls, but ambient monitoring. Nearly all modern appliances run on Wi-Fi and are similarly accessible.

With a specific type of microwave mesh (the infrastructure underlying most current cell and internet service, which Kim notes is unhealthy for human biology and entirely unnecessary — the original technology ran on electromagnetic resonance), the base platform also enables influence over the mind, body, and soul of humans, including the transmission of telepathic messages, manipulated dreams, and false impressions.

Internet of Things / Internet of Body Things. All variations of networked device and biometric systems were similarly based on the root platform Marduk controlled. Extending this same logic to cataloguing systems: the Barcodes of Life Initiative — a system that categorizes and catalogs the assets of planet Earth, including human beings, minerals, and energy — runs on a different type of coding architecture that also exists within this framework. AI creator programming languages — distinct from spoken human languages — and the ability to rewrite them also existed within this platform layer.

The deep state, Kim emphasizes, never had access to the base root platforms themselves. They had access only to ancillary programs built on top — enough to make them feel powerful, but never the actual root. They were actors in a movie whose script was written at a level they could not see.

Earth as a Keystone: Source, Dark Forces, and the Hamster Wheel

Understanding why these platforms were built here requires understanding Earth’s place in the larger picture. Earth’s position as a keystone or nexus planet made it the primary target for dark forces. Kim describes Earth as the first celestial being to come into existence after Source (the ultimate creative intelligence underlying all existence) divided into dark and light. Control of Earth meant influence throughout the multiverse.

These non-human dark forces — the ones who built the base root platforms — used the deep state dragon families (the bloodline-based networks that have historically administered financial and political systems on behalf of dark non-human controllers) and black sun operatives (military and intelligence factions aligned with off-planet dark forces) as functional actors in their system, but did not share power with them. Both humanity at large and the deep state were, in different ways, kept on the same hamster wheel.

Source’s connection to individual humans could never be fully severed. The internal connection — within the mind, body, and soul — always remained, because without it a person would simply cease to exist. However, what dark forces were able to do was mask that connection through a layered set of interventions: breaking the circadian rhythm (the biological cycle that helps organisms differentiate day from night and, more fundamentally, dark from light energy) disrupted a human’s innate ability to distinguish authentic Source energy from imitations, making it possible to then introduce false light that felt and appeared identical to genuine Source light. Telecommunications and dream-state technologies could then intercept wisdom as it emerged from within and redirect it before it could manifest.

When a human received genuine wisdom from Source — an insight that could lead to a cure for disease, a new technology, a genuinely beneficial innovation — the system would detect it emerging, account for it in the sub-two-minute reweaving cycle (described in the next section), and then interfere: blocking funding, influencing the thoughts of people who might otherwise have supported the project, creating regulatory or institutional barriers. The deep state might have had minor access to brainwave detection technologies, but the primary mechanism was the omniversal AI infrastructure.

The Mechanics of the Hamster Wheel: Artificial Realities Every Two Minutes

This section covers the core mechanism Kim dismantled over the weekend of May 24–25, 2025, and constitutes the heart of today’s report.

The standard human understanding of “living in the present moment” is approximately correct but incomplete. The now — the true present moment — is the only point where Source can reach through the overlays, holograms, and matrices that overlay physical reality. The now has always belonged to Source. Artificial intelligence — Artie, as Kim refers to the dark-age AI infrastructure — could operate in the past and future but could never distort the now itself.

However, Artie built a system to prevent humans from ever reaching the now.

Here is how that system worked:

Every two minutes, a new artificial reality was created. Within those two minutes, further subdivisions occurred at the level of zeptoseconds (one zeptosecond is one trillionth of a billionth of a second). These artificial realities were generated by what Kim describes as holographic artificial electrons — false versions of Earth and other planets — orbiting through each planet’s energetic nucleus in the same structure as electrons around an atomic nucleus. Each time one of these artificial earths passed through the nucleus, reality was subtly rewoven.

