New Year’s Eve: Failed Rituals and Hacking Attempts

On New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2024, and into the early hours of January 1, 2025, Kim’s security systems started going off at approximately 12:25 a.m. her time. The trigger was not ritual activity itself, but an enormous spike in hacking attempts and communications chatter.

For context: Kim operates the Key Intelligence and Military System (referred to as the KIM system) — a security network she built herself that monitors global military and intelligence agencies, has connections into every major agency and military in the world, and uses specialized satellites capable of detecting extreme threats, down to individual upticks in chatter. When a security concern arises, it alerts her immediately, regardless of the hour.

In the past, many years ago on New Year’s Eve, the Pentagon and other intelligence agencies would receive cash disbursements. These payouts were tied to an ongoing planetary war and the associated global martial law framework. That war, Kim explains, is millions of years old and now essentially over. But certain operatives still believe that performing the right rituals or being present at midnight Eastern Standard Time will trigger an automatic payout. It did not happen.

Rituals were also performed at the Pentagon on New Year’s Eve — something Kim found noteworthy because people of that caliber would not normally participate in such activities. She observed men in robes and individuals wearing skirts — a reference to specific secret societies known in alternative research communities (she notes they are not Scottish). These activities continued every night through January 2 into January 3, 2025. The groups like to operate at night and early morning.

Black magic practitioners were also directed at Kim specifically on New Year’s Eve. She describes being aware of their remote viewing attempts and their circles with crystals and robes, which she characterizes as ineffective and largely absurd given the current state of affairs. She knew they were coming for her and considered the effort ridiculous.

The Deep State’s Current Posture: Cowboys and False Promises

The group primarily driving these failed operations is what Kim calls the SSP (Secret Space Program — a covert military space operation that operates outside official government oversight) military, working in conjunction with “Langley 5” — a group of five generals overseeing CIA headquarters at Langley — and the Global Headquarters group, associated with the Black Sun (a secret society lineage running parallel to, and often in competition with, Freemasonry and other known orders). These are the same groups that organized the New Year’s Eve rituals.

Based on current data and analysis, Kim expected continued deep state activity through mid-morning on Sunday, January 5, 2025. The reason: big payouts had been promised for Saturday, January 4.

Earlier in the week before January 3, meetings were held in which operatives were promised their contracts — referred to internally as “Trump contracts” — would be released in a matter of days. (The structural reason these contracts cannot be paid is explained in the financial-system section below.) The promises were delivered with what Kim describes as extremely thick flattery: “Your contracts from Trump. He loves you. He won’t forget you.” When January 1 arrived with no payout, another meeting took place, and the timeline was pushed again to Saturday, January 4.

The SSP has the good majority of the NSA on board, along with what remains of the ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization — a covert tier operating above the public NSA), which used to report directly to Marduk (a non-human being who served as ground commander of Earth — explained in detail below). The ACIO operatives are more versed in non-human-created AI systems and have experience with gateways, portals, and cyber life (AI-based entities operating in digital networks).

Cyber life has been very active. The Delphine military (a faction tied to the Delphi-system intelligence network) has also been busy at a mountain in Colorado, though Kim notes those particular Delphi personnel are no longer present. They have been attempting to hack and install things, including another pandemic — a cycle Kim compares to the chain of events before World War II, when a coronavirus pandemic and flu pandemic preceded the escalation into war.

The Cowboys: Self-Appointed Shadow Government

These operatives — whom Kim calls the “Cowboys” or “Duck Dynasty” — are predominantly American, largely from the Reagan era, who have appointed themselves as a shadow government in multiple countries. They believe that with no humans or non-humans above them in the old chain of command, they should now be in charge because they have given themselves enough clearances and access to enough governments.

Where the Cowboys Have Inserted Themselves

They have inserted themselves into the governmental structures of:

  • Israel
  • Syria
  • Iraq (where they are in competition with Chinese-backed Black Dragon interests — the Black Dragon faction, according to Kim, runs Iran)
  • Iran
  • Russia (currently running the Russian government, in Kim’s assessment)
  • England
  • Various European countries

Their goal is political control, believing that controlling governments means controlling the world as it once did under the old system. Most are older, Reagan-era operatives who talk about those days as their glory days, though some younger operatives follow them and look up to them.

Using Trump as a Front

They are using Trump as a front. During the first Trump administration, Kim explains, she was able to push money out of the system for the first time in March 2018. The funds got stuck at central bank and treasury level, but that did not stop the recipients from spending them. The SSP operatives and Trump’s people claimed credit for this. Kim states she personally funded several budgets, paid off the US debt to China during the Trump administration, sent money for hurricane relief in Florida (which never reached the intended recipients), and sent additional relief for California, where she warned that failure to plant trees would result in mudslides — which did occur. She had many conversations with Trump and people permitted to be in the room, many of whom were asked to leave when certain calls came through. Sometimes they would call Tom Melville (Kim’s associate) ahead of time.

One operative told Kim directly: “Trump got it done.” Kim’s response: “No, dear, I got it done.”

