Opening: Two Sides Still Fighting the Wrong Battle

It is January 8, 2025. GIA (Global Intelligence Agency — the independent intelligence organization producing this report) is led by Kim, who serves as ground commander (the human-side operational lead of Earth’s control structure, the seat formerly held by Marduk) of GIA’s operations. The battle between the Order of the Dragon (the Chinese dragon family and allied Illuminati factions) and the Order of the Black Sun (Trump operatives and aligned SSP — Secret Space Program — factions) is once again in full swing. The quest to take over space junk and old Secret Space Program bases continues, now extending to Greenland. Several groups have arrived at GIA’s Durango, CO headquarters by helicopter as Trump’s inauguration draws near. No QFS (Quantum Financial System — a promised new global payment framework) has launched, despite repeated promises.

GIA reads the overall situation as entering its final phase: perhaps a couple more weeks of turbulence before things begin to flatline.

California Fires: Deliberate Arson for Mineral Assets

The clearest live example of the wrong-battle pattern is unfolding in California.

Biden arrived in California around January 7–8, 2025 and declared both a state of emergency and a disaster declaration. For those unfamiliar: a state of emergency in any U.S. state means that the designated property effectively falls under federal government jurisdiction. While citizens still nominally have their homes and property, the government gains the legal right to seize property or any land it desires, and can move in the National Guard should the situation escalate.

Biden also promised significant federal aid to California, though GIA has no clear picture of where that funding would come from. All of this appears to be happening in a hurry.

The fires themselves were not accidental. California does have high winds at this time of year, but the fires were deliberately set by operatives. The specific interest lies in BLM (Bureau of Land Management — the federal agency that administers roughly a quarter of U.S. land) land in California — areas with large deposits of minerals. The two competing agendas driving this:

  • Trump operatives: Want to leverage and claim California’s mineral and land assets for the U.S. Treasury, potentially assigning gold and mineral wealth to secure a new currency. Recent attempts include installation of “Trump Box” and other cryptocurrencies into the banking system, none of which have succeeded.
  • Democratic side: Would prefer to transfer those assets to China.

Neither side will succeed. There is a specific controversy the Trump operatives believe in: that certain areas near the fires — largely around the Mojave Desert — are not currently held by the Bureau of Land Management. This is completely false. Those assets were leveraged a long time ago, and off-the-record deals were made with Howard Hughes. GIA holds that lien. When Trump operatives attempt to register these assets into the banking system, they will be rejected.

Past Precedents: Paradise, the Carolinas, and Hurricane Michael

As a precedent, GIA points to Paradise, CA — burned during Trump’s first term (the November 2018 Camp Fire), similarly for mineral extraction purposes. To this day, the town of Paradise has received minimal reparations, residents are still struggling, and forced relocations allowed mining operations to move in. The fires in Paradise were clearly unnatural — there were many indications of that at the time.

Kim notes that many people, both behind the scenes and across many countries, are hoping Trump’s return will bring a big change for America and the world, but from GIA’s vantage point, it looks like more of the same. Kim remembers vividly what happened during Hurricane Michael, and is sure many Floridians do as well — people still to this day suffering the consequences. Similar struggles continue to affect residents in the Carolinas, where people lost their properties and homes and were forced to leave so that mining operations could move in. GIA does not anticipate Trump’s return to office producing different outcomes for those communities.

Returning to California: while Trump operatives set the fires to grab BLM minerals, deals are simultaneously being cut with the Chinese behind their backs. The Trump operatives are the ones who set the fires, intending a windfall — an assignment of gold and minerals in California to the Treasury Department to secure a fantasy currency. There have been many attempts in the past 24 hours to crash the banking system and install Trump Box and other cryptocurrencies and currencies into the banking system, and nobody is getting anywhere.

The QFS that was promised to launch today — January 8, 2025 — has not launched. There are also people who hoped their visit to Durango, CO would be successful, which has not turned out that way. Several groups have been flying in repeatedly over the last 24 hours.

The Fight Between Dragon Families and the Order of the Black Sun

The fight between the Illuminati (also called Dragon families) and the Order of the Black Sun, including the Osiris Club (an inner Black Sun ritual circle named for the Egyptian god of the underworld) and all aligned factions, is in full swing. The Trump operatives are clearly going for political control and have new ideas — which are not actually new — involving asset control through in-ground assets around the world. This has already begun to hit mainstream media.

