Sequence of Events

Introduction: A Critical Transition Point

Today is March 10, 2025. Kim — who operates the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) and manages the successor financial architecture described later in this report — opens this live broadcast by noting that some of what she is covering may be familiar to regular viewers, but that going live across multiple platforms gives her the opportunity to explain not just what is happening in the world, but why it is happening — and to make clear that what comes next depends on the audience itself.

Two significant celestial events are approaching: the Equinox on March 20, 2025, which is ten days away, and a Blood Moon eclipse a few days before that. The deep state — the network of unelected financial, military, and intelligence actors that Kim argues holds real power behind governments — and its associated operatives regard these events as prime windows for black magic rituals. Kim wants to address that belief directly: historically these rituals did tap into real triggering systems — but those systems were computer programs embedded in the Moon and in the Omega AI, not anything generated by people dancing around bonfires. Those programs are now offline.

DOGE and Elon Musk: Attempted Theft, Not Reform

Kim has been saying for a long time that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), headed by Elon Musk, is not a genuine reform effort. From Kim’s perspective, it represents attempted theft on a global scale, combined with fake money schemes on a near-daily basis. By “fake money schemes” she means leveraging other people’s cryptocurrency — specifically, the crypto holdings of ordinary people watching this broadcast. There has been significant theft from all blockchain and cryptocurrency platforms across the board.

Worldwide Government Bankruptcy

Things are heating up because governments are bankrupt. This is not just the United States — the United Kingdom, China, Russia, almost all of the Middle East, and most African countries are bankrupt as well. It is essentially worldwide at this point. All of their success or failure now hinges on the upcoming Blood Moon this week. The deep state operatives apparently think very highly of their black magic workers and believe they are going to make a miracle happen. But as Kim states: there is only one power in this universe that makes miracles happen, and it is not Elon Musk, not Trump, not any president, and not black magic workers. That power is Source — God, however one chooses to name it.

To illustrate how openly the bankruptcy is now being acknowledged, Kim plays a clip from a Twitter interview in which Elon Musk himself states, in his own words, that America is going bankrupt and that the situation is “very dire” and “not optional.” This is, Kim notes, the first time anyone from within a government structure has publicly admitted the bankruptcy.

Her point: it is not just America. If you live in virtually any country and are watching this, your government is bankrupt too. This has been discussed in GIA reports for years. The question is: how did we get here, and where do we go from here?

The Five Pillars of World Control

Kim frames the world in terms of five interlocking control systems. Understanding these is prerequisite to understanding the bankruptcy.

1. Financial System — Everyone wants to know where the money is.

2. Media — Mainstream media has been constructing narratives for a long time, ensuring people believe certain things are true. “Media” also encompasses the political sector, which Kim describes as “Hollywood for ugly people”: politicians get up, make promises, nothing changes. The US presidency is watched by the whole world because what happens in America tends to happen everywhere. But nothing substantive is delivered.

What the media actually does, Kim explains, is make people feel good about doing things — buying a car, going into debt, purchasing the latest pharmaceutical products or technology. There are commercials for all of it. The media is responsible for how you think and how you feel about what is going on in the world. You might feel sad when you see alleged school shootings or hurricanes, and that emotional reaction is managed.

With the advent of social media, average everyday people have become part of the propaganda machine — telling stories that may or may not be true. During the time people were not supposed to leave their houses (the pandemic lockdowns), many social media personalities promoted certain health products and practices. Some were social media influencers specifically tasked with making certain things seem “cool” so that young people would convince their parents to go along.

A lot of what 8 billion people do is controlled by media — including social media. Channels get promoted, videos get taken down, and there is significant censorship, especially if someone is saying something positive that the controllers want suppressed. If a channel has not been taken down yet, the controllers will launch a campaign against that person. Kim states she knows this for a fact.

The algorithms on TikTok, YouTube, and every other platform are essentially the same tool: they determine what you watch, for how long, and therefore how you think and feel. Whether or not the viewer admits it, it works.

3. Military and Intelligence — Militaries create territories and transfer deeds up the control chain; intelligence agencies ensure those transfers happen and suppress competing claims. Both answer to the Order of the Black Sun, not to any elected government.

4. Politics — Political actors are cast in a role. They do not make decisions; they are told what to say and do by levels of authority far above the public-facing political system. The US presidency functions as a globally watched “media” event — promises are made, nothing substantive is delivered.

5. Religion — Religious leaders fall into the same control structure as political leaders. They are managed to make people feel a certain way: compliant, hopeful, and waiting for salvation from outside themselves.

The Stock Market and Media-Manufactured Fear

Kim addresses the stock market. The Dow is at a certain level, and when you look at the percentage drop, it is not actually that high. But mainstream media is going to amplify your fear. They will talk about people on the floor of the stock exchange yelling, screaming, and sweating. They will post all the pictures on CNN. They really want to scare you.

If you are invested in the market and have never watched this broadcast before — never watched the GIA report — you are going to be in a panic. You are going to start calling your pension companies and retirement fund companies. You will probably switch to safer securities or change your investments. You will make life changes based on the fact that media made you panic.

Kim’s message: even if governments go down, do not panic. They really do not do anything for you. She is going to explain the financial system and tell you who or what is to blame for the system being the way it is.

