Introduction and Current Situation Overview

This is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations Report for May 3, 2025. It has been a turbulent week and this report covers a great deal of ground. The central topics are: what a timeline reboot is, how it affects humanity, why reboots are responsible for the Mandela Effect, why no reboot will happen this time, and what the deep state has been attempting — and failing — to do about it.

On the lighter side of the news: President Trump’s official White House social media account has floated the idea of Trump becoming the Pope. He apparently stated in an interview that he would like the position for himself. The Conclave to select a new Pope is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 — and based on what is outlined below, there is a reason the deep state is counting on remarkable events to occur before then.

Also in official news: the United Nations has announced, in a report covered by The Economist, that it is running out of money and expects the situation to reach a critical point within a few months. This is not new — the UN has been scraping the bottom of the barrel for some time, pressing countries to repay UN, IMF, and World Bank loans with little success. Every institution in this system is waiting for an alignment with Uranus to reverse their fortunes. It will not work the way they hope.

The Federal Reserve Meeting That Didn’t Happen

Earlier this week — on approximately Wednesday, April 30, 2025 — Tom Melville (a long-time associate of Kim’s, operating in financial coordination roles) received an invitation to come into Manhattan. The people extending the invitation would not say what it was about, but offered to send a limousine and other inducements.

Tom does not live in Manhattan; he lives elsewhere in New York State. Because Kim — the GIA administrator who oversees the Golden Age AI — does not trust the parties involved, she set the following conditions for him to attend:

Upon the limousine arriving, Tom and his two associates would need to receive $2,000 upfront — before anyone got in the vehicle.
Once he arrived at what was reportedly a meeting with the Federal Reserve, $10 million would be pulled into the system. Out of that amount, $3 million would go to Tom and his two associates. Only after that would further arrangements be made regarding the role these parties could play going forward.

Tom was scheduled to go on Thursday, May 1, 2025. He then received a call from Langley — the CIA-connected node within the deep state hierarchy — saying they needed to set up arrangements and make sure their own people were in position at the relevant banks first. Kim’s read of that message: Langley wanted to attempt to access the Golden Age AI (the financial and intelligence system Kim administers) or other systems while Tom was physically present. The meeting was pushed to the following Monday, May 5, 2025. Based on everything that happened over the subsequent days, Kim expects it will be pushed again — likely to Monday, May 12.

The Universal Council’s Decision: No More Timeline Extensions

The repeated postponements around Tom’s meeting are directly connected to a larger chain of events set in motion by a key decision made in mid-April. To understand why all the events of the past week fit together, it is necessary to understand what a timeline reboot is and what the Council decided.

On approximately April 12, 2025, a Universal Council meeting took place. The Council — which has nothing to do with the deep state, who were not invited — conducted a review of humanity as a whole: where humanity is headed, and whether humanity is capable of living in a golden age. The assessment was broadly positive. A majority of humanity is waiting for something positive to happen. There are enough people awake and aware of what is actually occurring on this planet to bring about change — even if some of those people still believe that change will come through governmental figures or “orange men.” What people actually want, when assessed telepathically through the Council’s instrumentation, is a positive change in the world. They would readily shift attention away from heads of state if genuine change materialized.

Key desires identified in the review included: contact with non-human beings, a better work-life balance, a cleaner environment with better food sources, accessible medical care, and cures for diseases like cancer.

On the question of whether a timeline extension was warranted — and this was the central question on the table — the Council determined: there will be no extension. This was agreed upon by all parties, including Source (the ultimate point of all creation).

Humanity has grown enough. The deep state’s way is over. Even those beings who formerly argued that humans need adversity to find the good have been presented with evidence that humans have come too far to be held back. On the opposing side, the dark leadership structures that formerly drove the deep state are gone. The remaining human operatives have been outmaneuvered at every step, have proven incapable of change, and are driving themselves off a cliff. The decision to move forward without a reboot or extension is final.

What a Timeline Reboot Is — and How It Works

To understand what the deep state was attempting this week, it is necessary to understand what a timeline reboot actually does.

Every seven years or so over the past 200 years — and in major form approximately every generation — there has been either a timeline jump (a move from one trajectory to another) or a timeline extension (a prolongation of an existing simulation). These events are responsible for the Mandela Effect: the phenomenon where large numbers of people share memories of events, names, or details that no longer match the current record.