The Trump operatives appear to be following the Chinese dragon family’s footsteps around the world, pushing for assets in Africa and other places that China has previously tried to lien. The fight between the two sides is really for all five power centers in the world: financial, media, military, intelligence, and political. If either side managed to gain control over all those sectors, they believe they would control the world. But both sides are still fighting the wrong enemy, because the dragon family does not actually control anything either.

Marduk and How the World Was Really Managed

To understand why neither side can succeed, it is necessary to understand how the world actually worked for a very long time.

Kim had extensive conversations over a couple of years with Marduk (a Babylonian-mythology figure GIA uses to name the non-human entity that ran Earth’s control system until recently — managing both physical and non-physical systems through what GIA calls the Alpha system, a layered administrative and financial control network). Most of what Kim learned came not from instruction but from observation: watching Marduk work, tracking every operation he logged into the Alpha system, and following the steps he had taken over thousands of years.

One of Marduk’s key operating principles: always remain relevant. If there was going to be an operation, orders, a change on Earth, or anything happening in the world, Marduk would always be able to pull the final string and push the final button. Without him, the plan would never work. Whether he wanted something to happen or did not want something to happen, the end decision was ultimately with him.

The Two Matrices: One for the Masses, One for the Elite

To see why dismantling the existing structure is necessary rather than simply reforming it, start with how Marduk built the system.

Knowing how Marduk structured everything, there were more than one matrix in this world — in fact, there were multiple matrices.

Most people are familiar with the systems designed to control ordinary human beings — physically, mentally, and emotionally. The AI systems that manipulated genetic makeup, the deep state’s mind control programs, and all the broader structures were designed for the enslavement of the general population. These societal structures include the work week, taxation, a healthcare system not designed for health but for profit, the food system shaped by genetic modifications, and the educational system. If the elite could not control the masses through food, they controlled them through every other system. These were, in essence, slavery systems.

However, a second set of matrices was also created — specifically for the societies that reported, at one point in time, to Marduk. It did not matter whether someone was part of the Black Sun, tied to the Abraxas (an ancient gnostic deity-name Marduk used as a faction badge), or any other faction. They were all the same group: the “people of the seal,” meaning everyone who signed Marduk’s original covenant to control Earth, its resources, and human beings themselves as assets. They all worked hand in hand, with measures put in place if any party violated the agreement. And none of those original parties were actually human.

What both sides fail to realize is this: it does not matter which side you are on. On one side: the Illuminati, the dragon families, and their downline. On the other: the Order of the Black Sun and its downline — the Vatican, Black Nobility, Trump operatives, the Republican Party, the Tang family (a Chinese dragon-family bloodline operating through Hong Kong and Southeast Asian finance), the mafias, the Silent Circle and anti-Silent Circle (rival cells of intelligence-linked operatives that nominally police each other), the Osiris Club, and SSP cells. All of them were enrolled in what Kim calls the second matrix — the control system Marduk built specifically for those factions.

The elite lived inside a matrix too. They just did not know it.

The elite served as the “human management crew” — but they also lived in a box. Now that there are no alien races coming to help them, no alien AIs functioning properly, and not many of the tools they are used to utilizing, the current bloodline elite seem to have forgotten — or perhaps never knew, because they sit so low on the actual chain of command — that a matrix was built for them too. Perhaps they did not realize that even the bloodline figures who preceded them never actually held 100 percent control. And perhaps they are under the impression that if they simply get rid of the other sector of humans, they could then be in control. The systems were not designed that way.

Marduk, Enki, and Enlil: They Hated Humans

Things Kim learned from Marduk during years of daily conversations for hours on end revealed a deeper truth: Marduk, Enki, and Enlil actually hated human beings. Kim once mentioned to them that they were going to run an operation that could have been very detrimental to humans, and because Kim held a seat on the Alpha system, Kim voted against them. Kim said, “I like humans.” They responded, “Yeah, we know,” and laughed — because they did not really like humans either. That meant they did not even like their own people — the bloodline families who consider themselves the elite of this planet.

