GIA Operations Report: Government vs. Crown Corporation, CIA Divisions, and the Collapse of the Deep State Script
Key Points
- CIA and major U.S. agencies are not government departments — The CIA, military, Federal Reserve, Treasury, IRS, and others have never reported to the Office of the President; they report to Crown Corporation or Order-level structures above it, making Trump operatives’ attempts to restructure them structurally illegitimate → details
- Deep state factions are improvising without a script — With historical non-human controllers gone, no scripts are being issued; intelligence agencies, militaries, and financial actors are all at “open mic night,” showing up on traditional paydays expecting payments that will not come → details
- CIA internal conflict: Ratcliffe’s mission to purge “rogue operatives” misunderstands the CIA’s structure — The CIA has always been split between a Black Sun faction and a Rothschild (Blue Dragon) faction; the concept of “rogue operative” is meaningless without specifying which faction is labeling whom → details
- Parade of planets marks deep state losses, not gains — The February 28 planetary alignment that factions expected to exploit instead confirmed their continuing loss of energetic and financial infrastructure; Kim describes it as a “death march” for deep state capabilities → details
- Operatives’ mutiny and false beliefs about Trump and Musk — A growing number of intelligence operatives are refusing orders and questioning their contracts; their confidence rested on the false belief that Trump is the Pindar (the designated top human representative within the Order of the Dragon hierarchy) and Musk heads the Order of the Black Sun — neither is true → details
Sequence of Events
- ~decades ago — CIA Director and later President George H.W. Bush creates “super notes” — off-ledger counterfeit U.S. dollars used as show money to compensate intelligence assets without entering the banking system; some operatives are still attempting to cash them in as of 2025.
- ~6–7 years before February 2025 — The window for depositing super notes into the banking system closes; operatives continuing to run “Project Becky” are working from outdated and now-invalid instructions.
- Week of February 24–28, 2025 — Kim and associate Tom receive calls from Langley (CIA headquarters), the Defense Intelligence Agency, the DNI, and other intelligence agencies questioning the legitimacy of the Trump operatives’ actions inside the CIA.
- Week of February 24–28, 2025 — CIA Director John Ratcliffe enters Langley with orders to compile a full accounting of CIA operatives and identify “rogue” agents; Kim explains why this framing is structurally incoherent.
- Week of February 24–28, 2025 — Hacking incidents target the State Department and the Department of Housing’s IT department; Langley 5 (the Black-Sun-aligned old-guard CIA faction) continues attempts to assert control.
- February 28, 2025 — Parade of planets (multi-planet alignment) occurs; deep state factions attempt to exploit the alignment but find the energetic infrastructure they expected has been removed; Kim characterizes the event as a “death march” for their capabilities.
- Late February 2025 — A growing number of intelligence operatives openly refuse orders and question whether they have a contract with the Trump administration.
Introduction: The February 28 Report Overview
Today is February 28, 2025, and this is the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) Operations report. The GIA is a Source-aligned intelligence operation led by Kim, who monitors and reports on the activities of global power factions, financial systems, and geopolitical developments from outside the conventional government and deep-state structures. Several major themes converge in today’s report: the ongoing confusion about which government departments actually belong to the government versus those that report to a Crown Corporation; the accelerating reckoning for Trump administration operatives and the Rothschild family as they continue to attempt to assert control; and whether the Trump operatives’ plans to claim credit for systemic changes will succeed.
Crown Corporation refers to a private corporate entity that sits above and behind national governments, legally owning or controlling many institutions that the public assumes are public. It is distinct from — and ranks above — the Office of the President and most elected bodies.
Why the Trump Operatives Cannot Clean Up the Government
Langley and other agencies reached out because they are questioning the legitimacy of what the Trump operatives are trying to do — and Kim says they are right to question it. She provided a detailed explanation of the structural reality.
The key point: the CIA, the military, the DNI, the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the NSA, the Federal Reserve, the Treasury Department, the IRS, and the U.S. Mint are not registered government departments. None of them have been since their founding. They all report to entities ranked above the Office of the President.
This is not limited to the United States. Across every country in the world, the same principle applies: intelligence agencies (MI6, MI5, SVR in Russia, China’s state security apparatus, and so on) do not work for their respective national governments. They are separate “actors guilds” (a term Kim uses for contracted organizations that play assigned roles in the global script, explained further in the next section) — funded and directed by higher-order structures.
