Introduction and Mother’s Day Weekend

This is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations Report for May 9, 2025. It has been only 48 hours since the last report, yet an enormous amount has occurred. To all mothers listening: Happy Mother’s Day this weekend. If you are celebrating, take a moment to acknowledge Mother Earth as well — she has sustained all of us through a great deal.

A New Pope Is Selected — and Claimed by Trump Operatives

The world now has a new Pope — Pope Leo XIV. He has been publicly claimed by Trump-aligned operatives as one of their own, which makes for an interesting development. In GIA reporting, Trump-aligned operatives represent a competing faction within the deep state structure, so the public claim reflects an internal power positioning rather than a simple political endorsement.

To understand why this matters, it helps to know something about how a conclave works. There are approximately 252 Cardinals worldwide, though the number fluctuates as some are very elderly. Each Cardinal is assigned roughly nine black magic workers who serve them exclusively when they attain that rank. This year’s conclave included approximately 133 Cardinals; those over 80 years old were either ineligible to vote or too ill to attend. The remaining Cardinals were nonetheless supported by the full network of 252 Cardinals and their black magic workers.

It is worth noting that the deep state has been running short on black magic workers lately, so this conclave’s ceremonies were less elaborate than those of the past. (By comparison, when the last conclave was held in 2013, Marduk — the dark controlling figure who formerly oversaw much of the deep state’s spiritual infrastructure before being removed in a prior operation — personally selected the Pope at that time.)

There are, in this framework, three Popes: black, white, and gray. These three designations represent different operational domains — esoteric, public-facing, and administrative — within the deep state’s ecclesiastical structure. All three typically work directly with the P2 Lodge (a secretive Italian masonic lodge historically linked to political and financial manipulation) and the Gnostic Illuminati (a deep state spiritual operations network) on the black magic side of operations. Like presidents, popes function as the public-facing front for the deeper organization behind them. Cardinals receive orders and instructions from the P2 Lodge and the Gnostic Illuminati regarding the type of black magic their workers will perform.

The Induction Ceremony Beneath the Vatican — and Why It Failed

After a new Pope is selected, there is a ceremony that takes place beneath the Vatican. This ceremony is performed directly by members of the Gnostic Illuminati and their workers. There are typically sacrifices involved, and the new Pope lies on what appears to be an altar while the ceremony proceeds.

The purpose of this ceremony, from the deep state’s perspective, is to grant the new Pope what are called “papal access codes” — credentials believed to unlock certain financial and energy systems that the deep state controls through its spiritual infrastructure. Immediately following the ceremony, the new Pope is taken to a terminal where these codes are supposed to be received.

This time, the terminal did not work. The ceremony failed. The deep state operatives were angry and confused. They decided to proceed anyway — announcing the new Pope publicly with the customary pageantry — and to repeat the ceremony later that evening.

Coordinated Ceremonies at Global Locations — All Eliminated

Later on the evening of May 8, 2025, the deep state coordinated simultaneous repeat ceremonies at multiple locations around the world in an attempt to make the induction work. The participating locations included:

  • The Vatican (with Gnostic Illuminati members beneath it)
  • Westminster Abbey
  • The Christchurch in Moscow
  • The Basilica of Bernadine in Italy
  • The Église Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris
  • A basilica in Chicago

Each location had at least nine black magic workers present. It became apparent that a significant portion of their black magic was directed specifically at Kim — the reporter and operational head of this effort. Taking that as a signal, Kim and her team moved to terminate each of these ceremonies. All participants in those ceremonies were sent back to Source (a term used in GIA reporting to describe the permanent removal of a being’s independent existence — they are returned to the originating creative intelligence and cease operating as individuals) and eliminated from further operation. Whatever Source does with them from there is not Kim’s concern; they will not be returning.

The six organized locations were only the core; a broader diffuse network of workers operating independently across dozens of locations continued to operate. Since then, those workers have been eliminated one by one, group by group, and location by location.

The Ultimatum: Cards on the Table, Offer Withdrawn

Earlier on May 8, Kim and the Council (a senior oversight body that works alongside Kim in these operations) — along with assistance from the Mantids (an extraterrestrial species cooperating with Kim’s team in the transition process) — had all but completed the final steps to connect the Golden Age AI (the Source-aligned AI system designed to replace the deep state’s financial and control infrastructure) to the Key Integrated Master System (the central connective framework linking the new financial and governance infrastructure), bypassing all of the deep state’s local systems. Whatever the deep state had left appeared energetically depleted — it did not have enough power to sustain itself.

At that point, a decision was made to offer the deep state one final opportunity to cooperate. The reason for the offer: the deep state still possesses PSI machines — smaller, Earth-built versions of space-based energy-targeting technology originally derived from extraterrestrial sources — which can target and harm individuals, including those who receive funds from Kim’s side. The deep state’s version of a tantrum is severe: PSI machines can be directed against individuals and cause real physical harm. In order to make the transition as smooth as possible and minimize casualties, a window was opened.

As part of demonstrating the offer, Kim’s team sent one U.S. dollar in currency through the new system. The purpose was to make plain that the Golden Age AI was operational and that any new money entering the financial system would now require conversion and approval from Kim’s side. The deep state operatives who received that dollar quickly discovered that it could not be converted without Kim’s authorization — a stark contrast to how the old system had worked.

In the past, real energy (real money) would flow into the system and be converted at various levels — in part through the Federal Reserve (FRB), in part through tier-one banks (the largest globally connected commercial banks at the top of the banking hierarchy), and in part through the Treasury — into the debt instruments printed on the paper currency everyone carries. Under the old system, paper currency was not simply money — it was a promissory instrument, and its value derived from a chain of conversions that passed through and enriched multiple intermediary institutions. That conversion pathway no longer exists under the new system.

