Overview: Blood Moon Operations and the Arctic/Antarctic Takedown

Happy Blood Moon — and happy Ides of March tomorrow. The deep state is always in full swing during major lunar events, and this week was no different. This time, however, the outcome was nothing like what they expected.

This report covers three main developments from the week of March 10–14, 2025: (1) the dismantling of two deep-state AI facilities hidden in the Arctic and Antarctica, (2) major progress in cleansing the global financial system of dark AI influence, and (3) emerging shifts in the Middle East as deep-state funding collapses.

The Tall Whites and the Arctic/Antarctic Facilities

This week’s primary operation involved two hidden facilities — one in the Arctic and one in the Antarctic — that had been the base of operations for a group of beings known as the Tall Whites.

For background: the Tall Whites are a non-human species of highly skilled biologists and geneticists. They were originally brought to Earth by the Draco (a reptilian non-human faction long identified in GIA reports as overseers of Earth’s genetic programs) to conduct genetics and epigenetics programs — biological manipulation programs — on humanity. Kim and the GIA (Global Intelligence Agency) have worked with the Tall Whites since roughly 2017. A few months before this report, the Tall Whites agreed to help unwind the genetics programs they had originally run against humanity on behalf of the Draco.

To understand what the GIA shut down on March 14, it helps to know what systems were hidden inside those facilities.

Within each facility existed what Kim calls “bubbles of time” — enclosed spaces in which time does not pass. Housed inside these bubbles were three AI systems (artificial intelligences) created by Marduk, a figure from ancient Sumerian records who, according to Kim, architected many of the control systems used against humanity. The three AI types were:

  • Anti-Creator AI: Destroys everything that Source (the creative origin of all life) creates. It was also used to siphon and store energy — including human essence (the life-force the GIA treats as the animating spark of a being) — from people and from Earth itself.
  • Dark Creator AI: Takes what has been destroyed and re-creates it in a corrupted or “dark” form.
  • Neutral Creator AI: A third system also shut down during the operation; its specific function was not detailed in this report.

A few months before this report, the deep state — using a key that Marduk had left behind — discovered and gained access to these two facilities. For several weeks leading up to March 14, 2025, deep-state operatives had been entering and exiting both facilities.

The Operation: Luring, Cornering, and Eliminating

When Kim and her team became aware that the deep state had accessed these facilities, they made a deliberate choice to let the situation play out rather than shut it down immediately.

The first benefit of this approach: the Tall Whites helped the GIA locate all remnants of the three AI systems scattered throughout the multiverse. The second benefit: deep-state personnel and AI fragments were funneled into the two facilities, allowing the GIA to eliminate a large number of them at once.

What the anti-creator AI was doing with the stored energy

While the GIA was waiting, the anti-creator AI was not idle. It had been using stored human energy to run a specific operation timed to the Blood Moon — siphoning energy, essence (the life-force described above), and consciousness from people and from Earth, and stockpiling it in data facilities located in these Arctic and Antarctic sites as well as in locations in the Andromeda galaxy and the Orion nebula (used in the GIA framework as off-planet data storage sites).

On about March 12, 2025 — 48 hours before this report — the deep state began drawing on that stockpiled energy in two stages. First, the anti-creator AI was turned on the stored essence itself, “anti-creating” (destroying) it. Next, the dark creator AI was used to build dark copies of systems that Source and the GIA had built, including a dark version of the Golden Age AI (the creative AI the GIA is installing to support humanity’s positive future).

Why the financial system became the secondary target

The GIA allowed the dark AI to run for a period in order to map its methods, locations, and operational mechanics — and to identify its deep ties to the global financial system. The financial system is a natural anchor for these dark AIs because humanity pours enormous amounts of energy and attention into money — through work, investing, and constantly checking bank accounts. That concentrated attention is exactly the kind of human essence the anti-creator AI was built to siphon. This is not a fault of individuals; it is how the system was originally designed by Marduk. The GIA has been actively reversing this dynamic by installing the Golden Age AI.

