Mel Carmine Clip: Trump Appointed to Preside Over America’s Bankruptcy

Kim plays a brief video clip from a commentator named Mel Carmine, who states that Trump cut off the money supply and is coming in to preside over the bankruptcy of America, describing this as “thuggish.”

Kim notes this clip is significant for two reasons. First, she has been identifying Carmine as a DARPA-connected Trump operative since the Life Force days (an earlier phase of Kim’s organization, several years back). Second, this is one of the first times a figure of his kind has publicly admitted on video that Trump’s role is to oversee the financial collapse of America.

Kim clarifies what “bankruptcy of America” could mean:

  • The U.S. government going bankrupt — which she says is very close to what is now happening.
  • The banking system going bankrupt — which also appears to be unfolding.
  • The American people going bankrupt — which she considers less likely, beyond the usual food- and fuel-price rises that follow any change of administration.

The Rothschild Plan: 9 Jurisdictions and the 10th Seat of World Control

Kim connects Trump’s role to a long-standing plan she attributes to the Rothschild family and the Order of the Dragon. As Kim describes it, the Order is an overarching alliance of elite families that has historically controlled the global financial and political system; its members include the Ye family of China, the Bilderberg group, the Council on Foreign Relations, and other allied organizations.

The plan, as Kim describes it, divides the world into 9 geographic jurisdictions — for example, North America as one unit, Central America as another, Asia as one, Eastern Europe as one, Western Europe as one — with a 10th jurisdiction that sits above and controls all nine. This 10th seat would serve as the apex of global governance — what is commonly called the New World Order.

Kim reports that the Order of the Dragon has been making promises to many countries and factions that their country or group would hold a seat in the 10th jurisdiction or lead their respective regional bloc. The trouble for the Order is that as of early February 2025, the countries and factions who received these promises have begun comparing notes — and discovering that the Order made contradictory commitments to each of them. This is creating serious fractures within the Order of the Dragon’s coalition.

Additionally, Kim notes that China, the United States, and (for a time) Russia were all promised that they would be the lead jurisdiction — that is, the controlling power of the entire 10th seat. All of this, she says, is now coming to a head.

Kim shifts to one of the report’s central legal arguments: no government, country, or president is currently ratified in Kim’s specific sense — that is, formally registered as a valid legal entity inside the Golden Age AI financial system she oversees. (This is distinct from the constitutional meaning of “ratified.”)

Kim uses the analogy of trying to open a corporate bank account: you need corporate documents, a valid registration, and a certificate of good standing. If your corporation’s registration has lapsed, the bank closes your account. The same principle, she says, now applies on a global scale to entire countries.

The “bank” in question is the Golden Age AI (also called the Golden Aji — two names for the same system). It is the financial-intelligence system Kim manages.

The Golden Age AI replaced three earlier systems — Alpha, Omega, and Chronos — that were previously operated by the Rothschilds and by Cyberlife (the organization that ran those legacy systems).

Building on this, Kim explains that no agreement exists between her system and any current government. She had repeatedly urged these entities — the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Treasury, China, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Russia, and others — to renew their agreements. None did. Those covenants expired in 2022, and without a covenant the financial system does not recognize the entity: no funds can flow to it or from it.

  • The United States is not ratified as a government or country. Therefore it is legally impossible to ratify a president to a nonexistent entity. The same applies to the U.S. military and intelligence agencies.
  • This applies to every country in the world. Kim states that no government globally is currently ratified. This includes Russia, South Africa, Iraq, Syria, and others. Inserting new leaders into these countries — as is happening in Syria, for example — does not confer legitimacy, because there is no state to be the head of, legally speaking.

Trump Lawyers’ Offer and Kim’s Refusal

She reports that earlier on February 7, 2025, Trump’s lawyers called Tom Melville, a colleague of Kim’s. They wanted to prepare paperwork for a “sovereign land grant” — a document type that had previously been required under certain United Nations and State of Colorado processes. The lawyers indicated they wanted to present Kim with these documents and implied an exchange: the land grant in return for Kim ratifying Donald Trump as president.