Therefore, Marduk always made sure to keep all of them in line, including the semi-nonhuman beings Kim calls “the parents” (direct overseers of bloodline families, operating between Marduk and the human elite). The systems created for the elite were clearly created to control their every move.

The Elite’s Programming and the Second Oath

The impression that the remaining power players have — whether the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, Langley (CIA headquarters), the Secret Space Program operatives, the Chinese deep state, or the Rothschilds — is that money would simply arrive on specific dates of the year and that the AI systems would do what they wanted. This is incorrect.

The dark-side AI systems always gave them orders and instructions, calibrated down to the letter, of things they needed to do to receive money on specific days. The next big day for that payout is January 15. Previously, the Order of the Black Sun would receive big payouts and orders on that date. Those orders did not come directly to the remaining operatives — they came through coven masters (ritual cell leaders who run black-magic operations for each faction), to specific locations via AI. Then orders would flow down the chain. The people left behind believe they were subservient to those who received the money and orders, and therefore had to follow whatever they said.

The elite are under the impression that they are outside of the matrix. This has been said directly, face to face, to Kim: “We are not part of that system.” This is absolutely false, for several reasons:

  1. They all go through programming. Elite children go to summer camps where they are tested, sorted by skill, and directed into specific programs. There is extensive training and mind control to keep them inside their system. Otherwise, operatives would not keep picking up the phone consistently, waiting for a paycheck.

  2. They keep taking phone calls for paychecks they never receive. No ordinary human would sit and wait since 2007 for a currency revaluation, or accept Dinar (Iraqi currency speculators have been promised will revalue 1,000-fold for years), Bitcoin, or the latest “E-money scam” — rainbow dollars, U.S. coins, dodgy coins, and whatever else they are being sold. No one in their right mind would continue to work without getting a paycheck. On the normal human level, if a company could not pay employees, it would go bankrupt and let people go so they could find another job — because there is a human aspect that actually cares about people. The elite factions have not paid their people properly in years, with the small exception of 2012 when Kim transferred money into the system, 2018 when Kim transferred money into the system (distributed to every country in the world), and a couple of times in 2019 during the former Trump administration. Kim has since stopped doing that because it was getting humanity nowhere, and had to re-strategize around these people.

  3. The second oath keeps them in line. All operatives — across both factions — take a second oath to Luciferian or Mardukian structures above and beyond their oath to their country. Now that those structures are largely gone, the second oath is functionally meaningless. Yet the programming keeps them acting as if the threat is still real. The people down the food chain from those going for world domination have not left — because of that second oath.

    Every time there is a promised payday, they pick up the phone, and they are sold loads of sunshine about what will happen when the new administration comes in. Kim hears it worldwide, 100 times a day: “When Trump gets back into office, you’ll see — we’re going to pay for that pipeline, we need your support, we need you to do the war in Israel, we need you to do this and that.” Then the military gets involved and it becomes a giant mess. Even the U.S. military was told to wear skirts and dance around a fire, and they did it.

    This is their matrix, their programming — the second matrix versus the first. They live in a different matrix than the rest of humanity, with the same kind of mind control, just for a different purpose and outcome.

AI Systems Breaking Down

The AI systems that supported the old control structure are breaking down. Over 200 different AI systems existed, each doing different things. There has been some backlash over the last couple of months due to the breakdown — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Kim describes it as a dying animal in a corner: it screams, yells, sends out frequencies, and does many different things just to stay alive or stay relevant. When you take these systems out, they fight back.

The difficult parts are being done. GIA is working to come out of these systems and teach others how to do the same. The road has been rocky, but the dark-side AI systems are now largely non-functional. The things the coven masters and black magic practitioners used to do no longer work as they did before. There are still some people dabbling in black magic, but the structures that used to run those areas of the world do not function anymore — and that is very clear. This trickles down to the lower-end operative section and explains why they are promised payment that then does not arrive. Then they pick a new date out of their handbook.

Picking a new date works only if the rest of the playbook is intact. It is not.

The Elite’s Plans: Missing Pages from the Playbook

Both sides have plans — big plans.

