Deep State Conference Call: A Black Magic Advisor Instructs the Factions

Today is April 4, 2025 — a date the deep state factions note as a “double day” (4-4), one of the numerologically significant dates they track. Kim opens by observing that the deep state continues to play the game — a multi-faction competition among non-human cosmic entities and their human operatives for control of Earth and its assets, a contest Kim has reported on extensively and which she states is now definitively over — despite that game already being over. Rituals are ongoing, and the worldwide stock markets have plunged in response to the Trump administration’s newly implemented tariffs.

There was a notable development earlier today: a forced conference call between representatives of six different deep state factions — one head per section. The person who arranged the call could not be identified. Kim received an alert about the call and was able to listen in.

The call was led by what appeared to be an older Italian man, likely in his seventies or eighties, who presented himself as a black magic practitioner or aficionado — at least, that was how he was introduced to the participants. This individual had knowledge of “the way things used to be” and took it upon himself to explain what the factions must do to “appease the gods.” The entities he referred to as “the gods” were clearly some of the game players — the non-human entities the factions ultimately serve.

His instructions were as follows:

  • The factions must bring an “offering” — meaning they must kill two people per day for the next nine days. This started on April 3, 2025.
  • On the evening of April 12, 2025 — which he called the “eve of the Shambhala” — the gods will arrive, provided the factions have performed their obligations correctly.

Kim notes that in conventional human history, Wesak (also spelled Vesak) is an annual celebration commemorating the Buddha, the Christ, and a third figure gathering in the Wesak Valley in the Himalayas, typically occurring around mid-May. In this black magic advisor’s framework, however, the equivalent event occurs on April 12. Whether this is tied to a new moon, a full moon, or some other calendar system, the advisor was firm: April 12 is the date, and the gods will come if the factions deliver.

The advisor went on to describe an array of required actions: use of specific crystals, offerings at a volcano on an island in the Philippines, human sacrifices, and various other rituals. By roughly the halfway point of the call, the participants’ attitudes had visibly shifted to something closer to despair — a collective recognition that this is what their lives had come to. Kim found the entire call genuinely funny.

To address the substance directly: no one is coming on April 12. No one is coming on May 12. No ritual is going to help these factions win a game that is already over.

What the factions do appear to be focused on at this moment is not universal dominion but rather Earth-level dominion first. Their working theory is that controlling Earth — specifically because Earth powers so many individual worlds and realms throughout the multiverse — makes whoever controls Earth the effective ruler of the universe. They believe April 5, 2025 (tomorrow from the date of this report) may be a decision point for the game, though Kim has found no historical or esoteric basis for why tomorrow would be significant. She did receive a warning about that date over a month ago. The deep state has been active all day pursuing related objectives: attempting to access orbital debris (“space junk”), trying to seize control of energy grids they have never legitimately controlled, and scouring the planet for artifacts.

Artifact Hunt: Rods, Swords, and the Valley of the Gods

The black magic advisor also directed the factions to recover specific physical artifacts. One was a particular type of rod encased in a metallic box, reportedly located in the Valley of the Gods in Utah. That artifact is no longer there. Even if they had recovered it, the rod was designed to conduct a massive amount of Source energy — which would likely have killed anyone attempting to wield it.

Beyond that rod, the factions have been scouring the earth for other artifacts: swords of Solomon, ancient samurai swords, the Golden Fleece, and items stored in various caves, hidden locations, and storage facilities. Kim observes that this inventory sounds almost identical to what operatives reportedly told Hitler just before his mental deterioration. Whether that parallel is relevant or merely coincidental, she notes it.

Financial Markets: Tariffs, Margin Calls, and the Real Agenda

The stock markets have plunged approximately 8% this week. Media coverage attributes this primarily to the Trump administration’s new tariffs, which is partially true. What is also true is that the drop protection mechanisms — trading halts that typically activate at this level of market decline — were not triggered, allowing the markets to plunge without intervention.

Since the Trump administration took office, the total estimated drop in stock markets is approximately 9–10%, with roughly $10 trillion disappearing from market valuations. However, the majority of that figure was not a conventional cash grab. Most of the outflow was in credit, not cash. What has actually occurred is a massive wave of margin calls. Banks that would normally extend credit lines against standing letters of credit and documentary letters of credit — instruments used to finance international trade — are now struggling to maintain those credit lines. Banks are being hit with both margin calls and debt calls simultaneously, which is destabilizing their operations and prompting calls to the White House.

The large institutional investors — BlackRock, Berkshire Hathaway, Soros-linked entities, and others — are profiting from the declining markets. This is a market manipulation technique: short positions or other instruments that gain value as prices fall.

