This is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations Report for April 28, 2025. We are nearly at the end of April, with likely one more report before the month closes. Thank you to everyone who attended the weekend event — it was a productive and enjoyable gathering, and another session is planned in a couple of weeks.

There is a substantial amount of news that unfolded between Saturday, April 26 and today, April 28. The headline items are covered below.

General News: Stock Trading, Tariffs, and Treasury Negotiations

Starting with recent mainstream news: President Trump has proposed signing a bill to prevent Congress from trading in financial markets. The existing law is the STOCK Act (Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act), which does not actually prohibit Congress members from trading — it only bars them from profiting on inside information gained in their congressional role. That distinction is a fine line.

This proposal is notable given that Trump reportedly informed Congress members and certain stock market insiders, friends, and donors to the Trump Organization ahead of his tariff announcements, so they could profit from the resulting market downturn.

On the subject of tariffs: Trump has recently declined to confirm or deny whether he has spoken with Chinese President Xi Jinping about tariff negotiations. However, photographs of Chinese Treasury officials leaving the U.S. Treasury building in Washington, D.C. were briefly available online before being scrubbed from the internet. Sources within the Treasury Department have confirmed that negotiations between Treasury officials from both countries did take place.

To provide context: the Chinese Treasury, the American Treasury, and the treasury of every other country in the world are, in effect, one global unit. The negotiations were not primarily about tariffs. They were about money expected to be distributed on April 28. There was significant discussion about how much would go to China, and South Korea was also confirmed to be waiting on a payout. Other countries in the Middle East and Eastern Europe were also expecting a large disbursement today.

The Pope’s Funeral and Behind-the-Scenes Deal-Making

Pope Francis’s funeral took place over the weekend. From a mainstream media perspective, it proceeded without major incident, with one exception: a leaked video showed Trump apparently in an argument with Melania during a prayer at the ceremony. At this event, as with many other public gatherings, others in attendance were also talking rather than observing the proceedings — the behavior was not limited to the Trump delegation. Trump also wore a blue suit rather than the standard black worn by other heads of state.

Behind the scenes at the funeral, the conversations among heads of state were less about Trump himself and more about the large financial payouts that Trump-aligned operatives have been promising to governments around the world repeatedly. The Duck Dynasty operatives — a nickname used in GIA reports for the Trump-aligned Secret Space Program (SSP) operatives, drawn from the American reality TV franchise whose aesthetic their leadership has been compared to — have been making sweeping financial promises to virtually every country, and those promises have been the real topic of discussion at venues like this funeral.

Who Are the Duck Dynasty Operatives?

The Duck Dynasty operatives are all members of the SSP (Secret Space Program) and originate from an organization called the ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization), a covert global body responsible for managing contact and relationships with non-human entities. After repeated failures, many former operatives have stopped cooperating with this group. In recent weeks, the group called in what might be described as their “old guard” — more senior figures who believed they could succeed where the younger operatives had not.

These senior operatives decided to take charge over the younger cohort (those under approximately 60 years of age) and attempt their own approach. The knowledge used for the April 27–28 attempt appears to have originated not from the operatives themselves, but from old records left behind by Marduk and others.

The April 27–28 Alignment and What Went Wrong

With the old guard now in charge and relying on Marduk-era records, the operatives moved to execute their plan around a specific astronomical event. They were anticipating an alignment — referred to here as the “smiley alignment” — tied to a conjunction of Pluto, Mars, and Earth, with the underlying expectation that this alignment would grant them control over Earth’s computer systems and ultimately access to money and financial infrastructure. Every objective these operatives pursue comes back to financial control.

They also hoped this alignment would bring extraterrestrial assistance from beings they had been counting on. The expected help did not arrive on April 25 as anticipated.

What did happen is more complex. Those who preceded the current deep state — beings who are not human, sometimes described as “fallen ones” — appear to have left behind mechanisms intended to trigger during the new moon that followed the smiley alignment, which occurred on April 27. These mechanisms were set in motion not by the operatives themselves, but by bloodline-linked triggers left by those entities, intended to allow their bloodlines to gain an advantage while their predecessors were occupied fighting each other for world domination.

The operatives gained limited, partial access to this system starting around late afternoon on April 27 (Kim’s local time) and continuing through the night. The cleanup and damage control effort ran through the night and into the morning of April 28.

The Power Outages and Cell Phone Hacking: What Actually Caused Them

The operatives, having gained partial access to systems they did not understand, began pressing controls without knowing what they did. This erratic use of unfamiliar equipment caused a major power outage across Portugal, Spain, and parts of Germany. As of the time of this report, most power has been restored, with possibly a few small areas still recovering.