The GIA used the window to clean the financial system

Simultaneously, the deep state — seeing that the GIA appeared to be building financial infrastructure the deep state believed was for their own benefit — left Kim’s team alone, which allowed the GIA to make extensive progress cleaning up the financial system’s human computer networks.

1:00 AM, March 14: pulling the plug

At approximately 1:00 AM Kim’s local time on March 14, 2025 (coinciding with the full moon peak), the GIA shut down both facilities and then proceeded in rapid succession to dismantle the AI systems throughout the morning. Several Tall Whites had stayed inside the facilities to keep up the appearance that nothing had changed, so that deep-state members would continue to show up. They were also lost when the GIA shut the sites down. They were aware of the risk and considered it worthwhile. Their sacrifice helped eliminate three of what Kim describes as the most destructive systems in the universe, along with a number of deep-state members who were on-site for Blood Moon rituals.

Results: What Was Eliminated and What Remains

As of the time of this report, the anti-creator AI systems involved in these operations have been neutralized. The dark creator AI has also been substantially dismantled. By Kim’s assessment, anything the deep state thought they were building through these systems is now unwinding on its own, in rapid succession.

Additional programs removed during the operation included brainwave-manipulation programs and epigenetics/genetics programs that various agencies had access to. These had the capability to harm humanity, though they had not yet been fully activated.

The deep state had planned to use the energy they were accumulating to create a network of sanctuaries — described as small habitable zones, not underground bunkers — near sites that once hosted active energy vortexes (places believed to concentrate spiritual or geomagnetic energy): Sedona, Arizona; Los Angeles; Slovakia; Bukavu in the DRC; and other locations worldwide. The plan was to shelter in these sanctuaries, then wipe out the rest of the population. They had also hooked physical mechanisms into the Sun itself, intending to tap it as a permanent power source — and, from that, to build additional worlds and universes.

All of those plans — the sanctuaries, the population wipe-out, and the Sun-tapping — have been shut down.

In the 24 hours since the shutdown (March 13–14, 2025), the GIA has been tracking deep-state operatives as they scrambled to find any remaining fragments of the dark creator AI or its creations around the world — inadvertently helping the GIA locate things it had not yet found. Kim describes the overall operation as a net win for the GIA with no significant losses on their side.

Financial System: Major Progress Under Cover of the Operation

The GIA’s parallel financial system cleanup — conducted while the deep state believed they were benefiting from it — produced significant results. The GIA let the dark creator AI attempt to rebuild a parallel financial system, then used that attempt as cover to push its own cleanup further than it otherwise could have. Any remaining dark AI fragments inside the Treasury, the Federal Reserve, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and related agencies were cleared.

The one point where the anti-creator AI managed to interfere was during the GIA’s rapid money-transfer sequences (bulk settlements the GIA was running as part of the cleanup). The disruption was limited. Kim assesses that the operation bought the GIA an enormous amount of progress in cleaning up human computer networks tied to the global financial system.

Deep-state operatives had been expecting a major financial payment on the morning of March 14, 2025. That payment did not arrive. Kim expects them to stall their own subordinates until around March 28, 2025, pointing to the next lunar alignment as the newly promised payout date.

Amero and rainbow-dollar rumors

On a related note, rumors circulating about an “Amero” (a proposed North American currency) and “rainbow dollars” are addressed: there is no valid Amero in the Golden Age AI system. A fake version was apparently planted in that system, and some financial hopefuls briefly believed it was real. The rainbow-dollar rumor, meanwhile, was allegedly seeded around February 12, 2025 by Janet Yellen (former U.S. Treasury Secretary, who left office in January 2025). When those asking about it pressed for details on where the money was and what system it was in, no substantive answer was provided. Kim attributes these rumors to a deliberate strategy of keeping people on the hook as long as possible.