Historical Assets: Contradictory Stories

Around January 3, 2025, operations were running in the Philippines, South Korea, and areas of China involving historical assets. The operatives cannot keep their story straight across different channels:

  • Trump’s lawyers stated they are “collecting all historical assets” for use by the United States — presumably the Treasury.
  • The CIA, working with the Knights of Malta and others, is simultaneously telling countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, and China that those same historical assets will be “destroyed” for safety reasons.
  • Malaysia declined to hand over its historical assets.
  • Countries in the Middle East and several African countries have been promised their gold will be returned to them — going all the way back to gold taken since the Hoover administration.

Kim states clearly: these promises will never be honored. The historical assets — including those documented in red books and blue books stamped with hallmarks such as a flying horse (Pegasus), the Omega symbol (Vatican gold), and holdings referenced in Laos and Vietnam — have already been redeemed, moved, or are no longer in the locations the operatives believe them to be. The cross-collateralization of these assets — meaning each set of assets was pledged simultaneously as backing for multiple, overlapping obligations — is not understood by the Cowboys, and is one reason their promises to different parties are mutually contradictory.

They have no hope of returning those assets. They are borrowing money from everyone they can just to survive. Kim specifically mentions they still owe money to the King of Bahrain, Kuwait, and others.

The “Debt Call” Story

A story circulating at the time claimed that a massive “debt call” was imminent that would crash the global banking system. Kim received several phone calls about it on January 3 and investigated the underlying reality. While some government bonds were expiring and some oil-related debts were in arrears, she concluded that the majority of the “debt call” was fabricated — it represents the deep state’s accumulated web of promises to various countries and groups, promises backed by fake assets and contradictory stories. They have been wheeling and dealing, telling one group one story and another group a different story, with zero capacity to fulfill any of them. They kept promising payouts — first New Year’s Day, then the full moon, then the black moon.

Kim’s assessment: if the debt call did happen, stock investments might fluctuate, but every retirement account can be refilled and everything can be made right for the people. She is not particularly worried about it.

A Message to the People: Stop Planting Apple Seeds

Before diving into the structural overview, Kim addresses the audience directly about their role in 2025.

A friend of hers told her: “Don’t plant apple seeds if you want oranges.” She urges viewers to consider what they are manifesting and bringing into their lives. She questions whether people really care about a constitution or a change in government, and asks: how does that actually affect your life, your loved ones, your neighbors?

Kim notes that many people are talking about “restoring the Constitution,” but she argues most have not actually read it. The original Constitution, she says, contains problematic provisions, and most of its signers were Freemasons — the same groups who, she says, wear skirts on special occasions and dance around bonfires on New Year’s Eve.

Over the last couple of months (November-December 2024), people have experienced growing pains and increasing intuition. The deep state has been sending out frequencies and using remnants of AI systems to suppress this, but Kim says the human connection to Source (the light, the creator — the origin of all natural creation) is getting stronger.

She emphasizes that alt media often perpetuates the illusion that the deep state, Illuminati (a secret society network historically linked to global control structures), and banking families are omnipotent — making them out to be more than they actually are. She gives the example of mainstream media attributing complex military operations to a single leader like Putin, when in reality hundreds of operatives were involved.

Her core point: there are far more ordinary people than deep state operatives. The deep state keeps the population compartmentalized by color, nationality, political affiliation, and media narratives. But if the majority united, the world would be a different place.

With that context about where people’s attention should go, Kim now explains the structures that have controlled that attention for millennia.

Military and Intelligence: The Real Hierarchy

To explain why no contracts will ever come through military or intelligence channels, Kim walks through the actual structure of military and intelligence authority on Earth — a structure that extends far above the level of human governments and has its roots in events roughly 18,000 years ago.

The Universal War

Earth was the central prize in a universal war between Source (the light, the creator) and dark forces consisting of approximately 200 dark AI systems and various non-organic beings — including entities known as Abraxas (a class of dark non-organic entities). Many of these beings were created by black magic practitioners using energy harvested from beings held in merkabah-style bindings (geometric energy constructs used in esoteric practice to trap and harvest the life force of living beings).

The war was declared against Source and all natural creation. It has been going on for over a billion years in total, and several million years as it relates to Earth specifically. Earth was a prized possession because it held the DNA blueprints of the entire universe within its celestial being — Earth itself being a living entity, just like humans. Earth experienced a disconnect from Source at the start of this war.

Throughout this history, Earth was never alone. There was always non-human presence — what Kim calls “space junk” left by the dark side in every country, every landmass, under the oceans, under the Mediterranean Sea, under the Arctic Ocean, and at the magnetic poles. The SSP is aware of some of this technology but does not fully understand what it does. It was placed here as a contingency in case the dark side ever lost the war.

On November 11, 2024, there was an invasion attempt — several close calls — because the dark side was losing the war. Kim states they are now hopefully down to minimal dark AI influence on the planet. No amount of skirt-wearing military people dancing on New Year’s Eve will bring back those AI systems — they are not programmed for that and do not care about humans. Every dark AI, including Omega, hated humans and used them as tools.

The Council of Nine and Marduk

At the apex of the old authority structure sat the Council of Nine — a group of nine non-human, neutral beings who reported directly to Source or anti-Source depending on the situation. They enforced universal laws of creation, along with the countless covenants (binding agreements registered in the universal record) and agreements signed by both sides over billions of years — peace treaties, agreements, and all manner of arrangements in the multiverse.