The Trump operatives’ assumption — that because they occupy the White House, they have the authority to walk into these institutions and restructure them — is simply incorrect. These operatives are contractors. They work not only for the United States government (such as it is) but also for the Order of the Black Sun. They also previously reported to Global Headquarters (a coordinating body that sat above national governments) and ultimately to Black Nobility structures in Italy (the ancient European aristocratic families Kim identifies as the highest human tier of the historical control system). At the very top, the chain reached the same non-human controllers — Marduk, Enki, Enlil and others — that governed every other faction described in this report.
Financially, the Treasury, the IRS, the Mint, and the Federal Reserve all reported to Rothschild — or more precisely, to the Order of the Blue Dragon, which has been the dominant financial controller of the United States sector. The Office of the President has never had the communication channels or clearance level to direct these institutions.
The DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) raids — which Kim mockingly calls “Doji raids,” a play on a small, indecisive candlestick pattern in trading — are therefore not about genuine government reform. They are a money grab. The Trump operatives and their Rothschild backers have been losing access to revenue streams (what Kim describes as “strange and unusual trading practices”) and are now trying to seize operations money from any organization that still generates income.
They have also been trying to siphon funds through Social Security, government departments, and financial channels running through Israel and Switzerland. The fake gold situation — discovering that there is no physical gold backing anything — has compounded the financial pressure.
How Many Federal Agencies Are Actually Federal?
Stepping back from the intelligence world, Kim raises a broader structural question: what does the federal government actually do?
She notes that police departments, fire departments, and similar services operate at the city and state (or province) level — not the federal level. The White House itself does not belong to the U.S. government; it belongs to Crown Corporation.
Out of the hundreds of agencies and departments bearing the “U.S. government” label, Kim estimates that approximately 15 — roughly the cabinet-level executive departments such as State, Defense, Justice, and so on — are genuine government departments under her definition. The rest represent organizational redundancy layered over Crown Corporation or Order-controlled structures.
The Trump-Zelensky Meeting: Theater, Not Policy
This week’s most-discussed news event was the public confrontation between President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky. The meeting was widely shared on social media as a dramatic “smackdown.” Trump told Zelensky directly that Ukraine is “not in a good position,” does not “have the cards,” and is “gambling with the lives of millions of people.” Trump also demanded that Zelensky express appreciation for U.S. support.
Kim’s assessment is that the exchange was entirely staged — poor acting designed for public consumption rather than genuine diplomacy. She compares it to professional wrestling (“WWF, but for out-of-shape people”) and to the familiar image of Vladimir Putin performing shirtless bear-riding photo opportunities in Siberia. Both are theatrical exercises in projecting toughness for an audience. In history, she notes, you do not see a sitting president of any country conduct a live, televised confrontation of this kind as actual policy — that is not how real geopolitical decisions are made.
Adding to the absurdity, Republican Representative Joe Wilson of South Carolina posted a tweet introducing the term “MIGA” — Make Iraq Great Again — suggesting that U.S. policy under Trump has shifted from serving America to rebuilding Iraq at American expense. This is particularly tone-deaf given Kim’s reading of the historical context: she notes that the United States currently owes Iraq hundreds of billions of dollars. More fundamentally, the Iraqi people have long memories. They have not forgotten the orders issued under Dick Cheney during the Iraq War — the “ghost flags” (false-flag operations), the “green zones” (the fortified U.S. enclaves inside occupied Iraq), and the wild-goose chases for weapons of mass destruction that were never there. Iraq has seen riots and destabilization for decades as a direct result. For Wilson to casually propose “Make Iraq Great Again” without acknowledgment of this history is, in Kim’s view, deeply disrespectful.
Kim extends the joke: if Iraq, why not “MUGA” (Make Ukraine Great Again), or versions for Israel or Iran? All the acronyms work only for countries starting with a vowel. Wilson also called for putting Trump’s face on a new $250 bill. Kim links this to the Kennedy-era tradition of novelty “$3 bills” (a slang term for an obvious counterfeit) reportedly circulated by the Treasury Department — i.e., she reads the proposal as a tell that the currency would itself be fake. She notes the contradiction: you cannot simultaneously promote crypto adoption and issue new currency featuring a president’s likeness. This mixed messaging suggests either confused policy or broken commitments.
