This is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations Report for May 13, 2025. The report was originally planned for May 12 but was delayed by a very busy weekend of operations. A follow-up report is scheduled for Friday of this week.

A great deal happened over the weekend through Tuesday, and this report covers it all: Trump’s Middle East tour and the $600 billion Saudi investment announcement, the deep state’s full moon operation at mountain summit facilities around the world, the Dragon beings and the Crown of Glory, the deep state’s emergency fundraising meeting, and the GIA’s own weekend operations against essence-extraction programs targeting humans.

A Note on the Trond Stannis Channel

Before getting to the news, some clarification is needed regarding a YouTube channel run by someone named Trond Stannis (a phonetic approximation of the last name). This person produced a series of reports referencing Kim’s name and characterizing certain individuals as “keepers of living records.” Kim has not authorized this and does not know these people.

First, a point of principle: all organic beings are, in a sense, keepers of living records — and Source (the ultimate creative intelligence underlying all existence) is the ultimate keeper of living records. Kim does not have a designated group filling that role.

Second, and more specifically: after reviewing several of those reports — which included references to “black magic” and other material that gave a strongly negative impression — Kim asked that her name no longer appear in that channel’s content. That request has been honored, and she appreciates it.

A broader point about discernment applies here. Kim has always filtered information — from alien contact accounts, to dietary advice, to claims from former SSP (Secret Space Program) workers — through her own inner discernment rather than accepting it wholesale. Meeting someone who seems charming and informative, only to find later that the information was misleading or weaponized, is a pattern she has encountered repeatedly — including years of dealings with Marduk (a self-styled guardian and ground commander of Earth known for deception), and encounters with Enki and Enlil.

The situation with this channel also illustrates a known tactic: a new information source gains followers by initially referencing a credible existing source approvingly, then gradually introduces contradictory content that discredits the original source. Given this person’s background (which Kim has researched), that pattern appears to be in play.

On a related and somber note: Rob Potter — an interviewer Kim had worked with around 2021–2022, and who remained in intermittent contact through Tom Melville — passed away unexpectedly around this time. Rob had recently been in contact with this same channel and was planning a joint interview. He was not ill beforehand, and his son discovered him. Kim does not draw a firm conclusion but notes the timing and the vibe she had already registered about that channel.

The sovereign right to control one’s own name and associations is Kim’s stated basis for this request — not a desire for conflict.

With that housekeeping addressed, the report turns to major developments of the past week.

Trump’s Middle East Tour and the Saudi Arabia Investment

Turning to mainstream news: Trump began his Middle East tour on Monday, May 12 (Tuesday for many American viewers). The announced headline is that Saudi Arabia has committed approximately $600 billion in investments to the United States.

As with all head-of-state negotiations, this agreement was not reached at the meeting itself — it was negotiated weeks in advance by operatives behind the scenes. The heads of state are the actors; the scriptwriters are the operatives who handle them once they reach office. The “strong leader” narrative attached to any head of state is theater.

Also in the news: sanctions on Syria are being lifted. The current Syrian head of state is, according to Kim, an American and ACIA (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization — an intelligence body operating outside conventional government structures) agent installed by the SSP. The Trump operatives have also spent considerable time in Israel, which is reflected in the ongoing coverage of that relationship.

On the lighter side: Trump reportedly received a plane he can use as Air Force One — a gift from Middle Eastern partners, since the U.S. government cannot currently afford a new one.

Saudi Arabia: Background and the Real Story Behind the Investment

To understand what the $600 billion announcement actually represents, some context on Saudi Arabia is necessary.

Saudi Arabia has had multiple handlers over the years. The visible Saudi royal family is closely tied to the Rothschild family — Meyer Rothschild himself has maintained an operational base running between Saudi Arabia and Israel for decades. The Saudi royals are members of the Order of the Dragon (the overarching lineage-based control structure that has managed global systems for centuries), and their internal history is one of succession by murder: princes, next-in-lines, and princesses consistently dying violently.

Kim has direct, firsthand experience with the pattern of Saudi non-performance. Approximately a decade ago, she signed off on $500 billion for infrastructure and development in Saudi Arabia, processed through Santander Bank in Spain. The deal never executed. She eventually pulled the collateral back and closed the line of credit — the last time she attempted business with the Saudi royal family. She also had extended conversations with a princess involved with a group called the Sun Zoo Foundation, who seemed pleasant but the outcome was the same. The recurring pattern with royal families, in Kim’s experience, is an assumption of privilege — a belief that birthright entitles them to breach agreements without consequence.