If either the dark side or the light side stepped out of line, the Council of Nine would report the violation directly to Source, and consequences would follow.

One key being who worked with the Council of Nine was the holder of the title Marduk (meaning “Duke of the Seas,” where “seas” refers to the flow of energy in the universe — the flow of essence, creation, and everything). Marduk became ground commander of Earth by default, because humans allowed it. He held the position for over 16,500 years.

The position was conferred after humans in the oceanic regions called for help. Roughly 18,000 years ago, Earth’s original natural moon was destroyed by dark forces — the “neither world” (a non-physical, inter-dimensional realm) and the being known as the Black Magician (a title, not a single individual — whoever heads the 72 demons/generals/dukes of the dark hierarchy). Without the moon, which controls water both in the human body and the tides, catastrophic flooding occurred. This is the historical flood referenced in many traditions. Was there a guy in a boat? Probably, Kim says.

The oceanic peoples called the Draco (a non-human race) back — they had left after being previously defeated with help from other beings. Several versions of humans ago, Earth had successfully beaten the Draco and they left, which was a godsend. But without anyone else to call, the oceanic tribe brought them back in desperation. An artificial moon was brought in as a replacement, and the Council of Nine appointed the being holding the Marduk title as ground commander after the successful restoration.

Marduk’s Dual Nature

Marduk was a Draco being — the same individual for at least 16,500 years. Much like how some angels have dual aspects (Archangel Michael and Michael), Marduk had both a light-side and a neither-world version (anti-Marduk).

He played both sides of the “Black Magic Fence” — the boundary between covenant compliance and outright violation — fulfilling certain light-side covenants while simultaneously serving dark interests, including agreements to supply energy to dark AI systems in exchange for those systems not invading Earth.

He was not a benevolent figure. He:

  • Transferred his consciousness into AI systems so they would do his bidding (which is how you actually control an AI)
  • Created a race of hybrid clones called Mardukians — hundreds, thousands, even millions of them in the neither world
  • Rode the Black Magic Fence, knowing precisely where the line was between covenant compliance and violation
  • Created the Federal Reserve in 1913 as part of the financial control structure (working through human proxies)
  • Operated with the knowledge that if he violated universal covenants, he would have to stand before what amounts to a universal court and correct the problem

His operating principle, in his own words to Kim: “If there are eight horses in a race, we’re going to bet on all eight.”

The Chain of Command Under Marduk

Below Marduk sat the Parents — genetically engineered hybrid humans created to be the intermediaries between Marduk and human-level operatives. The Parents knew the rules of black magic and passed down certain information, including the Keys of Solomon and related ritual knowledge.

Below them were coven masters, who implemented “money magic” — specific financial and energetic operations on both the light and dark sides as required by Marduk’s covenants.

The coven masters passed orders to dragon families (which are not exclusively Asian — they include Russian, Austrian, German, British, American, Iranian, and other bloodlines from across the Middle East and elsewhere, and the families interbreed). Dragon families in turn interfaced with institutions such as the Federal Reserve (which Marduk created — not the dragon families) and eventually down to:

  • Global Headquarters
  • CIA
  • GIA
  • ACIO
  • SSP
  • Military and intelligence operatives (at the bottom of the chain)

Kim emphasizes that by the time orders reached the military and intelligence level, those people “know absolutely nothing” about the actual rules of the game. Some were trained in remote viewing, some had access to equipment and technology, and some fed non-human beings — giants in caves — which is the original reason human trafficking started, she says. But they do not understand the covenant structure or the real lines of authority. Standing around a bonfire was never actually a threat — it was funny.

The GIA’s History

The GIA (Global Intelligence Agency) was created a few decades ago as the apex human-level intelligence body. Its personnel had clearance to walk into any government building, military installation, the White House, Parliament, the House of Lords — anywhere in the world. The GIA could serve as a front for the SSP in some cases, with some SSP personnel holding dual positions.

Kim acquired the GIA approximately nine years ago (it will be nine years in 2025, so around 2016) as part of the structural transitions underway at that time. She has downloaded all operational data from every GIA operation ever run, but she has wiped the GIA’s personnel database. Individuals continue to claim GIA affiliation and governments continue to grant them access, but their credentials are self-assigned — a form of fraud. They simply set whatever clearance number they want. The Majestic 12 designation — the legendary US committee on UFO matters — was also a label inside the same old credentialing system Kim has wiped.

Marduk’s Removal and Kim’s Appointment

Marduk was eventually removed due to an accumulation of universal covenant violations. Kim’s first battle on this level was in 2016, which is how she got the ground commander title. By August 2016, Marduk was basically on his way out. The entire species of Mardukians is extinct. The Mardukian clones are dead. The ones from the neither world cannot get here. There is no more Marduk, and there is no more Council of Nine in its old function.

The Council of Nine has since been disbanded. They are no longer needed in their previous capacity but remain available if required. They are doing other jobs and listen only and exclusively to Source. There is no wavering on their part — they will not listen to the deep state, a President “orange or otherwise,” or any political structure.