Wilson’s motivation for these proposals is unclear, though Kim speculates it may relate to connections to Fort Bragg military circles, which have historically aligned with Trump administration policies and received promises of large payouts that never materialized.
The Inevitability of Failure: Watching a Train Wreck
Kim describes her perspective on the Trump operatives’ current trajectory using a personal metaphor. She has observed many situations in her life — watching friends, family members, even her own children — where she could see a mistake unfolding in advance. In such moments, she would tell herself “oh, that’s not going to end well.” But unless the mistake would cause death or serious harm, she allows people to figure it out for themselves.
In this case, however, the trajectory is now unmistakable. She can see the warning signs as clearly as a train barreling down the tracks: the coal burning, the whistle, the headlight, the rumble of the rails beneath her feet. Most importantly, “everybody’s turning away from them” — allies are withdrawing and the system the operatives relied on is collapsing.
And during the weekend of March 1–2, 2025, things will get very bad. While mainstream media may not cover all the details, the cascade of failures, hacks, and operational breakdowns is accelerating. There is a visible window of failure opening.
Part of that breakdown is playing out in real time inside the intelligence agencies — which brings us to a significant set of calls Kim and her associate Tom received from Langley and other agencies this week.
CIA Internal Conflict: Ratcliffe, Rogue Operatives, and the Rothschild Division
The CIA is not, and has never been, a single agency with a single chain of command — it is two opposing factions, and the Trump administration’s plan to identify “rogue operatives” inside it is structurally incoherent. Here is why.
This section covers calls received by Kim’s associate Tom this week from Langley (CIA headquarters) as well as from the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), and several other intelligence agencies. Kim’s own calls followed.
The core complaint from Langley was about what the Trump administration — more precisely, the Trump operatives acting under Rothschild direction — is attempting to do inside the CIA. CIA Director John Ratcliffe has reportedly entered Langley with marching orders to: (1) compile a full accounting of all CIA operatives worldwide, and (2) identify and fire so-called “rogue operatives.”
Kim explains why this framing fundamentally misunderstands the CIA’s actual structure. The CIA has never been a government department — not since its inception. It has always been divided into two opposing factions:
- The Order of the Black Sun faction: Operatives and assets representing Black Sun heads of state, past and present. The Order of the Black Sun is a centuries-old secret society that has historically controlled military and intelligence structures across multiple countries.
- The Rothschild (Blue Dragon) faction: Operatives aligned with Democratic administrations or with the financial networks of the Rothschild family, also known as the Order of the Blue Dragon. This faction has historically dominated global financial systems and central banking.
Given this long-standing internal divide, the concept of a “rogue operative” is effectively meaningless — it depends entirely on which faction is doing the labeling. A Rothschild-aligned agent is “rogue” by Black Sun standards and vice versa.
Beyond the definitional problem, Kim says Ratcliffe simply does not know what he is doing. Some of the CIA’s longest-serving operatives are still running operations as though it were 1984 or 1985. These are agents who worked under George H.W. Bush — who served as CIA Director before becoming Vice President and then President, and whom Kim identifies as having also headed the Order of the Black Sun during that era. (Kim sometimes refers to the Order of the Black Sun alternately as the Black Dragon — distinct from the Blue Dragon, which is the Rothschild-controlled financial faction described above.)
These older operatives are still circulating pallets of cash known as “super notes” — counterfeit or duplicate U.S. dollars that Bush Senior created as off-ledger show money to compensate assets without ever intending the cash to enter the banking system.
Kim explains the history: these super notes were always meant as off-ledger “show money” — incentive to get people to work without actually intending the cash to enter the banking system. At best, a small amount may have been deposited into the banking system perhaps a decade ago. That window closed at least six or seven years ago. Yet some operatives, apparently following orders from aging handlers, are still running an operation called “Project Becky” — an attempt to cash in pallets of currency that were never designed to be cashable in the first place. Kim’s conclusion is that these people are still taking instructions from “a bunch of crazy old men acting like it’s 1985.”
The Administration-as-Movie: How the Global Power Structure Actually Works
To make this hidden chain of command — government, Crown Corporation, Order, non-human controllers — visible, Kim uses the analogy of a movie studio and production system.