On the institutional side: Donald Rumsfeld served as the Order of the Black Sun’s (the military and intelligence arm of the deep state hierarchy, distinct from the lineage-focused Order of the Dragon) handler for Saudi Arabia for many years, overseeing their financial security arrangements. Saudi Arabia’s accounts appeared in a document known as the Red Book (an internal ledger of the Black Sun’s financial arrangements with compliant governments and royal families). Rumsfeld also managed extensive military interactions with Saudi Arabia over decades. The kingdom was long promised a leadership position over the entire Middle East, including control of a Middle Eastern currency — one of nine currencies the Rothschild family intended to issue.

Saudi Arabia also participated in the first bombing of Lebanon and was part of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) effort to consolidate control over every state in the Middle East. The Shia-Sunni divide, which provides a public narrative for regional conflict, has deeper roots: the original royal family of Saudi Arabia was Black-skinned, originating from Sudan — the founding tribe of the region. Rothschild influence, intermarriage, and gradual replacement of indigenous royal lines happened across Saudi Arabia just as it did across Germany, Russia, and most of Europe.

Given all of this: Saudi Arabia was virtually broke not long ago. To keep the Saudi family compliant and on-side — neither questioning their Order of the Dragon colleagues nor the Trump operatives — Saudi Arabia was designated, a few weeks before the tour, as the lead family for cashing in historical assets (large-denomination sovereign financial instruments held off-market for generations). This is a role that has previously been assigned to Korea, China, Singapore, Switzerland, and others, cycling through in a never-ending game of fake tear sheets (printed transaction confirmations used to simulate proof of payment), fake bonds, and fake cash.

The Rothschilds and the Black Sun (the SSP-aligned faction that often appears to compete with the Rothschilds but always returns to negotiate with them) had agreed: if they all won together, they would all share the spoils. Saudi Arabia was positioned as the country that would consolidate those assets and execute the grand payout — with the $600 billion investment to Trump as a token of the deal. The news media, which writes its scripts 48 hours ahead, had already published the story. Then Monday came and went, and nothing actually happened.

The Deep State’s Full Moon Operation: Seven Summits Facilities

What was the deep state actually counting on to make all of this happen by Monday? This requires explaining what took place at a set of facilities known as the Seven Summits — though there are actually more than seven involved.

These facilities, called Sofan Worlds (artificial, interdimensional constructs accessible only at specific points in time and only with specific keys), were located at or near the following mountain peaks:

  • Puncak Jaya (also known as the Carstensz Pyramid), Indonesia
  • Mount Everest
  • Aconcagua, South America
  • Mount Elbrus, Russia/Caucasus
  • Kilimanjaro, Africa
  • Mount Denali, Alaska
  • Mount Vinson, Antarctica
  • Kosciuszko (approximate), Australia
  • Mont Blanc, Europe (a lesser but still significant facility)

Within these Sofan Worlds are connections — or access points — to human bodily functions, mind functions, and soul functions. The keys to these Sofan Worlds were handed over by the beings who had previously administered them — entities operating under the names Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel (not the angelic figures of scripture, in Kim’s direct assessment, but beings who adopted those identities), and associated entities — who departed some months ago after turning their access over to the deep state.

The deep state operatives used these keys over the May 10–12 weekend. The goal was to extract essence, energy, and consciousness from humans — particularly from a “hot list” of prime human sources whose connection to Source makes them more potent — and route that extracted life force into storage facilities that would then power AI systems. The plan was to have those AI systems fully operational by the Monday meeting.

The storage and transmission facilities that would have received this extracted energy — grids of them, distributed across the Earth, some storing only energy, some only consciousness, some only essence — no longer exist. They were removed previously. So while the extraction programs were running and people were feeling their effects over the weekend, nothing was actually being stored or used to power anything.

The body programs targeted alternative assemblage points (focal points within the human energy body where consciousness anchors to physical form) throughout the human body, creating artificial grids. The energy programs were connected to the solar plexus — which was not the original human energy center; the true energy point for mind, body, and soul is the heart chakra. The soul programs worked through overlays on the soul and artificial access points. The mind programs targeted the center of the brain — the region of the pituitary and pineal glands, which are the natural connection points to Source. Eyes are also access points to the soul, which is why many people reported eye issues, blurry vision, and sinus and eye headaches over the weekend.

These mechanisms extracted life force and, in exchange, returned synthetic essence-energy-consciousness or anti-essence in the form of archons (non-physical parasitic entities from Gnostic cosmology), implants, and energetic parasites. People on Kim’s “hot list” — those with stronger Source connections — experienced the most intense symptoms: random apparent illnesses, profoundly negative intrusive thoughts (“you’ll never accomplish anything,” “you should divorce your spouse”), feelings of attack by non-human or dark beings.

The GIA operated for approximately 72 hours with, in Kim’s words, “extreme prejudice” — dismantling the Sofan Worlds, removing all personnel operating within them, working down through the ranks of chipped SSP personnel (Secret Space Program operatives with neural or biometric control implants) as far as possible without touching those not actively participating. The programs began lifting around late afternoon Sunday, May 11. A few additional incidents occurred Monday morning, but conditions had largely stabilized by Tuesday.