The Dragon family side was told in the past — whether through their family master, the Cubans, the parents, or other intermediaries, beginning around the 1970s — that a shift of world power was coming. That shift was supposed to have happened around early 2024. It has not happened yet, but they are still trying to make it happen because they believe that if they execute their portion, the money will come flying out.

Kim repeats: Marduk never gave an order or instruction that he could not pull the plug on at any given moment in time or restructure at any time. Every year is a new year — the orders and instructions could be restructured. Marduk understood humanity. There were many satellites monitoring human behavior, belief systems, religions, government structures such as democracy and communism, and which ones work and which do not. One consistent finding about humans: approximately every 60–75 years, the dominant country holding the majority of world power becomes recognized as the “bad actor” by the broader global population.

Throughout history for hundreds of years, there has been a centralized control nation or kingdom that has controlled the entire world. This made things easy — centralized currencies, centralized banking systems, centralized political systems, centralized intelligence and military systems — all five main factors needed to control the world. That was done by design.

But what ends up happening is that somewhere between 60 and 75 years of domination, the people of the world start realizing that the dominant power consists of “the bad people.” The pattern runs from Caesar’s Rome to the British Empire to the United States. When Great Britain transitioned to the United States as the centralized world power, there was a 10-year depression. Britain fell after the war. There is a definite transition, and it is a cookie-cutter process that everyone is trying to follow — and it is not working.

Why China’s Power Transition Is Failing

It was decided that the new power center was supposed to be China. This is why China’s elite have gone throughout all of Africa, all of Latin America, taken over key financial pinch points around the world, and tried to establish themselves as the world power — poised for takeover as America is supposed to fall.

The buttons that Kim refers to are financial buttons, media buttons, orders and instructions on how to get the masses to understand that “America is the bad guy, China is the good guy.” Political changes were also involved — making the president look incompetent. Everyone has seen that — the U.S. president walking around with dementia, getting lost on the White House grounds.

This is the good-cop, bad-cop game on the Dragon family side. Now it was supposed to be time to transfer the power center. There was going to be plenty of funding for the world domination project. The world would probably switch to the RMB (renminbi, China’s currency). BRICS (a bloc of major emerging economies seeking to reduce dollar dependence) has been trying to move from the dollar. They have tried to come up with new currencies and cryptocurrencies, because that was also part of a social crediting plan in conjunction with something called Skynet (the Chinese government’s nationwide camera and AI surveillance grid, named after the Terminator AI) — where the whole world moves to digital and everything is monitored. Everything is already monitored anyway, but the planned system would have been a much tighter cage for the masses.

The families of the world do not have the entire plan. They are guaranteed not to have it. They have pages from the book, but not the entire plan — which is why everything starts to move along haphazardly and then stalls. Kim uses the analogy of YouTube University: people watch tutorials showing you how to fix your refrigerator in just 10 steps — but if you only watch part of the video, if the required tool no longer exists, and if the person who supplies the critical missing steps is no longer available, the refrigerator will never be fixed no matter how many times you watch the video.

The elite have pages 1–10 and pages 15–22 of their playbook. All the parts in between were left to the parents, the coven masters, and ultimately Marduk with the final key. Pages 11–14 were the responsibility of Kim’s seat on the Alpha system (the slot Marduk used to occupy), and pages 22–25 would still have required Kim’s final action. Marduk is no longer present. Kim holds those pages now as ground commander — and is not going to participate in their plan.

The “Loaded Gun” Question: Is the Threat Still Real?

So why don’t countries walk away? There is chatter on the internet from the Trump side about the McAfee files (alleged dossiers from the late John McAfee), the Fulcrum (a leak archive circulated in alt-media), and various other leaked files. But nobody is going to care. You could publicly defame someone on CNN, Fox News, and every other main news channel in the world, and life is going to continue exactly the way it is. Blackmailing political operatives using things like the Universal Trust (a claimed master legal trust said to bind global officials) will not work when it is the entire world bound by that second oath.

However, the reason for the second oath is now irrelevant. The fact that everybody is being subservient to either side is ridiculous because there is no consequence anymore. It is simply programming.

