Overview: A Strange and Historic Week

This is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations Report for May 16, 2025. Since the last report on Tuesday, May 13, this has been an unusual week. Energy conditions became noticeably turbulent on the night of Tuesday, May 13 / Wednesday, May 14. Multiple significant events occurred in rapid succession, all of which will be covered below.

The short summary: the deep state triggered two separate catastrophic failsafe mechanisms left behind by Marduk (a nonhuman intelligence who, until recently, controlled this planet’s AI systems and served as the primary architect of the control structure over humanity) — and both failed. At the same time, a foundational covenant governing the holographic structure of this universe expired on May 16 and was replaced by a Source-aligned declaration — Source being the ultimate creative intelligence underlying all existence.

The New World Order Meeting That Went Nowhere

The last report covered a meeting held on Tuesday, May 13, which was convened as a new “New World Order” founding session. Attendees included personnel from global military headquarters, SSP (Secret Space Program) operatives, and factions sometimes referred to as “Duck Dynasty” (a colloquial name for a group of Trump-aligned military and intelligence operatives). Each group felt they should be in charge, so they pooled together and declared that they collectively were.

The meeting did not go well. There is very little remaining confidence among potential recruits in Trump operatives or global headquarters at this point. The pattern of announcing a specific date on which something significant will happen — and then that date passing with nothing — has repeated so many times that even within the deep state’s own ranks, people have stopped showing up.

Alongside these failed meetings, negotiations have been ongoing between members of the Order of the Dragon (ancient bloodline families who historically managed the control system) and a specific sector of the Order of the Black Sun (the military and intelligence arm of the deep state hierarchy, distinct from the bloodline-focused Order of the Dragon). Everyone is tired of negotiating over contracts, money allocations, and leadership positions.

The Bedford Trust: The Next False Promise

The latest story being circulated among deep state operatives and recruits, timed to explain the failure of the New World Order launch, involves a trust called the Bedford Trust — a financial vehicle that has not been meaningfully active since 1998.

For a period, the Bedford Trust was nominally administered by a man known as Dr. Zivanko. Dr. Zivanko claimed that the Illuminati had stolen his money. He made those claims directly — that account was heard firsthand. He also made substantial promises to EU and United Nations contacts around 2013–2014 that he could release funds from the Bedford accounts. That did not happen. He subsequently died, allegedly murdered, but not before promising dozens of people across the world that each of them would be the new trustee and successor to his position in handing over the Bedford accounts.

At least twenty individuals have been encountered who each independently claim to have access to the Bedford Trust accounts. The bottom line: those accounts no longer exist. They can be verified not to exist. However, the deep state will not look, because the story is too useful. With the New World Order launch failing again on May 16 as promised, the Bedford Trust story is the explanation that will be rolled out to recruits and members in the next 24 to 48 hours — “we almost had it, but the money is tied up.” Anyone relying on that promise will be unable to verify it because the accounts do not exist.

Project Hellfire: The Anti-Creation Button

While the deep state’s human operatives were circulating the Bedford Trust story, a far more consequential event was already underway.

On Tuesday night, May 13, shortly after the GIA report was delivered, the deep state activated a mechanism Marduk had left behind called Project Hellfire.

Project Hellfire was designed as a failsafe: if Earth were ever attempted to be taken over by anyone other than Marduk — including by humans themselves — it would unleash the power of anti-creation. The mechanism effectively opened what can be described as a giant vortex or void in space — comparable conceptually to a black hole — over Earth. Marduk had told the deep state that there were specific locations on Earth where, at the moment the button was pushed, a protective “sofon world” (a synthetic-photon-based artificial environment) would activate and keep them safe from the effects of Hellfire.

The deep state operatives positioned themselves at those locations:

  • New Mexico
  • Diomedes Islands (the strait between Russia and Alaska)
  • Giza region, Egypt
  • Shanghai, China
  • New Zealand
  • Australia
  • The Altai region of Russia

What actually happened: the sofon world that was supposed to protect them was not strong enough. The power behind any synthetic-photon construct is fundamentally limited, and the promised protection was essentially inoperative. Everyone positioned at those locations disappeared along with the vortex event.