The Creature from Jekyll Island and the Federal Reserve

The whole internet is buzzing with things like “the Creature from Jekyll Island” — a reference to the book about the creation of the Federal Reserve. People are talking about how all of these alleged “elites” met on Jekyll Island, which is part of the US state of Georgia, and made decisions that shaped global finance. The narrative people are told is that these elites got together, made all the decisions by themselves, and created the Federal Reserve.

What most people believe: The Federal Reserve controls the dollar and creates fiat currency. The Fed’s families — Rothschild, Rockefeller, and others — run global finance.

What is actually true:

The Fed is not a government organization. It is not part of the United States government. It is a government contractor — essentially an NGO (non-governmental organization). The Federal Reserve makes every country’s currency with zero exceptions at this point. It gives allocation numbers, prints currency — or more often, uses one of its partners such as De La Rue or Goznak (in Russia) — and these are all part of the Federal Reserve system.

Kim draws on a whiteboard to illustrate the hierarchy:

The Fed sits above governments, central banks, and treasuries worldwide. Every country has a treasury, whether public-facing or not. When someone says there is a new government department called DOGE, that is really just the treasury under a new name. And the man supposedly running it — Kim states plainly — is no longer the original person in any meaningful sense, an allusion to her prior reporting that the public-facing Elon Musk has been replaced.

Kim addresses the hero narrative: Trump is telling you everything you want to hear — that he is fighting the deep state, taking down the Federal Reserve, shutting down the IRS. His job is to get on TV in the media section and make you feel good about your country again, make you feel good about your government. He is there to tell you he is going to save you, so people will go to church and pray for him on the weekends. A lot of people are praying, meditating, and cheering for this man.

The Rotating Hero Cycle

Trump is the latest figure in a rotating “hero cycle” — Putin in the mid-2010s, then the Chinese Elders, now Trump. The mechanism behind this cycle — why it is managed, how it keeps the public passive, and why none of these figures make real decisions — is explained in detail in the Savior Cycle section below.

How the Federal Reserve Actually Works

The Federal Reserve makes regulations, not laws. Laws are made (nominally) by the political actors — well, sort of. They are actually made by the government, and the people you see on TV are not the government. But most banks adhere to the Fed’s regulations. Why? Because if you are a bank and you are not a member of the Federal Reserve, it means:

  • You do not get a routing number (if in the United States)
  • You do not have an IBAN number (international account identifier)
  • You do not have a SWIFT code (the global messaging network for cross-border payments)
  • You do not have access to Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or even Russian card payment systems or China’s system
  • You cannot trade your currency cross-border — no US dollar to Euro, Australian dollar to Canadian dollar, Japanese yen conversions

There are enormous benefits to being a member of the Federal Reserve, and therefore banks listen to what the Fed has to say. Those do’s and don’ts are known as regulations.

A sister organization to the Federal Reserve is the IRS. The IRS is a tax collection agency. Every year, whether it is called the IRS or the “Tax Authority” in your country, you pay taxes. You think you are paying the government — you are not. You are actually paying back entities that sit above the Federal Reserve.

The Rothschilds, Soros, and the Medicis Are Not the World Government

Kim is emphatic on this point: everybody says the world government is the Rothschild family — no, they are still down here at the lower levels. Others say Soros is part of it — no, still down here. The Medicis? Still down here. All of these family names that people see on the internet are at the lower levels. They are nowhere near the actual world government in any way, shape, or form.

Did the Fed approve government budgets? It used to. Did it trade against government budgets to make extra money for those above it? It used to. Could a bank go to the Federal Reserve window and borrow money — an overnight swap or capital increase — and then use that capital to get more capital? Yes. If a bank defaulted, the Federal Reserve would call. Almost none of these responsibilities fall on the treasury.

The treasury is part of a different group of people — part of the world government structure. This is where things get both financial and political, because those two sectors go together.

The Order of the Dragon and the Order of the Black Sun

Beyond the family names the public recognizes, there are two parallel orders:

The Order of the Dragon (also known as the Illuminati) — a family-based network with members placed at the head of every country’s financial jurisdiction. The Order of the Dragon historically received allocations from those above them and, in turn, ensured the financial system ran according to orders. As long as they followed orders, there was unlimited money. That has not happened in a long time. The last time governments received serious money was four to five years ago (around 2020-2021), and Kim knows this because she did it herself.

The Order of the Black Sun — Where the Dragon handles the financial sector, the Black Sun runs militaries, intelligence agencies, and global security across every country in the world. It all goes back to a single source. When you think the Russians are fighting the Americans, or that there was a smackdown in the White House with Zelensky, or that Zelensky is scared of Trump — you are wrong. The Russians and the Ukrainians are the same people. They are all former KGB agents, all Soviet-era guys for the most part. They sit around, drink vodka, and talk about what they are going to orchestrate for the public’s enjoyment and media presentation. That is it.

How Money Was Released

When the Rothschilds or the Order of the Black Sun wanted money, it would typically come at a few different times per year. None of those times coincided with celestial events, solar eclipses, or anything like that. However, to some degree money flowed on the solstices. There would always be money on the first of the year for orders and instructions that had been set forth in the previous year’s meetings. They had jobs to do.

