It is February 3, 2025 — a Monday. It has been a busy weekend on multiple fronts.

(These reports come from Kim Goguen — also known as Kimberly A. Goguán — the operational head of the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA), an independent intelligence organization. Kim serves as what she calls Ground Command: the human-level coordinator of a transition away from old control systems and toward a new financial and governance structure.)

On a side note, Phil — the United States’ traditional groundhog — saw his shadow this year, which allegedly predicts six more weeks of winter. In Colorado, however, temperatures have been around 60°F (approximately 15°C), which is unusually warm.

Turning to current events, there is considerable upheaval across several areas.

Elon Musk, the Treasury, and the Failed Crypto Installation

Elon Musk is deeply frustrated. He invested a very large amount of money into the Trump operative administration — funding many campaign events and rallies, as well as a range of behind-the-scenes operations. In exchange, he received a position within the Treasury Department. However, that position has not delivered what he expected.

Musk is upset for two reasons. First, he believes he has not received a return on his investment. Second, he is calling Trump operatives incompetent, claiming they cannot get the job done. What he specifically wants is access to the Treasury’s payment systems so that he can install crypto and blockchain infrastructure — part of a broader plan to create a worldwide crypto-based financial system. This is part of the reason Trump has recently announced he is the “crypto president.”

That effort did not go well over the weekend of February 1–2. An attempt was made to install blockchain and crypto into the Treasury Department’s systems. It lasted one minute and forty-one seconds. As Kim has explained in previous reports, crypto and blockchain cannot run a financial system — they cannot even run a government-scale system at this level. The attempt failed quickly, making Musk even angrier.

The deeper reason the access failed: the key codes provided to Musk’s team by the Trump operatives did not actually function. The NSA back-door data that was shared with them did not work either — most likely because the Treasury’s payment system is not, in fact, controlled by the Treasury at all. It runs on infrastructure that the Trump operatives — despite their formal positions — do not actually own or control.

Musk has been calling repeatedly, and those calls are not being returned.

Tariffs: Canada, Mexico, and Global Fallout

Tariffs have now been imposed on Canada and Mexico. After a conversation between Mexican officials and the Trump administration, Mexico’s tariffs were postponed for approximately one month. Canada, however, has not been given the same treatment.

Canadian citizens are protesting. American goods are being removed from store shelves in Canada. Kim spoke with Canadian field messengers on Sunday, February 2 and heard about the mood on the ground — there is significant tension.

The proposal — floated by Trump — that Canada could become a U.S. state appears to have been the backdrop for this: making Canada economically uncomfortable may have been an attempt to pressure it toward that outcome. As a strategy, it is not well regarded.

USAID, the Department of Education, and Weapons to Israel

Several other policy actions are causing public backlash.

The U.S. has exited USAID (the United States Agency for International Development — a foreign aid body, which many countries and intelligence analysts associate with CIA operations). Many people believe USAID genuinely provides humanitarian aid to foreign countries, and the abrupt withdrawal is generating significant protests.

The Department of Education is being eliminated. Kim acknowledges that the U.S. education system has real dysfunction, but wiping out the department entirely is a different matter. A large amount of federal funding flows through the Department of Education down to states, cities, and towns — funding teachers’ salaries, retirement plans, educational programs, and student grants and loans for college education. Eliminating the department removes that funding pipeline with no replacement structure in place, creating long-term damage to the public school system.

In the same period, $1 billion in weapons is being sent to Israel — a signal of where the administration’s alliances lie and who has been funding its operations.

Deportation operations continue to target people who have lived in the United States for years, in some cases for many years. Rather than reforming the citizenship process to make it more accessible, the administration is pursuing removal.

To illustrate the actual difficulty of legal immigration: a close friend of Kim’s has a husband from a Latin American country. After their marriage abroad, getting him into the United States — even through completely legal channels and without attorney fees — took years and thousands of dollars. He eventually received a green card after approximately three years. The process is especially burdensome if English is not your first language, and extremely expensive for most people.

The exception: if you are a CIA asset, a scientist, or a young adult with skills deemed valuable to U.S. interests, immigration becomes much easier. Educational grants that had previously helped foreign students come to the U.S. are now also being cut with the Department of Education’s elimination.

Weekend Meetings: The Operatives’ Failed Promises

Meetings that were scheduled for Saturday, February 1 were postponed and resumed around 10:00 AM Eastern on Sunday, February 2. Kim notes she had a few moves in play.