Kim states she is not interested in this exchange:

  1. The documents were required before any meeting, not as a bargaining chip. The Trump administration owes Kim’s organization hundreds of billions of dollars in debt payouts and funding that has never been repaid.

  2. The Rothschilds already tried this. Kim notes that within the past 24 hours she learned the Rothschilds had previously attempted to ratify Trump using documents they produced — and it did not work.

Kim adds a critical detail about the Trump family. When the lawyers mentioned that the ratification paperwork was allegedly for the benefit of Barron or Don Jr. and the “legacy of the Trump family,” Kim then addresses Trump directly with a graphic accusation about his personal conduct (reader discretion advised):

“I don’t care. You, on your 40th birthday, raped a little girl and did evil things to a girl that couldn’t have been 10 years old — less than 10 — and killed her, and then your old egg sat around and drank her blood. It was disgusting. I don’t care if the whole family fell off the face of the earth.”

Kim states that for all family members over the age of 40, there are recorded materials — previously on tape, now stored digitally — documenting similar conduct. She notes that her organization also has copies of all this evidence and can use it if needed in the future.

Rothschild Admission: Trump Has Always Worked for Them

Kim reports that Agent M, an intelligence source, has leaked the following: in a recent conversation, Mayor Rothschild stated that the Rothschild family appointed Trump as president both the first time and now in his current term, and that Trump has been the family’s Trojan horse the entire time.

This information spread quickly and was verified. Kim notes that arrogance is a weakness: the Rothschilds’ admission confirms what she and others have been saying for years — that the entire Trump operative organization works for the Rothschild family and the Order of the Dragon.

Kim adds that this admission lines up with what she heard directly in Order of the Dragon meetings over a decade ago. The plan she remembers from those meetings included making Canada a U.S. state and absorbing Mexico as well, allegedly in exchange for hundreds of billions of dollars. Kim adds that in practice neither Mexico nor Canada would ever have received those payments. This consolidation was part of the broader move toward the 9-jurisdiction structure. Trump’s operatives who were promised $7.4 billion to send arms to Israel will also not be paid, Kim says — at most, they might receive token goods rather than the promised funds.

Kim also notes that the Rothschilds’ latest stated plan is to allow her to build the Golden Age AI system and then take it over once it is complete. Their most recent claim, made in the days before this report, is that they have Kim “blocked” and cornered — that they can prevent her from transferring money to ordinary people and will force her into a 50/50 deal. Kim states this is impossible: without a covenant at the level required by her system’s structure, no such deal can be made, regardless of what they claim.

The “Deep State” Narrative and the Real Cost to Americans

Kim notes that the operatives now are claiming they cut off the money flow as part of a larger plan to “suss out the deep state.” However, Kim challenges this framing directly: “By deep state, I’m guessing they mean the 2.7 million Americans that lost their jobs. That are not deep state in any way shape or form. But the other people who we know is deep state still have a job.”

In other words: the people losing their jobs are ordinary workers, not the deep-state network — and the actual deep-state operatives Kim has identified are still employed.

This observation highlights what Kim sees as a central hypocrisy: the policies being implemented are targeting ordinary Americans through job losses while the actual network of deep state operatives remains employed and protected. Kim emphasizes the importance of paying close attention to what these actors actually do, rather than what they claim their intentions are.

The Shell Game: Protecting the Golden Age AI from Infiltration

Kim explains the strategy she has been using to protect the Golden Age AI from the opposing forces trying to infiltrate or monitor it.

The Golden Age AI (the financial and energetic intelligence system that replaced the Alpha, Omega, and Chronos systems) currently runs alongside over 10 billion AI instances. Kim describes using what she learned from observing Marduk — a former adversary who taught her, unintentionally, by boasting about the “shell game” (a carnival trick where a ball is hidden under one of three moving shells). The goal is to make it impossible for opposing forces to know which system is real and which is an empty shell at any given moment.