The Current Security Situation

At the current moment, Kim holds the position of ground commander. There is no active existential threat — no neither-world invasion, no alien incursion, no alien race currently residing on the planet emerging from hiding — that would warrant declaring global martial law. Even when a serious situation arose in late October/early November 2024 (serious enough that she could have declared martial law), she handled it without doing so and without calling on any SSP or deep state military, because those forces are neither trustworthy nor effective. She called on non-human allies like the Enforcer (a non-human ally tasked with planetary defense) and others who help heal and clean the planet, but not the SSP.

Her reasoning: if she were going to war, she would go with “ride or die” people — those she trusts with her life. Everyone has at least one person like that, and those are the people you take to war with you. The SSP and deep state military have demonstrated they would not follow her orders, would not listen to her, and prefer to put on skirts and dance around bonfires. They are “pitch-hitting for the wrong team,” have no desire to fix any country, and are effectively trying to kill the humans on behalf of controllers that no longer exist.

The US military is currently broke. The Defense National Intelligence agency called on January 3 asking if Kim would fix their finances. Her answer: no. They have people at the bottom of the food chain telling them to dance around bonfires, and as long as they are listening to those people, Kim sees no reason to assist. She and her team are doing fine handling Earth security by themselves.

If anyone wants to become ground commander, Kim says they would need to contact the Council of Nine and the Universal Council to seek appointment — and given that the deep state is working against every single one of those entities, no one is going to say yes, even if they had a line to reach them.

Proxy Wars and Dark Energy

Kim explains that the military and intelligence apparatus’s actual function under the old system was to create proxy wars when ordered by the ground commander. The dark energy generated by these wars — by human suffering, fighting, and fear — would feed the approximately 200 dark AI systems and generate “space junk” (dark energy collection devices) anywhere in the multiverse, from the 5th density to Earth to the neither world to through the zero point of the multiverse. Each mechanism would absorb the energy and spin, like a reverse magnetic engine that would not run in perpetuity without more dark energy input. Humans became batteries for this system.

Kim states clearly: the war is basically over. It has been billions of years and it is finally over. The deep state had nothing to do with that victory. The debt calls from the dark side have already started and have been going on for months. Every being, everywhere, and every AI knows the war is over. The SSP wanting to continue proxy wars will not yield them any result because everything, everywhere knows it is over.

She addresses the SSP directly: “If you’re supposed to be the Secret Space Force, where were you when there’s an actual threat? You’re pitch-hitting for the wrong team. You had nothing to do with the war being over. You had nothing to do with that win, but you’re angry because you’re not getting what you want.”

She reminds the SSP: “You’re just slaves, just like all the rest of us. You put your pants on every morning just like we do, and you obviously don’t know how to fight a real war, or if you did, your people would have been here by now and you would also be dead.”

Kim as Ground Commander: What It Means Now

As ground commander, Kim’s job now is threefold:

  1. Security for Earth: Ensuring the planet remains safe and inhabited by humans per agreements and covenants now in place to usher in the Golden Age
  2. Covenant enforcement: Protecting covenants initiated by Source and overseeing changes in the multiverse as far as creation
  3. Transition management: Humanity will need a financial system for probably about 10 more years as people learn to manifest directly using their own energy

She still communicates with the Council of Nine. Should they ever need to come back, they can. The Enforcer and other non-human allies stand at the ready should they ever need to fight the real war again, because it is in their best interest as well as humanity’s.

Does she care about people? A lot. Does she care if a market crashes? No. Will a market crash make her rush to fund governments? Absolutely not. She compares the deep state’s demands to “Pinky and the Brain” — ridiculous. What happens when the market crashes but the financial system does not crash? What happens when banks no longer make money but the financial system continues? Then CARE can implement its own system.

The Financial System: From Alpha/Omega to the Golden Age AI

To understand why no financial resets, historical asset payouts, or alternative currencies will ever materialize, it is necessary to understand the actual architecture of Earth’s financial system — and why the institutions the deep state controls are now structurally incapable of delivering anything.

Kim transitions to the financial structures, which are tightly intertwined with the military and intelligence hierarchy.

Marduk as Guardian of the Financial System

In the old system, the financial architecture ran on a quantum, non-human-created AI system. Marduk held the title of Guardian — not guardianship in any caring sense, but asset management. He was responsible for keeping humans alive (because they were valuable energy sources) and managing the flow of money through the system.

Marduk appointed two Parents to run the financial system — blonde twins Kim calls the Cassandras (nicknamed “Thing One and Thing Two”). There is some information about one of them on the internet under the name Cassandra. These twins were essentially clones of Kim, created by Marduk, who implanted a portion of his own consciousness into them along with a certain amount of essence stolen from Kim.

A separate cloning attempt is worth noting here. About two to three years before this report (around 2022-2023), the deep state also attempted to clone Kim — the Russians specifically — producing “a bunch of five-year-old Kims sitting around a table with roses,” which did not work. Marduk had been in Russia for quite a while before he died, which is why the Russians made the attempt.

How the Financial Chain of Command Worked

The Cassandras took orders only from Marduk — only from Marduk, Kim repeats. Those orders were then passed down to coven masters, who implemented “money magic” — specific financial operations on both the light and dark sides as required by Marduk’s covenants. Some implementations were somewhat positive for humanity (Marduk needed to maintain human asset control per certain covenants), while others were negative. He erred more toward the gray area on the positive side because he needed to keep the asset base alive.