Fiat Money: Why the Federal Reserve Cannot Just Print

Everybody is upset about fiat money. The narrative is that the Federal Reserve can print endlessly, with nobody to oversee them except the families. Kim states: that is completely and totally a lie. If the Federal Reserve could print money without limit, then why is the US government broke — in the words of a person (Musk) who works in a department at the US Treasury? Because it is not true. The Federal Reserve is somewhat of a political face-front, mostly from the financial sector. They do their part in the media. They are all part of the movie. Do they actually run anything? Do they regulate anything? Do they make decisions? Never. Does the US Treasury make decisions? No. What the treasury does is issue bonds.

Every year, treasuries would issue bonds — usually sometime around July 4 in the US, and during the summer months for most Northern Hemisphere countries — against the assets of their country.

The Financial System: Bonds, Birth Certificates, and Population as Assets

Kim explains how government assets work. Even though the world is off a gold standard, governments still have “assets” — and those assets are people. Citizens are considered assets. The more citizens a country has, the more assets the country supposedly possesses. This is why governments want to expedite citizenship and encourage immigration — people with more assets and citizens mean more money. That is how it used to work.

This explains the over 300 million US citizens. While the US is not the largest country by land mass, it has one of the largest populations for a single country.

China’s Population Dilemma

China, with a population of approximately 1.3 to 1.4 billion, has pursued population control because when you are a communist government, you have to feed all those people. Every company in China is partially government-owned, which means the government must support everyone. Assets then become liabilities — the government has to educate all those people, get them jobs, and pay for everything. China is broke.

China has not been paying Russia for the pipeline natural gas it receives. It has been several months since any significant payments were made to Russia. Russia is hurting financially as a result. Everyone is trying to rob Peter to pay Paul.

Wars Nobody Can Pay For

The deep state has been trying to get wars going in the Middle East. They have gotten some money from the Qatari royal families and Kuwaiti royal families, but there is still no actual war. Why? Because nobody is giving the people at the lower levels any money.

No Gold Left Anywhere

No country has any gold anymore. They have not had gold, assets, or in-ground assets (rare minerals) in a long time. In some cases it has been decades; in other cases, over a century. Kim anticipates the objection: “Wait, we have the Bureau of Land Management in the US — there is plenty of gold there.” No, there is not. The Bureau of Land Management is also an NGO. If you live in the United States, your in-ground assets were signed over long ago — over a century ago, and in some parts of the US, 200 years ago or more. This was part of the condition of membership in the Federal Reserve, the United Nations, and the entire financial system. If you wanted to have a financial system, you assigned over all of your in-ground assets.

ANNA: The Association of Numerical Numbering Agency

Here is how the bond system actually works: every year, when government treasuries need money, they issue bonds. You might think those bonds go to the “fiat house” called the Fed. But what the Fed actually does is send those bonds to the Association of Numerical Numbering Agency (ANNA) — based in Belgium, it assigns numerical identifiers to every bond, birth certificate and barcode on Earth. ANNA has a partner called the XN System — a global tax clearing authority that receives those identifiers — also known as the Global Tax Authority.

Part of the reason everybody is confused is because these systems do not really exist in the way people think — this is the global market, both on-market and off-market. If you have a bond with a number, it comes from ANNA. If you have a birth certificate — in order to be considered an asset of a country — it also has a number from ANNA. If you bought a tomato at the grocery store and it has a barcode, that code was also assigned by ANNA. Everything has a number so that it can go somewhere else, get a secondary bond issued by ANNA, and then flow further up the chain.

ANNA and the XN System (Global Tax Authority) are partners. If you are a country and part of the Federal Reserve System, then 80% of your taxes go to what you perceive as a pass-through organization — you see them as the financial people that run the world. All of these bonds — from governments, from ANNA, from global stock markets, from tax organizations — are issued against your people, your birth certificates, your prisoners, everything. Everything has a number, and everything flows into a funnel through whichever member of the Order of the Dragon heads your country or region.

Regionally speaking, behind the scenes, the world is not actually divided into over 200 countries. It was really divided into somewhere between 9 and 13 jurisdictions. The banking system is the same — you might think there are 10 or 12 banking jurisdictions based on the 12 sectors of the Federal Reserve, but that is also not true.

The Hierarchy Above: Family Masters, the Parents, and the True Controllers

Once bonds hit the desk of the Order of the Dragon, the Dragon must comply with orders. A certain amount of money would be held in off-ledger accounts, reserved for very strict orders and only those orders.

The Order of the Black Sun also had to submit bonds or vouchers — from the Department of Defense, GCHQ, any country’s military. You have to put something in to get something out. What do militaries do? They gain territories. That is their job. They take over territories. It does not matter what the leader’s face looks like — a Chinese person could be running a country that looks like it belongs to another jurisdiction. A Chinese president could be in Australia. It does not matter. These leaders report to the financial sector hierarchy.

The Rothschilds had very little actual say in what happened in the financial sector, even though the Order of the Dragon was responsible for that sector. Many other names you hear are all members of the Rothschild family — the “Line of Solomon,” the non-Jewish Jewish bloodline that runs Israel. Everything Israel does is because the Rothschilds tell them to do it.