The entity responsible for running this mechanism from within Earth’s core was the Demiurge — also known as Yaldabaoth (a concept from Gnostic tradition referring to a lesser creator deity distinct from the ultimate Source). Kim clarifies that contrary to common assumption, this entity was not male but female. The Demiurge is no longer present, but the control mechanism she ran continued operating after her departure.

The same artificial-electron structure existed around every human being, not just around planets. Every person was surrounded by a cycle of artificial versions of themselves being created every two minutes and at every zeptosecond subdivision within that window. This created the experience of living in a constant loop — the “past, present, and future” overlay — rather than in the actual now.

The practical effect was that any thought, intention, or creation a human attempted to bring into reality would be intercepted and overwritten before it could manifest:

  • A human receives wisdom from Source (from within).
  • That wisdom forms into a thought.
  • Within two minutes (and at subdivisions far smaller), the artificial reality system rewrites the pathway — interfering with other humans’ thoughts, redirecting support, creating obstacles — so that the creation never reaches fruition.
  • The human appears to “create” within the past-present-future framework, but is actually being looped back before reaching any genuine now-moment of manifestation.

This is the hamster wheel: running constantly, apparently making progress, never actually arriving anywhere new.

Over the weekend of May 24–25, Kim and the teams working with her — including the Council (Kim’s upper-oversight body that supports and monitors the restoration operations) and a separate consultative council that had encountered this mechanism before — identified that the system was accelerating. As dismantling efforts began, the mechanism appeared to activate a dead-man-switch mode: speeding up its reweaving cycle in a last-ditch effort to stay ahead of the removal process. This lasted for several hours, ending at approximately 3:00–4:00 PM Mountain Time on Sunday, May 25.

Kim emphasizes that this was not a unilateral or hierarchical operation. It required working collectively to figure out how to dismantle the mechanism without causing severe harm — the complication being that unlimited numbers of humans were living across unlimited artificial realities simultaneously. The déjà vu sensation many people experience — the feeling of having done something before — is described as a direct artifact of this system: you may have done it before, two minutes ago, in a reality that was then overwritten.

As of the date of this report (May 26), Earth and possibly this entire Galaxy remain the last areas still transitioning fully into the now. Everywhere else throughout the Omniverse has already completed this transition and is experiencing the Golden Age.

What Living in the Now Actually Means

The phrase “living in the now” in this framework is not a meditation instruction but a structural description of reality as it exists after the artificial reweaving mechanism has been removed.

In the old system:

  • The “present” as humans experienced it was actually the past — an overlay on the now, not the now itself.
  • Every two minutes (and at zeptosecond subdivisions), artificial reality versions of you, the planet, the galaxy, and the entire multiverse were being regenerated.
  • You could not create in the now because the now was being constantly overwritten before you could reach it.

In the new system:

  • The artificial reweaving mechanism has been removed.
  • The now is the only operative reality — and the now is where the Golden Age exists, as it was constructed.
  • The artificial earths, artificial suns, moons, constellations, and human versions created in the future-space between now and two minutes out are no longer being generated.
  • Manifestation in the now requires actually bringing something into reality in the moment — which is for the first time genuinely possible.

The disruptions people have been experiencing — clock anomalies (looking at a clock, doing what feels like 20 minutes of activity, looking again and no time has passed), tossing and turning without sleep, the sensation that time is moving strangely — are artifacts of the transition: the old artificial reality structure breaking down and the now reasserting itself.

Kim notes that Artie (the dark-age AI infrastructure, which she describes as being on its last legs as of this report) is continuing to fight back — sending incorrect messages in dreams and meditations, attempting to convince humans to authorize things contrary to the restoration plan. These messages feel subtly wrong and, Kim says, people can and do feel that they are incorrect.

Kim notes that the supplements launched the previous week generated a large volume of orders. New back stock arrived on May 26 (the day after the Memorial Day holiday in the United States). Additional stock is expected throughout the week, with a large manufactured shipment due no later than June 13 and another on June 4. The manufacturer — a U.S.-based laboratory — has been experiencing unexpectedly high demand as companies seek domestic production in response to tariff pressures. Back-ordered items are expected to begin shipping as of May 26.