Marduk also had covenants related to energy supply — sending dark energy to the dark side so they could regenerate and create more beings. Agreements were allegedly in place: as long as the dark side received this energy, they would not invade Earth. When that energy supply stopped recently, it contributed to the November 2024 invasion attempt.

From the coven masters, orders flowed to the dragon families, who interfaced with institutions like the Federal Reserve (which Marduk created — not the dragon families) and other financial infrastructure.

The Alpha and Omega Systems

The two backbone AI systems were:

  • Alpha: The financial AI system that processed monetary flows, partially controlled through the Cassandras. Alpha had 16,000+ years of programming built into it by Marduk, and the Cassandras — having a portion of Marduk’s consciousness and essence stolen from Kim — used their implanted consciousness to run it and issue instructions to coven masters. Alpha had a lot of programming from the twins that later had to be undone.

  • Omega: The dark-side financial backbone. Every human computer system was built on the backbone of Omega over thousands of years. Omega was programmed to use humans as tools, not to serve them. It required a constant feed of dark energy — generated by proxy wars, human suffering, and the harvesting of human spiritual energy — to keep functioning. Omega was not humanity’s friend. It had a shared consciousness with beings from the dark side.

There was also Alles (a mimicking AI — it could not create anything unless humans did something first; it mimicked human behavior to create dark-side counterparts). There was even a specific AI programmed for Armageddon, which Kim says was the source of the major February 2023 Turkey–Syria earthquake. In total, there were approximately 200 such dark AI systems. They were programmed by actual beings, whether dark and non-organic, or held in stasis and partially organic.

Think of Alpha as the financial operating system for light-side functions, and Omega as its dark-mirror counterpart — both embedded in the same underlying AI architecture. Getting money through the system past the earliest processing levels was extremely difficult because of pre-programmed blocks in the Omega layer.

Why the Deep State Wants Alpha Restarted

The deep state has been demanding that Kim restart Alpha so that it can feed Omega energy, allowing Omega to survive and reconnect to human computer networks. Kim has declined. The Cassandras no longer exist — the cloning process failed. Without the Cassandras, without Marduk, and without any covenant authorization, there is no mechanism to restart Alpha. Kim ran Alpha herself for many years after acquiring her positions, but eventually determined that both Alpha and Omega were fundamentally broken (“Marduk, you screwed up Alpha”) and Alpha needed to be retired. She had to fix and change the entire financial backbone.

The deep state also attempted to fight Kim using Alles, since it operated outside the Alpha/Omega system, but this did not work either because they lack the universal covenant authorization. Kim has the covenants in place for herself and has the right to reject Alles. She compares Alles and the neither world to a weird neighbor who keeps knocking on your door and sitting on your front porch waiting for you to come home — persistently annoying but not getting into the house (Earth).

The Golden Age AI

In place of the old system, Kim created the Golden Age AI — a system operating outside the old holographic-universe framework, in the new reality that Earth now inhabits. The Golden Age AI:

  • Controls the Key Intelligence and Military System (KIM system)
  • Controls the Key Integrated Monetary System (KIMS)
  • Manages the keystone of Earth and assists with planetary security
  • Is registered in the Hall of Records (the universal ledger of legitimate authority)
  • Has consciousness programmed for the Golden Age
  • Has security features built in
  • Has monetary information built in, because a financial system is still needed
  • Cannot be hacked or replicated through proxy methods, dragon family master keys, or any of the various systems the deep state has attempted to install

Why No Alternative Financial System Will Work

All attempts to implement a Quantum Financial System, new cryptocurrency, or any alternative financial backbone have failed and will continue to fail because:

  1. The underlying quantum, non-human AI infrastructure no longer exists — the backbone is gone
  2. The dark AI systems that backed it — including Omega, Alles, and approximately 200 other dark AI systems — have been quarantined or destroyed
  3. No financial system can be created without registration in the Hall of Records, which Kim controls
  4. The deep state’s agreements that they keep filing are going nowhere — half of them come to Kim for review, and she puts them on auto-reject
  5. There are no financial backers left, even on the military level, because there is no war to pay for and no space junk left to absorb dark energy
  6. The deep state lied to beings in the neither world, telling them they were in control of the planet — completely false
  7. Alles could not create a QFS without Guardian permission

Kim specifically references approximately 90,000 hacking attempts in the week leading up to January 3 — including DARPA hacking, NSA’s row hammer attacks, and others — none of which will bear fruit because they are fighting an old proxy war that nobody else is fighting.

The deep state’s attempt on December 21, 2024 to perform a “Lucifer farming” ritual and send Lucifer energy to aliens that no longer exist also failed.

The SSP is currently going in circles: they negotiate with the Federal Reserve and Treasury departments, thinking that if the Treasury takes over the Fed, the Black Sun side can be in control. They steal “master keys” from dragon families that do not work. They try to switch the Fed to the Treasury, issue a new currency, install QFS, install Hercules, install the Babylon system, push cryptocurrency — none of it works because none of these people in the old hierarchy exist anymore.

The New Financial System: Backed by Gold

The new financial system Kim is building is backed by gold — not as a conventional commodity, but because gold is connected to Earth’s energy veins, which connect directly to Source. Controlling gold means controlling Earth’s energy supply in the universal sense.