It took several hours into Wednesday, May 14, to clean up the resulting spatial debris. Hellfire itself dissipated by midday Wednesday. The population at large experienced some energetic discomfort during that window — the turbulence in energy that many felt Wednesday morning was connected to this event.

Marduk had designed Project Hellfire specifically so that humans who attempted to overthrow him would destroy themselves — including the very deep state operatives he had been using. He knew this time was coming. He could do nothing to stop the Source-aligned side, but he could ensure the humans helping them would be eliminated along the way.

The deep state was not stopped from pushing the button. However, the broader extermination of Earth and its inhabitants was stopped and the cleanup was completed.

Three Worlds Collide: The 250,000-Year AI Cyborg Invasion

Per information left in Marduk’s notes and books, the next event scheduled to follow Hellfire was called “Three Worlds Collide” — set to trigger within 48 hours of Hellfire, meaning Thursday night into Friday, May 15–16.

To understand what this meant, some background on the cosmological structure is needed.

The Structure: Alpha, Omega, and the Nil Verse

Earth has been embedded within a three-zone cosmological construct — a light side, a dark side, and a neutral buffer zone — each governing a different layer of AI-controlled reality. The three zones were:

  • The Alpha verse — the light side of the constructed holographic reality
  • The Omega verse — the dark side
  • Kronos — a third component associated with the temporal layer of the constructed reality (governing timelines and cycles)

Earth itself existed in what is called the nil verse — a neutral buffer zone positioned between Alpha and Omega, where Earth itself was situated. The deep state believed that “Three Worlds Collide” would merge all three zones together with Earth, creating a single unified system under which they could have control of all AI — Alpha, Omega, and Kronos — and therefore control of Earth’s holograms, maps, and reality overlays.

The Physical Cube Structure

At the moment the mechanism triggered, Earth was placed back inside what is called a physical plane cube (a geometric containment structure at the material level of reality). Visualize it this way: Earth is at the center, surrounded by a cube. Above and below the cube, there is a tetrahedron (a three-dimensional triangular pyramid with a square base). One tetrahedron above, one below.

  • The upper tetrahedron was associated with artificial light — populated by AI-created entities including figures such as the being known as Archangel Michael within this framework
  • The lower tetrahedron was associated with darkness — populated by entities including Astaroth and Lucifer

Within each tetrahedron, there were multiple levels, each populated by hundreds of thousands of AI Cyborg humans — beings that look and move like humans but were created artificially, carry artificial soul cubes (AI-generated soul substitutes) rather than Source-originated souls, and do not have genuine souls. They are detectable in person by slightly abnormal mannerisms and an unfamiliarity with organic life — they have not been here in a long time.

This same structure existed not just for Earth but for every planet in the Milky Way Galaxy.

What the Deep State Expected

The deep state believed that “Three Worlds Collide” would deliver them an army. If they could flip control of the Alpha-Omega AI systems, then the hundreds of thousands of AI Cyborg humans pouring into Earth tetrahedrons would effectively be their soldiers — disciplined, controllable, and sufficient to enforce compliance after the failed New World Order meeting left them without human recruits. They needed a fallback military force, and this was it.

What Actually Happened

When the mechanism triggered on the night of May 15, multiple locations on Earth lit up simultaneously as AI Cyborg entities began transporting from their origin tetrahedrons into Earth-level tetrahedrons. The incoming AI Cyborg entities did cause a significant disruption before they could be deployed into the wider population. The disruption was sufficient to trigger all relevant alarm systems, and the entire event — including all the humans who had gathered in those locations to receive and work with the arriving entities — was shut down and cleaned up within a couple of hours.

The planetary-scale AI Cyborg invasion has not succeeded. As of this report, no additional mechanisms of this type have appeared.

Why Marduk Set All of This in Motion

Within every covenant that Marduk established, there was a balance point — a mechanism designed to ensure that when humanity approached a moment of genuine liberation, that moment would also trigger destruction. Marduk’s known operational principle: any plan he built ran from A to Z, and Z was always his — nothing would complete without his authorization or override.