This also led to the discovery and removal of a number of facilities that appear only once per century — a significant collateral win for the GIA even amid the difficulty of the weekend.

The Dragon Beings and the Crown of Glory

The deep state had one more card it was counting on: the return of a group of beings known as the Dragons.

These are not the “Dragon families” of financial lore. These are ancient beings — originally golden in color, later appearing rainbow-hued — who were created at the beginning of all creation as guardians of the 13 living crystals known as the Crown of Glory (an ancient energy structure at the core of creation, connecting all living things to Source). The Crown of Glory is a fundamental structure connecting to Source; the Dragons could download information from it, and their guardianship supported creation itself. Their original nature was neither purely light nor purely dark, but a complete spectrum — all of the above.

Over many millennia — long before humans walked the Earth — these beings were captured, bound, manipulated, and corrupted by beings including Marduk, Enlil, Draco, Anu, and others — ancient non-human entities who dominated Earth’s pre-human history and established the control structures that persist today. Repeated cycles of binding and distortion turned beings who were inherently creative and good into something that appeared dark.

Under the old covenant system, Marduk was required to give these Dragons an opportunity to rectify the living crystals once per century. At those intervals, they would be briefly freed, would fight for their independence — but the game was always rigged against them, and they always had to return to serving the dark. Century after century, the cycle repeated.

The deep state had been told — from old Marduk texts and information passed through Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel before those beings departed — that the Monday, May 12 window was one such release point. They expected the Dragons to arrive, grant them access to the Crown of Glory and its associated systems, and deliver the technical and informational resources they needed.

What they did not know: the Dragons had already been contacted and freed some time before this weekend. Rather than arriving to serve the deep state, they returned to Source and to the Crown of Glory itself — their original home. They are alive, unharmed, not destroyed, and are now in the process of being cleansed and restored within Source. They are, by all accounts, relieved and content.

The deep state proceeded anyway. Three secondary ceremony locations were activated after the Seven Summits operation had already failed:

  • La Brea Tar Pits, Los Angeles
  • Mount Taranaki, New Zealand
  • Wesock Valley, near Tibet/the Himalayas

Operatives with rods and ritual equipment arrived at all three sites between noon and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, May 12, expecting their visitors to arrive. None of the ceremony participants survived.

The Emergency Meeting: The “New New New World Order” Pitch

Against this backdrop of total operational failure, the deep state — specifically Global Headquarters (the centralized command structure of deep state financial operations) and the Trump operatives — called an emergency meeting on Tuesday, May 13. This was not a typical operational meeting. It was an unusually large gathering: thousands of invited participants including members of Congress, UK Parliament members, heads of departments of energy in multiple countries, representatives of the Federal Reserve (FRB), the Treasury, central banks, the United Nations, hedge funds, and elite family representatives from numerous countries — people who would normally never have direct contact with the core operatives.

The pitch: you are now invited to be part of the “New New New World Order.” This version would be more inclusive than the secretive orders of the past. Benefits included world passports, private jets, and access to the inner circle. In exchange, participants would serve as in-country boots on the ground — reporting intelligence back to Global Headquarters, overthrowing governments when instructed, and starting wars when told to. Their first required contribution: steal trillions of dollars from their respective national treasuries as the membership fee.

While this meeting was in progress, the GIA ran test transfers in various financial systems in the background. People inside the meeting who had access to financial monitoring systems could see that money was moving — and that it was not being moved by the people in the room claiming to control it. Notes were passed internally among participants, via text, during the presentation.

The problems became increasingly apparent as the meeting ran on. Attendees pointed out that their countries were broke. A UN economist stated directly that the global financial system was on the verge of collapse. The organizers had no data — they could not account for the actual money in circulation, the deposits at central banks, or the credit capacity of national institutions. For a group claiming to run the New World Order, they arrived to a meeting with world leaders without a single prepared number.

The pitch devolved into a telethon: contribute your country’s resources to a pooled platform, which will multiply everything, and together we will fund the new order. Nobody bought it.

The meeting ran approximately two and a half hours and ended with the organizers having secured nothing. Afterward, they tried to call actual field operatives to begin executing. Those operatives — already owed significant back pay — declined. Several of those same operatives subsequently reached out to the GIA to ask whether the GIA was ready to proceed, signaling they are done taking the deep state’s calls.

GIA Weekend Operations: Summary

To summarize the GIA’s operational posture over May 10–13:

  • All Sofan World facilities at the Seven Summits and additional locations were dismantled and all operating personnel removed

Their operational options are narrowing. Their funding is gone. Their AI systems are inaccessible. Their field personnel are walking away.