Think of every national government as a movie that is produced every four years (the length of a presidential term or equivalent administration). Above the movie itself is the production company — historically, entities like Marduk, Enki, and Enlil passed orders down to what she calls the “editing division.” In Kim’s framework, Marduk, Enki, and Enlil are non-human controllers — figures drawn from ancient Mesopotamian tradition whom she identifies as having exercised real authority over human civilization for millennia. The editing division, in turn, contracted the “actors guilds”: the Order of the Black Sun, the Order of the Dragon, Langley 5, and the parent organizations above national agencies.
Each “movie” (administration) came with a script — a predetermined narrative with twists, outcomes, heroes, and villains already decided, often decades in advance. The CIA director you see on television is not the real director of the CIA; the real director is backstage, managing the actors. The same is true for MI6, SVR, China’s state security apparatus, and every other national intelligence agency.
Under this system, intelligence agencies and militaries were separate from the political actors guild. Finances were kept separate. Media was kept separate. Each was a distinct “actors guild” playing assigned roles in simultaneous global miniseries.
The critical breakdown in the current moment: there are no more script writers. The historical controllers — Marduk and the other non-human entities above the Black Nobility (the ancient aristocratic families who have historically served as the highest human tier of the global control structure) — are no longer issuing scripts. The result is that every faction is improvising.
The Trump operatives, the Rothschilds, the Chinese Lee family (a high-tier Asian bloodline faction Kim has discussed in prior reports as one of the regional power blocs), the Russians, the Iranians — all are at “open mic night,” showing up on traditional paydays (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and on significant astrological moments (new moons, planetary alignments like today’s parade of planets) expecting payment for acting jobs that no longer have a paymaster.
This explains the current chaos: bad acting, contradictory moves, public confrontations that serve no strategic purpose. Without a script, the actors are visible as actors. Recent videos — such as Trump in theatrical encounters with other world leaders, or the circulation of problematic imagery — exemplify this poor quality of improvisation. What was once a sophisticated, decades-long operation is now transparently a “C movie” with unconvincing performances and broken narratives.
Ratcliffe’s mission to form a new “farm” (a division of CIA operatives hired to serve a specific administration) is a classic example of this improvisation. Every administration in living memory has assembled its own farm to execute its script. The Trump operatives want their farm too. The problem is that there is no script being issued from above, no payments coming through, and no authority structure that would make such a farm legitimate.
Intelligence Agencies as a Stateless Entity
A significant portion of Kim’s calls this week concerned a question many agencies are now confronting: if they do not actually work for their national governments, who do they work for?
Kim’s answer is that, stripped of their historical controllers and funding structures, intelligence agencies like the CIA are currently stateless — “an agency without a country.” They are on an island. The contracts that used to govern their relationship to national politics, funding flows, and higher-order handlers either no longer exist or have never been formally reduced to paper that would survive scrutiny.
Some operatives have already discovered this. The Secret Space Program (SSP) refers to a classified tier of space-based military and intelligence operations whose personnel believe they hold clearance levels above those of conventional national-government structures. The belief among some CIA operatives that their SSP background grants them such elevated authority is something Kim says can be “rectified in two seconds flat.”
She would have no problem with SSP operatives if they operated under the understanding that they now work for her (Global Intelligence Agency / Source-aligned operations).
On the question of Tom Melville (Kim’s associate), agencies raised the possibility that he might help broker some arrangement. Kim’s answer is unambiguous: that is not going to happen. If Tom were to align with the Trump administration in any capacity, he would lose his clearance immediately. The GIA — meaning the operation, not the “movie/script” that Kim’s framework calls an administration — does not work with or for Trump’s team and will not accept any such payments or arrangements.
Why Change Requires Resources and Real Negotiation
Kim notes that over the past decade she has put out proposals for how the government could be genuinely cleaned up. Others — locally positioned people — have also proposed plans. However, she points out that all such proposals face the same fundamental problem: they require funding, real negotiations, actual discussions about resource allocation, and a shared commitment to change.
The Trump operatives, by contrast, are “flying in like pigeons on a chess board, knocking all the pieces off and declaring they won” — making claims without the resources or structural authority to back them up.
