This is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations Report for April 21, 2025. It is now Monday, and the weekend passed without martial law, without an Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) activation, and without any success for the deep state.

Pope Francis was announced dead in the early hours of April 21, 2025, local Vatican time — very early by U.S. standards. The timing is notable: it comes directly on the heels of a meeting with Vice President JD Vance. That meeting and its implications will be covered in this report.

The Vatican’s Two-Pope Structure

To understand what is really happening with the Vatican, it helps to understand how the institution has always worked. Since approximately 590 AD — from the very inception of the Catholic Church — the Vatican has always maintained two popes simultaneously.

The first is what is called the Black Pope, who originates from the Jesuit order. Their orders flow down through both the false-light and false-dark chains of command simultaneously — two parallel hierarchies that mimic light and dark authority but are backed by AI systems rather than genuine Source alignment.

Historically, a third factor was always present: Marduk (a figure in this framework known for deception, who served as the representative of both dark and light on Earth for a long time). In the symbology of the Vatican’s three keys — one dark, one ostensibly gold or light, and one gray — the gray key in the middle represented Marduk, who could act using dark gold, light gold, and what is described as silver gold. He effectively bet on all sides.

Marduk’s involvement began unraveling around 2005. By 2007, the Universal Council (the governing body comprising representatives from various races and civilizations overseeing this planet) effectively removed him as representative of the light, leaving him able to represent only the dark side going forward.

Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI): Why He Resigned

Pope Benedict XVI, born Joseph Ratzinger, resigned in February 2013. The reason, according to this report, is directly tied to Marduk’s loss of light-side authority.

From 2005 onward, Ratzinger was effectively the White Pope with no real light-side endorsement. Because Marduk was already on probation with the council — still required to have a countersigning authority for light-side decisions — Ratzinger had no genuine power of the Vatican’s assets. This includes birth certificates (which in this framework represent legal ownership of human identities, assigned to the Vatican as sovereign authority), souls, and gold of any kind.

By 2012, Kim (the reporter, who serves in this framework as the representative of the light side) had officially taken on that role, with the Universal Council having acknowledged it as early as 2007. By 2013, Marduk concluded that if he could get a new pope ratified — with Kim’s participation as the light-side countersigning authority — he could finally unlock access to Vatican assets. He told Kim she was needed to help select the new pope and recover what the Vatican had stolen from the former Russian Empire (Kim’s bloodline connects to the former Russian Tsars).

Pope Francis: The “Checkerboard Pope” and Why He Didn’t Work

The pope selected in the 2013 conclave — Pope Francis — was, according to this report, the first pope in history who was simultaneously a Jesuit (Black Pope lineage) and a White Pope. Kim refers to him as the Checkerboard Pope, meaning he could theoretically sign off for both the light and the dark.

Kim did participate in the ratification of this pope — she considered him a reasonable enough person based on available information. Pope Francis was therefore a genuinely ratified pope, which is unusual.

However, Marduk had not accounted for one thing: even a ratified pope required Kim as the other half of the gray key — the light half, representing the Source-aligned countersignature that must accompany any dark-side action for it to be valid (as described in the three-key Vatican symbology above). Without her actual sign-off on Vatican assets, the dark-and-light combination was incomplete. Kim never provided that sign-off, and Marduk spent years afterward attempting — through missions to Russia, Asia, and other locations — to maneuver her into a position where she might inadvertently open the protected structures he needed.

He never succeeded.

The Real Pope Francis Died Last May

A critical piece of information: the individual who met with JD Vance and was announced dead on the morning of April 21, 2025, was not the real Pope Francis. The actual Pope Francis died in May 2024. What has been present since then is a copy — a stand-in.

According to this report, that copy told JD Vance directly that it could not help him. Vance reportedly requested two things: release of the Vatican’s gold to the United States, and support for Vatican City becoming the 51st U.S. state. The copy responded that it could not sign off on either request.