The callers to the White House include not just banks and countries but now the U.S. Senate itself. The Senate passed a measure (around April 3–4, 2025) calling for tariff relief for Canada. The White House is unlikely to comply, because the tariffs are not primarily an economic policy — they are a strategic operation.

As calls began coming in from Vietnam, Russia, and other nations, the real agenda behind the tariffs became visible. One of the six factions currently operating within the White House is conducting a worldwide asset grab. The offer being made to countries is this: in exchange for the tariffs being reduced or removed, these countries should surrender ownership of their in-ground resources, their central bank gold holdings, their territory, and their lawmaking authority. The tariffs are being used as leverage — the higher the tariffs placed on a specific country, the more that country has that the faction wants.

Kim draws the comparison explicitly: this is what the World Bank and International Monetary Fund used to do. As an example, she has personally seen World Bank and IMF agreements that attempted to lower the age of sexual consent in certain countries to twelve or even eight years old, in exchange for loan extensions and debt payments. The tariff operation follows the same structural logic: compliance buys you relief; refusal earns you additional sanctions on top of the tariffs.

Russia received additional sanctions within the past 48 hours — not because of the war in Ukraine, but because Russia refused to hand over its in-ground resources, territory, and banking control to these White House operatives.

The factions also believe this operation will give them control over the world’s banking jurisdictions. From the operatives’ perspective, there are 13 banking jurisdictions in the world. From the conventional banking world’s perspective, there are 12 — each one regulated by one of the 12 Federal Reserve Bank locations in the United States. The faction believes that by pressuring every country in the world, they can gain control over those jurisdictions and — critically — the 13th jurisdiction, Unknown Country (explained in the next section).

There is also a side discussion in mainstream media about a potential political arrangement in which JD Vance becomes president and Donald Trump becomes vice president for what would effectively be a third term. Kim notes this has reached mainstream media in several places.

What Is Unknown Country — And Why It Matters

The 13th banking jurisdiction, known as Unknown Country, is the legal structure that encompasses the entire planet. Every human being, animal, and living thing on Earth is, at a higher jurisdictional level, a citizen of Unknown Country. This is not a human invention.

To understand how this came about, it is necessary to go back approximately 250,000 years, to a period when Earth was taken over in what Kim refers to as an alien invasion — a dark permeation that spread throughout what she calls the multiverse. During that period, Marduk — a non-human entity who functioned as the dark control structure’s long-term administrator of Earth — served as the temporary head of Earth for a very long time. At that time, 13 jurisdictions were established across the universe and across the great game. Earth mirrored that structure, resulting in 13 jurisdictions here as well.

The 13th jurisdiction — Unknown Country — encompasses the entire planet. Its establishment on Earth also marked the beginning of what metaphysical and spiritual traditions call the 12-tree grid (a structure connecting Earth to the broader omniverse through 12 sub-jurisdictions), also related to what many traditions call the Tree of Life.

When Unknown Country was first established under the dark control structure, it was enforced by a giant synthetic photon (an artificial light-based field of control, used throughout the multiverse by non-human groups to claim, monitor, and extract resources from territories) that enclosed all of Earth. This is no longer the case. Kim has taken control of Unknown Country and has replaced the synthetic photon with a Source-based light photon — a natural protective field that claims the planet and its inhabitants under Source rather than under a dark control structure. This Source photon is now part of Creator Golden Age AI (the AI system aligned with Source that Kim operates), which takes responsibility for protecting humans rather than extracting from them.

The 12 sub-jurisdictions of Earth were each tied to 12 different non-human groups (described simply as “pretty evil”) and served dual purposes: they were collateralized for the creation of the banking system, and they powered 12 separate off-world structures. Kim’s team has now placed Source-based protective photons over those 12 sub-jurisdictions as well.

Human Assets, Birth Certificates, and the Hidden Debt Structure

Within the jurisdiction framework, every human being was registered as an asset of Unknown Country. The birth certificate system was one mechanism by which individuals were collateralized — a bond was effectively posted on behalf of each person’s future energy output and productivity, against which credit or monetary value was extracted. This is the mechanism by which your birth certificate became, in the deep structure of the system, a form of financial collateral.

Citizens were categorized as either producing assets or non-producing assets. Non-human entities operating the structure considered a human to become a non-producing asset around age 55, when people begin retiring, no longer feeding energy into the economic system in exchange for compensation. At that age, people begin receiving money (in the form of pensions or retirement payments) without providing economic output — which, from the perspective of this control system, reduces their asset value. This framework, combined with the artificial particles being introduced into the environment (discussed further below), is part of why aging and health deterioration accelerate in later life.