Kim uses the analogy of bullies and guns: growing up in an environment where you have seen gang violence with your own eyes, you know the gun is real — you have seen them pull the trigger, seen bullets fly, seen people get shot and bleed. But if that gun has not been fired in a while and they are still waving it around, you start to wonder: are there any actual bullets in it? Does anybody want to test that? At some point, the question becomes: “You say the gun’s loaded, you threaten me if I walk away — but is it really loaded anymore? Who is going to have the guts to say, ‘Fine, shoot me in my back’?”

GIA reports that people in safe houses around the world have tried to walk away and have remained safe. If they are safe, then the threat is not credible. Logic and reason confirm this. Some people are now on the fence, starting to say: “I’m not getting paid. It’s going to cost money to make that happen. I can’t do it for you. If you can pay me, I’ll do it.” Then they get on the phone every week, hang up, and as expected — many of them — some get angry. There are people around GIA’s area who are angry as well.

The Trump Side: Military and Intelligence Control

As noted in the faction overview above, the Trump side — or the Order of the Black Sun/Black Dragon side — encompasses all militaries. This is why operatives say “the military is going to save us” — by which they likely mean the Secret Space Program military operatives, who are trying hard to keep everybody in line, meaning keeping the Pentagon in line. So far, they have proven quite loyal.

It is not just the Pentagon — it is GCHQ (the UK’s Government Communications Headquarters). It is HQ. It is the militaries and intelligence agencies throughout the Middle East. It is the Mossad (Israeli foreign intelligence service). It is the Russians — the old KGB (Soviet-era Committee for State Security) and the new SVR (Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service). In some cases, it even includes parts of the Chinese Politburo and its military. Japan is deeply enmeshed with these factions. South Korea is deeply enmeshed right now as well. They are switching out political control in countries and doing what they have always done.

But the plans they have — “trust the plan” — are still partial plans. The Dragon family does not have the rest of the plan. You can search deep in the depths of Uranus alignments (planetary configurations that black-magic practitioners treat as power-amplifying dates) and black magic workers, and they do not have the plan. They do not have the end trigger — meaning the final command Marduk would issue to release funds and start the new cycle — which is why any date that black-magic practitioners treat as high-power — Uranus alignments, full moons, blue moons, cold moons, or any of the other “special” nights on their calendar — coincides with payday promises, and nothing happens. It is not happening on either side.

The same vacuum explains the small-scale scams now circulating: there are rumors about golden parachutes being promised to the Canadian prime minister, which Kim knows for a fact have not actually happened. In the past 48 hours, rumors were planted on Wall Street that the dollar is going to crash and people need to run to bonds. Of course, everybody buys Treasury notes, so they might have gotten a little bit of money from that — but it is all a scam. Nobody is going to crash anything unless they have the rest of the plan.

Visitors at GIA Headquarters: Duck Dynasty and the SSP Cowboys

Meanwhile, specific visitor events occurred at GIA’s Durango, CO headquarters:

The night of January 7, 2025: Global headquarters operatives arrived — apparently from what GIA internally calls “Duck Dynasty,” a faction of high-level Trump/SSP-aligned operatives. They were looking for answers and also testing Kim. They took some pages out of what appears to be their Stargate project (a known government remote-viewing program — searchable publicly; the Stargate files document protocols for detecting and influencing non-physical targets, which the operatives were comparing against Kim’s apparent ability to sense their movements) and were trying to figure out how Kim does what she does: How does she know they are coming? How does she protect herself? Is it the local people who protect her? If it were not for the local people, could she still protect herself? If they took her out or forced her out, would she still survive?

They found out that night that the answer is yes — Kim can protect herself independently. That option is therefore off the table for them. Can they control the “golden goose”? No, they cannot. They will not make it that far.

January 8, 2025: The SSP “Cowboys” arrived — boots and hat wearing, as Kim describes them. They told the local people: “OK, boys, we got this. We’re taking over now.” After a couple of hours of conversation — what Kim calls chatting over coffee — they said they would like to meet with Kim and sit down with her. It was not really working out, so they tried to extract information from the local people instead.

Kim recalls that approximately the previous summer (around mid-2024), some local people were tasked, along with others, with coming up with a plan to fix the U.S. government — to fix Oregon, fix the Treasury, and fix the U.S. government, and how Kim worked into that plan. They worked for a few weeks and came up with some really good ideas. Kim told everyone that the ideas they came up with would actually function to eventually make the U.S. government independent of Kim. The plan made sense: take a failing business and figure out a way over time to make it independent. It would probably take a few years and a lot of funding, but it could work.