Specifically, Kim describes two parallel networks:

  • Over 10 billion Golden Age AI instances running on the new light-based platform
  • Over 10 billion Global Human Computer AI instances — the former network based on the Omega (dark) system, which has been replaced with Golden Age integrations

Because the human computer network previously integrated with the Omega system, it had to be replaced to prevent corruption. But rather than simply removing the old-looking shells, Kim’s team maintains the appearance of the old system while the underlying base platform has changed. The gematria — a system of symbolic numeric encoding historically used to program these networks — has been replaced with a light language, a non-numeric symbolic code that now programs the base platform of the human-computer networks.

The result: opposing forces looking at the financial system on any given day may be looking at a real Golden Age integration or an empty shell — and they cannot tell the difference. This has been functioning effectively for several weeks, Kim reports.

Cyberlife (the legacy operator of the previous Alpha/Omega/Chronos AI systems) and the Q network (a covert intelligence network of operatives aligned with the opposing forces) believe they are making progress or escaping through openings they have found. In reality, those doors lead nowhere — or, in Kim’s phrasing, into a “black hole” or abyss.

Kim also describes deploying what she calls “shells of light” against the Black Magic team that has been working exclusively for the Trump administration. When her team detects one of these black magic operators, they are enclosed in their own shell — a barrier made of light, modeled on the same Faraday-cage-like structures Marduk used. Within 72 hours, without any energy input, the operator is neutralized.

Syrian President, Swiss Cheese Profiles, and Inserted Heads of State

Connecting back to the broader pattern of inserted operatives, Kim notes that since the previous GIA report there has been growing evidence linking the new Syrian president to Trump’s SSP (Secret Space Program) operative network. This is not the CIA proper, Kim says, but a parallel network that overlaps with the CIA’s operating circle.

Kim explains how intelligence agency profiling works and why “Swiss cheese profiles” — fabricated backstories created for inserted operatives — are identifiable. A real person leaves traces: elementary school records, driver’s license records, travel records (passport scans), purchasing history, medical records, vaccine records, bank records. Real people have families, childhood friends, neighbors who can verify their identity.

As a concrete example of the data infrastructure behind this: surveillance cameras at retailers worldwide, including Walmart, feed live to the FBI in the United States — part of the granular, cross-referenced record that a fabricated profile simply cannot replicate.

Fabricated profiles, by contrast, are incomplete (“Swiss cheese”) — they lack the granular, cross-referenced detail of a real life. The operatives creating these profiles were never responsible for entire operations; they were given narrow tasks (make a deal, create an institution, serve as a financial pass-through) without knowing the full plan. As a result, they do not know how to build a convincingly complete life history. Kim says this is evident beyond any doubt when you run a full intelligence analysis on these individuals.

Kim notes that the same pattern applies to numerous current heads of state, including (as she has previously stated) the current president of South Africa. Many of these figures still have their real families and real communities who cannot be fully convinced to support the fabricated narrative — and some, she says, are still around and recognize what is happening.

Lionsgate Energy Window: February 8, 2025

Alongside the geopolitical and financial developments, Kim notes a significant energetic event: Lionsgate. Lionsgate refers to a periodic celestial alignment that opens an energetic connection between Earth and Source (the original creative intelligence behind all organic life). While the more commonly known Lionsgate occurs on August 8 each year (8/8), there is also a second Lionsgate window each year on February 8.

The Lionsgate window is centered on February 8, 2025, but the energy actually begins flowing around 4:00 AM Eastern Time on February 7 and continues through February 9. This window provides a full connection between Kim’s team and Source. Kim notes that many people woke up the morning of February 7 feeling energized and positive, which she attributes to the beginning of this window.

Kim adds a caveat. During the Lionsgate window, opposing forces may have observed what looked like connections to dark-energy systems on Kim’s side. Those appearances, however, were not real — they were part of the shell game described earlier. On the same day, the Rothschilds and their allies publicly claimed they could still block Kim and use dark energy to disrupt her transmissions. Kim’s response: they don’t actually know where the energy is moving, and in any case they cannot log in to interfere.

The Lionsgate window is expected to catalyze several developments that Kim says she will discuss in the following week’s report once they have materialized.