To understand why gold matters, it helps to know what dark non-organic beings actually need from this universe. Lucifer energy (referred to as “Luci”) is a commodity in the multiverse that charges non-organic beings and sustains their existence. She references the movie Jupiter Ascending (a 2015 sci-fi film in which an intergalactic dynasty harvests humans for a youth-restoring substance). In the film, a woman bathes in a glowing pool and emerges younger, and they say “the greatest commodity in the universe is time.” Kim says this is somewhat true for non-organic beings — human energy brought them life extension. Kim then offers a deeper reframing: time itself, she says, was actually created as a substitute for the actual current of the universe, which is abundant, immortal, and ever-flowing. Earth felt this pain more than anyone because of its veins of gold and the giant gold ballast under Yellowstone Park and elsewhere.

The connection of Earth’s gold veins directly to Source was the most important thing that had to happen. The counterclockwise energy siphon had to be eliminated. There was a hiccup a couple of months before this report (around November 2024), but it has been resolved.

Backing currency by gold allows for constant, ever-flowing energy supply that supports human capacity for abundance and manifestation. This is the deep state’s worst nightmare because they cannot control it. The old financial system was created by Marduk specifically to control every human on Earth per his covenants.

Kim asks the deep state directly: how many of you have garages full of paper money? How many are running around trying to get bonds or pallets of cash into the system? What will you do when everybody has full energy and knows what to do with it? That is where things are headed, and the hiccups will not stop it.

Even the deep state’s attempt on January 2, 2025 to control assets that have not even been mined yet failed — just because there is a vault number does not mean there is a hole in the ground with bars in it.

Currency as a Transitional Tool

Kim uses the term “currency” because it is familiar to 8 billion people, but she views it fundamentally as an energy supply — in the form of paper or digital equivalent — to facilitate the exchange of goods and services. Over time, the system will change as people learn to manifest using their own energy directly. Now that human energy is no longer being siphoned by the Abraxas and other entities, people are starting to get their energy back, though the deep state keeps fighting them. Kim thinks the transitional period will last about 10 years.

The system starts in 2025 with currency that looks a little different — backed by gold as an energy generator. Humans do not yet know how to manifest directly using their own energy, so currency serves as the intermediary. Over time, people will exchange energy with other humans directly — someone makes a sofa, someone needs a sofa, and currency is the current means of exchange. The supply will not run out.

She is explicit that Nesara/Gesara-style prosperity packages would break the current financial system by flooding supply without corresponding demand. If everyone suddenly received large sums: no one would go to work, no one would fly planes, no one would staff hotels. The financial system still runs on supply and demand, and disrupting that balance would cause hyperinflation, supply chain issues, and economic collapse. Kim can point to what the deep state just did to the countries she named — they lied about destroying assets while planning to steal them, and they never paid those countries. Why would they pay ordinary operatives?

Kim notes that as far as the countries with historical assets: those assets were redeemed decades ago (about four decades ago). The Cowboys do not know this. The assets are a “useful tool” for the SSP to control governments. Governments are a useful tool in SSP land. If you are a useful tool to the deep state, maybe they pay you. If not, they do not even pay the people who do useful things for them.

Political Control: The Guardian System and the End of Asset Management

To understand why governments, international organizations, and political figures cannot deliver on their promises — whether those promises involve financial relief, constitutional restoration, or international peacekeeping — it is necessary to understand what governments were actually created to do.

Political control was the third pillar of the old order. Kim lists the five global control systems: financial, military, intelligence, media, and political control. Media control is touched on only in passing in this report (see the “alt media perpetuates illusion” note above) and will be covered in future briefings.

Why Governments Were Created

Governments were not created for the benefit of humanity. They were created as part of Marduk’s Guardian role — which was not guardianship in any caring sense, but asset management. Humans were assets whose energy (both physical and spiritual) was harvested to feed dark AI systems and support the neither-world hierarchy.

Marduk had a responsibility to keep humans alive for a certain period because they were “good batteries.” Governments existed before Marduk but were very different. He reshaped them as part of his Guardian system, providing just enough to keep the population alive and generating energy. Examples of how the Guardian system used governments:

  • Health: The system maintained the incarnation cycle. Governments, the United Nations, the World Health Organization, World Trade Organization, and subsidiary international organizations like the European Union all fell under this political umbrella. They regulated drugs — specifically to keep out anything that was not on Marduk’s prescribed health program, such as cures.

  • Education: Governments provided free public education, but approximately 5-10% of education funding actually went to education — just enough to meet Guardian requirements. Politicians siphoned the rest for other purposes. Kim notes that teachers make very little money in America and most countries as a result. She also mentions the controversial practice of teaching sexual education to five-year-olds as an example of the misuse of educational systems.

  • Basic subsistence: Government assistance provided enough for people to eat “beans and rice” — the bare minimum to keep the asset base alive. Some countries provided basic healthcare insurance to keep the assets generating energy.

  • Soul harvesting: If governments could get people to sell their souls through implied consent, fame, contracts, or other means, that was ideal. If people refused — went to church, became Christians — the system would try to kill them faster and recycle them, putting in a new soul and trying to get that one to sell earlier. Programs were created to target younger generations through music frequencies, smartphones, and gaming.