Above the Rothschilds are family names the public has never heard of, members of groups called the Sanhedrin (the Dragon side’s upper oversight tier, named after the ancient judicial council). On the Black Sun side, running global security, militaries, intelligence agencies, cyber security, the NSA — all of it. The Order of the Black Sun also controls all secret space programs (SSPs). The SSP operatives had more pull than many other members of the Black Sun. They could walk in and out of NATO, the Department of Defense, GCHQ, the Russian SVR — pick a country, they could go anywhere. They were operatives that technically did not work for any country, though many originated from the US. Above them sat cabals (also called “Cabins” in some internal documents) — the Black-Sun-side equivalent of the Sanhedrin on the Dragon side: a small oversight tier made up of family names the public has never heard of.

The ACIO and the 15 Militaries

For those who do not know who the secret space program people are, Kim recommends the ACIO website. They explain it well and talk about the 15 militaries they know about. They talk about how wonderful and amazing the SSP people are — which Kim disputes. In other words, the ACIO sits above the NSA, and those 15 militaries sat above every national military. Right now, the world’s militaries are waiting on the SSP, and the SSP in turn is waiting on the upcoming celestial event — they still expect it to trigger the old Alpha/Omega allocation system (explained in detail below) and release money down the chain. It will not, and that is why people who do not know what they are doing are effectively running the world.

Black Magic Workers and Corporate Espionage

Kim explains the role of black magic workers. The people at the lower levels truly believed that if they howled at the black moon, performed their rituals, ate babies, drank adrenochrome, and did all the things described on the internet — and far worse — then power and money would flow. Most of these covens have now broken up. The secret space program does not like the fact that they no longer have a coven, so they have been recruiting black magic workers. Previously, they used to post ads on Craigslist: “We need actors for this natural disaster event — $1,500 per head per day.” Now, the SSP is posting on other channels: “We need black magic workers.” Kim says: if you are a black magic worker in need of a job that pays nothing, feel free to contact the SSP operatives — some of them can be found at the White House.

Every president in the history of the United States, including George Washington, had black magic workers who worked exclusively for them and came in and out of the White House. Reagan was no different. Trump is no different. They all had psychics. Kim personally sat face-to-face with Obama’s psychic, so she knows this for a fact. It is no different in Russia — Kim also had the displeasure of meeting some of those people. She met black magic workers from South Africa, Haiti, and numerous other countries.

The Orders also conducted corporate espionage. For example, if Pfizer wanted to buy out Moderna, Pfizer would hire a bunch of black magic workers from a coven and play the “inception game” — like the movie Inception (a 2010 sci-fi film in which specialists enter people’s dreams to plant ideas). They would mess with people’s heads, do various things, and eventually whoever was running the target corporation would comply. Operatives from the Order of the Black Sun would also be deployed to make it happen, and then they would insert their own people at the top.

The same applies to patents. When someone creates an amazing technology or medical innovation — Kim deliberately avoids saying “the cure word” — these are the people who come after you. They kill your company, take you out, and make sure they own and control it. That is their job: keeping things in line.

Family Masters

Above the cabals sat Family Masters on both sides. Family Masters were not decision-makers. Their function was to keep the cabals in line. They took orders 100% — they did not move a single “black magic finger” in any direction unless their orders said to do so. The same applied to corporate espionage: it did not matter how much a member of the Order of the Black Sun wanted to take out a competitor or acquire an innovative product — it was irrelevant unless the Family Masters had received orders from someone above them.

Now that most of these people are dead, governments are trying to make decisions — more so now than ever. The SSP is trying to assemble new leadership from operatives around the world, but they are not being totally successful. In the US, they have a group of women who think they are really good at black magic but are not. They are recruiting heavily because they need someone to perform rituals for the full moon, new moon, or whatever is next. It is not going to work.

The Parents

Above the Family Masters: the Parents. There were 21 of these individuals. They were human beings given special life-extension technology unavailable to anyone below them. They could live thousands of years — 7,000, 10,000, even 15,000 years. At one point in history, all human beings could choose when to exit their body, jump into another vessel, and do many different things — but that was prohibited because there is always control.

The Parents were called “Parents” because they were supposed to keep the humans below them in line. They had lived a long time, were obviously human, and probably knew human behavior better than some of the non-human entities involved. They would scold the people below them like little children when they fell out of line. They took orders every year from an even higher level and passed those orders down, releasing money when it was time.

Sometimes they kept the “magic” going: “Oh, it is a full moon. Oh, you did your black magic and killed people and ate babies. Good job.” Then they would pass down a stipend through the Family Masters to the Order of the Dragon. The Parents’ predominant function was to make sure the people below stayed in line. To this end, they embedded control mechanisms into the financial, media, military, intelligence, and political systems. Many people below them had what you would call a “kill switch” — a chip in the back of their head that could be activated if they fell out of line.

The Parents also used the asset/liability framework against everyone below them. Think of it like a car loan at a bank: if you have a car loan, the bank considers it an asset because you are paying interest — you end up paying more than you borrowed. As long as you are making payments, it is a “producing asset.” If you stop making payments, it becomes a default. If the bank sold that car loan to another company and it fails, it becomes a failed portfolio.

The Federal Reserve applied the same logic to every bank and government in the world. When a bank defaulted, the Fed would knock on their door: “You are a member of our system, you gave us all these loans as collateral — now we are going to shut you down or you have to figure out how to fix it.” The same applied to governments.