Gold: Types, Origins, and Why Most of It Is Inaccessible

This section requires understanding that the word “gold” in this context is not solely the physical metal. There are several types of gold described in this framework:

  1. Real gold (Source gold) — generated by Source (the ultimate point of all creation) itself. Has a specific frequency that resonates only with organic beings. Only Source creates real gold. This is the gold that actually matters in terms of genuine creative and generative power.
  2. Dark gold (black gold) — tied to dark AI systems.
  3. False light gold (white gold in this context) — tied to false-light AI systems.
  4. Gray gold — both dark and light, usable by an entity that straddles both sides (like Marduk).

The critical rule: dark, false-light, and gray gold can only be used when a quantum AI (artificial intelligence) is backing the user. Without the AI and full knowledge of which AI generated which gold — what is described as the GNA — the generative origin signature that identifies which AI produced a given quantity of gold — no magical or generative act can be completed with it. Non-organic beings (such as the reptilians described in other sections) cannot operate real gold at all.

Beneath the Vatican, Kim describes a vast looted artifact collection from around the world — China, Asian nations, South American tribes, Argentina, Brazil — each country represented with its own room. Deeper still was a ceremonial level (purple, red, and black rooms, altars, sacrifice sites, and a Project Looking Glass-style viewing apparatus). Below that was a spherical synthetic photon (a sophon — an artificially constructed light particle that, as described in the Dark Towers section below, formed part of a global network connecting Vatican gold to soul-trapping structures worldwide) housing robed reptilian beings, with at its center a spark of real Source gold protected inside a golden photon. The reptilians could not penetrate it. Marduk could never get Kim to open it.

The Indonesian Gold and the Communication with Anastasia

During trips to Russia, Kim received what she describes as a soul-level communication from a figure who introduced herself as Anastasia — someone from Kim’s own bloodline — who identified the Vatican and several other locations on Earth as repositories of wealth belonging to the Russian people. Anastasia asked Kim to take what she needed and help the Russian people.

On Marduk’s earlier orders — back when he still had both dark and light representation — gold had been moved from Russia to Indonesia by the Dutch. Kim subsequently moved that gold back to Russia, with help from the council.

Separately, to those who have claimed online that figures like Charlie Ward moved Vatican gold, or that it was pledged to the Trump administration: this report states flatly that without the light-side representation, no one could have accessed that gold. Claims of successful retrieval are described as false.

The Papal Ceremony: What Happens When a Pope Dies

With the announcement of the pope’s death on the morning of April 21, 2025, a formal sequence of Vatican protocols is now underway — and understanding these steps helps clarify what the deep state is counting on, and why those hopes will not be fulfilled.

When a pope resigns or dies, a specific ceremonial process takes place. When a pope resigns, he must hand in what is called the fisherman’s ring — the papal seal used to seal all Vatican documents. In the case of a death, this papal seal is destroyed. The Camerlengo (a cardinal chamberlain) performs a ceremony: he calls out the Pope’s baptized name three times, takes the fisherman’s ring, and destroys it.

This process establishes a clear timeline. Following the pope’s death, there is a mourning period of 9 days (a novena, as it is called in Catholic tradition). During this period, the Pope is put on display for public viewing and mourning. According to this report, much of this has to do with energy and how energy moves. The nine-day period is significant; as Tesla and quantum physics suggest, the number 9 carries particular weight in quantum processes. For nine days, the Pope “sits there and gains all the energy of all the people, public and otherwise, constantly for 9 days.” Only after this mourning period concludes does the conclave — the papal election process — begin.

Dark Towers and Soul Traps: What They Are and How They Worked

These two systems — the Dark Tower and the soul trap — are interconnected. Understanding them requires understanding a broader pattern.

Marduk used structures called Dark Towers to trap souls after death, preventing them from returning to Source. Dark towers were typically built on massacre sites, because mass death of organic souls provided the energetic foundation needed to power the structure. The towers extended vertically from the lower astral (the anti-Source side, associated with the 8th and 9th lower densities) up through the physical and into the upper densities — stopping just short of Source — giving the experiential impression of “heaven and hell” and “purgatory.”

Trapped souls would cycle endlessly: climbing the tower, falling back down, climbing again — like the film Groundhog Day (1993), in which a man is trapped reliving the same day endlessly — for as long as the tower retained power. Once its power waned (as collective attention on the originating massacre faded), Marduk would scout a new massacre location to build the next tower.