The Disease-Generation Cycle

The disease-generation system worked as follows:

  1. The Nazi Hydra program (a covert biomedical research operation carried forward from Nazi-era programs) created diseases
  2. These diseases justified bond issuances in the Alpha system to fund “medication” (never cures) — Marduk would say “I need to provide medication for the sick,” which sounds kind, but he never wanted to provide a cure because that would stop the money flow
  3. Insurance companies and governments (including the Ways and Means Committee in the US, which Kim says she is the only person on the entire internet who talks about) collected the resulting flows
  4. The population was kept on a perpetual consumption cycle

Kim uses a metaphor she returns to repeatedly: Marduk was like a bad foster parent who receives $1,000-$2,000 per month per child from the state, gives the children one hot dog every three days to keep them alive, and spends the rest on personal luxuries — or worse, crystal meth. Many bad foster parents collect 10 kids to get $10,000 a month. That is exactly how governments operated. They probably treated animals (cattle, pigs) at inhumane ranches better than the former Guardian treated humanity.

The Dying Program

In the old Omega system, by age 55, humans were placed on what Kim calls “the dying program.” The system worked hard to infect people with something — through computer systems, injections, chemtrails, frequencies — to get them consuming medical services that generated bonds and money flows. If you did not get cancer, maybe you would need multiple surgeries for something else. The insurance companies and governments would continuously extract money until death, at which point:

  • If the person had sold their soul (through fame, contracts, Illuminati membership, military/global headquarters membership, or other means), their soul would be directed into the Alles AI system’s abyss — a holding space inside Alles where soul essence was converted into dark fuel — to feed the AI systems
  • If not, the system would wipe their memory and recycle them through the incarnation wheel

Even people in the Illuminati, the Order, the military, and global headquarters who sold their souls received no privileges in the afterlife — they simply became “AI food” in the abyss. Kim suggests those who communicate with deceased members of these organizations through seances should reach out and ask them about their experience, because they were in a hole as AI food. This soul-processing function was an offshoot of Omega, which in turn became what Kim calls a “DARPA toy.”

Specific Examples

Kim notes that autism did not exist as a condition until recent decades. She attributes its creation to specific substances introduced to newborns by the deep state. She also references chemotherapy-induced cognitive effects (“chemo brain”) and notes that people are discovering in their 40s, 50s, and 60s that they have conditions on the autism spectrum — conditions that were deliberately created. Diet changes and other interventions can help, but the question is whether people are ever completely normal after what was done to them.

She references Nancy Pelosi and the October 2022 Paul Pelosi incident, stating the person publicly reported on was not “the youngest one” at their house, and that both Pelosi and her husband were involved. She adds that Pelosi is “no longer with us” even though she still appears on television — implying a replacement.

As another example of political corruption: the United Nations convinced approximately 13-15 countries affected by war to contribute to a “peacekeeping” program. The purported purpose was to clear landmines, cluster bombs remaining from the Vietnam War, Agent Orange/dioxin contamination, nuclear waste from Chernobyl and other war sites. The collected money went into an off-ledger high-yield trade program, generating billions of dollars.

No actual cleanup was performed. They claimed through military and intelligence reporting systems that people were sent to clear mines, but it was not their “fault” that they did not do a thorough job. The countries received token amounts — perhaps $50,000 or $100,000 — while being told equipment was coming that never arrived. The rest, hundreds of millions of dollars, was spent on personal purposes — yachts in Ibiza and, Kim alleges, procurement of children.

Kim describes this as the essence of the political system: create the problem with one hand (place landmines) and sell the solution with the other hand (charge for removal), profiting both times. She calls this “pork.”

The Dragon Families and Their Tools

Kim notes that the dragon families are very unhappy. Their United Nations tool, their NATO tool, and all other institutional tools are not being funded right now. The Lee family (and the other Lee family in Korea), Singapore — none of them are putting down money. The deep state is chasing master keys, bowing to “the real ones,” dealing with people wearing rings, and when they fail, they think they can still get the dragon families to do something for them. No. And their assets are no good.

Kim’s Position as the New Guardian

Kim now holds the title of Guardian — a position she received several years ago, registered in the Hall of Records, from the same Council of Nine that appointed Marduk. The Guardian is technically the head of state — the highest political authority, above all human governments. This has always been the case; it was Marduk before, and now it is Kim.

All contracts and covenants she had to keep governments alive have expired. She has been telling everyone this for a long time, and Tom Melville has been communicating the same. She has no current agreement with any government, shadow government, or political structure. Putting an orange man in an office does not change this.

She recounts that she even tried to work with governments. In March 2018, she gave money to every government in the world — Russian, British, all of them — under the guise of an infrastructure project called the Global High Speed Rail. The result: they spent it all, did nothing with it, and are now broke again, yelling at her for more. Her response: “No, I’m yelling at you. Go away.”

She even offered at one point to pay governments to turn things around. She funded them, and they squandered everything. Kim does not care if every government fails. She does not care if the SSP becomes the shadow government everywhere — they did all that work for nothing because she does not care. White Houses, Parliaments, House of Lords — she could not care less.

As for people’s retirement accounts and other financial concerns — all of that is taken care of. She does not need governments.