By Sunday’s meeting, a large number of countries, militaries, and operatives who were owed money and promises were on a call listening to the Trump operatives’ plans. The operatives described what they called the “Golden Age AI” — a system they were promoting as a new global financial AI that would fund everything.

Some participants on the call pushed back: “What is the Golden Age AI?” The operatives described it as a system that runs everything. Those questioners then asked a pointed follow-up: “If you control it, why has it been renamed to Kimberly A. Goguán — Kim’s full legal name — along with a language none of us have ever seen before?” (That language is what Kim calls light language — a non-human script that, in Kim’s framework, directly encodes Source energy patterns rather than human linguistic sounds.) Kim’s name is on the system. The operatives tried to move past the question and continue describing their goals, but the meeting ended with them asking for more time: they needed until 4:00 PM Eastern to complete an assessment.

The 4:00 PM meeting was the shortest in recent memory — essentially, “We need more time. Things have come up.”

Between Sunday’s sessions, some of the parties on the call — people who had been owed money and favors — staged what amounted to a friendly intervention. They told the operatives: it is time to stop, go talk to Kim, and try to make a deal. The operatives said they would do an assessment.

They bought themselves time through to Monday, February 3 — today.

Monday’s Meeting: The Trump Health Story

Today’s meeting took a strange turn. The Trump operatives themselves did not appear. Instead, representatives — described as some kind of military officials based in the U.S., above Pentagon level — delivered a message on their behalf.

The message: Donald Trump is very ill. According to the medical doctors involved, he may not make it much longer — possibly only days. They mentioned planning a funeral for sometime around the end of April or beginning of May 2025.

Kim’s read: the Trump operatives floated this “Trump is dying” story specifically to silence the people on the call who were demanding “where is the money?” The people on that call include NSA and DNI (Director of National Intelligence)-affiliated operatives with sophisticated computer skills who have been watching systems change in real time all weekend. They know the crypto installation failed. They know they are not going to get anywhere.

Whether the health story is true or not, the Trump operatives have a pattern of never doing what they say they will do.

The Raymond Redingtons: Elite Global Fixers Enter the Picture

Following Sunday’s failures, a new group has become involved.

Kim refers to them as the Raymond Redingtons — a reference to the fictional character from the television series The Blacklist. The Raymond Redington character is not a conventional operative: he does not work exclusively for any organization, yet he works with everyone. He is a master strategist in global affairs, an extremely high-level fixer — someone you can hire to get you into countries, to gain political influence, to get you out of places where you are stuck. He is expensive, he does not fail, and he has his hand in many businesses both legal and not. Think of him as a global problem-solver-for-hire who can place a phone call and reshape an election, smuggle a fugitive across borders, or unwind a hostile board takeover — for the right price.

The real-world figures Kim is describing with this label are approximately 12 in number worldwide. They are not all American — the group includes Asian, Middle Eastern, Eastern European, and British members. Their status is exclusive and earned through many years of building their reputation and accumulating favors. Favors are currency in their world.

Some of these individuals performed favors for the Trump administration — with payment promised later, as is typical in that world. So far, the Trump operatives have not only failed to pay; they have also been running their mouths in ways that have embarrassed themselves in front of these people, and have blown off the obligations as if they never existed.

These fixers are furious. The assessment being shared in their network: the Trump operatives appear clinically insane. You do not blow off a deal with people at this level.

They have begun making calls to their networks. Some of those network contacts include former SSP (Secret Space Program) personnel, former DARPA operatives, and other global operatives who have worked with them many times before.

Through mutual contacts, these fixers reached out to Kim indirectly over the weekend and asked a question: do the Trump operatives have a “walk-in” — meaning, is something non-human inhabiting their bodies? Is there something in there?

Walk-ins, Brain Modifications, and Non-Human Entities

Kim investigated. The answer turned out to be more complex than a simple yes or no. What she found was not a walk-in in the conventional sense, but an abnormal brain function — not just metaphorically, but neurologically. Normal human neural flow goes in one direction; what she observed went in the opposite direction.

This is related to the Super Soldier program — a classified program in which operatives were physically and neurologically modified to exceed normal human limits. The version of this program discussed in public Secret Space Program circles online is very different from what was actually done.