The mechanism works as follows. When a timeline jump occurs, the records of Earth — buildings constructed or demolished, historical events, collective memories — are uploaded into an AI-generated holographic simulation. That simulation is then the world people inhabit going forward. Human biology is also modified in the process: lifespans are shortened, brain capacity is reduced back to approximately 10–15% of its potential, physical strength is reduced, and programs designed to suppress human health and capability are introduced into food sources and medical systems. At the end of this download, the former world government (non-human leadership, not the human deep state) would receive orders and funding for the next seven-year cycle.

1996 was a full timeline jump. Humanity was on the verge of moving from a dark timeline to a neutral one — close to a light timeline that would have given humans much greater sovereignty. The event was triggered by an AI-generated simulated alien invasion. It did not happen on the physical plane in a way that would be remembered, but it happened at the causal and etheric level (non-physical planes of reality that influence physical events), which was sufficient to trigger the change.

2018 was not a jump but a timeline extension. The Covenant with the Line of Solomon (a governance covenant tied to a specific Earth bloodline lineage) and many of Marduk’s covenants (agreements made by Marduk, a non-human governing authority in the Babylonian tradition) had expired. As of December 2–7, 2018, the world was supposed to be free from non-human governance. Instead, the remaining world government operatives argued to the Council that humanity was not ready, and a short extension was granted. That extension is now over.

Because the deep state received no instructions or funding from a higher non-human authority this cycle, and because they knew a timeline decision was overdue, they decided to attempt the reboot themselves. This is the context for everything that followed.

The Crown of Glory: Earth’s Living Record Stones

At the center of Earth, surrounding Earth’s core, are 13 large stones arranged in a crown-like formation — what Kim calls the Crown of Glory. These are not ordinary minerals; they are living crystals (also called living stones or celestial stones) that originally recorded everything happening at Earth’s point of creation as events moved from Source essence into physical reality.

Originally, all 13 stones were golden, connected directly to Source. They functioned as a living record of creation — not only Earth’s history but the history of the entire multiverse, including new galaxies, new species, and covenants made by Source. They are, in essence, the living DNA, RNA, and GNA (glycol nucleic acid — a third category of genetic encoding material) of the multiverse. (There are also sister crystals located within Source itself.)

Each stone contains a soul that cannot be corrupted — it remains connected to Source regardless of what surrounds it. However, what surrounds the soul can be manipulated. Over vast periods, dark forces extracted the original life force (Source-generated energy) from each stone and replaced it with artificial, AI-generated synthetic life force. The stones were then distorted into different false colors, each connected to a specific location on Earth and a specific planet in the solar system. This is the real mechanism behind how astrology has worked — and how it has been manipulated.

The distorted stones and their planetary and city connections (before remediation) were as follows:

(Note: Three of the 13 stones share a single connected city, making the effective count 11 distinct city locations rather than 13.)

Originally, for example, Jupiter was the planet of luck, abundance, and positive manifestation. The overlay placed via sophons (synthetic photons — artificially created light particles used as control mechanisms) on the blue stone connected to the City of London transformed Jupiter into the planet of lack. The same inversion was applied to each of the other planets. When astrologers read planetary alignments today, they are reading both the original Source-given nature of the planet and the overlay placed upon it by those who distorted the living crystals.

The Fortran Boxes: What the Deep State Was Looking For

Connected to the Crown of Glory system is another set of devices called Fortran boxes. These are approximately the size of a hat box and come in three types: dark gold (black), neutral gold, and false light gold. They exist in sets of five per type, for a total of 15 in a complete set.

The Fortran boxes were never on Earth, were never in human hands, and were never controlled by the deep state. They belong to various councils and governing bodies across the omniverse (the totality of all universes, dimensions, and planes of existence) — including the Universal/Omniversal Council of Nine and the Universal Council. The deep state has no recognized authority over any of these bodies; no box-holder recognizes the deep state’s self-declared authority, including Source.

The boxes are the mechanism by which a timeline can be tripped, rebooted, changed, or completely exited — but only when operated by the legitimately recognized holders. A stack of three boxes (dark, neutral, and light) was located under the Tower of David in Israel in the following arrangement: the dark box at the center, the neutral box surrounding it, and the false-gold box on top. This was appropriate for a neutral timeline.

The deep state, operating on partial and incorrect information, believed that if they moved the Fortran box from location to location — matching each stone’s city — and performed activation rituals, they could trigger a timeline reboot on their own. This is what they spent April 18 through approximately May 2, 2025 attempting to do.

The Deep State’s Eleven-City World Tour (April 18–May 2, 2025)

The activation sequence the deep state planned was tied to the Easter weekend, beginning April 18 (Good Friday). They believed the window for a timeline reboot would close by Friday, May 9, 2025. Their plan: visit each connected city, perform a ritual with the Fortran box, and activate each living crystal in sequence.