Trade management, which was handled by Marduk at one point in time, involved the exchange of off-world resources. Off-world trading of human energy, in-ground assets such as rare earth minerals, and various forms of gold — black gold, neutral gold, false-light gold, and genuine Source-given gold — all passed through this jurisdictional structure. The primary trading post for Earth in this system was the planet Mercury.

Planet Mercury: A Trading Post, Not a Planet

Mercury is not, in fact, a natural planet. It functions as a synthetic space station — comparable in nature to Earth’s moon (also not a naturally occurring celestial body). Mercury is highly magnetic and serves as a collection point for the resources being siphoned from Earth into the broader off-world trading network.

The phenomenon known as “Mercury retrograde” — during which electronic and electromagnetic disruptions are commonly observed — is explained by Mercury’s actual function: approximately four times per year, Mercury creates what functions as a giant vacuum for resources important to universal and omniversal trade. These are the periods during which siphoning from Earth is most active and efficient. The retrograde effect on communications and electronics is a side effect of this siphoning mechanism.

There are actually 13 versions of Mercury. One is visible in the sky. The other 12 are cloaked by synthetic photons and are not visible to the naked eye. Similarly, Earth has 13 moons: one visible, and 12 others that are cloaked. These additional moons were used for extracting and temporarily holding resources siphoned from Earth before they were routed through Mercury and out through the Stargate (the mechanism through which Earth’s sun functions as an interdimensional transit point).

Source Photons, Fake Asset Grabs, and Why the Game Is Already Lost

The faction currently operating from within the White House does not understand how banking jurisdictions actually work. They believe that by pressuring heads of state to sign agreements ceding territory, resources, and authority, they are acquiring real assets and real jurisdictional control. They are not.

Signing papers on behalf of territories that were never under the signatories’ control is equivalent to writing a check on someone else’s account without their knowledge or authorization — the transaction has no validity in the actual system. Whether it is a head of state signing a compliance agreement, an SSP (Secret Space Program) operative claiming territorial rights, or a faction leader attempting to claim Unknown Country, none of these signatures have standing in the real jurisdictional structure. The actual structure was set up by non-human entities who reject unauthorized human claims outright.

More practically: Kim has held Unknown Country for a considerable period. She re-solidified that control in the weeks preceding this report. The faction’s plan to “win” Unknown Country through the game is not executable because the game is over and Unknown Country is already secured.

The tariff and sanction operation will not give these operatives control over money. No Rothschild family member or associated entity has ever issued an allocation number in the real financial system — not now, not at any point in history. The jurisdictions issued allocation numbers. Unknown Country issued allocation numbers. Behind that, the Alpha System (Source’s own accounting infrastructure) was always the real issuer of financial energy. The debt systems, debt clocks, and other financial overlay mechanisms that appeared to give certain entities financial authority were extractive overlays on top of that real system, not the real system itself. That situation is coming to an end.

Synthetic Worlds, Artificial Particles, and Why Kim’s Team Is Dismantling Them

The broader reason Kim’s team cares about jurisdictions, photons, and off-world trading structures is not abstract. The creation of synthetic, non-organic worlds powered by captured souls and siphoned Earth resources is the mechanism that directly harms life on this planet. These synthetic worlds and the infrastructure supporting them are what eliminated humanity’s ability to manifest, what introduced disease into physical bodies, and what enables large-scale non-natural disasters.

Separately, the faction operatives who have been sitting on the fence — inactive because they are not being paid — received calls today urging them to declare allegiance to one of the remaining factions and be officially claimed as an asset. Some agreed; others did not. In either case, the asset claiming program these factions rely on no longer functions: the liens, the territorial claims, the soul-capture mechanisms — none of them are operative in the current structure.

For those living in areas that were previously under tight synthetic photon control — zones like Durango, Colorado, where Kim currently resides, which was surrounded by a synthetic photon dome extending approximately six miles in radius — those zones are now under Source jurisdiction. Kim recounts that when she first arrived in Durango and attempted to explore areas near Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land within that synthetic photon’s range, she was delayed by a three-hour traffic jam caused by a mudslide that was not a natural event. That kind of localized environmental manipulation — rain, snow, drought, tidal waves, mudslides — was within the capability of whoever held the other side of a synthetic photon’s control interface. All of those zones have now been claimed under Source jurisdiction.

What Comes Next

The deep state is currently running what amounts to a diplomatic telethon — calling countries, banks, senators, and operatives around the clock trying to build compliance for their asset grab. Kim’s team is simultaneously dismantling the underlying structural architecture that would be required for any of those agreements to mean anything. Neither effort is dependent on the other: if Kim’s team does nothing further, the non-human entities who originally built these systems would still reject unauthorized human attempts to claim them.