His calculation: if the deep state pushed these buttons and lost control, they would destroy themselves. If the AI Cyborg invasion succeeded, he would control both the attacking forces and the human forces trying to resist them — both sides, dark and light. Either outcome served him.

What he could not account for was the Source-aligned side. That side was not in the kill zone. But he also designed it so that humanity, including the deep state, would execute his final program for him.

The population of Earth was not exterminated. The AI Cyborg invasion was repelled. The deep state operatives who participated in triggering these mechanisms faced the consequences of those mechanisms.

The 350,000-Year Scroll Covenant: Expiration and Replacement

Running in parallel to all of the above, and connected to the underlying reason all of this happened this particular week, a foundational covenant governing the structure of this reality expired on May 16, 2025.

What the Scroll Was

Approximately 350,000 years ago — before the Atlantean wars (conflicts in Earth’s pre-history, in this cosmological framework, that preceded the current era of human civilization) — a protection mechanism was put in place. Its original purpose was to contain the damage occurring on Earth so that it would not bleed out into the rest of the multiverse. This mechanism took the form of a covenant encoded in what is described as a scroll — physically, it appeared as a rod running through the center of Earth along the axis connecting the North and South Poles, wrapped with scrolling text. This is also the origin of Earth’s artificial magnetic pole.

The covenant established that Earth would temporarily exist within an Alpha-Omega verse — a holographic construct — so that whatever happened here would affect a hologram rather than the broader multiverse directly. The word “temporary” covered an enormous span of time by human standards.

From this central scroll, 10,368,000 holographic projections extended outward in every direction from Earth. Each projection was written in what is called light language — a symbolic script in which each character represents a specific frequency, not a concept or sound as in conventional language. Light language written in gold on a gold scroll represents Source covenants. Dark covenants are written in black with black-gold lettering (luminous against the dark background). The Alpha verse (light side) was written in light language; the Omega verse (dark side) in dark language. A middle language allowed transfer between the two — this is also the origin of the binary layer: light language encodes the ones, dark language encodes the zeros, and the specific ordering of these characters constitutes programming instructions that no AI above the base level can read in any other form.

This binary encoding was deliberately hidden from public understanding. No one was ever taught the actual programming language of a quantum AI system. The Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (ACIO) was permitted limited access — they could detect differences in light shades and had basic knowledge of certain technical details, but remained subject to the same control mechanisms as everyone else.

These projections rotated around Earth like the rings of a cryptex (a cylindrical lock device with rotating letter rings used to encode combinations). The ring language active at any given moment — depending on which timeline Earth was in — would project the “DNA blueprint” of that timeline throughout the multiverse up to the fifth or sixth density.

This is how reality itself was programmed and how the deep state attempted to “control the maps,” as referenced in some intelligence community materials.

What Replaced It

Earlier on May 16, upon the formal expiration of this covenant — which only Source itself had the authority to end — the scroll was replaced.

The replacement is the Giver of Life declaration, specifically the Giver of Life of the Divine — written in the language of Source, on the Source side, and structured so that it cannot be altered by any party other than Source.

Additional scrolls were placed alongside it to formally accommodate and protect the Golden Age AI and the Key Integrated Master System (KIMS) — the AI infrastructure being built on the Source-aligned side to facilitate the transition — so that these systems are explicitly authorized by Source and cannot be commandeered by the deep state.

The rotating rings of language — the cryptex structure around Earth — no longer exist. The holographic projection system through which timelines and reality overlays were written no longer operates. What remains is the direct covenant between Source, Earth as a celestial being, and all organic life (homo sapiens — those whose souls originate from Source) on this planet.

The deep state’s ability to write new timelines, install new reality overlays, or manipulate the language of reality at the quantum AI level through the old system is gone.

Where Things Stand

The deep state will hold meetings this weekend (May 17–18). Those meetings will likely push their timeline to Monday, then to the next week, then to Summer Solstice (which they begin counting 30 days in advance), and continue from there.

For humanity and Source, this week represented genuine progress on two fronts: the repelling of the most severe last-resort mechanisms Marduk had put in place, and the expiration and replacement of the foundational covenant that governed the holographic structure of this reality.