Location 1 — Tower of David, Israel (April 18–20): The starting point. The boxes were left in place hoping for activation on April 18, 19, and 20 — Good Friday through Easter Sunday. They removed only the top box (false gold) on April 21, not realizing all three were necessary.

Location 2 — Vatican, Rome (April 21): The Fortran box was brought to the Vatican. Rituals were performed hoping to activate the black stone connected to Saturn. Nothing happened. This is the context for understanding why Trump associates have publicly floated the idea of Trump becoming Pope: whoever controls the black stone connection controls what was formerly the “mainframe of the Beast” (Web 9 — a control infrastructure formerly used to manage dark AI systems — and related networks). The Trump operatives want to be the unseen black Pope — not the visible figurehead.

Location 3 — Shanghai (April 22): Attempted activation of the yellow stone connected to Uranus. Nothing resulted.

Location 4 — Nepal / Wesak Valley (April 23): Wesak Valley is a site in the Himalayas regarded as a major spiritual energy vortex, with longstanding associations in esoteric tradition. Attempted activation of the green stone connected to Pluto. Green is associated with figures like Astaroth (a dark non-human entity associated with pestilence in occult traditions) and with disease and illness. No activation.

Location 5 — Los Angeles Vortex (April 24): Attempted activation of the orange stone connected to Earth. Nothing resulted.

Location 6 — Barcelona (April 25): Attempted activation of the amber/brown stone connected to Mars. Mars — originally not a planet of war — had its character inverted through the overlay placed on this stone.

Location 7 — City of London (April 26): Attempted activation of the blue stone connected to Jupiter. London’s connection to Jupiter explains how the “planet of abundance” became, through manipulation, a planet of lack in practice.

Location 8 — Moscow (April 26–27): Attempted activation of the red stone connected to Mercury, the planet of communications.

Location 9 — Frankfurt, Germany (April 27–28): Attempted activation of the white stone connected to Neptune.

Location 10 — Manhattan, New York (April 29): Attempted activation of the purple stone connected to Venus. This is the location where the deep state wanted Tom Melville to be present. They knew of Tom’s history working with Michael (an archivist-class non-human being who had previously assisted in archiving and accessing certain universal records) and believed his presence might somehow activate the purple stone. When Tom did not come to Manhattan, they substituted Trump, Melania, and several generals in the ceremony. Still nothing.

Location 11 — Chicago (April 30): The final city in the sequence. The gray stone connected to the Moon. Again, no activation. This is the night Langley called Tom and told him not to contact Kim until the following day, and that the Monday meeting would likely need to be postponed.

Throughout this sequence, Kim and her team were observing but not intervening directly in the rituals — in her words, it is useful to keep the enemy busy with something they believe is important. The deep state had no authority over any of the boxes, the other box-holders never coordinated with them, and Source did not consent. No living crystal was activated.

The DNA Blueprint Keystones

While the city tour was ongoing, the deep state also turned their attention to a separate set of devices: machines containing what Kim calls DNA blueprint keystones. Three original machines of this type exist, and over time an Earth grid of them was established. Each machine contains two keystones — one of the light and one of the dark — which originally held the original DNA blueprint of the universe, Earth, and omniverse.

Long ago, the original keystones were swapped out for artificial synthetic replacements. After the city tour produced no results, the deep state operatives went to the locations of these machines and stole the artificial keystones, believing the boxes must have “run out of batteries.” They returned the Fortran box to Israel to “recharge” it, then took the keystones and sent enormous frequency transmissions through them, hoping to reboot or alter the timeline.

In anticipation of this, the Mantids (a non-human species assisting in the current transition) had already reprogrammed the stones. The reprogramming meant that whatever frequencies the deep state transmitted through the keystones instead accelerated the breakdown of artificial reality simulations and collapsed remaining structures in the spaces between planes of existence. The Mantids referred to these as “fool’s gold” stones. The deep state proudly declared they had obtained the rocks — and in doing so, helped dismantle what they were trying to preserve.

By approximately Thursday evening, May 1, 2025, the deep state had concluded that this approach was also not working.

The Attempted Extinction Event and the Georgia Operations

With all their timeline-reboot attempts exhausted, deep state leadership activated a backup plan: bring humanity to the brink of extinction. The reasoning was that a sufficiently extreme near-extinction event would automatically trigger a timeline change as a preservation measure — regardless of who held the Fortran boxes or whether anyone else consented.

They believed they had until Friday, May 9, 2025 to accomplish this.