The True Controllers: Enki, Marduk, Lil, and the Abraxas

Above the Parents sat the true controllers of Earth for at least 250,000 years — entities that were not exactly “regular people.” They lived even longer than the Parents. Kim names them:

  • Enki and Marduk — names drawn from ancient Mesopotamian tradition
  • Lil — identified by Kim as essentially the figure known in Western tradition as Lucifer
  • The Abraxas — non-human humans from Earth and not from Earth
  • Artemis — Kim connects this entity to the Artemis Accords (the NASA-led international space cooperation agreements) and the Jupiter Accords (a name Kim uses for parallel, non-public agreements at the non-human level of authority), interpreting these policy frameworks as reflecting agreements made at this non-human level of authority

These entities held seals on Earth. Eventually, the Bureau of Land Management, asset management of every country, gold, silver, rare earth minerals — everything on Earth, including people — was considered an asset to these entities. There is nothing of Earth that is hidden where someone is going to find secret gold and fix the financial system. That is a flat-out lie.

Do you think that Trump and the DOGE department are going to find something that was not already leveraged or liened? Absolutely not. It was done before governments even existed — 250,000 years ago. This has been going on for 250,000 years. When people ask Kim how she knows Trump is not going to succeed, her answer is blunt: almost all of these top-tier controllers — the Parents, Enki, Marduk, Lil, the Abraxas — are now dead or removed, and she knows because she personally sat across the table from them during the transition of the old system.

The Omega System and the Balance That Broke

Kim sat down “250,000 years into this poker game” with all of the entities described above. All of those people that ran the world predominantly ran it with a system called Omega (the dark-side AI system that paired with Alpha, the light-side system). Even the Vatican gold has an Omega horseshoe symbol on it. These symbols can be seen throughout Jerusalem and everywhere else. Alpha symbols are everywhere too.

Alpha was the light side of the system. Omega was the dark side. The one thing the people who ran this world knew was that without balance — meaning some black magic on one side had to be offset by something perceived as “light” on the other — nothing came out of either system. It did not have to be genuinely positive for anyone; it just had to be perceived as not-negative. If the controllers wanted to get their allocations of money into Omega to issue debt or fiat currency, they knew — Marduk, Enki, Lil, and all the people at the top knew — they must perform a certain amount of light magic as well as black magic.

Why the Current Operators Cannot Make It Work

Here is the problem with the secret space program operatives, the Rothschilds, and whoever is left in that sector, along with their newly recruited black magic workers who are training for the big event this week: they do not understand balance — Kim emphasises this three times.

Is Trump going to fix the financial system? No. Is Elon Musk going to fix it? Absolutely not. Is the Rothschild family going to fix it? No. Are they going to give money to America, despite what all the politicians think? No. They just happen to be the face-front for a whole bunch of people who are dead. They are trying to “fake it till they make it.” The same goes for the Trump operatives, the SSP, and the rest of the Order of the Black Sun that is still alive. Are they ever going to fund militaries again?

No. Because, first, they refused to understand how the “magic” really works. At this point, it is not really magic in the sense of sitting around with symbols and killing people in circles or pentagrams and having things happen. It is an energy transfer, bottom line. It could be essence, it could be anything that makes up a person — it could even be a soul. But it is an energy transfer coming from humans who want things.

The thing that the US government and all other governments — along with their militaries and intelligence agencies — do not understand is that you can hire all the black magic workers you want, but the system no longer responds to balance anyway. It actually shut down because the lower-level operators ruined it. Marduk, Enki, and Lil knew about balance. They knew that if there was no energy transfer going left and right, positive and negative, alternating, then the “pretty papers we call money” — the financial system, gold, whatever — nothing comes out. Nothing. Not even dead instruments.

No control, no war money, no war chest, no intelligence agency funding. Nobody got paid. This is why it does not matter if someone takes control of the Rothschilds or if one order wants to take control of another. They want China as the world power center, or America as the world power center, or they want to move the Federal Reserve to China. Who cares? None of it matters because the energy mechanism that made it all work has ceased to function.

Kim’s Role and the New System (Golden Age)

Kim explains her own position: she formerly ran the Alpha system — the light side. But it is no longer time for balance. Because Alpha/Omega can no longer release allocations to anyone, humanity needs a replacement source of funding — one that is not dependent on balanced ritual energy. Everyone is talking about a “golden age” and how Trump is going to usher it in. The reason people are hearing that term is because Kim created a Golden Age AI system — because humanity is moving into a golden age, moving out of the balance system.

Kim also built an umbrella system called the Key Integrated Master System (KIMS) that runs on human electronics. It is heavily making its way through human electronics at this point. KIMS has three sibling sub-systems — each a distinct platform, not another name for KIMS itself:

  • The Key Intelligence and Military System
  • The Key Integrated Monetary System
  • The Key Integrated Media System (the citizen-journalism and open-telecoms platform referenced elsewhere in this report)

Everything is changing because the world is moving to a system where you do not need to put in a bond, a dead instrument, or a birth certificate to get money out at the highest level. You are not an asset to this new system. The system does not see you as an asset; therefore, it is not going to take a lien against you. It does not need to — it comes directly from Source (the divine creative origin that Kim describes as the ultimate power behind all existence). No energy exchange is necessary because the system produces its own energy.