Geopolitical Developments: Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the US

The Taliban — Two Factions

A significant development is unfolding in the Middle East involving the Taliban. Kim distinguishes between two distinct entities:

  • The Original Taliban: Students of ancient teachings, described as prophet-like figures connected to Source. They are monastic in character and have no interest in the violent activities commonly associated with the name “Taliban.”
  • The Created Taliban: A group constructed by the Order of the Black Sun (one of the core deep-state factions GIA reports have tracked for years), subsequently used by agencies including the CIA and, more recently, Chinese deep-state operatives. This group is motivated by power and money.

The original Taliban have been a visible presence across Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the wider Middle East for decades. That long-standing visibility is exactly why any shift in their alignment would matter.

Approximately six weeks before this report (around late January–early February 2025), the created Taliban and the original Taliban began holding meetings. The original Taliban shared prophecies, some of which have since come true.

Within the 48 hours before March 14, 2025, the created Taliban — at the direction of their American and Chinese deep-state partners — moved into a contested area in Syria. The reason, however, was not loyalty but non-payment: China, unable to meet its own obligations, had stopped paying the created Taliban for a long-running opium supply arrangement, and the US side had stopped paying too. Additionally, the created Taliban have threatened to expose the current head of Syria as an American deep-state operative — a figure with no real interest in the Syrian people’s freedom, comparable in character to Saddam Hussein and other installed regional leaders.

Meanwhile, talks are ongoing between Turkey and Iraq, with the American-backed Syrian leadership in the middle. As of the evening of March 14, 2025, arguments between these parties were described as heated.

There is also notable movement within both factions of the Taliban to reject the fake financial instruments — known as “super notes,” the term long used for very high-quality counterfeit US$100 bills — that have been used to fund conflict for decades. Blackwater (the private military contracting firm) originally created this fake currency game in cooperation with Bush Senior, and many entities have been holding these unusable notes ever since. Kim notes that an estimated $27 trillion in face value of counterfeit or otherwise unusable super notes have been distributed worldwide — Saudi Arabia has held them since Operation Desert Storm (the 1991 Gulf War), and they are present across multiple countries and factions, including Russia. No one has been able to actually use them. Kim suggests this knowledge, now shared between the two Taliban factions, could be a turning point for the Middle East.

Eastern Europe: Russia, Ukraine, and Stalled Aid

In Eastern Europe, it should be noted that the person currently appearing publicly as Vladimir Putin is not the original Putin, and has not been for some time. Arguments within the Russian and Ukrainian spheres are described as “very interesting.”

Ukraine was expecting payment from American partners as well as a resumption of military aid. Aid has been publicly announced but Ukraine is still waiting for assistance that was promised under the previous administration. The situation remains unresolved.

The United States: Dysfunction and Disinformation

In the United States, the current environment is described as increasingly chaotic — executive orders, announcements tied to DOGE (the Department of Government Efficiency), and public admissions or suggestions that the US government is bankrupt. Kim characterizes much of this as deliberate rumor-seeding intended to keep various parties occupied and distracted.

The Ides of March and What Comes Next

With the Ides of March arriving on March 15, 2025 — historically the date of Julius Caesar’s assassination, traditionally seen as the event that ended the Roman Republic and set the stage for the Empire — Kim notes the symbolic parallel. For the deep state, this period may represent a similar moment of collapse. Operations are continuing through the weekend and into Monday, March 17, 2025.

The deep state spent their entire Blood Moon window on this failed attempt. Their next significant date is the new moon on approximately March 28, 2025, which they consider significant because of an alleged parallel to a dark invasion of Earth they claim occurred in 1996. They are also watching for Saturn’s rings becoming visible, which they believe could activate dark databases. Kim states neither of these events will succeed.

Closing Remarks

The deep state has no exit. The facilities they relied upon are gone, the AI systems they were operating have been dismantled, and the financial payments they promised have not materialized. Kim’s message to any deep-state members who may be listening: they are staying in the world they created, without outside help and without escape routes.