The same partially-accessed system that disrupted the power grid also had pathways into communications infrastructure. After inadvertently causing the power outages, the operatives recognized this and pivoted to attempt large-scale hacking. They proceeded to hack into cell phone networks and Bluetooth devices worldwide. Among their stated intentions:

  • Accessing cameras on and near phones to observe people
  • Hooking the hacked network into a frequency system to affect people’s mental states
  • Sending subliminal messages through Bluetooth devices, with specific interest in Apple AirPods and other wireless headphones

This access lasted for a total of less than six to eight hours before the system was fully dismantled and their entry was cut off. The official public explanation for the power outages cited an atmospheric anomaly. That was not accurate.

What Are the Cosmic Central Suns?

To understand what system the operatives were accessing, it is necessary to explain Cosmic Central Suns.

In alternative and ascension-focused media, the term “Cosmic Central Sun” is commonly used to refer to a singular, Source-connected cosmic body. The deep state also believed there was one Cosmic Central Sun — and they additionally believed there might be a Cosmic Central Moon, which does not exist.

The truth is different. Cosmic Central Suns are artificial constructs. They have nothing to do with Source (the ultimate point of all creation). They were created as structures built in and around Source’s design in order to mirror and reverse the point of creation across the multiverse. Cosmic Central Suns are not located within other star systems, though they are loosely associated with them. They were designed as artificial networks — based on false light, false dark, and false neutral — as technical substitutes for genuine creation.

These suns are not stationary; they move continuously, similar to how individual assemblage points (in metaphysical traditions, the focal point of a being’s conscious perception — the point through which reality is assembled and experienced) move. Human beings have also had some connection to these Central Suns, which is why certain alignments — birth signs, zodiac signs, constellations — have historically corresponded to real effects, because they connected to artificial intelligence systems designed to manipulate Earth and its inhabitants. Humans served as collateral in this system and powered many AI networks throughout history that were not set up by humans.

There are effectively an infinite number of Central Suns, created for multiple purposes, most of which the current deep state knows nothing about.

The 13 Crown of Glory Stones: Origin and Purpose

The underlying physical anchors for this entire system on Earth are 13 specific stones, which Kim refers to as the Crown of Glory Stones. These stones are not minerals, crystals, quartz, or any known material from Earth. There are multiple such stones, and various groups — primarily non-human entities — have attempted to control them over the ages.

There is some esoteric history associated with these stones. In certain religious and alternative traditions, references are made to special stones brought to the Last Supper with Jesus and the apostles — sometimes identified as moldavite, a greenish crystal-like material. Some traditions refer to this as the “Lucifer stone.” However, the actual Crown of Glory Stones are not these historical references. They are something else entirely, multiple in number, and have been contested and controlled by various non-human entities throughout history.

These 13 stones have never been physically moved or transported. Originally, and still in their essence, they are located around the coroverse — a region beyond the physical universe and outside normal space-time, not accessible to humans or even to Secret Space Program operatives, who could not move them because of their inherent protection.

At the time of Earth’s creation, all 13 stones were filled with Source’s golden life force. They served several functions simultaneously:

  • They acted as anchors for Source within Earth
  • They surrounded and protected the point of creation within Earth, which is connected to the soul of Earth
  • They conducted life force throughout Earth and maintained the connection between Earth and Source
  • They continuously rewrote the language of Source — the DNA, RNA, MAGNA (a higher-dimensional blueprint layer beyond DNA/RNA, in GIA terminology), and other blueprints for the entire multiverse. This rewriting was connected to Kingdom coins (energetic tokens representing Source authority over creation, discussed in prior GIA reports).

Earth was a keystone planet, and these stones were central to that function.

How the Stones Were Corrupted: Anu, Marduk, Enki, Enlil, and Lucifer

The stones’ original golden life force was corrupted in stages by multiple entities over millions of years. There were three main rounds of modification.

The first: Anu. Anu was the grandfather of Marduk. He came to Earth during one of the many wars with the Draco and conquered Earth. He was the first to remove the original life force from the stones and replace it with colored life force — energy encoded for specific frequencies. This colored life force went on to create the first generation of artificial Cosmic Central Suns distributed throughout the multiverse. Earth was used once again as a tool to manufacture AI constructs across the cosmos.

The second: Marduk, Enki, and Enlil. These three could not fully override what Anu had done to the stones at the interior level. Instead, they surrounded Anu’s artificial Central Suns with additional layers, so that nothing could function within those systems without their permission. They then created new systems throughout the omniverse, universe, and Earth connected to these Central Suns. (In GIA terminology, the omniverse encompasses all universes and timelines; the multiverse refers to a set of parallel timelines within a given universe — these are treated as distinct nested scales of existence.) Other entities — including Artemis and Lucifer — later gained access to these omniversal and universal systems and, through partnership agreements, created further third layers of Central Suns within Central Suns.