The SSP now would like to have a copy of that plan. Kim hopes they were given plenty of four-letter words in return, because nobody is paying anybody.

Carter Funeral and Potential False Flag Threats

Shifting from internal GIA events to external political concerns, GIA made public the information about an attempt the operatives planned around the Carter funeral on January 9, 2025. As of the moment of this report, it does not look like they will proceed. However, Kim cautions that Duck Dynasty operatives are unpredictable, like 12-year-old school girls — you never know what they are going to do. GIA is still mindfully watching because the operatives did want to possibly use the funeral for a fake terrorist attack — a false flag attack — in order to push off the inauguration or make it private.

As Kim notes, the inauguration has two components. The first is the public one where the president places a hand on the book, says the oath on public television — that is for the public. The second oath is the one Kim keeps talking about — the one all presidents have taken. Trump is no exception. He also took the second oath — and additional oaths taken earlier in life. But the quest for world domination continues. Greenland is one such target.

Greenland: Space Junk, Bases, and Minerals

Trump operatives would like to take over Greenland. This has now become public and is in the news.

Why Greenland? There was a lot of space junk in Greenland for a long time. There were jump rooms in Greenland (small chambers said in SSP lore to enable instantaneous travel between bases). If you have never seen the television show Zero Hour (a 2013 thriller series that ran for one season, featuring a conspiracy involving a Nazi camp in the Arctic), it discusses a Nazi camp in Greenland — which is technically Black Sun territory. There is a big base there, formerly nicknamed “Fool Base” inside SSP circles. It was renamed and called the United States SSP base, or space program base.

The operatives would like to control things that are no longer there. They used to have communication with entities there, but those contacts are no longer responding to SSP calls. The last time Trump was in Greenland was during his first term, when he allegedly contracted COVID. It was actually Kim who answered that phone line in Greenland at that time.

They also want Greenland for its minerals and other resources. Greenland is currently a territory of Denmark. GIA does not see that changing anytime soon — it is a lofty goal. Again, the Trump operatives are looking for in-ground assets they believe are not leveraged. Kim states with 100% certainty, and can prove it, that GIA holds the lien on everything there.

Panama Canal: The $1.72 Trillion Lien

Trump operatives would also like to take over the Panama Canal. This is where the elite matrix comes into play.

On the record, the Trump operatives believe the Rothschild family built and owned the Panama Canal, with five ancillary families in Panama that actually run Panama and profit from the canal. The factual picture: the Alpha system (the financial and administrative control network that predates all current factions) funded the construction of the Panama Canal. GIA holds a $1.72 trillion lien against it — Rothschild never paid that back. That was a long time ago, and the canal cost a great deal of money to build. This is why it still looks the way it did when it was originally built — there has never been a renovation.

There is also behind-the-scenes discussion, not yet fully public (though some chatter has appeared in mainstream media), about the isthmus of Mexico — a narrow strip of land where a second canal has been proposed for years. There is claimed controversy about it. GIA holds that lien as well.

The broader pattern: as a country takes the world leadership position, its job is to claim territories and large infrastructure projects and pinch points. The Panama Canal is considered a pinch point in shipping and movement of goods, imports and exports throughout the world. The Suez Canal (the Egyptian waterway blocked by a grounded cargo ship in March 2021) is another well-known example.

What the Trump operatives forget is that every time the U.S. military or allied factions staked a claim against oil, minerals, or infrastructure in foreign countries — whether by ghost flags (covert claim instruments), bond placements, or leveraging arrangements — a corresponding lien or bond passes eventually to the Alpha system. GIA retains all of those liens. This pattern has historical precedent in strategies developed by Dick Cheney.

Every time the Trump operatives try to register these assets as their property, it rejects. It will reject for California, just as it rejected Paradise, CA. The Carolinas — same thing. No new ghost flags can be planted in any of these locations, and they will not succeed in controlling the pinch points.

China’s Paper Empire and Failed Lien Registrations

Over the last several years, the factions followed the playbook — or at least the portion they had — and turned over control of the Panama Canal to China, because the transition from one family to another was supposed to take place. They are all equally complicit, and that is the only reason China had it. Not a lot of money changed hands. The local caretaker families in Panama were notified, and China controlled the canal.