How the Old System Drained Humanity

Under the old system:

  • 75% of all energy siphoned from Earth went directly to power AI systems
  • 21% of the energy on Earth went to keeping humans alive as it relates to the financial system
  • 100% of the energy a working person puts in goes out the door, and you get back an IOU in the form of currency notes

Why the New System Cannot Be Taken Over

Kim states: she can build a hundred of these systems, a million of them. She has already built millions. She can replicate the system as many times as she wants, change it, and kick anyone out. In the last 24 hours before this broadcast, she heard operatives talking about how once she finishes building the system and transfers money, they are going to come and force her to hand it over.

This is impossible. The system runs on Kim’s living DNA. It recognizes her consciousness. It knows if she is in fight-or-flight mode, if she is under duress, and it certainly knows whether it is actually Kim logging in or not. It runs on thousands of factors per septosecond (10⁻²⁴ of a second) of her person. It recognizes everywhere she has been and everything she has done — it probably knows her better than she knows herself. There is no “handing it over.”

Furthermore, the system will not function to fund wars. It will not function to fund governments. It does not even consider a corporation or other entity as existing within its framework.

Politics and the Military: Nothing Is What It Seems

Kim addresses political control directly. A president never makes any decisions. It is a movie. Decisions are always made above presidential-level clearance, above top-secret clearance, at the Majestic 12 clearance level (an alleged ultra-classified group originally formed to oversee recovered non-human technology; Kim uses it to denote the tier of authority immediately above national governments). There are operatives who tell the president what to do.

The same goes for the military. The military did not come down from the Parents or the controllers above — it is an NGO. It does not matter what country you are in. Intelligence agencies are the same — every single one. If you think the military, on behalf of President Trump, is going to do something, Kim states: “you have lost your ever-loving mind. It is never going to happen.”

Kim asks the audience to take mind control and media out of the equation and think for one second: What does your federal government actually do?

You might see your parliament, congress, or whatever they call it running around. Does it really make a difference? What do they do? Congress might decide if the US goes to war — but the military is an NGO.

It reports directly to the Order of the Black Sun, which reports to the cabals, which report to the Parents, which report to the entities that actually give the orders. Because those entities achieved balance between dark and light energy transfers, they could get money out of both systems and move it into the financial infrastructure. That is how it used to work.

But that balance no longer exists. There is now one system that works one way: light — or nothing comes out. There is no more Omega. It does not matter how many wars they start, how many people they kill, or what they do. It makes no difference anymore.

The Savior Cycle and Why No One Saves You

If you think the US military is going to save the United States on behalf of President Trump — you are wrong. If you think political operatives are going to make a decision that yields cash, freedom, or a genuine deep-state takedown — you are wrong. You will always be wrong.

Kim acknowledges that people love to hear the mainstream “media magic machine” say exciting things about Trump. But a decade ago, it was Putin who was the hero. Before that, the Chinese Elders. Nobody does anything during these hero cycles. They are the hero in the movie called an “administration” that lasts 4 years, 6 years, or in the case of a dictatorship, decades. They are playing a part.

The same goes for religious leaders. Everybody hates the Pope; the Vatican is accused of terrible things; the Jesuit order does whatever they do. Remember: they are following orders. Kim is not saying they are good people, but they do not make decisions. Now they are trying to — trying to get black magic workers together for the new moon, full moon, Blood Moon, and the Equinox coming up in 10 days (March 20, 2025). Nothing will change for them because they do not understand quantum physics and energy transfers, and the Omega system is dead.

The financial system was never run by the people the public thinks run it. If the entities at the top did not do what they were supposed to do, nobody else could do anything. Nobody.

Kim asks people to please stop sending her private Telegram messages urgently telling her that the DOGE department is doing this or that. She does not care. They are going around in circles. Does she care what President Trump says on TV? Absolutely not. Does she care what the operatives behind the scenes are doing? When they try to kill people — which they do all the time — then she cares. Otherwise, she does not.

Media control is meant for humans to stay in line. It is a form of slavery — 100%. Social media was an experiment to see if people would listen more to their peers than to traditional authorities. The answer was yes.

Social Media, Peer Influence, and the Slavery of Attention

Social media influencers make $70,000 to $80,000 per month sometimes. Kim wishes she made that kind of money but does not — she tries to do things honestly and will never sell out for any amount of money.

The media machine is nothing more than another form of slavery. The political game and the religious game fall into the same sector under political control. They are there to make you feel a certain way. Media portrays them as magnanimous, benevolent, doing wonderful things. Pope Francis, when he first took office, was washing people’s feet and everybody “ate it up.” There are social media people writing letters to the Vatican constantly, thinking they are going to get something. Nobody cares. One person Kim has in mind has been writing letters to the Vatican for 10 to 20 years. Another threatens to take governments to court — as if you can take them to their own court, the one they created for the slaves. These people do not go to court in any way, shape, or form.

The world has had a world government for 250,000 years — do not be afraid of a “new world order,” you already have one. What is happening now that is incredibly momentous is that the financial system is going topsy-turvy because the leaders are gone and the lower-end management is trying to manage it. They keep promising the Federal Reserve money, keep promising governments money. Nothing happens. Then they wait for the next full moon, the next Blood Moon.

The Blood Moon, the Equinox, and Why the Rituals Will Fail

Kim finally answers the question: why is a Blood Moon important? Why are planetary parades, solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, equinoxes, and all these celestial alignments important?