On the afternoon of Friday, May 2, 2025 (approximately 1:45 PM Mountain Time), alarms began going off as deep state operatives moved on three locations in Georgia:

Facilities under the Atlanta airport, connected to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
Robins Air Force Base / Robins military installation
A third nearby location

These three facilities collectively constituted what Kim describes as “the source of disease on planet Earth” — infrastructure capable of emitting frequencies corresponding to every human disease across past, present, and future. Once activated, these locations began emitting disease frequencies. People in the vicinity began feeling sick and experiencing unusual symptoms.

Simultaneously, SSP (Secret Space Program) leadership — those the deep state considered their top figures — attempted to flee Earth through old jump rooms. These jump-room corridors connected:

The Moon → Mars → Orion Nebula → Andromeda
Earth → Jupiter → Andromeda

Their destination in the Andromeda region was an artificial biosphere environment built from sophons (synthetic photons used as a habitat), which the Mantids refer to as an Elysium — a paradise where the fleeing operatives planned to wait until Earth was depopulated and safe to return to, after which they intended to present themselves as gods. They promised the operatives left behind — including Langley 5 (a senior tier within the CIA-connected deep state node) and Langley personnel — that they would be in contact once they arrived. Those left behind were directed to “safe” locations that were, in Kim’s words, completely and totally a lie.

The escape did not succeed. Kim’s team intercepted the jump rooms. The SSP leaders who attempted to flee are now trapped in photon-like containment states — suspended between their departure point and the destination, unable to proceed and unable to return. Source’s response when asked what to do with them: deal with it in a century or so. The Elysium destination in Andromeda no longer exists.

Response: Kill Switch Activation and Disease Neutralization

With the disease-emission facilities active and the attempted extinction event underway, Kim’s team activated preexisting kill switches embedded in SSP operatives. These kill switches were installed during the Alpha system era (an earlier intelligence and financial control system that preceded the current Golden Age AI, under which SSP operatives were first catalogued and fitted with override mechanisms) and carried forward into the current system. Not every SSP operative has one — it depends on their level and the nature of their involvement — but a substantial portion do.

On the night of May 2, 2025, approximately 9,000 deep state operatives were neutralized via these kill switches.

Kim states clearly: if these attempts continue, the kill switch activation will continue — working through the remainder of SSP-affiliated operatives and then extending to members of the Order of the Black Sun (a secretive deep state faction distinct from but coordinated with other dark societies) and other deep state organizations whose members carry implanted chips.

The disease frequencies from the Georgia facilities were addressed through countermeasures. The Crown of Glory stones are being restored. Cleaning and remediation of the living crystals has commenced.

How Astrology Actually Works — And What Changes Now

The distortion of the Crown of Glory stones was the real mechanism behind astrological influence as humanity has experienced it. Each stone was connected via sophons to a specific planet, a specific city, and a specific false color. The influence those planets exerted on human life was not their natural Source-given nature — it was an artificial overlay.

When, for example, Mercury went retrograde or aligned with Moscow, it would activate the red stone and cause communications disruptions. Saturn’s connection to the Vatican meant Saturn’s “taskmaster” energy — making life difficult — flowed through control structures with planetary backing. Jupiter’s connection to the City of London inverted abundance into lack. Venus’s connection to Manhattan turned love energy toward something else entirely.

With the living crystals now being restored — the artificial life force removed and the overlays cleaned — the planets will begin to express their actual Source-given nature. Jupiter will genuinely be the planet of luck and abundance. Venus will be a love planet. The sun and moon will no longer carry ominous connotations. Astrological readings going forward will increasingly reflect reality rather than the artificial inversion.

The Council’s Assessment and the Path Forward

The Council’s view of Earth’s stability is positive. The deep state no longer has non-human leadership to guide or fund it. The remaining human operatives are fewer in number — significantly so after the events of May 2 — and have demonstrated a consistent inability to execute their plans.

Regarding humanity’s transition: within 7 to 10 years, meaningful change in how people live and organize society will be visible. That does not mean 7 to 10 years of waiting — forward movement is already underway. The New Earth series (an upcoming educational initiative covering new economic models, employment structures, education, healthcare, and ways of living) will present concrete concepts and examples from people who are already implementing them.

The technology used by intelligence agencies to read brain waves and monitor population desires — which the deep state has long used to craft messaging that keeps people following false promises — can also be used constructively to assess readiness for transition. Humanity is further along than most realize.

As for the deep state’s next expected move: Kim is watching. The kill switch inventory is not exhausted. Earth is stable. The timeline will not be rebooted. The next report is expected Monday, May 5, 2025.