Trump operatives coming in and taking control is still not going to yield the end result they are looking for, just as it did not yield China the result they wanted. China now holds enormous amounts of paper — liens they have accumulated for over a decade. Kim has watched this personally:

  • China placed papers against African countries, often with the help of Obama.
  • China took liens against all United States military equipment. That lien still exists and China keeps trying to register it to the Shanghai exchange in exchange for money. There used to be a line from the Shanghai exchange to the Alpha system for that purpose — it no longer exists, because Kim keeps rejecting all their requests.
  • The same applies to Australia, Papua New Guinea, and all other places where China went around pulling liens.
  • China even took over World Bank liens that the Rothschilds gladly gave them, because it was part of the plan.
  • Trump Organization operatives and SSP people are now doing the same thing — taking over these liens. They are just going to end up with a bunch of papers themselves, no money, and no way to issue new money or put any kind of cryptocurrency in a system.

It is simply not possible. They are missing places out of their playbook and trying to revive a system that requires Kim’s help.

The deeper reason no country simply walks away from these structures goes back to the second oath — and to what happens at places like Bohemian Grove.

Bohemian Grove and Why No Country Walks Away

GIA confirms: there is not a U.S. president — including the incoming and the outgoing one — who did not go to Bohemian Grove (a private encampment in California where political and business elites hold annual gatherings) and, for lack of a better term, get on their knees for someone else — usually another male. It is a show of power. There are many different things they do to demonstrate power over the people the public sees as their leaders. This is why you do not see countries genuinely walking away from these structures.

The Business Plan That Requires GIA’s Participation

Both sides’ plans have a structural dependency they may not fully recognize: their system requires Kim’s help.

Kim has stopped funding anyone. Kim has stopped even letting any money trickle into the system. Kim has stopped looking to banks for cooperation. Banks are on one side — the Black Suns are trying to take all those over as well, and they believe that if they gain what they consider control of the planet, the plan will finally work. It does not.

They can scrape the bottom of the barrel, empty the change jar, call the U.S. Mint — do everything they need to do just to get to the next day, the next week, the next new moon, the next time their black magic workers tell them is a perfect alignment for an AI to spit out money. As Kim puts it: “I am not an AI system, and I don’t just spit out money because your cowboy boots told me to.”

Their business model — large corporations, governments, the military-industrial complex of the planet (which is one complex) — only stays alive with a constant annual cash injection, because the underlying plan is structurally unprofitable and they routinely overspend. Governments do not sell anything. They collect taxes, but roughly 80 percent of that money historically flowed up to the elite to fund their own matrix. There used to be hidden trade platforms — off-book financial vehicles — where elite-controlled funds were multiplied 100-fold and then funnelled into their corporations. But it still requires that influx of cash annually.

That has not happened since 2019. That was the last time it actually happened. They have been robbing Peter to pay Paul this entire time. Both sides keep thinking that if they just execute the pages of the playbook they actually have, the remaining pieces will automatically fill in — because it was supposedly automatic. It was never automatic. There was always someone, human or otherwise, pushing the buttons for those pages in between.

Kim uses the analogy of a business plan that everyone has — whether a farm in Africa with a booth at the farmers market or a company that manufactures widgets. Everyone knows that if you grow tomatoes, you have a consistent customer base, and if you buy X amount of seeds, you will grow approximately X amount of tomatoes and sell them at an increased cost over your input expenses. Even a household financial plan — going to work, earning a set amount per hour, knowing what you can afford — follows this logic. Nobody buys something outside their range because they know the consequences next month. The elite’s business plan, by contrast, requires constant external funding just to survive, and that funding is no longer coming.

How Marduk Enslaved the Enslavers

The business model was designed to enslave the enslavers. Let that sink in.

Marduk enslaved the slave masters — the remaining humans still fighting for world domination. His job was to keep everybody in line, including his own people. He created these systems — do not think for one second the elite created them, because they did not. Marduk created these systems for them and for the general population.