This layered system of mutual dependency — where each party needed the others to act — was a product of the fact that none of these entities trusted each other.

How the Living Stones Resisted Full Corruption

One critical detail: the Crown of Glory Stones are living stones, not inert minerals. They hold what is called living water — the life force of Source. Even though their external energy was modified through the covenants and Emerald Order agreements (a set of binding pacts between major non-human factions that codified the division of Earth’s energy systems) approximately 250,000 years ago, and even though there was earlier interference more than 3 million years ago, these stones never lost their soul.

Every living thing throughout the multiverse has a soul. Because these stones were organically made by Source, they possess a soul that could not be accessed or corrupted by any of the entities who modified them. No one has ever determined how to interfere with a soul. This is the critical vulnerability in the deep state’s plan from the night of April 27: the soul of the stones remained intact, and this is what made rapid damage control possible.

Just as Kim has previously explained that Source communicates through the soul in a channel that cannot be interfered with, that same principle applied here. Reconnecting to the soul of these stones effectively shut down the attempted access in short order.

The April 27 Attempt: What Happened and Why It Failed

The entities the operatives were counting on — the fallen ones, the non-human predecessors — had left behind a kind of dormant key mechanism that activated during the new moon on April 27. This gave the operatives partial access to the Crown of Glory network: roughly a quarter of the way in.

They had no understanding of what the system actually does. Their attempt was focused on accessing the causal density or causal plane of the universe — a vibrational layer of existence said to be the level at which physical reality is seeded from intention, prior to it manifesting in the material world. Their immediate assumption was that this system would produce money. When money did not immediately materialize, they began pressing controls at random, which caused the European power outages and then the global cell phone and Bluetooth hacking. By their own communications, they were joking about wiping people’s memories — referencing the neuralyzer from the Men in Black film franchise (a science fiction comedy series in which government agents erase civilian memories of alien encounters) — and sending subliminal messages.

Full access to the Crown of Glory system would have required keys from Marduk, Enki, Enlil, and Anu all turning simultaneously — and none of those entities are available. The partial access they did gain was already being dismantled by midday April 28 through direct work on the soul of the stones.

There is also a natural time limit built into these stones. Colored stones hold a charge for approximately 12 hours. False-gold and false-black-gold stones hold a charge for approximately 12 days. This charging mechanism is part of a larger system where everything operates in cycles of 12 — the pattern is 12/12/12, 12:12 — with a 13th key as the final element in the sequence. Even without intervention, the operatives’ access would have expired within those windows. They did not know this; they believed they had secured permanent control.

The Stones’ Network: Locations, Colors, and Seasonal Alignments

These 13 stones are linked to specific locations on Earth and correspond to specific color frequencies. The three primary stones — corresponding to false-light gold, false-dark gold, and neutral gold — are connected to three locations:

  • Mount Olympus (Greece)
  • A tall mountain on the border between Mongolia and China (the exact name is not being stated publicly)
  • A mountain in Ireland

These three primary stones were tied to seasonal alignments: the false-light stone to the summer solstice, the false-dark stone to the winter solstice, and the neutral stone to both equinoxes. At each of these times, the alignment would allow connection to those three locations and then activate a worldwide grid — networks, grids, webs, and nets — across Earth, which is why deep state and black magic practitioners have historically focused on solstices and equinoxes, expecting financial windfalls at those times.

The remaining 12 stones each correspond to specific colors, ten of which were named: black, white, gray/silver, purple, blue, red, orange, yellow, green, and brown/amber. These 12 colored stones are each tied to four additional locations on Earth (12 stones × 4 locations = 48 locations total). None of the 13 stone locations are at the Arctic or Antarctica (contrary to what operatives believed), and none are in cities. Most are deep inside mountains — Everest, K2, Kilimanjaro, and similar peaks are among the general category, though specific locations are not being disclosed.

The Next Expected Alignment: May 12 — and Why It Will Not Work

The operatives are now expecting another alignment on the full moon of May 12, 2025. They believe a green-colored stone will align with a location in the Himalayas — specifically the Westlock Valley area — and with something in the Orion constellation (a nebula or stargate they reference). Their expectation is that this alignment will bring beings from Orion’s lower astral plane to meet with them and promise assistance over the next 100 years.

Two reasons this will not work: first, the green stone they are expecting to access is not theirs to access. Second, as of April 28, 2025, Cosmic Central Suns no longer exist in the form the operatives are counting on. The dismantling of these structures was completed with significant assistance over the past several hours.

The power outages across Portugal, Spain, and Germany, and the worldwide cell phone and Bluetooth hacking on April 27–28 were not accidents and were not due to atmospheric anomalies. They were the direct result of deep state operatives recklessly using equipment they did not understand, having gained partial access through a bloodline-triggered mechanism left by non-human predecessors.