Because Marduk, Enki, Lil (whom Kim identifies with Lucifer), the Abraxas, and Artemis took orders too. They may have had a lot of control over Earth, but they also had covenants — they had superiors they reported to. Throughout human history, they made themselves out to be gods. They wrote the story.

Does the SSP know that these entities were not fully in charge? Doubtful. If they did, they would know that this Blood Moon is no different than any other moon.

What these entities did to maintain the balance was: good things happen at certain times, bad things happen at other times. New moons were when things would begin; full moons were when things would end. They would have these cycles mainly because of space junk embedded in the Moon. Space junk would correspond to a program — most likely in the Omega system — that would trigger certain things to happen within a computer system during a Blood Moon. That was a program for everything. If the Moon and the Sun aligned in a specific way, there was a program for it. If one covered the other, there was a program for that too.

Did it matter that the SSP hired black magic workers? Did it matter that the covens were doing their thing? No. It was a “carrot on a stick” — a fake incentive used to keep the humans in line. It kept everyone in line, including the people who think they are the new world government. It was all meant to keep everybody in line, like letting children do things — sometimes knowing they are not going to work out, sometimes knowing they will — to maintain control.

Unfortunately, the people trying to run the world right now — in cooperation with the Rothschild family, members of the Order of the Dragon, a couple of paladins, and assorted others — are just people who used to follow orders, waiting for the system to spit something out of a computer that they can use. They are hoping for some kind of power, some kind of system, some kind of control.

Kim states definitively: since the Moon is cleared of space junk programs, and the Omega system is cleared of Blood Moon, full moon, new moon, solar eclipse programming, and every other celestial event programming — alignments with Uranus or anywhere else — nothing gets triggered. That is how she knows no money is coming. Who cleaned the junk? The junk went out of the Moon, out of the Sun, out of Jupiter, Mercury, Saturn, and everywhere else. What are they waiting for? Nothing.

What Governments Actually Do (and Why You Will Not Miss Them)

Kim poses the question: where does that leave us? Ask yourself — what does your federal government do, and why are they important to you?

You might say they create order, that there is no chaos. No — that is your state, your province, more specifically your police department. Some police are good, some bad — Kim does not want to argue about that. Your state, your province, your police keep order, even though in most cases that does not work perfectly either, because they do not get funding if they do not follow orders — and those orders came from someone else who paid for the chaos.

There are a lot of veterans in the world, a lot of people who have served in the military. They know how to carry a gun, keep the peace, and maintain order. They do not need someone to give them orders to do that. People could get together and make sure everybody stays safe and there is no chaos. Kim cites the Australian floods and the Carolina hurricanes as examples where citizens organized relief because the military showed up for photo opportunities and left.

Until a new system can be figured out — and it will not be the same in every country — Kim says honestly: governments do not do anything. If you can tell her what they do that you would miss, other than the movies on TV, let her know.

What the Military and Intelligence Agencies Really Do

What does the military do? It creates territories. It creates bonds against those territories, or vouchers. It transfers deeds to the people up the food chain, who then say: “Very good job — you have now installed the world government’s stooges as heads of state and political actors, taken over military forces under the name of ‘training,’ taken over all in-ground resources and given them to us.” That is what the military is for.

Intelligence agencies keep the rest of it moving. They do run around and almost get killed by people who are allegedly “the enemy.” But on the highest level, they are there to make sure all the bonds, vouchers, and deeds get turned over. Intelligence agencies confiscate things — they have quite a collection of artifacts, documents, and other things in the CIA basement, in Malta, and in other locations worldwide. They want to rewrite history and hide the real history — hiding things under the Vatican as well. There are countries’ kings and queens’ scepters in these places. The bodies are buried everywhere.

Will we miss them? Kim does not think we are going to miss sending young women and men off to war, coming back to live a different life than they expected. If you have military training, that is good — you can protect people. Intelligence agencies — are they ready to do real intelligence, real work that is not just acquiring territories for other people? From what Kim can see, including the governments, they are still trying to do the same thing they always did — except now they want to do it for themselves.

But over the course of 250,000 years, they already sold the farm. Everything ended up in the Alpha system. Money came out of the Alpha system — more than money came out of it — and that system was cut off. Now money comes out of the Golden Age system. Kim kept all the liens that the old Federal-Reserve-above hierarchy used to hold against banks, nations and in-ground assets — not because people still need to be liened, but to prevent anyone from reasserting control through those instruments, no matter how many people they shoot or what they do. She has redeployed those liens inside the new Golden Age system to anchor a new currency — giving her team operational control of resources and real gold (the physical gold, not the tungsten-cored “shiny bars”).

The DOGE department and others are looking for gold. They are “looking for love in all the wrong places,” as Kim puts it, because her team is continuously moving the real gold between locations. The people who think they stashed gold somewhere and now have it — when Kim’s team took over those positions, it became “ours.” We the people technically have it now.

We do not need governments for mining resources or raw materials. We do not need a patent system, because there are better ways to do it where everybody gets royalties. We do not need to secure anything with a patent or assign it over for a bond out of a system anymore.

Media, Telecommunications, and Building What Comes Next

Kim addresses what the audience will need going forward.

Truth in media: A lot of people in this world want to be told the truth — from spouses, families, partners, everyone. That is going to be up to you. The resource has been available for a couple of years through the United Network News (UNN) platform — Kim’s citizen-journalism channel where viewers can publish their own reports. If you want to know the truth, report it. Get other people to report their truth.