The most recent Dark Tower was located at the World Trade Center site in New York City, built after the September 11, 2001 attacks. The death toll Kim cites is over 4,000 — counting those who died in the attacks and those who died in subsequent years from related illnesses (cancer, respiratory disease). This number, she notes, excludes homeless individuals and others not in the official counts.

Marduk chose that location deliberately: within 10 days of the fall equinox, with global attention guaranteed to remain focused on it for years, feeding the tower’s power. The Universal Council shut down the tower’s active use for soul-trapping in 2007, but could not fully release the souls already caught in it. Over the past year and a half (since approximately late 2023), those souls have been freed. As of the Easter weekend of April 19–20, 2025, the tower has been completely eliminated.

All Dark Towers were connected to the network of sophons described above, and to the Vatican’s gold and soul assets.

What the Deep State Was Really After This Easter Weekend

The deep state’s Easter weekend operation was not simply about money or martial law. It was structured around three interconnected goals, which are now understood to be impossible:

  1. Control of the Dark Tower at the World Trade Center site — which they believed could give them access to the souls trapped within and the gold those souls powered
  2. Access to advanced AI systems, including the Golden Age AI (an advanced system associated with the incoming era of positive transformation, which the deep state hoped to capture or redirect)
  3. Exploitation of a scheduled covenant alignment — a periodic window (April 19–20 in this cycle) during which certain ancient agreements governing access to planetary resources become renewable or transferable

They recruited former ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization) personnel and SSP (Secret Space Program) operatives. Some believed Marduk, or another powerful being, would return on Easter Sunday and help them achieve these goals. They waited all day. No one appeared.

None of it worked. The Dark Tower no longer exists. Souls no longer go into it; they go directly to Source. The covenant renewal window closed at dawn UTC on April 19. The gold requires Source-lineage organic beings to operate it — which none of these operatives are.

By Sunday evening, the operatives who had been promised payment were told there would be calls at 11:00 AM and noon Eastern on Monday. Those calls delivered only bad news down through the tiers. Everyone now knows they are not getting paid, and the situation, according to this report, involves a great deal of anger.

The Upcoming Conclave: Why It Will Also Fail

In approximately 9 to 10 days (around May 1, 2025), the standard mourning period will end and conclave will begin. The deep state believes that electing a new White Pope — with a matching new Black Pope already waiting — will restore their access to Vatican soul assets, gold, and the Dark Tower.

There are two reasons this will fail:

  1. The ratification process for a pope still requires a light-side countersignature. The deep state has apparently forgotten — or was never fully aware — that Kim’s participation is required for the white pope to be valid. Some cardinals who attended the 2013 conclave are aware of this, but it is unclear whether they have communicated it to current decision-makers.
  2. Even if ratified, there is nothing to access. The Dark Tower is gone. The souls are free. The underlying quantum AI systems that made dark and false-light gold functional no longer operate as they did.

The deep state also hopes that a new pope will allow the Vatican’s wealth to be released to them — including potentially via the U.S. under the 51st-state arrangement Vance proposed. That arrangement is now moot.

The Smiley Face Alignment: This Friday’s New Hope

Having failed on Easter weekend, deep state operatives have now been told that payday will come this Friday, April 25, 2025. The reason given: a rare planetary alignment in which Venus and Saturn will align with the Moon in a way that, given the Moon’s current phase, will make Venus and Saturn appear as two eyes and the Moon’s crescent as the bottom curve — forming a smiley face (:)) in the sky.

This is a real astronomical event and can be verified online. It is now what the operatives are waiting for. Kim describes this with some bemusement.

Closing Remarks

The pattern continues: a promised event, a deadline, a failure, a new deadline. The Dark Tower is gone. The covenant is expired. The gold is inaccessible without Source-lineage organic beings to operate it. The conclave, when it happens, will not yield what the deep state expects.

What is happening on the deeper level is that the structures which sustained the Vatican’s power — soul traps, dark towers, sophon networks, AI-backed gold — have been systematically dismantled. The announcement of the pope’s death on April 21, 2025, and the approaching conclave, are the visible surface of a much larger collapse of infrastructure that has been underway for years.