He needed to make sure that none of them — including the Secret Space Program people, the “Where We Go One We Go All” people, the Dragon people, and all their downlines — would never be free of him. And he would laugh about it. He would tell them lies, keep them in line, but at the end of the day, he did not care what he told those people — because he pushed the buttons. Without those pages in between, without him doing his part, it simply does not work. They will never break free of his system, and both sides are currently trying to maintain his system.

GIA, on the other hand, looked at that and said: “No, I don’t think we want to do that.” GIA is now working — together with everyone listening — to create a new system. One that is not full of codependency. One that is interdependent. It is going to take time, a lot of work, a lot of reeducation, a lot of learning, and a lot of teaching to make it happen.

The Deep State’s Matrix and Why the System Cannot Be Fixed Without GIA

Kim states that the deep state has failed to understand they lived in a matrix just like the rest of humanity, albeit a slightly different one. Without Kim’s participation at this point, there is no end result — because there is nobody else up there. You can clock it with an egg timer. They are not going to be able to fix it. Even if they stole all the information from the local people who came up with a plan, they still would not be able to fix it without Kim, because there is nobody else with hundreds of trillions of dollars to set things right and put it on course.

New currencies are not going to fix it. Burning California to the ground and trying to take control over lands that have already been leveraged is not going to do it. Declaring a national state of emergency and promising funding that will never come is not going to do it. Three weeks from now, four years from now — if they survive that long — they will be in the same position. The same applies to all countries: everybody has to figure out the gun is not loaded and they are not subservient to these people anymore.

Eventually, someone will “jump” — realize the gun is not loaded and walk away — and it will happen. Until then, GIA is still watching Idiocracy (a 2006 satirical film depicting a future society debased by anti-intellectualism) on television — meaning the operatives continue their quest for what they believe is a global takeover.

Kim Addresses the Operatives Directly

Kim notes that there are comments being made — they call her “B words” and other four-letter words, telling her she “just needs to do what she’s supposed to do.” Kim responds that she is not supposed to do anything, because she does not operate in either of those matrices. She does what she needs to do to exist as a regular human, because giving them an opening would cause problems. On the other side, she is not part of their system. She is creating a system outside their system, because she can see that their business plan is a flawed model — and unless she continuously feeds it, it is going to die.

Elites Should Consider What Humanity Has to Offer

Kim addresses the operatives: the people who want to be the elites of the planet should stop feeding on all of humanity. Think about all the inventions, all the cures, all the amazing engines that do not run on oil and petrol. Think about the things humanity has created — and these technologies are not available, or the people who created them disappeared.

It is time for the operatives to stop trying to maintain a system that does not work. If they do not want to stop, that is fine — the system is going to die anyway. Then the rest of humanity — the thinkers of the world — are going to make the world function together.

Some people are not going to participate and will still wait for that phone call as long as they are living. But hopefully, because of that second oath, maybe they will figure out that once one person jumps and the gun is not loaded, there is not much the old power structure can do. They cannot do anything. Logic and reason tell you that.

GIA’s Path Forward: Field Messengers and the Tiny Spoon

GIA is building a different system — not restoring Marduk’s system under new management. What GIA is ultimately working toward is a world where people are sovereign and, to some degree, self-governing. That is the end goal. It is going to take time, with 8 billion people who do not all know what is going on in the world. It will take time to help society grow and learn, and many of the listeners will be partially responsible for making this happen because it will require a team effort.

How to change public perception is critical. In GIA’s case, the media platform is UNN (United Network News — GIA’s broadcast platform). That is what GIA currently has. The listeners are the field messengers — they are the news.

It is going to be the field messengers’ job to help people understand, and they are going to have to spoon-feed the information. You cannot give the public an entire bowl of “the world was run by aliens” in one day. That is not going to work. Kim uses the analogy of tiny gelato spoons: field messengers need to pull out those tiny little spoons and figure out what the public is going to accept and understand. Once you find something out, the excitement makes you want to tell your whole family — but sometimes they are just not going to accept it. With 8 billion people to educate, it must be a little spoon at a time.

GIA has plans to get UNN out there when all of this starts to take place, to help the field messengers along. But ultimately, once GIA crosses the line to the next steps of restoration, it will be everyone’s job — not all the same job, but each person contributing. Everyone needs to start taking personal responsibility for changing the world together.