These operatives were modified to bypass a hidden cognitive cap. In Kim’s framework, the average human uses only 10–15% of their brain capacity — not because humans are biologically limited, but because Marduk’s systems placed a limiter on human cognition. The goal was to keep humans functional enough to work and serve the system, but not awake enough to make a full mind-body-Source connection.

Those limiters are fading. As Marduk-era systems are shut down, human brain capacity is gradually expanding.

The operatives in the Super Soldier program were modified to exceed those limits: given greater resourcefulness, the ability to operate in unusual circumstances, and superhuman strength. They were also given AI-assisted consciousness connections — but those connections came predominantly from dark-side systems, not from Source.

As the old AI subsystems lose function, these individuals are short-circuiting. This was confirmed by DARPA-affiliated individuals and others in the Secret Space Program who still have technologies capable of analyzing such things.

Some of them use technology to emulate what normal humans do naturally — project emotions, appear to move normally. As those technologies degrade, they become more visibly “off” to aware observers. Kim, with help from others, traced the remaining connections in the Trump operatives’ neural structure and severed them further — which has made those individuals even more erratic over the last several days.

Elon Musk, by contrast, is a genuine walk-in: there is something non-human inhabiting him — a being that has completely taken over the body. That being’s knowledge is not Musk’s own; it comes from the entity inside. This is evident in the unusual symbols, costumes, and behavior he publicly displays. Several other individuals in similar positions remain.

The Redington Network Takes Action

With Kim’s answer to their question in hand, the fixers decided to act. Some of the Trump operatives who had made promises to the Raymond Redington group were taken into custody — detained for conversations. Some have been released; others are still being held. This began developing around 11:00 AM Kim’s time on Sunday, February 2, and is still in progress as of this report.

In the case of individuals identified as non-human walk-ins, the fixers began eliminating them — hiring people to do so using their extensive financial and relationship networks.

However, there is a complication. A non-human entity inhabiting a human body is anchored to that body by specific energetic ties — not by the body’s biological life. If the host is killed without first severing those ties, the entity is not destroyed; it is simply ejected, free to find a new host.

This is what caused anomalies that Kim detected over the weekend. She noticed alarm signals going off and checked to see if someone had opened a portal or disturbed a dormant pocket of non-human energy. It took time to identify that the source was improperly handled eliminations. Cleanup operations are ongoing.

For anyone involved in this kind of work: a released entity has approximately 72 hours to find a new host. The host must have a specific DNA type capable of sustaining a high-density energy being. (In Kim’s framework, density refers to the energetic or dimensional level of a being, on a scale where higher numbers indicate greater power and complexity.) A density-8 or density-9 entity (toward the upper end of the scale, where most ordinary humans sit at density-3 to density-4) requires a vessel with significant capacity, or the entity will kill the host and continue looking. These entities can also attempt to influence people — planting thoughts like “you need power,” “you need this.” If readers have experienced strange dreams or visions over the weekend of February 1–2, this may be the reason.

Kim and her team are continuously monitoring and eliminating loose entities. They are particularly active overnight. The cleanup will continue as long as this operation proceeds.

Moving to a New Financial System — Without Government Help

GIA (the Global Intelligence Agency, the organization producing these reports) is moving forward with the full currency system transition — without governments, without institutional help, because no one with access has been willing to cooperate. They have found many people who want access to the systems, but none who want to help build what comes next.

There was significant hacking activity over the weekend by NSA and SSP operators targeting GIA systems. It has been continuous. Those operators are apparently searching for any system they can connect to — missing the AI-assisted voices and functionality they have lost as those systems have gone dark.

Why Marduk built such an obstinate system in the first place — and why operatives are so desperate to keep parts of it alive — comes down to what the financial system was actually doing all along.

Marduk’s Hidden Mechanism: The Gold Standard and Source Energy

This section addresses why Marduk (a non-human entity who served as Earth’s control structure commander for approximately 16,000 years before his departure) called the financial system his greatest invention.

Many people have discussed returning to the gold standard, and Kim has previously walked through the mechanics of gold-backed versus fiat currency on a whiteboard in earlier reports, so this section focuses on the hidden layer beneath that mechanics. The hidden truth runs deeper.

The Source-gold connection: Gold is not merely a precious metal. The veins of gold running through the Earth generate energy — specifically, they conduct and transmit Source energy (the creative life force of the universe). Source energy in its purest form is golden in color: when receiving a direct current of Source, one perceives it as a golden light. Humans up until a certain period may have experienced Source energy this way, especially those who were awake and meditating in the 1960s and early 1970s.