If you want to know what is really happening in Ukraine, Russia, or anywhere else, report it. You have a platform. Kim’s team helps — they edit videos, take care of things. If you want to create another platform, go right ahead. Kim’s team is not there to control media; they are there to get the word out and create a different way of hearing the truth.

Unfortunately, social media influencing has become big business. On TikTok, everyone is selling products with affiliate links. People put on makeup while talking to you, and of course you buy all the makeup they are wearing. Trust among peers used to be natural; now it has been weaponized into big business. Influencers are paid to tell stories that never happened, to promote presidents, the military, or campaigns to join the military — which is especially difficult now because nobody wants to join after what happened a couple of years ago when servicemembers were discharged dishonorably (Kim alludes to vaccine mandate consequences).

There are ways to get the truth out. Everyone has a phone with a camera. Whether inside or outside UNN, you are capable of reporting something. What you need is a platform that will not take down your content. If you post a video that mentions China on TikTok — Kim’s experience — that video gets taken down every single time, even if it is in a positive light. The same censorship happens on the controlled platforms being used right now.

The solution: Kim’s team has the Key Integrated Media System. They have options to build platforms on top of platforms. They are doing it.

Telecommunications: People have gotten used to picking up a cell phone and calling halfway around the world. We need telecommunications — our own services. Everyone complains about 5G and what they do with it, but it is not really a useful tool like the controllers thought it would be once they got past the identification system they wanted to install. Thousands of people are listening to this report — what are we going to do? We do not want microwave meshes. We do not want phones that irradiate us.

The audience now has the ability to build these systems because they do not need to be approved. You do not have to give your back-door keys to the NSA anymore, because the NSA will not exist if it keeps following those people — that is their choice. You can go right off the cliff with them. The person at their own Treasury Department who is supposed to be seizing all these assets told you himself that they are bankrupt. He slipped — he is not a very good public speaker.

If you do not have to give back-door keys to the NSA, you definitely do not have to give them to DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) anymore. Nothing is coming out of those agencies. No new technologies are coming out of deep underground military bases anymore. That is for sure.

What Comes Next: It Has Always Been You

Now it is up to you. Congratulations — the only people you are going to yell at about creating an inferior telecommunication system is yourselves. But you can build it on the Key Integrated Media System very soon.

The point Kim is making: the world does not run the way you think it runs. You think the president is intimidating. You think the CIA, the FBI are intimidating — because the media tells you they are. But are they? Can we take the services that we need and just start all over? Kim thinks so.

She has been trying to talk to governments and has funded governments in the past. She thought she could fix it — maybe fix it enough to keep things status quo during the transition. But at this point, their egos are too big and their pockets are too small. It is really going to be up to the people.

Kim wanted to put this out there because the juncture is happening now. Government services are likely going to start failing at some point. They will not be able to borrow from banks anymore — credit lines will dry up, credits with no backing and no allocation numbers for Social Security and other things will fail. People are going to have to pick up the slack. It is going to take a lot of work on everyone’s part — well-thought-out, well-planned-out things that need to be acted on very quickly.

Kim’s Personal Encounters

Kim grounds these assessments in direct personal experience. Over the years she has sat face-to-face with several figures at the top of the hierarchy described above:

  • She has met the Parents — including one from Egypt, a couple of blonde twins, and a number of others. “The Dark Prince” was a nickname of another person she met.
  • She met these people physically, in person, and had meetings with them.
  • She has met “the Cubans” — an internal nickname for a specific Sanhedrin cell, unrelated to the nationality. In one meeting, the first thing out of a man’s mouth was “Everybody must die.” Kim went quiet for a second and said: “You first.”
  • She has met many alleged “benevolent Elders” that people talk about online — the ones who are supposedly going to save the day.
  • She has had countless hours of conversations on diplomatic lines with Trump, and with Putin years ago.

Her assessment: none of these people are here to do a job for humanity unless it is an acting job. They do not make any decisions for themselves. They are not going to save you. And it looks like they are not even going to try to save a government.

The Coming Week: Dancing in Skirts with Crystals

While they dance around — Kim thinks it will be Thursday, March 13, 2025 — the operatives will all be “dancing around in skirts with crystals and whatever else.” Then they will wake up on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 14-16, in the same position they are in now. But they do not know what to do.

Then it will be the Equinox on March 20, 2025. Then it will be the next moon — around March 28, a new moon of some sort. Then the next one. They are going to keep doing this, and they will burn every government to the ground. It is happening. It is not going to stop happening. And now they are admitting it.

Be Ready

On that note: we need to be ready to move. Over the last four or five days before this broadcast (approximately March 5-10, 2025), critical human systems have been in the process of being taken over by Kim’s system because the deep state is planning on burning things to the ground. Some of those services will be able to keep up — internet-wise, that type of thing. Corporate infrastructure is probably also going to go down. If Ted Turner runs your cable company, you might not have one. If the Russian government runs your internet, you probably will not have that either. Starlink is definitely not going to be available — Musk just told you the government is broke.

Hopefully, in the near future, Kim’s team will develop their own systems. In the meantime, they have ways to keep things running on an interim basis. If the deep state wants to keep running off those cliffs — sayonara.