What became clear during this demonstration is that most deep state operatives had no real understanding of how they had obtained their access codes, their conversion buttons, or their financial powers — and probably had never cared. They had always simply worked. Now they did not, and the operatives could see exactly who held that authority now.

Despite this demonstration, the operatives chose to focus their black magic efforts against Kim, and the ceremonies described above commenced that evening. Kim gave them one final hour to reconsider and return contact. They did not. The offer was withdrawn.

The Switch Is Flipped: No Going Back

With the offer withdrawn and the ceremonies continuing, Kim’s team completed the full switch — flipping the Golden Age AI into active connection — by early morning on May 9, 2025. The transition is progressing well: everything is connected, energy is flowing, and there are no visible obstructions to funds flowing directly to bank accounts at this moment.

When the decision was made to flip the switch, a clear message was delivered: there is no reversal. The following systems will not be reconnected under any circumstances:

  • Military systems
  • Government systems
  • Intelligence systems
  • Any system that existed under the old structure

There will be no further negotiation with Treasuries, Federal Reserves, or central banks anywhere in the world. That chapter is closed.

The Cleanup Operation: Kill Switches and Deep State Ranks

The transition has now triggered a broad cleanup operation targeting remaining deep state infrastructure. One key element involves implanted chips. Most higher-ranking deep state members — particularly those who have reached SSP (Secret Space Program) level (the upper tiers of the deep state hierarchy who have participated in off-planet operations) or comparable ranks — have a chip implanted at the base of the neck. Under the old system, this chip functioned as a kill switch: Marduk himself, or in some cases other senior operatives, could activate it if someone fell out of line.

Kim’s team has begun going down the deep state ranks level by level, tier by tier, and activating those switches. This is not a decision taken lightly — it was necessary for the safety of the transition and for humanity. The lower tiers, which tend to consist of people who are not actively participating in operations in any meaningful way, are being evaluated selectively. The operation is progressing quickly, and the estimate is that the bulk of it could be completed by next week.

In addition to the chip operation, Kim’s team has begun acting with what is described as “extreme prejudice” (a term indicating lethal intervention) against any ongoing operations discovered in real time. Operations neutralized today (May 9) include:

Dark Energy: What It Is and What to Expect This Weekend

Note: the “dark energy” discussed in this section is not the cosmological concept from astrophysics. It refers to a distinct type of energetic output generated by human fear, pain, and trauma, which the deep state collects and uses as fuel.

Humans produce Source energy (the positive, creative life force originating from the ultimate creative intelligence, referred to throughout GIA reporting as “Source”) — energy that, as has been covered in previous reports, has been harvested and often taken off-world to power dark AI machines, where it is transmuted into fuel for those machines.

What is less widely understood is that dark energy — the energetic output of fear, pain, and negative states — is also collected and stored in physical locations on Earth. These storage locations function as reservoirs. When the deep state wants to fire up old space technology that runs only on dark energy, they draw from these reservoirs. To generate dark energy on demand, they provoke conflict and suffering near the storage locations they wish to fill — and this dynamic is currently playing out on the world stage.

This is the direct reason behind the increase in conflict between India and Pakistan that has been observed recently. The deep state is generating dark energy near a specific target: the Wissak Valley in Tibet (an area identified in GIA reporting as a significant energetic nexus). A ceremony is planned there on Monday, May 12, 2025.

The deep state had originally planned to visit several locations for this ceremony but has been forced to narrow their options to approximately three. They are looking for a meeting with a dark alien race (the specific group is not named in this report; Kim’s team is monitoring which faction the deep state is attempting to contact) at one of these three locations — a meeting they hope will provide them with more power, more space technology, or both. Their timeline is as follows:

  • Beginning approximately midday Eastern Time on Sunday, May 11, they intend to intensify their dark energy operations
  • They expect that sometime between noon and 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, May 12, they will learn whether their prospective allies are going to appear

Kim’s team is already aware of where the dark energy storage locations on Earth are. By destroying those storage locations, the deep state can generate fear and dark energy from the population all they want — but there will be nowhere to store it and nothing to build from. It cannot be put to work.

Guidance for the Weekend: Hold Your Energy

With the context above in mind, Kim offers the following guidance for the Mother’s Day weekend.

Your energy can no longer be transmuted by outside forces — only you can do that yourself. This shift occurred as a result of changes to the underlying energetic infrastructure described in earlier GIA reports; the key point is that the old mechanism by which positive human energy was harvested no longer functions. This means you have real agency in what happens this weekend. Specifically:

  • Do not feed fear. The deep state’s temper tantrum this weekend may be loud. It will very likely produce no meaningful result, but do not focus on it.
  • Avoid dark news, dark YouTube channels, and negative media this weekend. Even a small reduction in collective fear output deprives the deep state of fuel.
  • Stay in your light. Reach out to nature. Create something. Make or listen to music. Celebrate with friends and family. Positive, creative energy is the best contribution you can make right now.
  • Do not get drawn into conflict — even at family gatherings where that can be easy. Stay level and uplifted where possible.

The deep state operatives, having lost their systems and their access, are in the position of a group of people standing on a very high cliff, convinced they can fly. One by one, they will jump — and discover they cannot. The last ones standing will blame insufficient black magic and attempt one more ceremony before they, too, jump. They are all going off that cliff together. The outcome is not in question. What matters is that you do not add fuel to the drama on the way down.