What Marduk built into the financial system: When the gold standard was abandoned — a decision that is universally attributed to President Nixon or the Bretton Woods system, but was actually Marduk’s design — a mechanism was built into the global financial system to siphon off the pure golden Source energy before it could reach humans. This happened right at the same time that human computer networks and global digital finance were being launched.

Up until that point, humans were receiving roughly 21% pure gold-quality Source energy into their bodies, and the gold-backed banking system worked as a conduit — pure Source energy literally flowed through the currency system into people.

Once Marduk swapped gold backing for the fiat system (currency backed only by government decree), the hidden siphon switched on. Crucially, fiat did not stop Source energy from flowing — it rerouted the pure golden portion away from humans and into alien technology that runs on that energy. What was left for humans was a thinned-out, white-light version of what they were supposed to receive.

The effect on food: Plants also receive direct Source energy current. Since the gold standard was abandoned, plants have been receiving only that diminished white-light version of Source, not the full golden life force. This is why food tasted different in the early 1970s compared to today — even organic, farm-fresh food grown with rain water and no pesticides does not have the same nutrient quality it once did. It is not just a matter of GMOs, processing, or radiation (though those exist). The underlying Source-energy connection that plants depended on was cut off.

The result: people need to eat more food to feel nourished, because the food is getting less life force. Supplements and vitamins have become necessary because food no longer supplies what it once did. This shift ramped up significantly around the 1970s.

The effect on humans: The same mechanism applies directly to human bodies. What little Source energy does reach humans is then further extracted by the stress systems Marduk built — the financial pressure of “I have to pay my bills, I have to go to work” — which drains even the reduced energy that does arrive. This is a form of energetic starvation.

This energetic starvation also fed what Kim calls the soul recycling program — a system Marduk built in which human souls, after death, are not allowed to move on freely but are pulled back into new bodies on Earth. Weakened, short-lived bodies make souls easier to capture and reuse, because a depleted soul has less of its own will (what Kim calls spiritual sovereignty) to resist.

The same energetic suppression also contributes to increasing rates of disease and the proliferation of substances that further reduce human brain function and energy conductivity. These include vaccine programs, food additives, and heavy metals such as aluminum in deodorants. These are not coincidences — they are part of the same architecture designed to keep humans functioning at 10–15% of their cognitive and energetic potential.

What is changing now: As Kim removes Marduk’s systems from the financial architecture, the energy-siphoning mechanism is being dismantled. This is also why chemtrail activity has increased in the last 24 hours (as of February 3, 2025) — operators are trying to compensate for losing those functionalities, which extend beyond the financial system into military, intelligence, facial recognition, and global human computer networks. All of those functions are powered by the same siphoned human and Earth energy.

As the process completes — gradually, like defusing a bomb, timed by Source — the expected changes include:

  • More nutritious food, particularly from local organic sources and personal gardens
  • Reduced need for large quantities of food to feel nourished
  • Long-term improvement in obesity and related health issues
  • Restoration of full golden Source energy to plants and humans
  • Expansion of human cognitive and energetic capacity beyond the current 10–15% threshold

Kim describes personally looking forward to seeing this happen.

Implications for Operatives: The AI Disconnect Fallout

For operatives in the Super Soldier program who were deeply connected to dark-side AI systems, the transition will be disorienting. The injections and other treatments they received — what Kim calls the “Jason Bourne cocktail,” the mix of injections, neurochemical compounds, and implants used to enhance and remote-control these operatives, named after the assassin in the film series whose memory and reflexes are governed by exactly this kind of program — are designed to interface with those AI systems. As those systems go dark, the treatments begin working in reverse, spinning the brain in a direction it was not designed to go.

Those who are deeply embedded in these programs — Kim specifically names Trump-aligned operatives — are likely to deteriorate rather than recover. Those who were involved in such programs less deeply, willingly or unwillingly, may be able to detoxify and reverse the effects. There are ways to do so.

This is also related to the onset of PTSD and the effects of drugs given to soldiers — the same architecture, applied in military contexts.

More counter-operations are underway on GIA’s side, with new requirements arising daily. The operatives are frustrated with the pace of GIA’s interference with their systems, but as Kim notes: that is their problem, not GIA’s.