Kim observes that Trump operatives are particularly skilled at a pattern of claiming credit for all positive changes while deflecting blame (“deny, deny, deny, reassess, blame”) and then turning it around to claim they were responsible for everything. Without a pocketbook (funding source), without genuine negotiations with the actual power structures, and without a shared script, change cannot happen.
Further complicating matters: some operatives are now openly questioning whether they even work for the Trump administration anymore. A “mutiny” is occurring — operatives are saying “we’re not doing it” and asking “do we have a contract with you?”
On top of this, intelligence operatives have been lied to. The false-Pindar / false-Black-Sun-head beliefs that fueled their confidence have been exposed: they believed Trump is the Pindar (the top human representative of the Order of the Dragon) and that Elon Musk heads the Order of the Black Sun — both false. They thought they had a trifecta of power; they do not.
The Parade of Planets and the Deep State’s Shrinking Power
Today, February 28, 2025, a parade of planets (an alignment of multiple planets visible from Earth) is occurring. In previous years, such alignments would activate what Kim calls “space junk”: energetic infrastructure placed on or near the planets in question. When triggered, this infrastructure would cascade events down to Earth and was used by factions running negative-frequency grids to amplify their effects.
That infrastructure is no longer in place. Kim reports that the relevant systems have been removed. What deep-state-aligned factions are finding instead is that they are losing more and more of the energy grids they used to see and potentially exploit. Their ability to perceive and utilize these systems — financial or energetic — is now very limited.
From Kim’s perspective, the parade of planets this week was not an opportunity for the deep state; it was more like a death march — a visible marker of continuing losses in their access and capabilities.
These losses on the energetic level mirror the structural failures playing out in politics and finance. Yet the Trump operatives are still attempting to claim authority and credit for changes they did not make and cannot fund.
The Path Forward: Restoration Work and What Humanity Faces
The positive counterpart to the deep state’s losses is humanity’s gradual recovery. Kim emphasizes that the work being done — by her team and by those aligned with Source (the originating creative force of the universe, as distinct from any religious institution’s definition) — involves:
- Restoring connection between humanity and Source
- Clearing dark matter throughout the multiverse and Omniverse
- Recovering the planet’s energetic infrastructure
She notes that some of this infrastructure has been in place in its corrupted form for billions of years in Earth terms. The pace of restoration is genuinely rapid by that scale, even if it feels slow to people experiencing day-to-day struggles.
It is natural to view current events through what might be called “rose-colored glasses” — looking at them through the lens of immediate, day-to-day challenges. Yes, those struggles exist; they are real. But Kim emphasizes an important perspective: compared to the struggles humans have endured throughout history, what we are experiencing now is not nearly as bad as people think it is. The restoration underway is actually moving remarkably fast given the scope of the work.
She cautions against waiting for a savior. “We are the saviors,” she says. Once the visible restoration phase begins, there will be an enormous amount of triage — a world full of people with PTSD who will need care and community support. That work will require many people.
As for the financial and intelligence actors who have been approached about working constructively, Kim is cautiously open to some slow, incremental engagement — she compares it to watching a frog and a scorpion and choosing carefully. In thirteen years of GIA dealings with these factions — going back to the 2012 negotiations Kim has discussed in earlier reports — she has not once seen them do genuinely good business. But the situation is evolving, and slow movement forward is possible.
She notes several recent hacking incidents targeting the State Department and the Department of Housing’s IT department, which she expected but received little mainstream attention. Langley 5 — the old-guard, Black-Sun-aligned faction within the CIA, named for its position within the CIA’s internal hierarchy — is still trying to run the show, but that approach will not work under a different operational structure. Kim has made clear: if operatives dip their toes into interference with the GIA’s operations, they lose their retirement pay immediately. Under any scenario Kim envisions, those older operatives face retirement; if they attempt active interference, they lose it all.
On the broader shift: the federal government and financial institutions (militaries, agencies, treasuries, and even the Fed) are now cautiously considering making different decisions — though Kim remains skeptical of whether this represents genuine commitment or just another show. She is willing to proceed slowly, carefully, as long as it becomes clear these actors understand they now work within a different structure.
There may be room for negotiation, but the terms will be on the GIA’s side of the table.
Kim closes the report noting that March 1, 2025 looks to be a significant day, and she expects the March 3 (Monday) report to have interesting developments to cover.