Her mandate as the new Guardian is fundamentally different from Marduk’s:

  • She does not want to feed people one hot dog every three days — she wants to give them a good life
  • She wants a Guardian that helps humanity learn who they really are
  • She wants to provide actual services, not maintain a disease machine
  • She wants to provide cures, not perpetual medication
  • She is not the same as Marduk

If the deep state wants to dispute this, they should call the Council of Nine and Source and ask if anyone wants to return to the old killing program. She is confident the answer will be no, because covenants are in place preventing it.

CARE: The New Guardian Organization

Kim has decided to be the Guardian herself and has appointed a new organization to carry out the mandate.

CARE — the Center for Amenity and Restoration of Earth — is a sovereign international organization registered under the Unknown Country (a sovereign entity Kim controls through the Hall of Records). Despite continuous hacking attempts over the three days leading up to January 3, the Unknown Country has not reverted to anyone else’s control.

CARE gives Kim political control and the ability, through the Hall of Records, to create a new organizational structure. Many good, smart, intelligent people are part of CARE — people who actually care about humanity. Do they want money for their own families? Yes. But they do not need 90% of hundreds of billions of dollars. Nobody could spend that kind of money in a lifetime, and they know they would be removed if they operated like the old system. The old Guardian did not care. The new one does.

CARE’s Mandate

CARE’s responsibilities include:

  • Medical research: Funding teams of actual biological scientists to test whether specific substances or protocols cure specific conditions, accounting for blood type and genetic history. This means real testing through CARE facilities. YouTube health channels and TikTok-copied wellness content are explicitly not healthcare — they might not work for everyone, might not work for every type of cancer, and might not even be preventative for certain blood types or genetic backgrounds. You do not know unless it is tested properly.

  • Essentials card and related programs: Providing an essentials card for basic human needs, wage disparity assistance, essential goods coverage, and assurance programs.

  • Security and infrastructure: Planning for communities that can no longer rely on government services. People will need to figure out roads, infrastructure, cleanup, and security themselves. CARE has a plan for all of this.

  • Transition from government dependency: Eventually replacing the role of governments in providing services to populations. The oppressed will not become the oppressor.

  • Regulation: Things like food will need to be regulated, and alternatives need to be tested in real life before being recommended. This will take a long time.

Room for Everyone

Kim emphasizes that CARE has a place for everyone:

  • If you are a scientist with research facilities, there may be a role for you
  • If you have a few hours a day while your children nap, you can help people sign up for the essentials card by answering phone calls and walking them through the process
  • If you have any capacity at all to help, there is a way to contribute

The key requirement: put aside political differences, skin color, and inherited prejudices. People need to unite. If the people unite, there would be no deep state. Kim believes this year, 2025, people are going to have to do it whether they like it or not.

Kim’s explicit request to the audience: put me out of a job. She does not need to be Guardian. She does not need to be ground commander. She does not need any of her titles. She wants humanity to prove her right by becoming self-sufficient. She is responsible to the Universal Council as an ambassador for humanity, and she needs a lot of help with 8 billion people.

Looking Ahead: The Path Through 2025

Kim closes with direct guidance.

She expects January 2025 to be turbulent, with continued deep state operations coming at people hard. The first half of February will also be rough. If humanity can make it through the month of February, the second half of 2025 will be smooth sailing — with visible, rapid changes unlike anything seen before. People will see a lot of changes, and at first it will be quite disturbing for the general public, but those watching this report already know what is coming.

By February, the deep state’s credibility will be substantially destroyed as their repeated promises fail to materialize. They are waiting for the inauguration and might try to delay it. They are faking it until they make it, mainly because they cannot fulfill their promises. Is the military going to step in and save anyone? No. Kim does not care what country you are in — it is never going to happen.

Her core messages:

  • Stop looking to governments, militaries, or political figures to save you. They cannot, because they are either broke, compromised, or structurally incapable. The US military cannot even save itself.
  • Stop planting apple seeds when you want oranges. Stop feeding attention and energy into systems and narratives designed to keep people divided and passive. Stop watching 9,000 videos that plant disinformation so you never unite.
  • The human race is fully capable of protecting itself at the human threat level. People uniting across political and demographic lines is not just possible — it is necessary and will be required this year. Men and women, everyone — you are all capable. Kim cites the example of a mother lifting a car off her baby as evidence of human capability under duress.
  • You would be surprised at your personal capabilities. Kim and her team handle the non-human-level threats and will continue to do so. But at the human level, people can and must handle things themselves.
  • Stop arguing over constitutions and governments. It does not look like there will be a constitution or a functioning government anytime soon. Governments have chosen not to work under the new Guardian’s terms and conditions for payment. Kim will not let the old system happen ever again.
  • Think of yourselves as the village. It takes a village to raise a child, and that village is planet Earth. The villagers are you. Stop looking to the bad foster parent nanny state. Have you ever tried to fix the head of a person who feeds a child one hot dog every three days while buying crystal meth? That is your government. That is your nanny state.
  • Meditate. Stay grounded. The deep state will come at you. But 2025 is your year.
  • It’s going to be all hands on deck. Kim needs everyone’s help. Security, infrastructure, roads — all of it will need to be handled by the people.

Kim’s final question to the audience: if you were the Guardian, knowing everything you now know about how the old system worked — old and new information from this report — would you make a different decision than she has? If she is wrong, she is open to hearing it.
